Really good and healthy food for a good price

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic! Everything was fresh, great quality, and full of beautiful flavors. The hummus was outstanding, truly top-notch. The soup arrived properly hot, which I really appreciated, and the packaging was excellent, carefully done and very professional. The delivery was smooth, and the courier was super friendly. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Ordered during my stay in Amsterdam at Hotel Morgan & Mees, and it was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended, will definitely order again when I’m back! 🙌

The food was not nice, the hummus was super dry and the cauliflower was tasteless and the bread was not freah and the pitachips where soaked in oil, the service was not good at all, she forgot the hummus, so that one came later. I would not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times there was something wrong or confusion. The food is good but the owner really needs to come up with a better system. Why don’t you just install a screen that shows everyone’s order number, so you know when it’s ready? This would solve so many of the current issues.

Quick and friendly service. Mima West is a great place for a quick and delicious meal. It's my new favorite spot for Eastern Mediterranean food.

November 23rd: Today. Everything was awful: Falafel extremely salty, Fried Cauliflower so bad that made me want to vomit, this is very serious guys. Where's the manager? Employees chatting a lot and working little, this shows a lack of attention. FALAFEL AND CAULIFLOWER: were refried. As a chef, I know very well what I'm talking about. If you don't have the competence to manage and run a business, don't do it. Before opening more stores, learn to do the basics first; clearly you don't know how. For anyone thinking of eating here, here's a tip: MAOZ FALAFEL is infinitely better: They know what they're doing.

The menu is not clear of allergens. We are celiac but can handle trace amounts. The falafel mezze says that the falafel is gluten free, and the pita meals all say they contain gluten. The bowls do not list any allergens so the rice bowl appears gluten free. We clicked the information button for this bowl base and no allergens were listed, just that it is mudardara. Mudardara is traditionally rice and lentils so we ordered falafel mudardara bowls. Halfway through we realised it was not rice, and it was Bulgur (cracked wheat 100% gluten), we had to throw away the rest but it was already too late. Now we have had to go home because we’re both unwell, for the price of €34 salads. The food was delicious, but the allergens need to be more clear. Having “contains gluten” on some items indicates that other items without this label are allergen free.

Easily one of the - if not thé) best eastern Mediterranean spots in Amsterdam. Fast, healthy and fresh. A big variety, all with their own twist. Must try - multiple times!

The food is amazing, I really love it and I went by a few times. But unfortunately it already happend two times that they forgot my add ons (like extra falafel). It’s not too expensive, but it’s still money that has gone to waste because of their mistake. I should learn from it too and check my order before going home and opening it later and then seeing I miss something. So that would be my tip if anyone goes there!

It is a bit overpriced but good overall. We just wanted a quick bite, and let me say that everything is delicious and fresh because their concept is healthy fast food. We got the falafel bowl and pita, and both were amazing but really really big. If you are a picky eater I wouldn’t recommend this place because you can’t modify the plates and they all come with a bunch of things like hummus, salad, cabbage, etc… You order through a screen and it is cashless, the guy behind the counter was really polite and sweet. Overall I would rate this place an 8.5/10

Food is good, portions are royal. However, pita was superdry and old. Skip it as an extra and you'll be better off.

Just ordered and picked up two flatbreads. Unfortunately, both were cold. I had one unfilled flatbread, and I can't imagine it was freshly made. It was like cardboard, so I didn't eat it. The filled one was tasty, but unfortunately, it was also cold.

Love the pita w/ eggplant. Service and vibe which is rare in Amsterdam. Whenever I take friends here or order from them; my friends are amazed. The staff are handsome and very thoughtful.

We had lunch at Mima on Saturday 12/7/25. We ordered a Chicken Pita, a Falafel pita and 2 cokes. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. The pitas were delicious and chock full of fresh fillings. We are so glad we decided to eat at Mima and will definitely return.

Ate here and enjoyed the food and super staff but very hot and uncomfortable- no a/c, not even a fan.

During our Amsterdam stay, we've visited Mima for some healthy dinner - since we ate so much during the day. Food was tasty and I enjoyed the Lebanese Lentil Soup as well! Good for a quick bite - plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well!

Delicious food & big portions for a great price! I had the lentils soup and a flatbread with eggplants, and everything was good and clearly made with care! The guys working there were also really kind, the inside decorations are very pretty, while the seats and tables are average (a tad dirty). Nonetheless, will come back, recommend 100%

Good portion, tasty and healthy 👍🏽 you get to choose between pita, wrap, and bowl. The wrap with aubergine and the chicken bowl were a good choice!

Good food. delicious soup. I would vote for a regular or a lange bowl. Something went wrong with my order. I paid for more than i had ordered. This was set straight and handled very fast after email contact. Highly recommended

Delicious and very generous salads. The service is excellent. The three waiters who served us this Sunday evening, April 20, were very nice. Bravo and thank you to them for their kindness. I recommend the hummus and the chicken salad.

Great service staff they were quick and helpful, the orders are done through a self service machine which is cool to see the whole menu with pics. I ordered a flatbread with couliflower which was delicious, the only thing is that couliflower was a bit hard. But tasty and healthy overall i would come back

First time I had the flat bread with chicken. The fillings were too much but I thought I had taken unnecessary extra filling that were already part of my choice. So this time I carefully selected the extra toppings for my pita with chicken. Both cases take away. The cabbage when put in the pita was leaking fluid, the worker didn’t care to take her time to make sure there wasn’t anymore before putting it in the pita, result a sloppy pita and again too much filling. Maybe lower the price and use normal amounts of filling. The chicken was in huge chunks this time and was also too much..

One of the few places where you really get value for your money. You get really big tasty portions. Even when you order, the food is always great. Xxx

Mediterranean food done right! The most delicious pita falafel I’ve had and everything was very fresh!

Have your food delivered via Uber Eats. To be honest it was tasteless and bland. Perhaps this was because the dishes were delivered to us very cold. They were large portions. And the side dishes were tasty. The tahini was very bitter. That could be smoother and softer!

Flavourless and lacking in identity. The tahini sauce was just...plain tahini? No spices, no hint of a fresh lemon anywhere. The food isn't authentic, which is ok, but it is subpar.

A nice Mediterranean lunch spot, especially suitable for takeaway. You can put together your own flatbread, pita or bowl, with many vegan options such as delicious baba ganoush. They even have vegan brownies. Perfect for a quick, tasty meal or to take some dips home with you!

Ordered the chicken bowl and the staff was very accommodating when I asked them to put the sauces on the side. The portion was generous - I got a mix of the bulgur and lettuce as a base. It was very flavourful and filling. Fairly priced considering the quality of ingredients!

The food was really delicious! There will really be a piece of meat in the fried cauliflower. This was not described in the description and because of this I ate chicken as a vegetarian. Actually really scandalous! It's that the food is really bad that I think it's such a shame!!

Usually this place is great but tonight was a total disappointment. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl with some extras. Not only did they forget the extras but they forgot the grilled chicken! When I called the restaurant the woman was rude and unhelpful. So basically I paid around 20 euros for a bowl of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.

I ordered the cauliflower shawarma bowl on ubereats with a side of grilled chicken. The portions were very big and the food tasted fresh especially the cauliflower . However the chicken was slightly dry and they forgot the tahini sauce in my dish but I still enjoyed my lunch. The menu has a lot of healthy options as well as vegan/gluten free options too.

Bad shop, and completely done with it. One size bowl but often filled with small portions. For example, they often forget the extra chicken, egg or sauce paid for. Manager? addressed but the promise of improvement does not come true. Better experiences with Poke perfect and Salsa Shop

Made an order, it was missing items, called there and they said there were too busy and turned the phone down.

I ordered two falafel dishes and what I got was two CHICKEN dishes. As a vegetarian I couldn’t just eat it and I had to throw away all this food. I called the store and I got ZERO solutions for my problem and your mistake. The lady said that she could give me a refund, but that is not a favor, not a solution, that is my right. As a loyal client, I must say I am really disappointed with your customer service, not a little care at all. On the day before this I also ordered from there with my boyfriend, and we got missing items, but we decided not to complain, bc everyone makes mistakes right? But the next day, it was not missing items, it was a whole order that came ABSURDLY wrong. I am not a costumer who complaints when I can eat my meal even thought is not what I ordered, but that was not the case, it was unfortunate that I threw that away. And guess what, I didn’t got dinner bc it was late as well. As a person who works with customer service, I must say that Mima really lacks on a good customer oriented service, it is not just from good food that a restaurant is made of. The care of the clients is really really important. I really thought about giving you 1 star, but I guess that is unfair with all the meals I enjoyed there before this unfortunate experience with your customer service. I really thought the service was at the same level of quality of the food.

I ordered my food and they sent me wrong. I’m vegetarian and I had to chew a chicken. The restaurant did absolutely nothing to solve because the uber eats was closed already and they even did not offer any other options. I also had to hear that as a “favor” they would refunded my money. The minimum of customer service has to be learned.

It is actually a takeaway restaurant, but you can also eat there. I understand very well why it is so busy with takeaways, the food here is very good and tasty. Despite the many customers, I thought the atmosphere was quite good and the staff were nice.

Falafel was good! I also ordered fattouch and as I started eating it I realised I basically got a mix of vegetables with no sauce (croutons were also missing). The staff sincerely apologised when I told them and said they don’t have those ingredients and offered some other sauces. The customer service is not ok, if a dish can’t be made then the customer should be notified before they get the dish, I would have definitely not went with the fattoush if I knew it was a mix of chopped bland vegetables.
