The ice cream is delicious, but they could do better in terms of hygiene. It's a messy place, a bit dirty, and I'm talking about the floor, windows, and where the ice is, including bird droppings on the awning. The floor is filthy everywhere. You can tell there's no clear manager keeping things tidy.

Worst ice cream experience ever. Full of ice crystals and tasteless. Luckily, it was only a small, undersized scoop... Too bad!

Very tasty ice cream, I have been having it for a few years now. However, this year a half litre is priced at 14,5 euros and it apparently contains 5 scoops/balls, while a 3-scoop ice cream costs 6,5 euros!! I wonder in what universe it makes sense that the more ice-cream you buy the more expensive the ice-cream gets...Moreover, the 5 stingy scoops I got were clearly less than one half litre, I wish I had taken a picture. Not sure I will continue being a customer...

I got salmonella poisoning here. It can be fatal. The manager's response to my complaint was unsatisfactory. I was very sick for days.

Friendly staff, great ice-cream. I tried the Mango ice-cream, it was great. The one with Passion Fruit is acceptable as well, a bit of too much lemon maybe. Just a matter of taste. We took 4 pieces in total, all good. As for the price... I guess we had price increase everywhere, the price is not like in Rome but still better than Paris :)

We have been going to ijscupye for the last 6 years since we moved here, and it was always good. I heard that ijscupye changed ownership last year. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down, and prices have jumped massively this year. I'm pretty sure 1 ball was less than €2 last year, and now it's €2.50 and that's not including the extra 20c supplemental charge for some flavours. Yes, ingredients and labour costs have gone up, but that's a massive price jump. That wouldn't be a major issue if the quality was good, but the texture is icy, and the hazelnut and pistachio had no flavour! Very disappointed... think I will have to find another ice cream store. Massimo gelato and da vinci are nearby.

When you change the employee (who worked saturday, 20.00, 16.09.23) we will come again. But on the other hand so many negative reviews on the staff, so they don't really care.

Very nice girl with manager duties. Only when she is not working do they have a party around 9 and give bad service. Ice cream very tasty!

You open at 12 o'clock but at 12:20 we still couldn't get in!!

Nice ice cream shop chain with a wide variety of flavors. Pretty good flavor and texture. It’s tasty. The staff was very nice, polite and fast attention. You can find both Water based and milk based ones but all of them are great. Scones and cups, small ones and also big ones:

Very good proper ice cream. Good flavours and mouth feel. None of that guar gum or glycerol taste (like Udderlicious in London which i tried recently).

Bij dit filaal niks dan goeds. Ze komen altijd met een lekkere smaak en zelfs met de keuzestress van mijn vriendin hebben ze engelen geduld. Ze zullen ook nooit weigeren om je een smaak te laten proberen. Hier lopen we vaak naar binnen!

Geregeld tref ik op deze locatie chagrijnig personeel aan. Meerdere weken zijn niet alle smaken voorradig. Jammer

Ottimo gelato. Alcuni gusti sono anche senza glutine ma non ha coni senza glutine.

Kinderen worden niet als echte klanten behandeld. En pistache is grote-mensenijs. En dat vindt Sim vander Plas (9 jaar).

Best ice cream in town!!! Always fresh!
