Had a wonderful meal at Hawali! The food is delicious and well-seasoned—not too spicy, just right. I even liked the pani puri better than the one at Tummy Treats, although I have to say the naan there is slightly better. The service was friendly and attentive. I also really appreciated the kulfi ice cream and chai, which were perfect—not too sweet, just right for my taste. All in all, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I'd love to return to!

The staff was very welcoming and the food was amazing! Would definitely recommend getting their Garlic Naan, it was by far the best I’ve ever had! The interior is beautiful and very clean. This place definitely deserves more visitors! 10/10 will absolutely come again!

Indian food in Spain—I was skeptical. The tandoori chicken starter was a bit disappointing; nothing special, but the garlic naan bread and lamb saag more than made up for it. Delicious, the lamb was super tender. Friendly people, pleasantly surprised.

Went here with my family for a night out and it was great. I had Butter Chicken and my companion had Mango chicken and vegetable Biryani. Great food all across the board, service was quick and the appetizers were delicious. Definitely recommend.

I tried this spot several times before & i did tried it again recently! The food overall was tasty and full of flavor .. you can tell they use a lot of spices the right way. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the naan bread came out fresh and soft which I really enjoyed. Some dishes though were a bit heavy and oily for my taste, and the portions felt smaller compared to the price. Service was friendly but a little slow when the place got busy. It’s definitely a good option if you’re craving Indian food, but not really the type of place I would rush back to every week

I LOVE this place. Go there often. I can personally vouch for the Chicken Korma, and my new favorite Mango Chicken. We’ve also had the butter chicken and several others. Every single one is great. Perfect flavor. My favorite comfort food

We ordered the Hawali Grand menu for two for the first time. I couldn't choose, and with this menu, I didn't have to. Delicious mixed grilled meats, tikka masala (butter chicken is also an option), and three other dishes. Rice, naan, and papardam were also included. We're having leftovers this weekend. We'll eat at the restaurant again next time.

First came here with my now Fiance six years ago and it was as great as I remembered it. Food was full of flavor and had great portion sizes. We had lamb chicken and chana curries and we loved all of them.

I go very often to this restaurant because I like everything an about it. I feel comfortable, the food does not take long and it is delicious. Additionally, the price is good.

Very, very bad. Ordered 90 euros worth of food from Uber Eats, but it was absolutely terrible. Paneer jhalfrezie, paneer tikka masala, chicken jhalfrezie, and mixed vegetables all tasted the same, like the same curry. One of them only had chicken, the other vegetables and cheese. I've ordered from Hawaii before, but it seems like they have a different chef or owner. I called to ask if we could get something else instead of alo matter, and we got mixed vegetables, which I think was out of date. It tasted very strange. We threw it in the trash right away.

Horrible food and the worst service. Cherry on top was the cashier who responded that “ If you want to dine at an Indian restaurant that you should be ready to pay the services that we apply” we understand it’s normal to pay service charges in Italy for dining but 2.5 Euros per person for being mistreated and having a disastrous food and arrogant and uncivilised staff members . We only visited it because it was close to our restaurant and there after visited the much better restaurant options available in Florence.

It was really weird and not acceptable that they refused to serve tap water. Food is great and very tasty but requires a lot of water as it’s full of spices.

One of my favourite restaurants. We go there once a week 😊. The food is always good, service excellent, and the place super cozy.

Ordered here for the first time today. Delivery time was estimated at 45 minutes and that turned out to be accurate to the second ;-) Food was delivered by (only) English speaking delivery person. It was very well packaged in aluminum, plasticized paper and a plastic bag. The taste was surprising. Finally the Indian flavors as I knew them again. Structure, taste, sauce, meat (chicken), vegetables enough and arrived warm. Really an address for me to save.

The service is very friendly and hospitable, the food is delicious and everything is very well taken care of!

Be careful when ordering from them. They don't care enough to show quantities on their menu. They would outright mislead you with their photos, suggesting more food than being delivered. What's worse, when you call them and ask what happened, they'll argue you to death. Ordered from here twice: first and last...

Beware of scams and not eating fresh! We have been coming here for years and people often "accidentally" forget to include parts of the order. And when you call about this, they rudely indicate that we are no longer welcome and do not have to come by next time.

Best Naan bread in town. My wife and I shared a Chicken Tikka Masala, came with rice and we each got a Naan bread. Enough to share and the best flavours.

My favourite delivery Indian restaurant! Butter chicken and Saag Paneer, never had them as good as here. Even living 1,5 years in London can't change my opinion on these two dishes which still stand tall above the competition! Also, always super quick with their delivery. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

This is by far the best Indian in Amsterdam! Portions are very big so you can enjoy the next day as well and the people that work there are lovely!!

A beautifully decorated restaurant but a little lacking in atmosphere. We enjoyed the food very much. A very limited wine list (although we liked the Bordeaux red). Lots of takeaway deliveries going on.

Everything we ordered in this restaurant was so delicious. It is an authentic Indian Restaurant. We ordered the mixed grill and tikka masala it’s their signature dishes. I highly recommended it. Summarised: Authentic Indian food, the taste is quite close to what you would find in an Indian restaurant when dining in Delhi or Haryana, Punjab or Himachal. The decor is a bit dated and underwhelming, so please do not use that to judge the food. Detailed: The menu is quite comprehensive with adequate vegetarian and non vegetarian options (not sure of vegan). The service is quite prompt and the attendant helpful in recommending options based on your palette. We ordered a usual north Indian ensemble as we would back in India and we weren't disappointed, the food was paced adequately and was almost as close to what you would get in a North Indian restaurant in North India! The restaurant ambience is quite understated and dull and was in the middle of a renovation when we visited, hence for now i would recommend ordering a take out instead of visiting it directly. Definitely a must for Indian food lovers! Location - On the main street, can be easily spotted as is comparatively brightly lit during the evenings, during the day you need to look out for the board.

Very slow service. It seemed they had a pecking order on who did what. No one acknowledged us for 15 min after seat. Food was excellent, an hour after we ordered it. I would have loved to ordered another drink, but no one asked. Food was outstanding. I wish the service was better.
