From the starters to the dessert, everything was outstanding. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was flawless. The portions are generous, and the prices are fair. Definitely coming back soon — Nawaab has become my favorite spot!

This is my go-to restaurant whenever I crave flavorful food. Everything from starters to desserts is cooked perfectly. The cleanliness, decor, and hospitality make the experience even better. The owner personally checked on us to make sure everything was okay — that’s real customer care!

Good not great the lassi was better than average but the rice was a little overcooked and plain. The chicken was very good and the naan passable for sure. We were there a little after closing and spend quite a bit as a group of twelve across two tables and I think they would rather of had us leave than have our meal there.

What started out badly was redeemed by good service. I made a booking ( this was during a large event at the RAI) on arrival they claimed no record of my booking despite the email confirmation. I replied to the email to point this out and early the next morning I had an apologetic reply from the manager offering to make good on the error. I wasn’t able to return but very much appreciate any business who admits mistakes and quickly tries to fix it. We were seated after a reasonable wait. The food was fine. It’s a busy convent location. Despite the crowds the service was quick and attentive.

Food was pretty average. The garlic naan lacked taste and the mixed starters were not great (chicken was good but the other items were below average). My lamb madras was decent but overall there are much better Indian restaurants about.

I was looking for some halal food options and found this restaurant on Google map. What a gem to be found! Great atmosphere, delicious food and above anything the wonderful staff. Staff at this restaurant is simply brilliant. Their karak chai is a must try. Will visit again when in AMS!

Great Indian food. All meals we have ordered are quite spicy without mention in the menu, so beware if you don’t like that.

Food was not good at all, by any standard, we tried Chicken Biryani, Chicken Karahi and Reshmi Kabab. Chicken Biryani felt like it was drenched in spice water and the rice were very mushy. Chicken Karahi was sweet and did not taste or look like a Karahi. Finally, Reshmi Kabab was very bland and chewy. The only saving grace was plain Naan. Also expensive and not worth the price.

The service here is fantastic! I've been here a few times now and every time we've been warmly welcomed. The food was fine. We had the mix as a starter. For vegetarians there is the onion pakora and the samosa. I thought both tasted very good. The papadums were a nice addition. As a main course we shared a number of vegetarian dishes, including the bhindi, aloo channa and paneer tikka masala, combined with garlic naan and raita. I found the bhindi and aloo channa especially spicy and missed other flavors. The paneer was tasty. Unfortunately the naan was quite hard. Finally, we had the mix of desserts and because there was a birthday boy at the table, the restaurant had provided fireworks; very sympathetic. I liked the kulfi the most. Definitely come back!

Prices differs from what it says online, and they also charge 4 euros each time you get a new bowl with rice.

So turned up to this restaurant, on Google it states they shut at 22:30PM and I was there at 20:45PM. The staff were inside with the doors locked, I politely knocked on the windows only to be ignored. Then a woman approached towards the window making hand gestures that I could not understand, I got the hint and left. From this experience I’ve had here I would not bother wasting any money if this is how they treat others most of all someone who is wheelchair bound. Utterly disgusting behaviour, establishments like this give the genuine restaurants a bad name in the hospitality sector.

I have been here with my wife. This was our first restaurant of this kind. The employees were very nice and the food very good! It felt very authentic and a bit spicy which was very tasty. We loved that we could eat in peace without feeling rushed. The tea was also very tasty. In short, we highly recommend it!

We ordered a Mutton biryani which was just a simple meat curry rice made in pressure cooker (the rice sticky) no smell,no aroma , not even a single spices or onion garlic I found. Very very bad. Achari chicken & sikh kabab was good.
