I visited Istanbul Plaza over the past weekend with some friends. We were in search of a German-style Yufka Kebab. We were very warmly welcomed at Istanbul Plaza by the employee. He made us feel very comfortable and was incredibly hospitable. Three of us ordered Kalb Yufkas and one ordered a Falafel Yufka. We were happily surprised by the extra sauce at the table, which added to the flavor of the already delicious Yufka. Our host made very friendly conversation with us and I would say we became quick friends. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Istanbul Kebab and I would go as far as saying it was the best food I ate in Amsterdam. Please do yourself a favor and visit Istanbul Plaza!

I went in for a sandwich on Friday. I paid 9 euros. When my colleague came in, he said, "Those sandwiches are expensive at 10 euros." I replied, "I only paid 9 euros." Another colleague arrived and said he'd previously paid 7.50 (a month earlier), which is why there aren't any prices posted. It seems like they can make up the price on the spot. The sandwich wasn't bad, but it only had lettuce and one piece of onion.

The food was okay, except it was missing tomato and cucumber; it was essentially just lettuce and meat. The guy seemed to be helpful at first, until we realized we'd overpaid by more than 6 euros. There are no prices listed, so pay close attention to what you're paying. There is a menu online.

Kosher prices at the entrance of the restaurant, plus very high prices, poor quality meat for the price, the restaurateur allows himself to smoke in the restaurant.

Swampy hair salon and drink for €16.50, not worth it

Don't go here under any circumstances – the meat tastes disgusting and the prices are arbitrary. A doner kebab box, an ayran, and a lahmacun with no toppings for €20. Absolutely awful place.

Super friendly staff and really tasty kebab. The meat was juicy, the bread crispy, and everything felt fresh. You can tell they care — I’ll definitely come back!

We ordered a kebab platter with drinks. We paid €28.00 in total. A very friendly gentleman prepared the food. We had a delicious meal, highly recommended! Fresh salad, deliciously spiced kebab and delicious fries. We will definitely come back!! 😃

Terrible decision. My friend is a fanatic kabab eater and he refused to eat it. Second to that, no prices so he screwed us over. 100% would not recommend. Dirty.

6/10 The doner was basically just iceberg lettuce, raw onions, a bit of meat, and a huge amount of sauce. Also there were no prices displayed, so you only find out the cost when it's too late. Seems like the seller just makes up a price depending on how you look.

The sign claims “German quality,” but unfortunately, that’s not what you’ll find here. The prices are too high, and the shop owner was overly pushy. Paying €9 for a mediocre Dürüm simply isn’t worth it.

Please stay away from this please. I ordered two kebab wraps and two waters and i stupidly tapped my phone without asking the price. Cost me €39 euro and when I said I wanted my money back it was too late. Food was terrible we threw it away.

The worst doner i have ever had. There is another place that across the street you can eat we were gonna go there but we mistakenly went there because of the name similarity Dont gooo. I couldn't finish.

They will take advantage of tourists. They charged me over €95 for one item after sneakily changing the payment request on the card reader. I returned the next day and showed them the payment on my card which had the address etc. They claimed it wasn’t the right place.

You'll be served a big scam with a big smile. Ask for the bill, they don't show because they lie on the price they gonna charge. It's a trap leave while you still have time, it's not even good food you will probably end up sick

The kebab in front came to attack me with a gigantic shield and sword and this kebab the owner helped me stop him because he was evil and wanted to kill me and the owner of this kebab is relatively good I love his kebab and he is very good to me because he treats me very well

The guy from the other kebab (türkisch kebab sabba) started harassing us with a knife, and the guy from this kebab helped us. Excellent food as well.❤️‍🩹

Very good top kebabs and as an frequent kebab lover I love kebabs and feel like I have a strong when it comes to kebabs. Therefore to state this is the nicest kebab I've had while abroad as a tourist I find it hard to find a good cheap kebab shops but this one is something else, "everything all in one".

Gestione simpatica, si mangia bene a un prezzo equo.

Prima tent met goede shoarma. Op zich wel terecht dat mensen kritiek hebben op het feit dat je geen prijzen ziet staan. De shoarma die we hadden echter, was prima. Van lamsvlees, in plaats van varkensvlees dat je meestal krijgt. Dat is wat duurder, maar ook lekkerder. Wat mij betreft prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
