The service was very unfriendly, and the lack of compassion was striking. In a situation where someone was clearly in medical distress, no help whatsoever was offered. I found that particularly disappointing and very inhumane.

The staff is slow and does not listen to the order. I asked you to make something not spicy with double sauce, they made some bullshit. Durum was not tasty and dry

The order had not been delivered after waiting for 1 hour. I called the restaurant; the order was ready and was about to go out immediately. An hour later, still no food. Called again and were told that the order hadn't gone through, even though it was ready an hour earlier. Thuisbezorgd informed me a minute later that the order had been delivered, but it wasn't!! Waited 2 hours for food that never arrived. The restaurant is offering nothing except waiting another 1.5 hours for food!

On King's Day, on the terrace: a lovely glass of white wine overlooking the beautiful Spaarne River. The bread with aioli and the fried snack from the menu were delicious. The service was excellent, prompt and attentive.
