The Doner Pizza didn't taste like doner, and most of the pizza lacked any meat.

Wow, what an experience! Upon entering, we were asked if we had a reservation; we didn't. The young lady fell silent for a moment and walked away, but I knew from her cheeky look that we had to follow. She seated us at a table right in the middle of the aisle! Super nice, because we love people walking past our table from the restroom so we can keep a close eye on everything. I also really needed to poop, so I did that immediately. Luckily, the toilet paper was made of sandpaper, so I could scrub my anus right away. That was really necessary, you see. The young man who took our order was extremely fast! Very nice, because I know what I want to eat within 2 minutes since there is so little on the menu. We asked the young man if we could sit at a different table. He had to check with a colleague, which I understand because it is a very rough process. He said no, it wasn't possible, and then walked away because we really wanted to sit at the same table! That is why we asked. SEE PHOTOS! I didn't know Happy Italy was also a cinema! I thought they only had cheap food here.

The staff hardly speaks any Dutch. That's a shame.

I was a bit dissapointed walking to the restaurant as upon walking to the door a few staff was standing, smoking in front of the door. It is a family restaurant and it did not feel like a place I would like my kids to go to again. The bathroom was in such a filthy, horrible state which was not hygenic at all! The service and staff was okay, I just felt it was silly serving pizza without being cut, only to be told they are not allowed to do it due to allergic reasons but then nothing properly was provided to be able to cut it. Think there is a better way to work around it rather than making it the customers problem when you clearly want to enjoy the meal! The place was a bit filthy especially where the trash and cutlery were left as the whole place looks like there is a management problem in terms of having dedicated space for things that does not have to stand all around and available for everyone to take or their is a staff problem. Overall I have been to a few Happy Italy restaurants and this one was one of the worst I have experienced. Will not recommend especially if you are looking for a family setting. The play area for the kids did also not seem clean and just outside the filthy bathroom which I did not want my kid to play in. Not a great experience at all.

A friend of mine went out for dinner here, but said that ordering takes a very long time. It took him half an hour before they even came to take his order. I went there to eat myself as well. The food is tasty, but you can't just have a quick meal out here. It also took us half an hour before they came to take our order, and it wasn't even busy. The food was good, but the waitstaff and service were really bad for a place like this.

It looked like a cozy little restaurant. Unfortunately. Our food was actually quite tasty, but my boyfriend's food seemed to consist of leftovers from other plates. For instance, you have to choose which pasta to order, but there were still small remnants of other pasta mixed in. We both got terrible stomach aches from this. The ladies' restroom wasn't clean at all either. Toilet paper on the floor, a broken toilet... Then you take the other toilet, only to end up with a splitting headache anyway because they didn't close the toilet roll holder properly. We asked again fifteen minutes before closing time, as we had already been waiting an hour for our dessert. They had simply forgotten about it... A real shame. The decor, however, was really nicely done.

You shouldn't assume that you can eat together. I got my pizza 20 minutes earlier than the rest.

We ate using a Kruidvat discount. The pizzas were delicious. It's a shame the crust is/was so hard. Neither of us finished it.

Nice location in the city center. They had Kruidvat vouchers, so price-wise it was okay. But normally not worth the money. Had a doner pizza which had too little meat on it and too much tomato sauce. My better half had a carpaccio pizza; the crust was just too thin. Also, the cutlery is a disaster.

The most disgusting pizza I have ever had. A kilo of sauce is put on it without asking. Apparently, that is normal.

Waited one hour for my plate. I got up and asked for it. Then 10 minutes later they brought me the wrong plate.

We were received very kindly and helped quickly with our order. The pizza and dessert were delicious. Unfortunately, a terribly loud bass thump came from the speakers inside. We were told that nothing could be done about it. Hence 1 star for the atmosphere.

All the chairs outside on the terrace are covered in bird poop. And when you ask if they can clean them, they say that's not possible.

We had the brunchetta (6 pieces of baguette with tomato tapa) as a starter. The baguette was very tough, like stale bread; impossible to cut through. The staff are almost all foreign, forcing you to speak English in your own city. We sat outside, which was lovely, but it was a shame that almost all the chairs were covered in bird droppings. The pizza and pasta were good, and plentiful. Orders arrive quickly.

Very good for a drink and some snacks. Very nice staff. Centrally located by the church. Recommended. Cozy patio.

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. While I was still eating, my table was already being cleared. A moment later, while I was still eating, the other people at the table were offered the dessert menu. I then ordered a Nutella pizza for dessert. The order was taken without any problems, but a moment later the waitress returned with the news that the kitchen was already closed. In my opinion, the staff should be aware of this and indicate it immediately when a guest orders a dessert. Additionally, despite the fact that I had clearly indicated that I only wanted a Nutella pizza and had no interest in anything else, I was offered a waffle twice. That came across as very pushy. It is a shame, because this experience detracted from the visit.

We had a really good experience celebrating the birthday of my daughter. Definitely, the best was to have a kind of "private" space upstairs . The kids could enjoy without going up and down the stairs and the adults could watch them closely . Thank you !

The chicken and mushroom pasta was bad; the mushrooms were bitter, I didn't like it. The place is nice, but the waiters were slow and it gets very crowded.

It was during dinner rush & it was hectic, I honestly expected the worst. We had to wait for a while to be seated even though the place wasnt full. You get the sense that they are shortStaffed and the staff that are there are running around to try & catch up. Once we got seated everything else was fine & The food also came quicker than i expected. One tip is to use the QR code at your table to order & not try to wait for a waiter. Overall we enjoyed our meals. It is not a fancy or upmarket restaurant, this is more suited for families with kids/ young people not a couple wanting a fancy dinner out. They also havr a small playarea upstairs.

Pizzas were very tasty. The drinks took a very long time to arrive, it was very busy and there was little staff.

I ordered Carbonara, the spaghetti was overcooked and the food itself was tasteless, I had better in Bijeljina. I ordered 7up for drinks and they brought me the zero version even though I emphasized that I wanted regular. The girl who took my order was kind, but the other waitresses didn't even say hello when they brought the food and drinks. I didn't get any cutlery, I had to get it from another table. I asked for an ashtray but I didn't get it. The cleanliness is a disaster. I don't recommend it.

The food was delicious; there was nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The lady who took our order was very friendly, but unfortunately, the same could not be said for the two ladies who came to serve the food. When we asked a question about the order, the response was unfriendly, and they could not even give a clear answer as to what exactly it was. A moment later, another employee joined them, and they responded with visible hand gestures as if our question was unjustified. There was no sign of a friendly or hospitable attitude at that moment. Furthermore, after the food was served, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink, even though we sat at the table for quite some time. We were also not asked if everything was to our liking or if we were interested in dessert. We found that striking. We ultimately enjoyed our meal, but due to the way they communicated and the poor service, we will unfortunately not be returning.

Our experience at Happy Italy was unfortunately very disappointing. The service was substandard: not a single smile or customer friendliness. We had to wait almost an hour for our food. My daughter ended up eating only two bites, so we politely asked if we could take the rest home. Instead of packing it for us, the employee literally threw a box on the table and walked away without a word. We found that particularly rude. Afterwards, we wanted to pay, but that also proved to be a challenge. We spent almost an hour trying to get someone's attention to pay and finally leave. What shocked me the most was the hygiene behind the bar. An employee sat with his hands in the ice cubes, then opened and closed the fridge, refilled empty bottles, and touched all kinds of surfaces. Afterward, he went back into the ice cubes with the same unwashed hands to fill glasses. I found that downright unhygienic and unacceptable. It is a shame, because this was absolutely not the experience we had expected. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting again.

The pizzas and pastas aren't super tasty. But there is an indoor playground for children on the first floor. The food prices are not too expensive.

This was the second time we came here. The previous time was still acceptable, although the pastas were swimming in tomato sauce and the kids' pizza was bone dry. The homemade lemonades made up for it a little. Today, however, was really not a pleasant experience. We were given a table under the stairs, and soon a ball landed on our table from the ball pit on the first floor. Not very hygienic. Just after the food was served, a second ball fell, hitting my shoulder very painfully, just missing my plate. We called a waitress over to ask if someone could check what was going on upstairs, but she said the ball pit was not their responsibility. We found this a very strange reaction; obviously, the children using it are not the restaurant's responsibility, but the material of the pit itself certainly is, and if guests on the floor below are bothered by it, surely something needs to be done. The waitress acted very indifferent and didn't ask if I was okay, not even after I indicated again that it really hurt. We ordered the vegetarian tiramisu and indicated that both my daughter and I are lactose intolerant. The waitress (the same one as before) clearly stated that she was certain the vegetarian version was lactose-free. Immediately after eating, our daughter developed severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Upon arriving home half an hour later, I started experiencing the same symptoms. We suspect that we were not served the vegetarian version at all, but the regular tiramisu. We find it truly reprehensible that this was overlooked, even though we clearly indicated that we both have an allergy. I am really left with a bad hangover from our visit: a large bruise on my shoulder, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Not nice souvenirs to take home.

Tasty and indeed fast. We sat outside because it was a bit noisy inside and quieter outside.

I wanted a kids' portion of the same kind of pasta I ordered myself. In my eyes, that shouldn't be a problem, because it was the same thing... well, no, they won't do that, it's not on the menu. So if your child doesn't like tomato sauce, you're just out of luck.

Due to circumstances, I had to use the toilet on the first floor twice. NO toilet paper available.

I first visited Happy Italy over 10 years ago and loved it. The pizzas were authentic, and I made it a tradition to come back every time I visited Eindhoven, even if I had to wait in a long queue. This time, the pizza was disappointing. The crust was neither airy nor soft, despite being baked in a wood-fired oven. It felt like the dough had not been properly proofed. The ingredients also didn't seem very fresh, and the tomato sauce lacked flavour. Two of the three people in our group, including myself, had the tiramisu. Both of us developed severe stomach pain and nausea afterwards, and it lasted for two days.. We suspect it may have been food poisoning. I'm writing this review because I hope the restaurant will pay more attention to food quality and hygiene.

This place is a real disaster! The 'crostini' on the bruschetta was tough, there was very little pasta sauce, and I only found out when paying that the staff could just talk. Absolutely no service and the toilet paper in the men's restroom was gone... this was a real farce!

During my visit, I encountered several issues that were also mentioned in previous reviews. For instance, I ordered a rather expensive lemon and mint lemonade, but upon serving, it turned out there was no mint in it at all. When I inquired about this with the wait staff, I was told that they had run out of mint. I was also not entirely satisfied with the dishes themselves. For two of my table companions, the sauce seemed to have been heavily diluted, making it very watery and lacking in flavor. It gave the impression that the attention to detail one would expect from a restaurant in this price range had not been paid to it. This could possibly have been prevented by better checking whether the dishes and accompanying components fully meet expectations before serving. This was my first experience with the restaurant, but unfortunately, it is not an experience that will make me return anytime soon. Additionally, I find it disappointing that, in my opinion, little is visibly done with the feedback from previous reviews. Nice and friendly responses from the restaurant naturally sound positive, but ultimately, it is about guests noticing that something is actually being done with this criticism. Simply responding to reviews is not enough; improving the experience for future guests is at least as important.

The pizza tasted like a bad frozen pizza. No taste at all. You pay almost 30 kr for a 0.2 cl soda, it's not on the menu, just the price. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Had a lovely dinner out. The starter was delicious and dietary requirements were taken into account.

After having eaten well here twice, today was a real letdown. An hour after we ordered, we received our pizzas, which were already almost cold because they had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. We asked when they were being served if the pizzas were still warm. There was no response. We mentioned it again when paying. The response then was: 'I don't know anything about that, because I only just started working...' So we quickly paid and left. What a shame!

Aster is without a doubt the sweetest and best employee at Happy Italy Eindhoven! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a big smile. Aster ensures that you feel welcome immediately and really goes that extra mile to make your visit special. The service is always friendly, fast, and sincere. Whether it is busy or quiet, Aster remains positive, helpful, and attentive. That makes a huge difference and ensures that I leave with a smile every time. Of course, the food is delicious too: the pizzas are large, the pastas are flavorful, and the atmosphere is always cozy. But thanks to Aster, every visit feels extra special. Employees like that are worth their weight in gold and deserve all the appreciation.

First of all, we weren't allowed to sit outside on the terrace (it was 8:15 PM). The waitress wanted us to go inside because they had closed off the terrace (while we were still people eating outside). A shame, because the weather was nice. Once inside, I ordered chicken pasta with penne pasta. Then the waiter brought the pasta with a long story about how they were out of penne and that it was fusilli now. I said I didn't want it then. Next, the waiter asked what the difference is between fusilli pasta and penne pasta? I said the shape, but there's more to it. The way he asked that question, as if I were an idiot. Even though he doesn't know himself. Of course, I'm the one who's going to pay in the end. The shape of the pasta determines which sauce pairs best with it. Penne goes well with creamy sauces, fusilli holds chunks like vegetables and minced meat well, tagliatelle is suitable for larger ingredients, while spaghetti works best with smooth oil or cream sauce. So it definitely matters which pasta you use. Then the manager came over and asked, "How can I help you?" I said nothing; I didn't need anything. There she stood, hesitantly clicking away on her card reader. She was probably waiting for me to say, "How much do I have to pay?🤣". I said I just wanted to leave and didn't need anything anymore. I didn't pay either, but they should have at least given me the pasta for free for making me wait for nothing.

Table was not clean. Crumbs of pizza from some months in the table. Had to wait more than 50 minutes to get our food (and they call it fast Italian). Mushrooms were far from fresh.

1 star – Hugely disappointing, never again! Dined at Happy Italy last night and the quality has really gone downhill. We ordered a Pasta Carbonara and a Caesar Salad, but both dishes were way below par. The Caesar Salad consisted mainly of tasteless croutons and barely any chicken. Additionally, the real Parmesan cheese had disappeared and been replaced by cheap grated cheese that didn't taste like Parmesan at all. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was also a fly in my salad. I did get a new salad, but it was still of very poor quality and absolutely not what we were used to from Happy Italy. The Pasta Carbonara also had absolutely no flavor. It was basically nothing more than pasta with some bacon bits and cream. No spices, no depth, just incredibly bland. The service was also very disappointing. We were seated in a corner by the stairs and almost all the staff did not speak Dutch. I am in the Netherlands and I simply expect to be served in Dutch and for staff to understand me. That is part of good service. The photos really speak for themselves. For the prices you pay these days, you should expect much more than this. Conclusion: poor food quality, a fly in the salad, disappointing service, and a totally different experience than before. We will absolutely never return here and unfortunately cannot recommend this branch. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I have eaten here several times, but I think this was the last time. The food was okay, but the quite loud music, combined with the noise in the restaurant (everyone talks very loudly to make themselves heard), means you can barely hear your table companions. There were eight of us, and we were seated at a large square table where we were very far apart. A shame.

Waited 45 minutes in line during which they let in 1 group every 10 minutes. When we got to the front they had us wait for another 15 and then told the rest of the line (10+ people) that they wouldnt accept any more customers for the day despite it being 2 hours to closing time. 0 stars if I could.

Just give up. Here is proof that a fresh pizza is unfortunately not enough to save a restaurant experience. The pizza was fine and freshly prepared. That pretty much sums up all the positive things. We were seated outside and had to replace all three chairs before we could even sit down. The first ones were covered in a generous layer of bird droppings, the next were torn, and the rest looked like they had been abused by the elements for years. The tables, chairs, menus, and even the cutlery are in a state you would expect at a flea market at the end of the day rather than in a restaurant. The staff was friendly enough, but hospitality experience seemed completely absent. It took a remarkably long time to clearly convey a simple order. Additionally, almost every form of basic table etiquette was missing. Where you normally expect a certain degree of hospitality, here I mainly got the feeling that everyone was just winging it. The absolute highlight was the glass in which my drink was served: cracked along almost its entire length and with a damaged rim. That is not only sloppy, but also something that simply shouldn't appear on the table. The prices are still reasonable for a city center location, but the drinks menu also managed to disappoint me. Everything comes from the PepsiCo range, where many "regular" soft drinks are partially sweetened with artificial sweeteners. Personally, I feel that this comes at the expense of the taste. If I want to drink a semi-light soft drink, I just mix a zero-version with a regular one myself. Add to that the hefty parking costs in the city center, and the math becomes simple: for the same money, I would rather drive five minutes further to a pizzeria outside the paid parking zone. There, you have a good chance of getting a comparable pizza, but without the adventure of defective furniture, damaged glassware, and a lesson in how hospitality *is* not supposed to operate. In short: the pizza barely saves the second star. Everything surrounding it is doing its utmost to snatch that away as well.

Service was fine, had to wait 5-10minutes for our empty bowls to be taken away. Atmosphere was overall nice, but the occasional person sitting on public benches 2meters away, too close to seating, would have their smoke and stuff blow onto us, even though smoking wasn't allowed where we were sitting, so kind of defeats the purpose. The bubble tea was bland, and wouldn't say it's worth the money when it tastes like it was a diluted pre-made drink. And then the pasta. I was excited to try the salmon pasta. I was halfway in when I bit onto a fish bone. At first I took it out of my mouth and put it on the side of my bowl. Then the second, then the third. And by the fifth, I completely lost my appetite. Never have I gotten a fish bone in Albert Heijn or Jumbo's smoked salmon, so I definitely didn't expect it in an Italian restaurant. I sent my bowl half full back, we paid and then left. Would not recommend going back.

Had a quick lunch before the flight. Carbonara (can be improved) and risotto (ok). Generous portions. Fair prices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went here with some friends and honestly had a really good time. The restaurant was busy, but the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. I ordered a pizza and was surprised by how big it was for the price. The food came out quickly, tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s one of those places where you can enjoy a good meal without spending too much. Definitely a spot I’ll visit again when I’m in Eindhoven. 😊

We ware waiting more than 20 min to give order ..after 25 min of waiting we decided to leave .poor customer service

We had two Social Deal menus and two pasta/pizza dishes for which we had to pay extra. The food was good (for the money) and the service was good until the moment of payment. Then we received the bill. And that is when everything went wrong. Because there were expensive dishes and cheap children's dishes. The former had to be paid for via Social Deal, and we paid extra for the latter. So that didn't go right at all on the bill. We pointed this out, and the manager came to correct it. Well, that didn't go right again because the amounts simply didn't add up. But we were very rudely dismissed. It is not bad to make mistakes, but resolve them properly. We love Happy Italy, but the manager's behavior was really not okay.

The food looked good, it's a shame we waited 40 minutes to be served before we finally left.

Given the negative reviews, not much has changed. The expensive lemonade with lemon and mint. No mint at all! When I inquired, it was sold out. They had probably diluted the sauce for two of my dining companions, it was so watery... almost finished too? It was my first experience, and I think it will be my last. I also find it very reprehensible that they ignore the reviews. Nice answers sound good but mean nothing!

The Carbonara pasta was very bad. The atmosphere was okay, but we also saw a mouse in the restaurant. For the money we paid, this was not worth it

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. Despite the place being practically empty, the food took a very long time to arrive. The price-quality ratio was completely lacking: the chicken in the pesto pasta was barely discernible and the dish was far too salty. Unfortunately, the latte also did not taste good (as if the milk had been sour). The service also left much to be desired. It was very difficult to get the attention of the wait staff, which is strange in an empty room. Furthermore, the fact that the staff does not speak Dutch made it difficult to complain about this. We will not be returning here.

We were passing through and ate here. Ordering was quick via the QR code on the table, and the drinks and food arrived promptly. We ordered pasta, which was okay, but the sauce tasted strongly of ketchup, not like a delicious tomato sauce. The waiters were poorly behaved; they sat at a table near us with friends and other waiters, talking loudly on their phones and smoking while we were eating. I don't think that's acceptable for service staff... if other guests behave like that, it's bad enough.

After our visit, we can now understand the rather average rating this restaurant has. The initial impression is quite positive: The restaurant looks modern and nicely decorated, and the terrace also makes a pleasant impression. Accordingly, our expectations upon entering were relatively high. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to these expectations. While the service was friendly, we repeatedly had to wait a long time throughout our visit. The pizza, unfortunately, tasted rather rubbery and not very fresh. Furthermore, no Parmesan was served with the pasta dishes we ordered, nor were we asked if we wanted it – something one would expect from Italian cuisine. Overall, the food lacked the typical Italian passion, attention to detail, and a certain culinary identity. In the end, the ambiance alone is simply not enough. Therefore, for us personally, this is not a restaurant we would visit again.

Services is BAD , I have been waiting almost one hour for only one item for take out and it’s not here yet they said they are taking orders per number but it’s NOT a lot of people they come after me but they get their orders first !!! I’m really disappointed about my experience !!!!

The pastas are mediocre, lacking much flavor. Sometimes even a bit watery. It doesn't cost much, but that is reflected in the dishes. So, mediocre. The service wasn't great either, but just adequate. You're better off spending a bit more and going to a better restaurant. Think of Happy Italy as your Italian fast-food chain.

Picked up 2 pizzas, we were half an hour early, still had to wait even though it wasn't busy there, then we came home with the pizza, and the pizza margarita looks terrible, a large part of the crust is burnt!

We ended up here with a group of adults, but it felt like a daycare. The service was amateurish, the food was cold, and we were given the bill while they hadn't realized we hadn't received the desserts yet. What a nightmare place…

Ordered pasta carbonara. It just wasn't tasty. I also received it within 10 minutes, which is very fast. Also, ordering via QR code. I think that's impersonal bullshit.

I recently ordered a carpaccio from your Eindhoven location, for which I paid €25. To my great disappointment, the carpaccio was absolutely not fresh. The meat had partially turned brown/greyish, and the taste clearly indicated that the product was no longer suitable for consumption. Therefore, I unfortunately had to throw away the entire carpaccio. This is not the quality I should expect, especially not for this price. I therefore request appropriate compensation, such as a refund or replacement meal. I have photos available for clarification.

I've eaten here before (a few years ago), and I've always really enjoyed it. Yesterday, however, I was disappointed. I received a lukewarm pizza with a soft crust, and the pizza wasn't crispy. I kept eating anyway because I was incredibly hungry. Halfway through, it was frozen solid and ice cold. I took the rest home and reheated it myself.

The food isn't great, but the dessert is. It's okay for a quick bite. More geared towards young people.

It's worth it, although the kitchen closes early because it's Eindhoven. The pizzas are large, the crust is amazing, and they're incredibly delicious with a great variety. The dessert is quite good too. I would remove the onion from all the pizzas; they all have it, and that's a mistake.

Happy Italy, not so happy anymore. I was there a long time ago, and the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I have no idea what happened, but now the staff is unmotivated. Ask a question and you get a curt, snappy response. We were there early afternoon last Saturday, and the place was empty except for a few customers. We were directed to a small table almost in the middle of the aisle. When we asked if we could sit by the window, it was too much to ask. It's only for four people! After some persuasion, we were finally allowed to sit, but we had to be quick with ordering and eating. Fine, we didn't have much time anyway. We asked how long it would be before the food was ready: 10 minutes. Great!… we thought. It took over fifteen minutes before she finally came to take our order, and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Normally, it's no problem if the food takes a little longer, but don't tell her it will be ready soon. Anyway. I ordered cheese fondue for two. A kind of round bread was brought on a small board, with barely melted mold or blue cheese floating in it. The cheese wasn't great, but the bread covered in cheese was fine. Besides this "bread pizza" with cheese, there were some small tomatoes, strips of bread with melted cheese (which looked and tasted like they'd been sitting out all day), a few slices of cheap ham that were squashed together in one lump, and a few slices of salami (which were fine, by the way) on the far-too-small board, from which a lot of food rolled off when you tried to grab something. Plates? No. Too much to ask. There were also concerns about the staff's hygiene. You see someone scratching their head in the kitchen, then immediately grinding herbs with their hands and adding them to a sauce or something... Yuck! To end on a positive note: Despite being a bit noisy (even with few customers), the atmosphere is pleasant. It was nicely decorated, and I saw a ball pit upstairs for children. No, not a Happy Italy for us, but an UnHappy Italy where we won't be returning.

The Happy Italy restaurant in Eindhoven has completely gone to the dogs. We were there for the last time. We ordered a Kaas Fondue pizza. We were given a long board for two. It had our dish on it, but no plates were served. The fondue was melted in the center of the pie. It was impossible to cut it because everything would have leaked out. Next to it were pieces of dry, sliced ​​pizza. They weren't from the same pie, because they didn't fit together. You know what I mean – they looked like leftovers left by others. I walked over to the kitchen area. A young guy with completely rotten teeth spoke to me in English, and next to me, a girl was frying chicken, stirring and crumbling something in her hands over a pan. Her hands were empty, so I don't know what she was crumbling. My guts dropped. They were tense, as if a secret was being stolen from them. And yet, the kitchen was open. I remember a few years ago, I could enjoy watching professional chefs and the crackling oven. Apparently, that's forbidden now. We ate uncertainly, and not everything. Our table looked like a pig's nest because they didn't give us plates! Never again!

Fast and tasty, better fast food

We ordered a doner pizza (and I was wondering if it was the same one because there was very little of it) and coffee and limonade. The pizza was eaten and 20 minutes later we got our drinks. This is some kind of joke, not a restaurant!!!!

I ordered homemade lemonade. It was supposed to come with lemon and mint, but there was no mint at all, and the lemon was a very thin slice. I ordered pasta Alfredo with shrimp (5 euros extra) and literally got 6 shrimp. The cutlery was also dirty.

The service was a bit rough, and it didn't feel entirely hospitable. The pizza wasn't fully baked and could have stayed in the oven a few minutes longer. The pizza was practically thrown on the table. The prices are reasonable.

There is only one type of pizza that I like which is only served here. The only reason to return
