Came here for a lunch and it was an amazing gastro experience. The service is top notch and the drinks hit the spot. The starters are delicious and a good way to prepare for the really nice main dishes. The pumpkin souffle and the insalate were amazing, the former being one of the nicest things I've tasted. The mains were plentiful, well prepared and mind and reality defying. I loved this experience and they offered us espressos on the house at the end. Quality of everything was exceptional and ill definitely be coming back.

If you're thinking of going, go because you won't regret it, everything is great.

The restaurant emphasizes its traditional Italian cuisine throughout. However, the individual courses are too extensive and, all in all, the presentation is lackluster. The cutlery isn't changed between courses, and the white wine isn't chilled. Aside from the genuinely pleasant ambiance, it was unfortunately a disappointment. There was very little that was truly traditional Italian about it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a very cozy, small Italian restaurant that is absolutely worth a visit. We had an amazing meal — everything was incredibly tasty! The menu changes regularly, which makes every visit feel new and exciting. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. Food ratings: • Spaghetti with seafood: 10/10 • Lasagna: 7/10 (very tasty, but a little on the dry side) • Tiramisu: 10/10 — absolutely delicious! One small downside: I accidentally got locked inside the ladies’ restroom because the lock was very stiff and wouldn’t open. In the end, with the staff’s help, we had to force the door open. Thankfully, this happened at the very end of the evening just before I was about to leave, and the staff handled the situation with great kindness and care. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would happily come back again!

Great little intimate restaurant with personal service and excellent food.

Sorry.. but the food was too salty for my palate.We did mention to the server, to which she mentioned that the cheese, pesto sauce and pasta comes with a strong salty flavour.

Booked a table here for a birthday celebration and was really looking forward to trying the wonderful food after reading so many positive reviews. Arrived with my partner and our young son to a half empty restaurant where my partner went inside to find our table- understandably small restaurants are in the nature of Amsterdam but we requested for our table to be moved to one near the door so we could fit our travel stroller into the table comfortably as they had no high chairs. One member of staff tried to be helpful whilst another was extremely rude and told my partner that ‘it’s not his problem’ to find a space for us- even after making a reservation. Ended up finding a lovely meal elsewhere with much friendlier service after this- extremely disappointing. I guess you’re welcome if you don’t have any children.

Really looked forward to trying after reading good reviews. Menu very limited but no bad thing there. Meatball starter delicious as was the beef carpaccio. Both had lamb chops for a main. Came with green salad and (Luke warm roast potatoes) Hubby’s lamb but mine was very underdone Sent it back and asked for more cooking. Came back when hubby had finished his meal but potatoes were cold. €137 for a mediocre meal. Disappointed.

Wonderful atmosphere, very Italian! The meal was good quality but honestly not very generous for the price. Very tasty, but it doesn't justify the price, which we found high compared to the dishes offered. After dinner, we went elsewhere for dessert, so there you have it…

The menu is very limited, there’s nothing unique about the dishes and the taste is very ordinary. The prices are also very expensive. Even though they share the same kitchen, they don’t serve pizza to the main restaurant .It’s impossible to understand why.i dont think i will visit again

Small but mighty great! Yes, you should make a reservation. The atmosphere and the food are excellent. We were only in Amsterdam two days and went twice! If that tells you anything. we ate the pasta and bread and still felt healthy and clean afterwards. Meatballs were great, the lamb was great, past was great, and the bread! Plus, the place was busy , nightly even on week nights.

We stopped at this restaurant 🍽 for dinner some time ago, and were generally satisfied 👍. Arriving around 10:30 pm 🕥 after finding the restaurant online, we were greeted by a waiter 🧑🏻 who immediately seated us at an open table. We then browsed the menu 📋, opting for a couple of first courses (tagliatelle alla bolognese 🍝 and spaghetti all'amatriciana) accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses 🧀. To complete the order, we also received a bottle of still water 💧 and an espresso ☕ at the end of the meal. Everything was really very good 😋 (from the raw ingredients to the cooking of the pasta) and served in a beautifully choreographed way (the rustic terracotta dishes are beautiful, as shown in the attached photo 📸 📎). The portions were certainly generous. After coffee ☕, we were offered digestives 🥃. The staff were friendly. The only thing that didn't entirely convince us was the prices, which in our opinion were a bit high (even though, in general, Italian food 🇮🇹 in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 seems to be relatively high). Other than that, we had a good time, so I'd recommend it 👍. We had dinner there. The food was very good and very similar to what we've had in Italy. The service was very friendly. It's in the center of Amsterdam. We recommend the panzanella and the linguine cozze e vongole.

We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, and the hostess immediately told us they were closed and we couldn't be seated, even though we had made a reservation. It's a shame the service wasn't friendly. We won't be back!

The best pasta in the town. Every day they have a special menu. So you would be surprised! Try tiramisu! You won’t be regret!

The food was really tasty, I had spaghetti del Pacioccone (tomatoes sauce and burrata) and Pepato (braised beef). Everything was perfect, the beef melted in my mouth, and the sauce...omg, you MUST do the scarpetta. Its mandatory. The waiter Slavic told me about the generous portions, but I did not believe him (I eat for 2) and I was wrong. It was really a nice portion, so half of the beef I could not really fully enjoy it, as I was stuffed like a turkey for thanksgiving. He was impeccable, not too much invasive and really kind. Well done guys...and thanks to the chef 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Definetely worth price/quality. 10/10!!!

This restaurant is absolutely worth recommending! It has such a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Cuisine not up to expectations Above all, there is no list of allergens I ordered a pasta described as having fresh truffles.... A pasta arrived with a cream of mushrooms and a bit of truffle.... Since I am allergic to porcini mushrooms, I asked for explanations on the composition of the cream and only then did they inform me..... but in any case they made me pay in full for the portion ordered

I can’t stop thinking about the dinner we had here last night. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel at home from the very start. I couldn’t resist ordering the Lemon Delight (Delizia al Limone)—how often do you see that on a menu outside the Amalfi Coast? It wasn’t quite Sal De Riso level, but it transported me straight back to Minori with its creamy citrus bite and soft sponge layers. A rare find that felt like a small, edible souvenir from home. The filleto di manzo was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The agnello alla scottaditto, a Roman-style grilled lamb chop dish, was so deeply savory and juicy it had me savoring every bite. Il Pacioccone’s motto, “This is not a fake Italian restaurant,” isn’t just a clever slogan—it’s a promise they live up to with every course.

A short break with great taste Just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam lies this small restaurant – a true oasis of peace and enjoyment. I would particularly like to highlight the service – warm, attentive, and unobtrusive. You feel welcome and well looked after. Service was AWFUL!! Everyone who came in after us got their food before we did. Took over an hour to get food. Food was cold. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
