Food takes a long time! No proper seating. No legroom. The waiter looks like Joshua Kaats.

Worst service ever! Slow and really no one cares. Not even the manager who refunded me.

Nothing to do... staff only occupied with phones, and we had to wait over 25 minutes for two pasta dishes. So, this branch should be closed. Left after 25 minutes without food... the manager didn't care at all.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing visit, as our favorite dish didn't taste the way we're used to. The noodles were overcooked, and there seemed to be no salt in the cooking water. There were few options for seasoning, and the usual bread wasn't served either :(

A group of 8 people (4 adults + 4 children) does not get a table and is sent out

De risotto had 3 of 4 gambas. I will not return to this place.

The table they put us was dirty and we waited for quite long so we can sit. Flor and everithing arround was also dirty. Food was full with oil and withouth any taste. So if ypu don"t have to go there, don't.

Usually, I'd give five stars. But for some reason, today's pastas were really disappointing. The chicken was a bit dry, the onions not cooked enough, and my boyfriend's pasta carbonara was just.. off. I hope this is a temporary thing and I can readjust my rating after my next visit. :)

Waited over a hour and then they told me they didn't have a pasta kind im stock ...a hour of waiting wasted my time they resolved by giving a refund but stil ...

Very bad service ,everywhere is dirty and kitchen is not hygienic, no any quality… cooks are really talk a lot… focus the cooking……

Very disappointing experience! They forgot our order and we had to wait for 45mins while they are in the kitchen playing on their phone and eating fruits. We eventually got our food after complaining and the food was okay, not the best, I’ve had better pasta. No wonder the place was empty!

Website has the worst UI ever. After you struggle for a while, it gives an error at the payment page. Also taste was below my expectations. And it is not nice that you report bad reviews as “fake”. See the proof in picture. Never again!

Worst Caesar salad I ever had. Extreme long waiting.

The food was good. A good option if you want a simple (quick) bite, for example, before an event. The staff, however, mainly only spoke English and were slow. They even managed to deliver the wrong dish despite ordering at the counter. There were three of us; two of us received the dish, the third 5 minutes later, and we had to pick it up ourselves. There was little atmosphere, no friendly atmosphere, and the staff didn't smile. So, there's plenty of room for improvement. Vapiano is generally excellent.

The food is good, the portions are large. I highly recommend it.

I always come here for pasta and usually really enjoy it. But last night change my mind. Me and my friend was passing by after it was closed and we saw a rat inside walking around. There was a guy working inside and I wanted to tell him, but he didn’t really care, like he already knew about it. Honestly it made me feel really bad, because for a place that serves food, seeing that really makes me worry about hygiene. Doesn’t matter how tasty the pasta is, keeping things clean should come first. I just hope the management takes it seriously and makes sure the place is properly looked after.

A lot of people were waiting at the door, but all the tables upstairs were free.

Very poor service and food. We waited 40 minutes for the pasta, and in it I got only 5–6 pieces of very bad chicken. I do not recommend it at all.

Haven't had a star for ages. Absolutely no service. I keep repeating because my order isn't complete after waiting 45 minutes. They simply ignore me. Prices have gotten expensive for less food and quality. Pizzas have even become mini.

If you order pizza and someone else orders pasta, you can't eat at the same time. The pizza will be gone before you even get the pasta.

Very nice restaurant with great atmosphere. Staff is super nice and helpfull, offered a free cake to coffe. Pizza price ranges from 10 to 15 euro and it's more than enough for one person but not enough for two. Higly recommended.

Do you know what disappointment is? if not then this is the place for you. food is served separately, tables are not cleared, salt straws are dirty, food is bland, it's a pity, I had better expectations

We had 2 portions of pasta and one Caesar salad. Pasta was good, but the salad hasn't been washed (not sure if not washed at all or not washed properly), but there was dirt on the leaves. Also, some of salad leaves were not fresh.

This afternoon, my son and I had pizza here. It was quite busy. We had to wait a while for a table. Ordering is done via a QR code. The food was excellent. The service was friendly (they did speak English), although serving two bottles of drinks and two glasses might have looked more professional with a tray than by hand. Otherwise, everything looked neat and clean. A great place for a quick bite.

Unfortunately, the pizza didn't impress me in terms of taste. The ingredients seemed carelessly distributed, the crust was burnt on the bottom, and overall, it took away my appetite. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

We had to wait over an hour for our food. You have to order by phone, which is very impersonal, so you don't know how long it will take. The food was fine, but if I have to wait that long again, I won't be back.

We ate here on Saturday. The food itself was fine. However, we had to wait an incredibly long time for our food. We ordered at 8:14 PM and received it at 9:18 PM. They're simply understaffed. And we weren't the only ones who had to wait so long; I saw several people walking up to the chefs to complain. This is such a shame.

Takes a long time, no service, terrible atmosphere.

Just ordered via ubereats. Received cheese cake instead of chocolate. Pizza is not cooked and so wet at the bottom that I can't even put it in the oven without it completely falling apart. Tried calling the place 5 times, no answer. I will post a new review tomorrow after I've been there with the update whether we got our money back at all. Least they can do. Worthless. Wouldn't eat here even if I got money for it.

The food was very good but it took about 30 minutes to arrive, but I liked everything very much.

Let's start to say that I also work into the service industry as a chef..The errors made... First bringing the pasta toy boyfriend, the my pizza and the garlic bread together ? And then the drinks...

At Vapiano you don't pay too much for good food. Here in Eindhoven you can eat upstairs in a relatively quiet place, in the middle of the city. Definitely recommended! I've been coming here for a long time, the quality of the food has really gone down and the prices have gone up quite a bit, which I can understand by the way.

Don't try the peppers!!! I died.

Casual Italian restaurant. When you sit down, you scan the QR code and choose your meal. You can pay online by card or Google Play. The pasta and pizzas are made fresh, so the food doesn't come out too quickly. The Bolognese pasta I ordered was very well made and perfectly seasoned. The portions are large. The individual pizza is enough for two people who don't eat much.

Heeft niets met Italiaans eten te maken, puur maagvulling (en nog zwaar ook). Hoewel de zaak voor nog geen derde vol zat, duurde het bijna een half uur voor ik bestelling kreeg (wel natuurlijk eerst afrekenen). Ik betwijfel of er originele pancetta was gebruikt (leek wel geklokt ipv lichtjes aangebakken). Eén stukje peterselie van 10x15 cm kunnen ontdekken. En o horror! Of ik chilivlokken erin wilde!!! Zet een pot op tafel als mensen het pittiger willen hebben. Amper smaak, bovendien ook geen gratis extra portie kaas aangeboden (was dat wel pecorino?). Wat me zeer stoorde: je wordt bij ontvangst in het Engels aangesproken. Hallo!! We leven in Nederland!!

The food is unfortunately tasteless. The noodles were sticky and had pieces of bread in them; the chef wasn't paying attention. Large pieces of garlic that weren't fried properly. I ordered an empty plate, which unfortunately wasn't clean. The service isn't the best, but I'm used to self-service at other Vapianos, where you could have a nice chat with the chef. I missed that here. The atmosphere is good, but it was a bit hot without proper air conditioning. I'm just used to other Vapianos quality in Germany. I hope this improves.

What can I say, the food was nice and the carpaccio was just what I expected. The chocolate cake was good, however it was hard to cut through it. Other than that I liked the ambiance and the service was relatively quick, not to mention that we came here on a Friday evening!

Great food, only the service leaves much to be desired. Especially during the week, a lot of rude staff. In addition, they leave your pasta on the counter for 10 minutes before bringing it to your table. In addition, they often keep the roof terrace closed despite the beautiful weather. The online order doesn’t give you enough options to order 👎🏼

Used to be really good, but got really disappointed last time. Food quality has felt a lot. Service also wasn't nice. They forgot items from our order, we had to ask them two times to get the ordered food, and it still took around 40 minutes to come, although the restaurant was quite empty.

Had dinner at Vapiano with my family. Food was good. But the service was very disappointing. One of the waiters who served us pizza literally threw the cutlery at our table and did not even apologize. I wish not but this could be a racist behavior towards people. I paid and even tipped for the food even before the food was served expecting kind service, but this is really unacceptable.

I was quite disappointed with my visit. The pasta was overcooked, the service was slow, and the tables hadn’t been cleaned properly. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there was really no excuse for the poor service and lack of attention to detail. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and the food did not meet expectations.

Toilet was dirty. Disabled toilet was even filthy. When we spoke to them about this they said it was cleaned every morning. Staff doesn't speak Dutch and were very unfriendly.

Service is verschrikkelijk, je kunt het niet eens service noemen. Zéér onvriendelijk, onprofessioneel en zelfs respectloos naar gasten. Rolstoeltoilet was smerig, zat volledig onder de poep, maar personeel weigerde hier iets mee te doen, want de toilet werd alleen in de ochtend gepoetst en niet in de avond. Er was geen ander toilet beschikbaar. Eten was koud. Tafels smerig en werden niet tussendoor schoongemaakt, zelf niet nadat hierom werd gevraagd, je zat te eten met vieze servetjes van je voorgangers naast je bord. Niemand van personeel sprak nederlands. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug en raden ook iedereen aan om hier ver weg te blijven. Niet rolstoelvriendelijk, aangezien er alleen hoge (bar)tafels zijn.

My first time here was pre pandemic, and I did not know it was a chain. I loved the concept of going to the chef to order and talking to them about what you wanted...would have given it 5 stars. Since the pandemic, I've been more and more disappointed with it. Now it's just another average Italian restaurant with slightly different food.

Seriously disappointed and disgusting, we kept waiting for a seat until I had to guide the manager myself. After taking a seat, the tables were dirty and we just left it there (employees don't speak Dutch and work against their will). After asking several times to clean the table, it finally happened after a good half hour. People came after us and already got their order, while we were waiting. Until closing time, a good hour later, they started making our food. Pasta of 10 minutes can't be that difficult? I had to provide cutlery myself and after a very long wait I went to ask where my food was. They couldn't answer, so we had to get our food ourselves. Once my plate was in front of me, the scampi were not in it. Went back to the front and it turns out that the chef had forgotten the scampi. To conclude, I got home with stomach cramps. Totally unexpected from Vapiano, but you won't see me there again.

Super delicious food. When we entered, we were helped immediately. I asked if they also had gluten-free pizza, which I did not expect at all. To my surprise, every pizza could be chosen gluten-free! And the pizza was really good! We will definitely come back, because my partner's pasta carbonara also loved it!

Bah, what bad service. I have eaten at this chain several times but never had such bad service as today. Uncleaned table where we were allowed to sit after a wait of 15 minutes while upstairs was empty. We had to ask 3 times if someone wanted to come and clean the table without answering. The food (pizza) was reserved on a dirty table. After reporting this again, someone came to clean up against his will. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for our order. When serving, all sorts of things (scampi) were forgotten to add to our meal. I have never eaten so badly or been treated so badly in a restaurant. Even in an average snack bar you are treated better. Shame on you, shame on you, Vapiano Eindhoven!

Slecht functionerend bestelsysteem. QR code werkt niet dus naar beneden om te bestellen. Lang wachten maar eindelijk gelukt. Voorgerecht tegelijk gebracht, hoofdgerecht met zoveel tijd ertussen dat niet gelijk kon worden gegeten. Toch nog maar een toetje dus opnieuw naar beneden. Gelukkig maar 1 persoon voor mij. Maar die hoort dat alles in één keer besteld en betaald moet worden. Komen er van achter er in de rij nog 9 anderen die allemaal moeten bestellen en dus weer lang gewacht. Ook nog alleen in het Engels bestellen mogelijk. Dus eens maar echt nooit meer.

Disappointing! We had to wait far too long for our food, while people who came after us were already being served. In addition, the tables were dirty and not cleaned between customers, which really gave an unpleasant feeling. The service was downright bad. Disinterested staff, little communication, and no form of apology for the long wait or the poor hygiene.

Unacceptable price of the salad. A lot of lettuce, a little chicken, a few croutons, a little Parmesan & the "Caesar" sauce is too sour, which is not just a Caesar sauce. Carbonara 7/10. Helpful and kind staff.

For first visit, food was delivered warm and tasty. The experience was great. I didn’t like only the attitude of the waiters.They need to be taught and having more experience with customers.

The place impressed me. It was relatively cheap and they let us stay a little lonnger after closing hours so they were very kind.

I had a fantastic meal at Vapiano! The food arrived hot despite the crowds. The flavors of my carbonara were amazing, that's how you want a pasta carbonara! I had a problem with my couch but the staff was so friendly and still got to work on my pasta.

Had to wait an hour for my food before it came to my table. And the employee there says you shouldn't change tables, I explained it because there was one there and I said that I have already passed it on to one of her employees.

Overcooked pasta always. Very slow service that never brings the food when it should (deserts after dish, second person dish when the first person is done eating)
