Unbelievable what happened to us yesterday!! We ordered some falafel wraps to eat at the table and they did not give us any plate. So we reasonably dirty the table. Before leaving, I kindly collected the foil and clean the table but, doing so , some foil fell on the floor. She told us to clean the floor or we could not leave!!!!! So i replied that it can happen to dirty the floor in a restaurant where you serve food, especially if you don’t provide plates, but she got mad saying it was not a restaurant and we had to clean the floor or we couldn’t leave!!!! I almost called the police. DO NOT GO HERE

Overpriced falafel and extremely bad/rude service.

We ordered a 16 euro order of chicken wings and 2 fanta drinks It was registered in the application that the delivery would arrive within 40 minutes I went down after it was registered in the app that the shipment was on its way to me We waited for him outside for about an hour and a half, the messenger did not come We tried to contact the restaurant by phone but there is no answer After two days we arrived at the restaurant independently in order to get answers The messenger, who happens to be the owner of the business, answered us I gave the delivery of the food to the hotel counter according to us after 15 minutes from the moment of delivery According to a 40 minute delay by application from where we ordered He claimed that he arrived at the hotel counter after 15 minutes without informing and claimed that he had delivered to them After a thorough inquiry with the hotel desk, no shipment arrived He didn't call us at all, after arguing with him out of reflex he said that it was expensive to call, after we confronted him about the issue of calling and everything, he tried to correct himself and give all kinds of excuses why he didn't call, saying that he didn't have to call and that it was the hotel's responsibility and claimed that the food was eaten at the hotel and all kinds of other excuses In conclusion, we were stung by 16 euros

Yesterday, my whole family and I picked up takeout from this snack bar. First, my 6-year-old brother started vomiting, then my other 8-year-old brother, and then my mother too. We've had stomach aches all day and night now. Not recommended.

Very poor and very dirty; if I could give a minus star, I would have. Grumpy staff, we paid extra for a plastic container when we received cardboard containers. We ordered a special order, but there were only two pieces of onion in it. The fries were very hard and cold, and the frikandels were inedible. We didn't receive a receipt, so everything came from a special container.

A friend recommended this, he also gets a bad review. This snack bar is greasy and mediocre. So fat moderately

This cafeteria is so filthy that it is actually a work of art in its own right. The tempting aromas of burnt fat and old frying fat greet you from afar, and once inside you are overwhelmed by the nostalgic scent of long-forgotten oil. The interior is a beautiful mix of worn tables and chairs that were once a different color and posters of dishes that look much tastier than they actually are. The staff seems as stuck to the floor as the fries that accidentally fell on the floor. Despite the seemingly chaotic environment, there is a strange sense of coziness that embraces you as you enjoy your greasy treats. In short, this cafeteria definitely deserves 5 stars for its authentic, dirty charm

Best late night munch in Utrecht

I have never eaten in such a dirty snack bar. Please don't come here! The snacks didn't taste like how snacks should taste. I was even afraid of getting sick because I really didn't feel well at night. Also experienced a big argument between a group of adults and the owners. So a strange situation.

If you, as a store, have "Kapsalon" in your name, you can expect that the doner itself is good, but nothing could be further from the truth; frozen doner. Durum, a weak freezer flap. Iceberg lettuce brown. Tomatoes in the durum doner that are already fermenting. Requested garlic sauce and sambal. I think Gerda from Schubbekutteveen would not find this spicy. Don't even order here if all the other tents are already closed! Edit: oh yeah. Really. €4.75 for one frikandel special? Shame on you. Purchase a maximum of one cup including sauce, and then you buy it at the Appie.

Ordered something twice and they got it wrong twice. A special frikandel sandwich comes without a bun, and of the 2 cans of Fernandes only 1 comes. No.... I will certainly not order from here again.

I orderd food and it never came! Noone is answering my calls! Yall still owe me 16€! DO NOT ORDER HERE! Answer: straight up not true! Bro i even said in the notes that the building is called canvas student living… i even wrote down to contact me and u have both my number and e-mail… Also i enabled my location for this order specifically… Judging from other reviews the owners answer is just a cheap excuse! I would never order here ever! Scam! Extra edit: you guys do very much still owe money… you never delivered and i still paid in advance… i might not have pif u directly for your service but even with a third company involved you still owe me my order! Absolutely embarrassing business this one!

Absolutely do not order here my fellow individuals! You'll be back and forth to Jupiter even faster, back in time for Sesame Street... and then slaughter a sheep yourself. And then create your own hair salon, then get your food here at the agreed time!

The food was disgusting. Kapsalon with chicken doner is cancer dirty. Hamburger was cheap meat from Aldi. Fries were fine but received little sauce. Just a garlic container. No serving utensils. Faya

Always friendly and tasty snacks

Unfortunately, many surrounding quality snack bars are closed and I still come here sometimes. Tip: only order fries or snacks, anything that can be fried, and don't expect too much. For all other food, such as meat that is fried: better not. Hygiene is terrible and the food is often indefinable. I made the mistake of ordering something that was not fried and I very much regret it.

Had to wait a long time for the order. Poor service on the phone and no intention whatsoever to offer help. When the order arrived, after a long wait, the order was also wrong. Didn't get what we ordered. The food was terrible. Never order here.

Minimum delivery costs are 8 euros, and they are too bad to deliver a hair salon that costs 7.95 excl. 1 euro delivery costs. You can have those 5 cents. Apparently this business doesn't want to make any money.

Went here yesterday to order 2 snacks. In good faith I paid the amount indicated by him. While waiting I wanted to check if the price was right. Whereupon I noticed that the amount I had paid differed by 20 cents from the prices on the signs. Finally they decided to say something. The response from the dear gentleman made me decide to leave a review. He became angry and grumpy and tried to convince me that the price on the menu was different from the price on the plate. To which I said they are the same. Then the best man felt it necessary to repeat three times that he has never had such customers as me and responded sullenly and indifferently. Without having calculated the amounts and without telling him how much I had paid too much, he quickly knew that it was 20 cents. You can say, it's only 20 cents, you can also think, he could have taken 20 cents off the total amount. The way I was disadvantaged there does not invite me to come back here again.
