We had delicious ice cream and were served in a super friendly manner by a polite lady!!

I ordered from HFC and I'm waiting for 2 hours. You guys need to be quick for once too, because that's not right.

We received a very warm welcome and excellent assistance! We were with a group of children and felt welcome immediately. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was cozy. There is also a super fun play area downstairs for the kids. Highly recommended!

Tasty hamburgers and friendly staff

This is absolutely unacceptable. Last night I ordered a chicken burger menu with cheese sauce, 4 hot wings, and 6 nuggets. The nuggets were rock hard; it felt like I was eating a brick. The next day I woke up feeling incredibly nauseous; I haven't been this nauseous in a long time! I feel like I ate something that wasn't good or had been sitting there for ages. This was my first and last time!

What a disastrous place! To be honest, I am deeply disappointed in the service and the food! Seriously, I don't even live 1 minute from the place and I get cold fries and cold wings delivered with the menu.... Be honest, you used to be okay, but I have to tell you that I will never, ever order from you again. So people, watch out, don't be tempted by their so-called free promotions hahahaha it's a joke!

I can't believe this place still exists!

I’ve visited HFC several times and it remains one of the most reliable spots for a quick and satisfying meal in the city. The chicken is always served hot, perfectly crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside, which is exactly what you look for in a good fried chicken place. Beyond the food, the service is remarkably fast and the staff is consistently polite, even during the busiest hours when the flow of customers is constant. The order took two hours to arrive. When we called, they said they didn't have a driver, even though the order was ready. The fries were pale and strange, and the chicken had no salt. We literally ate the food because we were starving from the long wait. It was also very greasy, dripping with grease.

The food is inedible. I contacted them; they just want to pick up the burger from home. The food is burnt and tastes like cigarettes.

I often come to HFC in the evening and it is always great there. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and the food is really tasty 🔥 Everything is prepared well and just tastes good. Definitely recommended if you want to chill somewhere in the evening and have a good meal! And the staff is very friendly and truly hospitable, definitely stop by.

I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up, they hadn't started yet and there were no customers inside. Despite there being no one in, the order was marked as ready in 45 minutes. The place was very dirty; it seemed the employees were too busy chatting to clean up.

You don't even deserve that 1 star. We had a very bad experience here. My mother ordered a beef burger, but the meat was still raw on the inside. Then we ordered a chicken burger, but it was literally swimming in oil and absolutely inedible. In the end, we left without eating anything. This is truly unacceptable for a restaurant. Additionally, the staff were disrespectful and completely unfriendly. We are very disappointed in this place and will certainly not be coming back. I will never forgive you for this!!!

What makes things worse here is the unprofessional and strange attitude of the cashiers. You ask for wet wipes, and the employee with a painted face acts as if I'm asking a strange question. As if that's enough, the staff laugh when I walk towards the exit. Train your employees and demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor. I'm definitely not coming back here.

Surprisingly one of the best fried chickens I've tried. Prices are high, but worth it.

Tasteless salad without any oil

The area, which was predominantly filled with Turkish restaurants, offered good value for money. It was also nice to see a local Turkish drink.

Less than 0 stars 🌟 is unfortunately not possible, that's why 1 star. If you have hours of time, then you should only order here, or you have to be lucky enough that your order is delivered within 3 hours. If you paid online, you can just wait, the money has already been received 💸💰💸

The staff is unprofessional, the food doesn't taste good, and the orders are almost never correct. Don't order via the screen because they'll eventually tell you what you ordered is gone. They also shout the order number in an annoying and excessively loud manner. Walk 100 meters and eat at HBC.

Fries are either old or fried a second time. This is absolutely terrible; they really should be inspected.

The food was great. There were no straws. The music was terrible. Even staying inside for two seconds was torture 🤢🤮. Even the people who made this music probably don't listen to it. I understand it's because of the clientele. But there's also some really great music that appeals to this clientele. Please consider that.

HFC Vlugtlaan, which I went to with my family, is very nice. Both the food and the friendly staff are wonderful. I really liked the quality of the service. You can enjoy your meal in peace while your children spend time in the children's play area downstairs. Ik wil here now they come.

The staff is very clean and helpful. It is a good place to come with your family. There is also a play area for children in the mosque.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it took almost 2 hours to receive the food. Once received we noticed 2 items (2/1box) wasn’t added so we’ve called HFC. They’ve sent somebody with the missing items pretty fast, but unfortunately we noticed the boxes were not filled as they should accordingly the menu card on Uber. We’ve called the store again that they had miscalculated the chicken pieces and we missed enough to see the box was only half full… they said it was not their fault because they’ve filled the box completely. The girl on the phone wasn’t much surprised, “it’s possible the deliverer opened the package” and she was not planning to find a solution and advice us to check in with Uber because HFC did everything right. Probably also the reason why they needed to send a driver for the second time. I’ll enjoy the chicken not knowing if the Uber deliverer enjoyed the first bit already on the way or the HFC staff (in question) never learned how to count nor to be friendly.

While waiting for my order, I heard the woman in the kitchen coughing constantly. A day later, I was sick in bed with a fever and stomachache. I had vomited over 100 times in 24 hours, food poisoning from HFC.

I found a plastic glove in my burger - but the fries were pretty good 👍🏼 The cashier spit at me a little while I was talking, but it wasn't a big deal. We'll be back.

They have very young untrained girls make burgers who literally can't cook anything, the burger looked like it was taken from the trash, highly recommend saving your money it's really not worth it!!!

I came here from Germany. They treated me very nicely and with love. Everything was great. I will stop by here every time I come. The owner is a very nice gentleman... I wish you good customers. Their meat is halal and hygienic...

Today I got 2 chicken pieces and asked for 2 breast pieces, the Somali girl started to be difficult. Because that was not possible, it is 1 breast and 1 leg. The leg she wanted to take, was a mini with hardly any meat on it. Normally it is not a problem. I also understand that if you take 3 or more, it is not possible. I think it is not stated anywhere! She was very unfriendly to customers. Do not come to this restaurant again.

Snatched from the post with the prices, 4 mini chicken legs €5.95. Never experienced this anywhere else in the Netherlands. The food was tasty, but it is pure exploitation of the pocket. Never again.

It is the nicest halal fast food restaurant in the area. The food is tasty. The employees are friendly. Sometimes it takes a little longer when it's busy, but it's worth the wait. The only downside is that they shout numbers which can sometimes be disturbing. But overall I think it deserves 5 stars!

What a sad place this has become! Spicy check menu. Sandwich was extremely small with a piece of chicken tender and nasty lettuce and some sauce. Some fries in a white paper bag and a can for 12 euros. Previously you got a good sandwich and a nice portion of fries. But now it's scandalously bad, and don't get me started on the staff. But I do keep track of what you get to eat. It really has become a sad thing.

Unsanitary!!! Everything is dirty, tables are not cleaned, sofas and chairs have stains, it doesn't smell good, staff are all children and unprofessional. I can name thousands of other things, don't eat here!!!

The frying oil smells very bad, it was obvious from the taste of the fried chickens, there is a strong smell inside due to the oil, the toilets are not clean, the employees are not friendly, they do not work quickly, in short, it was not good.

Fast, cheap, tasty smash burgers and chicken.

Like any HFC, it is always fun to eat here, what struck me in this branch is that the music is extremely loud. I can't even hear the person next to me. It's also not music to vibe along to or something like that, it's typical Moroccan music that I don't understand myself, but it's certainly disturbing and it could be a bit softer... The food here is certainly fresh and tastes delicious, shame about the music

Delivery time expected 8:15 p.m., delivery made at 10 p.m. In the meantime I tried to contact the restaurant 15 times but no one answered, I received nothing from the restaurant to tell me that there would be a delay! I paid a taxi to get to the restaurant and once on the way the delivery guy calls me to tell me to get off, it's nonsense. In addition, the quality of the products is bad, the wrap is tiny, the fries are burnt, the drink is not fresh, I order a Fanta, they bring me a Sissi without sugar, a poorly cooked piece of chicken, in short, never again at this restaurant. Order for 50€ even though it's a steal + taxi

Absolute disappointment If only there was an option to give stars below zero, because even that is still too many for HFC Chicken Vlugtlaan. The food is downright bad. The chicken tenders are tough and elastic, the burgers taste like they came from the cheapest freezer section, the nuggets are inedible, and the chicken thighs are poorly breaded or even undercooked. All this at a price comparable to KFC or McDonald's. The toys in the children's menu are so cheap that they seem worth less than 10 cents. Many Muslim customers probably come here to avoid McDonald's or Israeli products, but if HFC capitalizes on that loyalty, why isn't an effort made to be better than the competition? HFC doesn't have nearly as many locations and yet it completely ruins it. It is filled with students who clearly have no idea what they are doing and show no respect to the food. It's a shame, it's a shame that so much potential is wasted. Do something about it, at the right time!

Ordered delivery and did not receive the order or a refund!

Order was incorrect and a piece of sponge was included. And when I reported this when I called, the employee said "I'm 100% sure it's correct," she couldn't even take responsibility and give an excuse... the order was completely wrong!

Every time I'm here I'm absolutely amazed at how bad the staff is...it's unbelievable how you keep finding incompetent people. The lady standing in front of the cash register does not ask if we want to be helped. They don't look at you when you place an order Order is never and never complete. Chairs and tables are dirty. There are 3 of them doing nothing. 2 are running in the kitchen and the manager is on his phone. Incomprehensible

I ordered around 1:13 and the food supposed to be arrive 1:50 it’s 02:50 and still nothing tried to call but the phone it’s not even working trying to cancel my order through uber and can’t do nothing because is still “heading in the way” !!!How can you accept and order and ur phone not even working and why u accept when u don’t even deliver the food!! They took a my money and I didn’t even get the food!!!

It was really tasty and we got a free burger because the other one we got first wasn't good. We said we didn't have to, but they gave us a new one.

The place is impeccable, we were very well received there. The quantity was great, the burgers are good. Little extra for the more than good fries!! We will come back challah!!
