100% best kebab place in Amsterdam, the staff is super friendly and the food is crazy. And the price is absolutely perfect spacious for EVERYONE. 10/10 will definitely come back

Can I also choose service 0? What a weird guy works behind the counter here! It says open until 4 o'clock, and we arrive at 2:55 and are told they are closed. After which we want to order a pizza, the man threatens to call the police; seems inappropriate to me🥴. All in all, a well-deserved 1-star review and an unhappy experience here at Istanbul Plaza. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The kebab isn't tasty!!! The salesperson only knows how to talk, but they're completely useless when it comes to the finished product. The price for shawarma is high. And the Ayran that costs 0.70 cents in the store is sold for 3 euros. There's only two tables, so it's not recommended!!!

after eating at this restaurant, I got severe food poisoning and felt extremely sick. This was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be careful if you choose to eat here.Plus we had to pay 80€ for nothing and it smelled so bad my friend almost puked .And especially the kebab that they displayed was fresh but they took un-fresh meat from the fridge and made our shawarmas plus my friend was pregnant so we had to take her to the hospital

Stay away! Kebab is not lile it must be... not delicious at all, but the guy promised that he makes the best kebab in Amsterdam.. Such a lie.. We paid 25 euro for 2 kebab and airan... infront of this disgusting kebab is an other restaurant, the kebab is 7 euro and i am sure the taste is better.. 25 euro for two kebabs and 2 airans.. such a scam, do not go there! There is better place just infront where the kebab is 7 euro. No prices are written, no menu, nothing… I think the owners decides the price by checking your clothes, if you look rich, the price is hier… Sadly the kebab is not delicious at all, for 10 euro I was expecting much more!

Now I know why there is nobody in his restaurant, the guy is begging for clients, and when you show your head throughout his door, he doesn't let you make your choice by reviewing the "menu".. and grab you directly! Too much expensive, 20 euros for a wrap, some fries and 2 cans, literally a tourist trap. I'll not mention the hygien in the restaurant. Will not go again, without any doubt. I think his neighbor worth it much than him.

For 8 euros, a spicy, delicious djonner, well, for me it's shawarma, I don't know what the difference is, very tasty, a nice guy served it in English in a minute

A €10 kapsalon was more like a child's portion. I've never seen such a small kapsalon. I didn't even know such small aluminum containers existed. The taste was okay, though.

I visited Istanbul Plaza over the past weekend with some friends. We were in search of a German-style Yufka Kebab. We were very warmly welcomed at Istanbul Plaza by the employee. He made us feel very comfortable and was incredibly hospitable. Three of us ordered Kalb Yufkas and one ordered a Falafel Yufka. We were happily surprised by the extra sauce at the table, which added to the flavor of the already delicious Yufka. Our host made very friendly conversation with us and I would say we became quick friends. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Istanbul Kebab and I would go as far as saying it was the best food I ate in Amsterdam. Please do yourself a favor and visit Istanbul Plaza!

I went in for a sandwich on Friday. I paid 9 euros. When my colleague came in, he said, "Those sandwiches are expensive at 10 euros." I replied, "I only paid 9 euros." Another colleague arrived and said he'd previously paid 7.50 (a month earlier), which is why there aren't any prices posted. It seems like they can make up the price on the spot. The sandwich wasn't bad, but it only had lettuce and one piece of onion.

The food was okay, except it was missing tomato and cucumber; it was essentially just lettuce and meat. The guy seemed to be helpful at first, until we realized we'd overpaid by more than 6 euros. There are no prices listed, so pay close attention to what you're paying. There is a menu online.

Kosher prices at the entrance of the restaurant, plus very high prices, poor quality meat for the price, the restaurateur allows himself to smoke in the restaurant.

Swampy hair salon and drink for €16.50, not worth it

Don't go here under any circumstances – the meat tastes disgusting and the prices are arbitrary. A doner kebab box, an ayran, and a lahmacun with no toppings for €20. Absolutely awful place.

Super friendly staff and really tasty kebab. The meat was juicy, the bread crispy, and everything felt fresh. You can tell they care — I’ll definitely come back!

We ordered a kebab platter with drinks. We paid €28.00 in total. A very friendly gentleman prepared the food. We had a delicious meal, highly recommended! Fresh salad, deliciously spiced kebab and delicious fries. We will definitely come back!! 😃

6/10 The doner was basically just iceberg lettuce, raw onions, a bit of meat, and a huge amount of sauce. Also there were no prices displayed, so you only find out the cost when it's too late. Seems like the seller just makes up a price depending on how you look.

Please stay away from this please. I ordered two kebab wraps and two waters and i stupidly tapped my phone without asking the price. Cost me €39 euro and when I said I wanted my money back it was too late. Food was terrible we threw it away.

Very good top kebabs and as an frequent kebab lover I love kebabs and feel like I have a strong when it comes to kebabs. Therefore to state this is the nicest kebab I've had while abroad as a tourist I find it hard to find a good cheap kebab shops but this one is something else, "everything all in one".

Prima tent met goede shoarma. Op zich wel terecht dat mensen kritiek hebben op het feit dat je geen prijzen ziet staan. De shoarma die we hadden echter, was prima. Van lamsvlees, in plaats van varkensvlees dat je meestal krijgt. Dat is wat duurder, maar ook lekkerder. Wat mij betreft prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
