This place is gorgeous, it has a magical, cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and have a good time. Their food selection is quite limited but it is good. Their scones is a must have and depending on the time of the day you are visiting, usually the "Stevig Ontbijt" and their soups are quite nice. Make sure you reserve ahead cause they are usually full. The staff could do better, but in general you will have a good time there.

This is a great place that I always enjoy going to. It can be quite noisy and often crowded, but I really like the atmosphere and the layout. In the summer, you can sit outside and avoid the crowds. The people who work there are lovely, and the food is always delicious. I love going there!

I had a reservation for three people at 12:30 today, and our food order arrived 15 minutes later. At 1:30, still no food. I asked how long it would take, and it turned out there were four more notes for us, and it would be another half hour. Unfortunately, we couldn't wait any longer and left without lunch, which was a real shame, as we were always satisfied before. This is not the kind of service we're used to.

My favorite spot in Aalsmeer for lunch or a cup of coffee and a treat. Friendly service, a wide selection, delicious food, and a very pleasant atmosphere.

We went to brunch at Het Tuinhuis, and honestly it was a great experience! 🌿 The brunch was really delicious, with super reasonable prices. The service is great: the waitresses are kind, smiling and really friendly. In addition, the restaurant is located right on the water, in a lovely little village, which makes the place even more charming. Honestly, it's one of the best brunches I've ever had, I 100% recommend it!

The location is beautiful. After my previous visit, I thought: I'll go back. I was disappointed. Very busy, and therefore very noisy inside. We waited an hour for the sandwich to arrive, and then it turned out to be a mistake compared to what we ordered. Normally, I'm a huge fan of the Garden House; the location is beautiful, and I always love the food. Today, however, we had a waitress who came across as very passive-aggressive, which we found a shame.

Three of the four guests had a salad, which was fine. I had a chicken and avocado sandwich, which was a bit disappointing—very little avocado and only chicken breast. It wasn't what I'd hoped for, but otherwise, it was fine!

What a lovely, peaceful spot to sit by the water! The interior has a wonderful atmosphere, and sitting in the courtyard garden looks beautiful too. The coffee was okay; it tasted like cheap/not real milk, but still 5 stars for the location and ambiance.

I recently had lunch here with a family member, and what a wonderful surprise it was: Tuinhuis Aalsmeer! The location is beautiful – peacefully situated on the water, with a relaxed, green atmosphere. A real escape without having to travel far. We received a friendly welcome and immediately felt at ease. The brunch was delicious! The coffee was also excellent. The service was attentive and gave us plenty of time to chat. There was no rush, just genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with good service and a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

What a huge turn off!!! If you book a high tea online and you arrive, they simply say that it is not done in July and August. Nice if you give it as a gift for your mother who is turning 72. Going to be your gift🤬🤬🤬🤬

Cozy spot by the water. It does feel crowded and noisy very quickly. That may be because of the many tables that are quite close together. The service is great, as is the food.

a very strange, medieval toko, with the prices of a cafe in a lobby of a 5 star hotel. it is very noisy, the tables and chairs are very close to each other. the service is mediocre, the staff tries to dominate the customer, maybe to create the feeling that he or she wants or has to order something else. a positive point is the excellent location of the dining room and a fancy parking lot next to the cafe (this has nothing to do with the toko itself, but it softens the pain a bit after you have paid).

Carrotcake en Wentelteefjes als ontbijt. Niet een feest, maar carnaval! Uitzonderlijk bereid en ongeëvenaard. De locatie tussen de historische kassen is rustgevend en de sfeer, mede dankzij de lieve en adequate bediening, zorgt voor een ongekende ontspanning. Op deze manier je dag beginnen, moet iedereen worden gegund.

What a nice restaurant. The greenhouse does get very hot on a sunny day. Then it doesn't even have to be very warm outside.

Place looked nice but inside was cold, staff not friendly at all...after we had late breakfast and they almost didnt want to take our order at 11.20 (for breakfast till 11.30), one staff came to aak us if we ant to change our corner table for a high table cause we werent having food (we were finished by then)...good menu for dutch standard but staff doesnt know whats inside of dishes and only come to interfere and aak you to order more (in less than 2 hours we ordered 2 drinks each and one breakfast plate and they were still unhappy)....shame!

The food was ok! But a service was very bad ! And the lady Liela was very unfriendly with customers! She was a bit aggressive with clients.

Delicious lunch! Unfortunately, a mistake was made in the preparation of one of the sandwiches ordered; there were cold cuts on the vegetarian sandwich ordered. This was corrected very quickly and with apologies we were offered a drink on the house. Very correct!

Had a well-organized lunch with the family. It was our first time. Start with a delicious mushroom soup. Afterwards we received a variety of delicious fresh sandwiches. The whole thing ended with fresh fruit. Unfortunately, the apples, tangerines and pears were not yet ripe and we expected them to have already been peeled and cut. All in all, a nice and atmospheric atmosphere where we would like to come back again. Highly recommended!

Met 4 personen van een gezellige en heel goede lunch genoten. Gelegen midden in het dorp van Aalsmeer. Een zeer ruime parkeerplaats naast de deur. Denk wel aan de blauwe parkeerkaart! Vriendelijke ontvangst en de gereserveerde tafel was heerlijk aan het raam gelegen. Bediening is jong en vriendelijk. Niet te formeel en dat past heel goed bij dit Tuinhuis. De kaart is voldoende uitgebreid en heeft naast de lunchkaart ook nog een ontbijtkaart. Ook heeft men een voortreffelijke ‘high-tea’. Bekende standaardgerechten, maar zeker ook leuke en heerlijke aparte lunch gerechten. Sanitair zag er voldoende netjes uit. In het voorjaar en zomer is een mooi terras beschikbaar, onder andere aan het gezellige dorps water. Een aanrader!

The most beautiful cafe I've been to so far! We came across Het Tuinhuis by chance and even went there twice. The first time for coffee and breakfast, the second time for a fantastic high tea (note, you have to pre-order). All teas and coffee are really delicious. The teas can also be purchased there. The location and the beautiful ambience are really something very special.

The food here is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and you can dine for a long time to catch up with your girlfriend. Enjoy

What a pity that nowadays much too loud music is played both inside and outside. It was always such an oasis of peace where you could eat a delicious sandwich and drink delicious coffee. A shame about this beautiful location. We saw that more guests were bothered by the music. Guests left quickly, especially near the boxes. Tip: Stop playing unnecessary music and let the guests enjoy the beautiful nature around them. This way, the Garden House will regain its allure as it always had and we and other guests would love to come back to enjoy your delicious lunches.

Food and atmosphere were great, but we had to wait a long time for our meal when we arrived at 1:30 PM. Of course there is understanding, but almost an hour when you are hungry is a very long time.
