For the best durum döner, you really have to order or pick up at Musa’s Place; it is prepared with love and you get a truly magnificent, full roll. Incredibly sweet and friendly staff. Every time I walk past, they wave or say hello. I don't know a better cafeteria in the city center of Utrecht. Thank you very much, Musa’s team. Love, Alycia

The cook was too aggressive and unprofessional. You can be polite and understand when we're foreigners and don't speak Dutch! Really disappointed. The cook was aggressive and unnecessarily rude. Instead of taking the time to explain, he spoke rudely. It's completely unappetizing and unprofessional. Sorry for being away and not speaking English! So I left.

Unfortunately, very unprofessional. I called to ask what the delivery time would be. It would take a maximum of an hour due to high volume, but I could place an order. However, when placing the order (immediately after the phone call), the option was taken offline. Supposedly due to one other order. I find this unacceptable and customer-unfriendly.

Today, my wife instructed me to get a Turkish chicken pizza here. At first, I thought: there are plenty of Turkish pizza takeaways in the neighborhood. Until I tried this place. Then I immediately understood why my wife wanted to get it specifically from here. The Turkish pizza here is truly exceptionally good: the dough is deliciously crispy, and the meat is well-seasoned and generously topped. Moreover, the roll is very well filled. I would recommend everyone to come and eat and order here at Musa.

The biggest and cheapest kebab I've ever had. Old Veges, old meat, on a massive torillia, no sauce (because theyre in little packets instead). I asked the server for no plastic (fork and sachets) in my bag and the other guy blew his top about how there is plastic in everything. I KNOW. THATS WHY I DON'T WANT MORE! Would have rathered you made an edible sized kebab with fresh ingredients, and not just old cucumber and lettuce.

I've heard a lot about this place and the reviews don't lie! I didn't feel like cooking, so I traveled here for a tasty kapsalon. It's a small place, but I could sit comfortably. The kapsalon was ready within two minutes and it's quite a stunner. First of all, the meat was truly fantastic, and the fries were just fine. I've had the one and only real kapsalon in Rotterdam, and this one comes very close. I got the impression from the young owner that he was incredibly rushed, as if I wasn't welcome. Of course, I had a delicious meal; the price was on the high side, but fine. After I finished, I threw the container with some burnt döner leftovers and some hard pieces of fries into the trash can. Normally, I always neatly return the plates and sauces to the counter, but that wasn't necessary here. I walked outside and saw the young owner taking the same container out of the trash can to see if I had eaten everything. Or it must be something else, but that was the impression I got anyway. All in all, a bit of a vague experience; I didn't feel like a guest. It was incredibly tasty döner, though.

I went here with my little brother and wow.. The food here is amazing. I ordered 2 kapsalons for a bargain price and they gave me a gigantic portion of kapsalon. The meat and fries were well cooked, the salad was fresh, and I was completely full in no time. My little brother said the place is good and he was right. The service here is just your brothers and really great. The atmosphere was also very good, not dirty and very simple. Read it if you want to stuff yourself with good Turkish food :)

I have never in my life experienced such bad treatment in a restaurant as here. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Because of the high ratings, we wanted to try it with friends, but we couldn't believe how we were treated. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered a shawarma wrap here. The wrap was well-filled and the price was fine. The employee was friendly and the place looked clean. For me, however, the shawarma was a bit too greasy, which made the taste quite strong. Otherwise, you do get a good portion for your money.

Came for the first time = I'm going to come every time. Hygienic too, being able to wash my hands well is also a nice feeling.

So, I wanted to get a sandwich here with my friend; he went inside to order. I was sitting outside on the chairs rolling weed, when the owner came out and told me that he didn't want any weed for his restaurant or something and that I shouldn't smoke. I didn't want to smoke at all either, but wanted to roll for later. I asked if rolling was allowed because I didn't understand him. This gentleman speaks poor Dutch and got angry at me because he thought I wasn't going to listen to him. In general, he came across as quite threatening/angry right from the start. He yelled at me, and at one point I yelled back because I felt threatened, as he was completely in my space too. Then he got even angrier and blamed me for being angry at him, even though he clearly started it. Very unprofessional. The owner's son is very friendly, by the way, and I feel sorry for him that he has to deal with his father. Because of this, my weed fell to the ground; I lost at least €5 (about half a gram).

Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. The older employee came across as unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. We weren't even allowed to point out which meat we wanted, which was very awkward. The quality of the food was also disappointing; the rolls did not taste fresh or good. Furthermore, an unpleasant argument arose during the meal, which completely ruined the atmosphere. For us, this was absolutely not a pleasant experience, and we will not be returning here.

Unfortunately, the older man was not friendly. We felt completely uncomfortable. We weren't even allowed to touch the glass to point out what we wanted on our döner kebab. The food was also disappointing and didn't taste good. During the meal, he even started an argument with us at one point. We found that very unpleasant. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!

Best döner in Utrecht! You get a really huge Turkish pizza that lacks absolutely nothing, the döner is well cooked, and everyone here is always super friendly! Highly recommended if you're in the mood for a good Turkish pizza. They even make the garlic sauce themselves!

Accidentally stepped into the shop for a quick lunch. And find out later that the service & food was top. We had schwarma with lamb, croquet and sausage. The portion was big enough with a lot of meat, the fried foods were fried as we ordered, not just reheated. Lamb in schwarma was stir-fried with somewhat curry-peanut sauce, the meat was very tender and tasty. All the sauces and food were home-made. I apprecicate they keep the shop real clean when we were there. Friendly staff, we communicated in English and German, was easy.

What a terrible place when it comes to customer service. The owner yells and argues with customers and whines about children wanting to use the toilet. Highly not recommended. And the prices are ridiculously expensive. €5 for a small portion of fries without sauce; even McDonald's is cheaper.

Came in right before closing time, but Musa welcomed us with open heart. We ordered falafel & fries (M), doner sandwich, doner box, and doner kebab with 3 drinks for just under €50. It was ready super fast with sauce and condiments to perfection. Warm, cozy atmosphere felt like your dad’s kitchen. Thanks so much for making us feel at home.

My Turkish döner pizza fell apart completely. It was wrapped in two large pieces of aluminum foil, which was very odd. I think the taste was fine, but it was difficult to judge this way.

It's a shame they deliver by car and end up stuck in traffic. I had to wait unnecessarily long for my food, over an hour, and the food wasn't really warm anymore, more like lukewarm. The taste of the food... wow, I've never had such a delicious kapsalon. You won't go hungry anytime soon, what a huge portion! I honestly couldn't finish it all. It was also beautifully presented and prepared with care. Time for a kapsalon mini to add to the menu; I've had to throw away quite a bit of food because we couldn't finish it all. The garlic sauce was also very tasty, by the way. Tip... buy electric bikes for delivery so you don't get stuck in traffic; it's such a waste.
