I ordered food twice... The first time, I ordered two menus and only got one hamburger. The second time, I only got half the order. When I called to complain, I was told, "Yes, the boss says it's busy, so I can't make more." I won't stand for that, and the "boss" promised to refund my money. I never received it. But that's okay, it'll be fine. I won't be ripped off.

The food was very tasty and it was delivered within 25 minutes, definitely recommended!

The food arrived cold even though I live close to the restaurant, the burger was dry and didn’t taste great, the salad on the burger was just one piece of the stem of a lettuce. I also asked them not to ring the doorbell and call instead, but no, they decided to ring all my neighbour’s til they got to me.

Burger and fries arrive half lukewarm. When I called the store, a man told me that I "can leave a bad review and they can't do anything else for me." For the rest, you can't do anything for me if you haven't done anything for me already. Apparently this chef or owner is too arrogant to realize that mistakes can be made, even by him. I received the answer that I find it ridiculous that I pay 20 euros for something like that and receive such a service that he keeps an eye on everything and that nothing could have gone wrong. In short, a waste of money, and with such a service they don't earn your money anyway!

Ordered at half past six, the food would be on its way at half past seven and had not seen anything at half past eight. After calling several times, finally contacted with the answer "delivery person is on his way". Still nothing seen at 8am. Then was told that our order had been canceled because the delivery person couldn't find it? We only knew this because we called ourselves, since of course they don't communicate anything at all. We had asked if the food could be resent, but this would be the 2.5 hour old / cold food... Of course we thought this made no sense and asked for our money back. When we said ok and hung up in the middle of our sentence. Now let's hope that we actually get our money back.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for my order. Ordered at 6:47 PM, received order at 8:40 PM. Thuisbezorgd indicated a delivery time of max 75 minutes. I called to get a status, the guy on the phone sounded more than annoyed because I was asking about my order. I understand that it may be busy, but I was very friendly on the phone. The food itself was lukewarm, twister fries were soft and extremely greasy because it had cooled. (Probably sat under the heater for a long time). Burger wasn't great either and lukewarm. Well over 20 euros for a bit of lukewarm food and bad service 👍🏼. Don't recommend

We ordered here around 7 o'clock, after an hour I called and a girl said it was on its way. Called again an hour later, it turns out the order was never made, so the earlier phone call was already a lie. The order was canceled without calling. It's wild that they can cancel an order, it's about food that people are waiting for. Let alone without communication. In the end it was brought by the boss saying, we are going to do everything differently, which no one wants to hear when you have been waiting for your food for almost 3 hours. Then the food was also worthless, moisture squirted out of the wrap, the burger stuck together and the fries were soggy. Then a few weeks later I made a big mistake by ordering from Chick 'N Crisp... I called again an hour later and found out that this is part of Johnny's Burgers... How this company has so many concepts is a mystery to me. Get your wits about you on the phone like yes, yes, it's coming. Finally got the food after waiting another 2 hours, the chicken was still bone dry. It's really great that you're pumping out new concepts when the base isn't already stable. I also understand that orders become too many if you do more than you can handle and have a team full of nonchalant teenagers because it is clear that the majority don't give a damn.

No food delivered; No new food delivered and no refunds. Scandalous!!! Food that has been there for half an hour and is therefore cold can be taken away. As if someone wants to eat cold food 🤬🤬 If you as a restaurant have to fill your pockets like this, you are just plain sad!!

Ordered from this tent yesterday. Meat a bit dried out and quite burnt. Fries were limp. You can also judge for yourself what the food is like when you look at the photo.

Delivery people are too antisocial for words. Let off fireworks in the street and discuss them with (older) street residents. Bad swear words are flying around your ears. Not only do they cause a nuisance, but they also hit and kick the delivery bicycles and the baskets on the back containing the orders. I often wonder whether the orders arrive on time and in their entirety. Totally no respect for these young people.

Really too terrible for words. It said that it will take 30/40 minutes for it to be delivered to your home. We had to wait 1.5 hours. She promised to be there within 15 minutes when I called them. After half an hour, I still didn't see anyone. When I called again to find out where the order was, they didn't know if it was on its way or still there. The boy on the phone asked his colleagues and all they did was swear and shout at each other with cancer.

Staff and delivery people make noise until late in the evening and react disrespectfully when asked for silence. The fact that people live on the Haagdijk is not taken into account. The nuisance occurs several days a week every week!

You arrive at the restaurant, choose a meal from the menu, pay, only to notice instead of 20 you have to pay 33 euros. Why? "Oh, yeah, those are the old prices." Have a good one!

I ordered two spicy hamburghers and two normal ones but the spicy ones tasted terrible like something was rotten. I am sure they tried to cover up the smell with spicy but you could smell from the door of my house that something was bad in that food. I will never eat again from them. I will see you soon in the court.

Ordered via Uber Eats, biggest mistake I've made in delivery yet. Had to pick up food myself after an hour of nothing. After an hour of waiting, I called them. Staff treated me rudely as a customer, blaming me for, essentially, having a foreign (EU) phone number, and everything else. They state they called me 10 times and rang the doorbell, which never happened in the course of an hour after ordering. They say they couldn't reach me because of my phone number, but also state they called me 10 times, which doesn't add up? They said they'd throw the food away and not give me a refund, unless I pick it up myself. So, despite feeling ill at home, I picked it up over 2.5km away. I asked for compensation for the delivery fee, and they said that "the delivery person came to the house and back"... If they gave me something small like 2 onion rings I'd be happy but they still had the urge to fault me for everything even in person. I don't understand why they assume I'd delete "proof" of the driver calling me, and state that I don't have proof that I just ignored him or that he never came to my door... But they don't have proof that he actually came to my door, nor called me, nor rang the doorbell. Huge hypocrisy. Please don't order delivery if you wish to avoid this issue. The food is still OK from my experience so I'd recommend you pick it up or eat it at the location if you must order there.

The delivery was on time and nothing wrong with it. The food, on the other hand, was really bad. The chicken taco squirted out nasty juice on the first bite and tasted old. The fries with cheese sauce didn't taste like anything either. Again it was very old and the cheese sauce was really nasty. Chili cheese nuggets are normally my favorite, but not at this place. There was nothing crispy about them, they were almost cold and they also tasted very old. All in all, don't order here if you don't want old, cold and dirty food.

I ordered delivery. The food was an hour and 20 minutes late, so I waited about 2 hours in total, and when the delivery guy arrived he said “well sorry, we are very busy”. Absolutely unacceptable, and the food wasn’t anything special.

We order food via home delivery, order takes 2 hours... missing the following: 2 drinks, 2x sauce, 1x fries, 1x chicken tenders... called the business 9 times and no answer 9 times!!! Worst tent of johnny's burger!! They also had no change even though I clearly indicated that I would pay with €50

Nothing is good and after 2 hours I got my food

Placed an order via Uber Eats at 8:40 PM. The order would arrive between 9:15 PM and 9:35 PM. At 10:10 PM the order still hasn't arrived. Would like to contact Johnny's Burger by telephone. Contacting Johnny's Burger is impossible because I am caller number three. Now Google indicates that the opening hours are until 10:00 PM. Can no longer cancel the order and contacting is not possible. What a sad thing that happened there at Johnny's Burger. Shame on you.

Placed an order via Thuisbezorgd. Half an hour later they call and say the address is out of reach. When asked why they only called so late, he said 'oh yes, sorry, it is so busy now, just like our new rascal burger, that we didn't have time'. This is scandalous. Then you will only get your money back after 2 days. Never order here.

People don't order here, they make you wait an hour and then they cancel your order and then you don't get any food but you also lose your money...

We ordered it for home delivery and as usual the fries and burgers were delicious. On home delivery something went wrong because I had stated that one of the burgers should not have mustard etc, but even though it was not their fault, I still received another burger. nice staff, good service and didn't have to wait long! :)

Ordered very bad hamburger menus and you expect to get a decent hamburger and not a burger on a 30 cent package from the supermarket and when you call they say we are going to pass it on and by the way you don't hear anything anymore and it was still very cold Shame

Bi-zarre these people! They make you wait more than 2 hours and then bring cold food. Called of course, because I don't pay for cold, limp and chewy food. When they bring new food, they are then told at the door that they want the old food back first?!?! As if they think that after almost 3 hours of starving and waiting for food, I haven't touched the old food... Just feel your forehead! The worst part is that there are no sauces now, but I think they're going to throw those sauces at me if I call again now...

We bestellen geregeld her en der Burgers, voor het eerst bij Johhny's. We kunnen zeggen dat dit het beste tot nu toe is wat we in Breda hebben laten bezorgen. Aardige bezorger, eten was er snel en nog goed warm.
