Ordering is very difficult. Three identical names. You think you're on their website, but then you get 10% off, and then it turns out you're ordering under the same name elsewhere, and they forward you. Higher transaction fees, so no 10% off. Searching on the correct website saves at least 10%. I thought I'd done well, but it turns out I didn't order home delivery through Sneleten. So, 10% off. I thought it was January 1st, so it's gone. Well, it is.

The order did not arrive. No one is answering the phone.

I just ordered a calzone shoarma and a kapsalon chicken there, my wife after 4 bites, damn it, and what turns out there is a long black hair in the food, I call them politely to ask how are we going to solve this and I am told not to order again is the solution, I am not happy with this, filthy business, yuck 🤬 good for Rob geus the hygiene police

We regularly order calzone pizza with thin crust or chicken. Yesterday, I also received two calzones that tasted completely different and were therefore not good. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

The best pizza I've ever had. The dough is made fresh right before your eyes. I can't say anything about the ordering everyone complains about, but the pizza is delicious. It's a bit spicy, but everyone can handle it. It's a shame it's always empty inside. The service is excellent, and there's nothing to complain about the freshness and flavor! Highly recommended!

Excellent fresh made pizzas! I love going there when I have friends over and I don’t feel like cooking. All my friends were amazed by the taste of the pizzas! Every single one that I tried until now were delicious! We also love the fresh dough! The cheese comes to our table melting and when you get your slice you see the cheese still connected to the other slices. I can totally recommend it!

Food is way too expensive for what you get and it is inedible

I went to get a haircut and it was disgusting because it was very spicy and I won't make it.

Completely cold I don't even know how that is possible and the Turkish pizza is old and completely hard I asked for less garlic and it seems like there is extra garlic on it I also had to add the sambal sauce myself and roll up my whole pizza again

We ordered at 10:30 PM and called the store at 11:30 PM. Yes, it's on its way... We haven't received anything by 12:30 AM. Around 12:40 AM, the food arrived... cold fries... donner without salad. Very unprofessional, we'll never order from here again! And judging by the reviews, we're not the only ones whose food is "on its way."

Don't bother ordering from them. Food tastes bad and it takes forever until it's delivered. Last time my order never arrived and when I called they told me that the delivery guy had already made the delivery. Asked for a refund and got told that "administration" will contact me. That was like 3 weeks ago and still no one contacted me of course. If you like greasy, old food this is your place. Hope they get out of business because scamming customers is how they make their money. Dirty place with even dirtier people. Thrash "restaurant".

I placed an order at 10:30 PM, and now it's already 12:30 AM and I still haven't received it. I called to ask where it was, and they said it was "on its way"—but I still haven't received anything. And now they've even closed the store! The pizza will probably arrive cold, if it even arrives at all. I really regret ordering from them. Poor service and completely unprofessional.

Pizza and sandwich were cold. The foil around the sandwich was already half off. Too bad.

Bad service and pizza that dripped with grease and way too much pepper, was inedible. When a compensation proposal was made, the employee immediately threw the phone at him.

The pasta and pizza were delicious. My wife and I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered at a quarter to six, delivered at 7:30 pm and unfortunately not tasty.

A very good grill room, the food is truly delicious, and the staff are really friendly. I would have given it 10 stars if I could. The delivery is also very fast. Their pizzas are especially delicious ;) Royal too, by the way. It's in Parkwijk, Haarlem. It's owned by the same owner. So highly recommended.

Waited for ever for a food delivery , when the food arrived it was stone cold If you are hungry ,then best not to order here

Asked for a refund after you read the following and they denied it. Don’t order from them and certainly don’t use thuisbezord as they only act as a mediator… Zero stars; I would rate them, if possible. Waited over an hour even though we selected them due to their ‘swift’ delivery time. Called them for them to respond that they’d not made it yet, due to being busy (15:00 on a Sunday, for context)… then ANOTHER hour later, I called and they finally said it was outside but the driver had no clue how to follow the very specific delivery instructions/ what buttons to press/ etc. We collected the food and A) it was cold but, worse: B) they gave a meat dish to vegetarians which CLEARLY stated the same, on our order. Then, after a brief deliberation via text… WE were told to call THEM to replace the order?! After 2 hours of already waiting?? Conclusion: if there is someone you simply despise/ have no care for; who asks for a recommendation… suggest this restaurant.

Nowadays no more sauce at the hair salon and Turkish pizza. Nabanen learned that nowadays you have to order (and pay) extra because “the sauce is already on it”…

Update: If you want to get a big mouth from an owner, you should order here. My wife made the mistake of having ice cream delivered after my order arrived much too late. Guess what, ice cream completely melted and tiramisu too. Nothing left. We ordered a large Ben and Jerry's (465ml), which apparently ran out, so we received 2 small containers of 100ml. Didn't call to report this to us. We pay €9.50 for a large container, ridiculous. My wife just called and gets a big mouth that you say, "I hope you never order from here again" "I really hope so" in an aggressive manner. And we should just ask for money back from home delivery. Rude idiot without an ounce of respect and awareness of what customer service is all about. I hope you go bankrupt, I really hope so👌🏼 Old review: All understanding if food is delivered a little later, but 40 minutes later than stated on Thuisbezorgd, is an exaggeration. I called, but what was the final straw was a super unreasonable employee who didn't even let me finish and kept addressing and interrupting me in a very irritating tone. Antisocial. The message has been set to “will be delivered shortly” for over 30 minutes. Not strange if a customer calls for this, right? The employee at the door was nice and neat. Hence at least 1 extra star. Do something about your customer service. Last time I order here.

Price-quality ratio is not good Paid 26.60 for 2 sandwiches and a cancer redbull. And I wasn't even full. Not recommended

Order placed, got wrong pizza. Called, but unprofessional and rude response, no hello or goodbye, the response was: extra pizza for next time. Finally got the pizza again after asking. Took a long time too.

Food is brought cold, some cold meat is served in that hair salon, it looks like a salmon meal.

Delay in orders, bad food and bad treatment with customers!

The kapsalon hardly contained any cheese and the chicken meat did not appear to come from a grill skewer, but rather cut with a knife or scissors. This is gross, especially considering the price I paid, almost 10 euros. The pizza was also cold upon arrival. This was my third time ordering and I don't plan on ordering from this restaurant again.

Order more than 1 hour in transit, not the first time we order. After an hour of calling, the story is always the same "he's on his way, it's busy".... Too bad, it was always a top Grillroom and takeaway/delivery person

Ordered from this restaurant via UberEats. It said 4.8 out of 5 stars, so that seemed good to me. This later turned out not to be the case. I had indicated that I would receive the order between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, but the delivery person was already there at 6:45 PM and had hung the food at the door. They had called several times when they were at the door, but I was not at home and was unable to answer the phone. Came home at 7:05 PM and found the food at the door half lukewarm. I immediately called back and got on the phone with the owner who immediately answered me in an irritated manner. He indicated that the system stated delivery at 7:00 PM, but the receipt that the delivery person had placed with the order did indeed state delivery after 7:30 PM. The owner was apparently not pleased with my complaint and soon started shouting into the phone, insisting that this was the case and 'what else do you expect me to say?'. He hung up himself shortly afterwards. Considering the other reviews, I expect a response that I shouldn't complain so much or that he is right, but I think it would be best that this man should realize that this is not the way to deal with customers. I also understand that a mistake can happen and I would have been satisfied with an apology and a promise that things will go well next time. Unfortunately, this is not in the owner's vocabulary.

Always tasty! The food tastes very good and the gentlemen are always friendly.

Delivery always takes a long time and the food is sometimes of poor quality.

1st order at them - food didnt arrive after 2.5 hours, had to go pick it up. 2nd time i ordered food from them they mess up the order so i pay double than what i ordered and say i ordered wings when i specifically said "nuggets". they asked if i had cash, it was almost closing time, i payed with revolut. i guess tips was bad that day and they saw me as the tips provider. kfc from now on

Lekkerste pizza’s kan je bij Memphis halen!!!

Wij bestellen hier veel, het eten is goed anders zouden we het niet doen. Maar als je belt zorg ervoor dat je HEEL, DUIDELIJK, verteld wat je wilt bestellen, en vraag daarna om alles te laten herhalen. Hun Nederlands is slecht en er wordt niet goed geluisterd aan de telefoon. 9/10 keer klopt de bestelling niet, is er iets vergeten, bijna iedere keer wel wat. Meestal worden problemen opgelost, maar hier bestellen is iedere keer weer gedoe.

Kindermenu: Vieze frikandel,.koude friet, voorheen kreeg je appelmoes en aardappelsalade erbij nu niet meer... Stukje plastiek bij de friet Voorheen was het prima, maar nu... Kapsalon was matig...weinig kaas... Weinig saus.

Goede piza slami een okk lekker

Gisteren besteld, was erg lekker. Helaas minder spareribs dan wat we voorheen kregen. En geen salade bij de menu's

Wij bestelen regelmatig de pizza hier ja hoor je mag mij wakker maken voor een shoarmacalzone , soms kom je laat in de nacht na je werk , vind je het lekkerst pizza van memphis of tafel...

Pizza's zijn lekker, maar al meerdere keren meegemaakt dat ze bestelling/bezorging waren vergeten, of extra knoflooksaus vergeten, of vergeten te snijden, etc. We hebben het heel lang geprobeerd, maar nu gaan we voortaan bij een ander pizzeria bestellen - service is te slecht. Naschrift update 2021: toch weer regelmatig besteld en nu altijd op tijd en correct bezorgd. Daarom nu weer 4 ipv 2 sterren.

Pizzas are very tasty. Owner nice and professional as it should be! Quite place and if are coming with kids is fine as they’ll have a space outside to run and play without being bored from any vehicles and bikes.

Super shoarma mazzel is.... Super! En pizza Picanto met extra gorgonzola is meer dan de moeite waard!

Goeie pizza's voor een goeie prijs. Meestal snel bezorgt alleen snijden ze ineens de pizza's niet meer wat nogal lastig eet zonder een mes..

Classic, nothing beats their shoarma

Enkele negatieve berichten hier. Snap dat niet. Bestel regelmatig en altijd smakelijk en goed.

Begrijp niet waarom er geklaagd word over bepalen gerechten, ik ben al 7 jaar vaste klant en er is nooit wat mis gegaan ! Van herhaling vatbaar.

Lekker eten . Groene sambal niet echt heet.

Ik maakte een bestelling voor maar 2 pizza's. Al vrij snel kreeg ik een bericht dat het 20 minuten zou duren. Echter toen ik een uur later belde waar het bleef, vertelde de persoon aan de telefoon mij dat de bezorger net onderweg was. Een kwartier later was de bezorger er nog niet, wat echt onmogelijk zou zijn voor zo'n kippenstukkie. Geen excuus, niks. De smaak van de pizza's was ook niet lekker. Super dunne bodem die uit elkaar viel, niet gesneden. Hopelijk is de shoarma beter als ik ooit nog eens bestel

Ruime openingstijden, vriendelijk personeel en goeie prijzen voor prima pizza's. Ook drankverkoop en das mooi meegenomen!

Echt super service!!! Nadat wij een pizza half om half besteld hadden maar toch een gehele pizza ontvingen hebben wij zonder hierover te bellen 1 extra pizza Margarita ontvangen 👌echt super en dat allemaal binnen 45 min.

bezorgen duurt heel erg lang! We hebben meerdere keeren al moeten bellen waar het bleef.

Voor 8 euro heel goede pizza gegeten. Wat wil je meer.

Meestal wel lekker. Pizza zijn goed. Vlees wat minder. Baas en personeel vaak wat gestrest, kids zijn een beetje bang van de baas.
