Fries are either old or fried a second time. This is absolutely terrible; they really should be inspected.

HFC Vlugtlaan, which I went to with my family, is very nice. Both the food and the friendly staff are wonderful. I really liked the quality of the service. You can enjoy your meal in peace while your children spend time in the children's play area downstairs. Ik wil here now they come.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been waiting for my order for two hours and still haven't received anything. The staff hung up on me in my face. I find this absolutely unacceptable and will never order from them again.

The staff is very clean and helpful. It is a good place to come with your family. There is also a play area for children in the mosque.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it took almost 2 hours to receive the food. Once received we noticed 2 items (2/1box) wasn’t added so we’ve called HFC. They’ve sent somebody with the missing items pretty fast, but unfortunately we noticed the boxes were not filled as they should accordingly the menu card on Uber. We’ve called the store again that they had miscalculated the chicken pieces and we missed enough to see the box was only half full… they said it was not their fault because they’ve filled the box completely. The girl on the phone wasn’t much surprised, “it’s possible the deliverer opened the package” and she was not planning to find a solution and advice us to check in with Uber because HFC did everything right. Probably also the reason why they needed to send a driver for the second time. I’ll enjoy the chicken not knowing if the Uber deliverer enjoyed the first bit already on the way or the HFC staff (in question) never learned how to count nor to be friendly.

While waiting for my order, I heard the woman in the kitchen coughing constantly. A day later, I was sick in bed with a fever and stomachache. I had vomited over 100 times in 24 hours, food poisoning from HFC.

I found a plastic glove in my burger - but the fries were pretty good 👍🏼 The cashier spit at me a little while I was talking, but it wasn't a big deal. We'll be back.

They have very young untrained girls make burgers who literally can't cook anything, the burger looked like it was taken from the trash, highly recommend saving your money it's really not worth it!!!

I didn't get fries with my order. The bun on my burger also smelled terrible and was moldy!!!! I will never order here again!!! Filthy place!!

The employee reacted condescendingly when I asked a normal question. It felt really unpleasant and uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. Food was fine otherwise.

Today I got 2 chicken pieces and asked for 2 breast pieces, the Somali girl started to be difficult. Because that was not possible, it is 1 breast and 1 leg. The leg she wanted to take, was a mini with hardly any meat on it. Normally it is not a problem. I also understand that if you take 3 or more, it is not possible. I think it is not stated anywhere! She was very unfriendly to customers. Do not come to this restaurant again.

Snatched from the post with the prices, 4 mini chicken legs €5.95. Never experienced this anywhere else in the Netherlands. The food was tasty, but it is pure exploitation of the pocket. Never again.

It is the nicest halal fast food restaurant in the area. The food is tasty. The employees are friendly. Sometimes it takes a little longer when it's busy, but it's worth the wait. The only downside is that they shout numbers which can sometimes be disturbing. But overall I think it deserves 5 stars!

What a sad place this has become! Spicy check menu. Sandwich was extremely small with a piece of chicken tender and nasty lettuce and some sauce. Some fries in a white paper bag and a can for 12 euros. Previously you got a good sandwich and a nice portion of fries. But now it's scandalously bad, and don't get me started on the staff. But I do keep track of what you get to eat. It really has become a sad thing.

Unsanitary!!! Everything is dirty, tables are not cleaned, sofas and chairs have stains, it doesn't smell good, staff are all children and unprofessional. I can name thousands of other things, don't eat here!!!

Always enjoyed coming here with the kids. This is the very last time. Very incompetent staff. Waited more than half an hour for the order, even though it was not busy at all. I have other things to do too. Seems like they only work for outside orders.

Like any HFC, it is always fun to eat here, what struck me in this branch is that the music is extremely loud. I can't even hear the person next to me. It's also not music to vibe along to or something like that, it's typical Moroccan music that I don't understand myself, but it's certainly disturbing and it could be a bit softer... The food here is certainly fresh and tastes delicious, shame about the music

Absolute disappointment If only there was an option to give stars below zero, because even that is still too many for HFC Chicken Vlugtlaan. The food is downright bad. The chicken tenders are tough and elastic, the burgers taste like they came from the cheapest freezer section, the nuggets are inedible, and the chicken thighs are poorly breaded or even undercooked. All this at a price comparable to KFC or McDonald's. The toys in the children's menu are so cheap that they seem worth less than 10 cents. Many Muslim customers probably come here to avoid McDonald's or Israeli products, but if HFC capitalizes on that loyalty, why isn't an effort made to be better than the competition? HFC doesn't have nearly as many locations and yet it completely ruins it. It is filled with students who clearly have no idea what they are doing and show no respect to the food. It's a shame, it's a shame that so much potential is wasted. Do something about it, at the right time!

Delivery time expected 8:15 p.m., delivery made at 10 p.m. In the meantime I tried to contact the restaurant 15 times but no one answered, I received nothing from the restaurant to tell me that there would be a delay! I paid a taxi to get to the restaurant and once on the way the delivery guy calls me to tell me to get off, it's nonsense. The lady standing in front of the cash register does not ask if we want to be helped. They don't look at you when you place an order Order is never and never complete. Chairs and tables are dirty. There are 3 of them doing nothing. 2 are running in the kitchen and the manager is on his phone. Incomprehensible

I ordered around 1:13 and the food supposed to be arrive 1:50 it’s 02:50 and still nothing tried to call but the phone it’s not even working trying to cancel my order through uber and can’t do nothing because is still “heading in the way” !!!How can you accept and order and ur phone not even working and why u accept when u don’t even deliver the food!! They took a my money and I didn’t even get the food!!!

When we entered we noticed smashed glass screens at the stairs down. One monitor screen was outright not working, the other was asking for user Input to complete the setup, but nobody cared. We ordered a latte machiato and some chicken nuggets with honey-mustard sauce. After some minutes they told us, they dont serve latte machiato. Their coffee machine seemed broken. Then they served my Chicken nuggetts with salad dressing and told me, that i ordered it that way. Really cant recommend.

The fake reviews among the real ones say enough. Otherwise they would have had an even lower rating. The food is poorly prepared. You have to wait a long time for it. And it is much more expensive than other fast food restaurants that are also ridiculously expensive for what you get. This chain survives purely because they have a name that resembles KFC and they abuse the good Muslims who want to eat halal fast food. But they make those people pay WAY too much for what they give you. Not only is the quality bad, the portions are also criminally small. Large fries are small bags that are not even properly filled. But of course you will only see that after you have paid. They should be ashamed of themselves for engaging in such practices

The food was delicious and this time the restaurant was very quiet. That was nice. We ordered food assuming that everything was halal, but unfortunately that was not the case. Because the ketchup and another sauce apparently contain alcohol vinegar. So I really don't recommend this place because you can't assume everything is halal and you can't ask about the ingredients because otherwise it would be weird.

The staff paid more attention to their friends and themselves instead of working and selling normally. HFC, which stands for Halal Fried Chicken, has by far the best food, prices are still reasonable, but at Mac Donalds you are cheaper, but for the prices here you really get quality, the best branches are in The Hague and Rotterdam .

Hot wings, fries and burgers have really improved compared to a few months ago. It was really tasty and worth repeating. It's also nice that the children can play downstairs for a while after dinner. Atmosphere could be better... only one tone music is played, it really gave me a headache after a while, sorry.

They made a small mistake in the food. To make it up to us they gave free French fries. It was a nice apology. Polite people. Food is like every other fast food. No more no less. For service though, they are above other fast foods I’ve been to.
