After an hour, still no delivery, so we called. The girl on the phone was friendly but didn't know much about (new) customer service. The food still had to be prepared and delivered, so all in all, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. Everything was warm but not hot. The olives we chose as an extra topping for our pizza were delivered separately in a container (we paid extra for them). The pita cheese was even cold. All in all, a very bad experience. Reading the other reviews, we were lucky with a delivery time of 1.5 hours. Definitely not recommended.

Anegang 19The service was very unfriendly, and the lack of compassion was striking. In a situation where someone was clearly in medical distress, no help whatsoever was offered. I found that particularly disappointing and very inhumane.

Spaarne 44I used to order regularly, and the quality was decent back then, but it's gotten really bad now. Today the rice was cold, and the sushi quality was terrible, which is a shame.
