I absolutely recommend this place if you want to enjoy Italian dishes abroad. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the main courses, but a special mention definitely goes to Kevin. He's super kind, fast, professional, and above all, attentive to the customer's needs. You can tell he knows his job and is passionate about it: always present, knowledgeable, and with a smile. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful evening, feeling truly pampered. When good food meets service of this level, the evening can only be special.

Came here for a lunch and it was an amazing gastro experience. The service is top notch and the drinks hit the spot. The starters are delicious and a good way to prepare for the really nice main dishes. The pumpkin souffle and the insalate were amazing, the former being one of the nicest things I've tasted. The mains were plentiful, well prepared and mind and reality defying. I loved this experience and they offered us espressos on the house at the end. Quality of everything was exceptional and ill definitely be coming back.

On our last night, after four days of local food, we treated ourselves to an Italian restaurant. Very good restaurant; we had eggplant parmigiana and bigoli with tomato sauce, burrata, and parmesan. All the ingredients were excellent and fresh! Highly recommended!

I have to praise the waitress with blonde hair, I don't know her name, but she was very sweet and even offered our dog water because he was thirsty, which I consider a very kind gesture. We would love to go back there 😉

The hardest, most inedible pasta I've ever had. It took over an hour to bring it to us. They didn't have pizza, and when we asked, they seemed offended. They had exquisite pasta dishes! I absolutely do not recommend it. There's good pizza just a few meters away! We were unlucky; it was packed.

The pasta was heavy like a brick. So dense and very one-note. I had a white beef ragu but it needs a lot more tuning to get this to restaurant worthy level. Didn't feel so swell after leaving unfortunately either. Wine was so-so.

It’s very close from Amsterdam central station and many hotels in the city center. Their portion is very generous and the service was efficient.

This is a terrible restaurant. It exists to harvest tourists. Some of the staff are pleasant, but others are open in their contempt for guests. Our meal took about an hour to arrive: by this I mean that, for the main course alone, there was about an hour between the arrival of the first dish at our table and the arrival of the last. This was in spite of the fact that we were clearly irritated by the appalling service. The food is rubbish. You would think that by having a very limited menu, they might be able to deliver something excellent, but sadly no. The kitchen is chaotic. If I'd seen the kitchen prior to ordering my food, I'm not sure I would have let my family eat here. I really didn't want to eat the free bowl of pasta they offered as compensation. And I regret doing so because it was muck. The pancetta was burnt, the pasta sauce curdled and unseasoned... Muck. I suppose this is maybe normal in Amsterdam, awash with it's undiscerning tourists, a fresh wave of targets arriving every day. But in most places this restaurant would not survive.

Yesterday, my friends and I went to this Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. We ordered several courses and they were all delicious, as per Italian tradition. I recommend it to anyone who wants a bit of Italy in Amsterdam.

I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a colleague who had been here on vacation, and I must say he was absolutely right. You'll find excellent, authentic Italian cuisine here, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. We started with simple but truly delicious bruschetta, followed by some excellent meatballs accompanied by a side of spinach—soft and flavorful. The orecchiette with creamed broccoli and guanciale were also very good, with well-balanced flavors and a truly delightful sauce. For main courses, we tried the duck and stuffed squid: both were very well cooked, with a delicate flavor and enhanced by a sauce that highlighted the ingredients without overpowering them. Kudos also to the two young men in the dining room, always smiling, friendly, and welcoming, who made the experience even more enjoyable. A place I'd happily recommend to anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine.

Reserved a table for a birthday lunch after reading the amazing reviews. We ordered a salad that came with a giant worm in it. They still charged us for it, also charged us for tap water. I am still traumatized from the experience.

As a Neapolitan, I must say that finding cuisine of this caliber in Amsterdam is a wonderful surprise. I started with a trio of truly exceptional montanare pasta: light dough, perfectly fried, and with toppings that authentically evoke the flavors of Neapolitan tradition. The tagliatelle with parmesan cream and eggplant chips were the true masterpiece of the evening: a balanced dish, perfectly creamy and rich in flavor. The eggplant chips add a pleasant crunch that perfectly complements the dish. The quality of the ingredients and the kitchen's meticulous attention to detail in showcasing each ingredient are clearly evident. For someone like me, who hails from Naples and is accustomed to a certain gastronomic culture, finding such well-executed dishes in Amsterdam is truly satisfying. The only sour note of the evening was the service, which unfortunately leaves something to be desired and doesn't quite live up to the excellent work of the kitchen. Precisely for this reason, I would like to offer my sincerest compliments to the chef and the entire team: their passion and expertise clearly emerge in every dish and represent the restaurant's true strength.

They charge the menu daily to accommodate fresh ingredients, very well prepared dishes - we had lamb chops and the fresh salmon, both we excellent. We really appreciated the service, knowledge of wine and complementary drink. Lovely atmosphere inside as well. Highly recommend. If you want pizza go to their sister restaurant around the corner, which is also great.

Baked pecorino with tomato sauce and oregano was delicious and enough to share. Pappadelle Al ragu also delicious. Don't pass on this wonderful restaurant. Pleasant local atmosphere. The wait staff is friendly and courteous.

I honestly don’t understand the high ratings. The chicken was very bad and completely lacked flavor, so we returned it. The agreement was that we’d still be charged €35 for the main, but we received meatballs (€16) for free instead. Unfortunately, they were very bready and not enjoyable. My sister actually just wanted a salad, but they didn’t have any available 😃, which is why she ordered the chicken in the first place. My pasta also tasted like plain tomato sauce with no depth. Overall, not recommended, feels like a tourist trap. I am a local.

Reservations are recommended during peak hours. The menu isn't extensive, but everything is fresh and incredibly delicious. The service is super friendly and attentive, and if you're in the mood for pizza, there's an attached pizzeria to the right of the restaurant. Both are highly recommended for a trip to Amsterdam.

We were on the wait list but they were able to sneak us in between reservations. While there was a slight mix up with our order it was quickly corrected and all the food was served so efficiently! Everything was so delicious. We had the caprese, bolognese, and the lamb chops. I recommend all these dishes, especially the lamb!

We recently went to this place and I have to say everything was truly spectacular. From the start we were welcomed in an unforgettable way, with smiling waiters and a desire to work. As soon as the menus were placed on the table they immediately asked us if we wanted to start with water. The menu is exceptional and changes every day, and the food is amazing. We really had a great time and above all, highly recommended. We will definitely be back!!!

I am genuinely surprised by how poorly this was handled and would appreciate a response from the management. I ordered my steak well done, yet it arrived clearly undercooked (medium rare). I sent it back and explicitly repeated my request — no pink inside. It came back again almost the same. This is not a minor mistake — this is ignoring a very clear and repeated customer request. It raises serious concerns about both attention to detail and respect for the customer. To make matters worse, I felt unwell after the meal, which completely ruined my evening and affected my trip. I would expect a restaurant of this level to take responsibility in such situations. I would appreciate an explanation of how this was allowed to happen.

Look, I am a client neighbor I go weekly to the pizza side for the past year. Today I decided to go for the restaurant area with my girlfriend the place was almost empty but there is a bold guy that also work at the pizzeria came super rude" if you don't have a reservation I am fully booked. We went somewhere elese walked by after our fantastic dinner somewhere else. And the place was almost empty the guy was full of BS not going back there.

The waiter was incredibly rude. I'd barely walked in before he was pushing me to close the door. When we asked if they had pizzas, he rudely replied that he'd already told us, which wasn't true because he only asked for the name on the reservation. So, because of the way we were treated, we left without eating.

If you're thinking of going, go because you won't regret it, everything is great.

The restaurant emphasizes its traditional Italian cuisine throughout. However, the individual courses are too extensive and, all in all, the presentation is lackluster. The cutlery isn't changed between courses, and the white wine isn't chilled. Aside from the genuinely pleasant ambiance, it was unfortunately a disappointment. There was very little that was truly traditional Italian about it.

The menu changes regularly, which makes every visit feel new and exciting. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. Food ratings: • Spaghetti with seafood: 10/10 • Lasagna: 7/10 (very tasty, but a little on the dry side) • Tiramisu: 10/10 — absolutely delicious! One small downside: I accidentally got locked inside the ladies’ restroom because the lock was very stiff and wouldn’t open. In the end, with the staff’s help, we had to force the door open. Thankfully, this happened at the very end of the evening just before I was about to leave, and the staff handled the situation with great kindness and care. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would happily come back again!

Sorry.. but the food was too salty for my palate.We did mention to the server, to which she mentioned that the cheese, pesto sauce and pasta comes with a strong salty flavour.
