I ordered a dish, but the waitress said no, I advise you to take the ribeye. After I said three times that I wanted what I wanted, she finally brought the ribeye; I have never seen a ribeye so thin, and it was a third fat. The previous owner had much better food; I was very disappointed.

Wollah, truly top-notch service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. There is also a prayer room available, which is a real plus. I brought my laptop and was able to work quietly here while enjoying the food. Special compliments to Noor: super friendly, hospitable, and always with a smile. She provided excellent service and ensured everything ran perfectly. Thanks to her, I felt truly welcome. All in all, a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back here!

We eat here often. The food is top-notch. Good service.

The food was tasty and I was generally satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere less pleasant due to the very loud music. It was difficult to have a normal conversation, and that made the experience less comfortable. If the volume were a bit lower, the stay would be much more pleasant. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The quality of the food is low compared to the prices, in terms of taste. The Imam Bayildi (stuffed eggplant dish) was completely different from the picture on the menu. It was served in a casserole dish and was excessively oily. The İçli Köfte (stuffed meatballs) were good. The Ördev Platter was legendary, 10 out of 10. The waiter said it was for two people, but we were six. We ordered two as a pre-meal snack, thinking it would be too little. But when it arrived, the two portions were easily enough for six people. With two portions, we couldn't finish them all, and we were already quite full before the main course.

Fantastic value for money! The grilled sea bream was prepared with incredible flavor, served with tasty rice and fries. The service and atmosphere are otherwise just standard, but given the high quality of the food, that doesn't matter at all. For a delicious meal at a reasonable price, we will definitely be back here again.

We went to eat at Keyf yesterday. We were really looking forward to it because we had enjoyed a delicious meal there before. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed because, regarding the mezze, I asked if they could heat up my sister's bread since she has celiac disease. She is not allowed to eat regular bread and therefore always brings her own non-perishable bread, which needs to be heated first. No restaurant has ever made a fuss about this. At first, they indicated that they would go and ask, but they quickly came back saying that the oven was full, and not only that, but also asking us to quickly put away the bag of her bread because, according to their rules, that is not allowed. Naturally, this is quite hurtful to someone who has no other choice, but anyway, the food itself was very tasty; however, you really need to work on your customer service and understanding for customers with allergies.

Never eaten such disgusting shawarma, damn, gross, scandalous, stomach pain for hours, didn't expect shawarma, I read it's made in a pan or microwave. When I eat with family you guys do a good job, this time with friends my dish was ready in 2 minutes, really weird, not fun at all!

Everything was bad! Adana wasn't Adana; it was just a piece of seasoned rubber. You buy a mixed grill for €32.50, and when asked for lavash bread with the mixed grill, they say it isn't included. You pay 32.50 and no lavash? We had hummus for €8.50; it was literally a thin layer smeared on a plate. A waste of money!! I strongly advise against it!

Yesterday, we had iftar with 20 people at your restaurant. Everything was delicious! Even though the restaurant was completely full, all the food arrived on time and the service was excellent. The staff was also very friendly. Thank you for everything!

I come here often, but my experience yesterday was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered a chicken cutlet dish and only received a few small pieces of chicken thigh fillet, which left me hungry afterward—especially for a dish costing over €20. One of the chicken pieces was also still raw. I mentioned this to the waitress, who said I should have mentioned it earlier so they could re-grill it. But raw chicken shouldn't be served on a plate at all. It's a real shame, because this detracts from my previous positive experiences with this restaurant.

We had our engagement party at Keyf last weekend, and we were absolutely thrilled! I recommend it to everyone, especially if you're having a party like we did! Everything was great, including the quality of the meat and the appetizers. We tried most of the dishes, and everything was good except for the beyti. The dough in the beyti was excessively thick, and the kebab arrived cold; it would be nice if they could improve that.

The only downside was that the music was so loud that it was almost impossible to hear each other. This meant having to speak louder to hear each other, which made it less relaxing.

It's a very large restaurant, so I can understand someone saying "the service was slow," however, that wasn't our experience and it doesn't seem to be something that happens often (since they had a lot of servers for a normal day).

For our annual staff outing, we dined here with a group of 18 people on December 19th. The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch. I generally find Turkish restaurants in the Netherlands rather poor. Everything is so standard and unnecessarily expensive. Many people don't bother and use the cheapest ingredients. The İskender, in particular, is often terrible. The dishes all seem the same: one time it's chicken with vegetables, the next it's meat with vegetables. It's a shame that there are almost no truly good Turkish restaurants in Amsterdam.

I've tried almost all the Turkish restaurants, but Keyf's restaurant will be my first choice from now on. The food was excellent. The service was customer-focused. The atmosphere was great. Forget anything else... I found the hygiene so impeccable that all the plates and cutlery were cleared away every day and returned to the table clean for the next day. My opinion is, I recommend it to everyone.

Well, I had a birthday here yesterday, the cake was just put down without saying anything. I called three times the days before for the last things, the only thing I heard from the owner was: "It will be fine, everything will be taken care of." Well, not really. There wasn't even music when they brought the cake, they put it down and left. The food was delicious as always, but yes, it was a bit of a shame.

After reading so many good reviews, I gave it a try, but it wasn't worth a single star. The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. Half of the food arrived burnt, and if you had any comments, you'd get a strange look like, "This is how it's supposed to be." Well, I don't know who's behind the grill, but they can do anything but grill. The meat was tasteless, poorly seasoned, and literally tasted like ash. After literally taking two bites, I left the whole dish and left. Definitely not going back.

The food was really good but the fries came ice cold, we asked for them to be hot but they did not come. The waitress was very cold. The food was good, the portions were big but the attention was 0.

It's certainly not our first time; we come here often, and for good reason. The food is perfect, the service and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. In a time when the quality of many restaurants is declining and everything is getting more expensive, Keyf remains highly recommended!

I ordered etli ekmek, and it was poorly cooked and saltless. I reported this, but didn't receive a refund or a discount. It's a shame, as I've eaten meat dishes here regularly and have always been satisfied.

The food was good, but they didn't listen to us properly (our order was wrong, and they didn't even put half of what we wanted to take away in our box).

The braised lamb in tomato sauce had barely any salt; unfortunately, no salt or pepper was provided. The lamb chops and lamb ribs were a bit tough, requiring a long chew. Otherwise, the atmosphere was great, and everything looked neat.

We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at Keyf Restaurant and it was really an amazing experience. We had about 60 guests including adults and kids and the restaurant gave us a separate hall that had a lovely and welcoming atmosphere perfect for a family event. Before booking this restaurant we visited more than five different restaurants but the way Burak explained everything with so much care and clarity made us feel confident right away that Keyf was the best choice and we are so glad we chose it. From start to finish the staff was incredibly helpful. There were always two to three people on standby to assist us with anything we needed. They even helped with decorations and added extra cake decorations free of charge which was such a nice surprise. All our guests were very happy and kept telling us how much they loved the hospitality the setting and especially the food. Honestly, it was some of the best Turkish food we have ever had in the Netherlands, and its rare that every single guest praises everything like this We are really thankful to the team at Keyf for making our little one’s day so special. We will definitely come back again next time just to enjoy the food and the warm, friendly vibe with our family.

We went to Kayf Restaurant with a group of 12 people and it was a really great experience! From the moment we entered we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The staff looked neat and tidy and the service was top notch — friendly, fast and professional. The food was delicious! The steak was perfectly prepared: juicy, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dish. To finish I had the red velvet oreo cake. It was a bit on the dry side, but that didn't spoil the fun at all. In short: a great evening with good company, delicious food and excellent service. I give it a big 5/5!
