For our annual staff outing, we dined here with a group of 18 people on December 19th. The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch. We spontaneously wanted to surprise our manager with a song and a dessert platter, and that was arranged incredibly quickly and efficiently. We dined here yesterday with a large group and were extremely satisfied. Despite the large group, the service was fast, friendly, and well-organized. The food was delicious and served promptly. It was also great that there was a children's corner, so the kids could have a great time. Definitely recommended for groups and families!

Great restaurant, they know what they're doing; I fell in love with the keyf kebab. My girlfriend was also thrilled with the hot lokum steak, cooked just how she liked it. It was incredibly busy, but that's to be expected; delicious food, who wouldn't come? It's a shame they don't have pide when it's busy... We were also helped by a lady who was super sweet and also enjoyed a nice, respectful conversation. What a great team, and they also have some great pop songs. We had a delicious meal here yesterday. The staff were friendly and cheerful. Orders arrived quickly. We arrived at 5:30 PM, when it was still a bit quiet (upstairs). All in all, we truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Thank you.

Today we celebrated a birthday at Keyf, and it was fantastic! The location is super cozy and atmospheric. The staff, especially the waitresses, are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The manager also arranged everything perfectly; they really think along with you and are very involved. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back, both for dinner and for another party. Highly recommended!

Working with a goatee, mustache, glasses, asked for my snap during work, I find that unacceptable. And I refused him, he started to hype, thought he was something besides that everything is nice and fun.

I definitely do not recommend it. The sink was extremely small and unhygienic. The staff were also completely unprofessional, acting as if they were joking. The service quality was very poor, I will never go back.

I generally find Turkish restaurants in the Netherlands rather poor. Everything is so standard and unnecessarily expensive. Many people don't bother and use the cheapest ingredients. The İskender, in particular, is often terrible. The dishes all seem the same: one time it's chicken with vegetables, the next it's meat with vegetables. It's a shame that there are almost no truly good Turkish restaurants in Amsterdam.

I've tried almost all the Turkish restaurants, but Keyf's restaurant will be my first choice from now on. The food was excellent. The service was customer-focused. The atmosphere was great. Forget anything else... I found the hygiene so impeccable that all the plates and cutlery were cleared away every day and returned to the table clean for the next day. My opinion is, I recommend it to everyone.

Well, I had a birthday here yesterday, the cake was just put down without saying anything. I called three times the days before for the last things, the only thing I heard from the owner was: "It will be fine, everything will be taken care of." Well, not really. There wasn't even music when they brought the cake, they put it down and left. The food was delicious as always, but yes, it was a bit of a shame.

After reading so many good reviews, I gave it a try, but it wasn't worth a single star. The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. Half of the food arrived burnt, and if you had any comments, you'd get a strange look like, "This is how it's supposed to be." Well, I don't know who's behind the grill, but they can do anything but grill. The meat was tasteless, poorly seasoned, and literally tasted like ash. After literally taking two bites, I left the whole dish and left. Definitely not going back.

The food was really good but the fries came ice cold, we asked for them to be hot but they did not come. The waitress was very cold. The food was good, the portions were big but the attention was 0.

For the best and tastiest Turkish food, you have to go to Keyf Restaurant in Amsterdam! We ate there again today, and it was—as always—delicious. It's certainly not our first time; we come here often, and for good reason. The food is perfect, the service and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. In a time when the quality of many restaurants is declining and everything is getting more expensive, Keyf remains highly recommended!

I ordered etli ekmek, and it was poorly cooked and saltless. I reported this, but didn't receive a refund or a discount. It's a shame, as I've eaten meat dishes here regularly and have always been satisfied.

The food was good, but they didn't listen to us properly (our order was wrong, and they didn't even put half of what we wanted to take away in our box).

The braised lamb in tomato sauce had barely any salt; unfortunately, no salt or pepper was provided. The lamb chops and lamb ribs were a bit tough, requiring a long chew. Otherwise, the atmosphere was great, and everything looked neat.

We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at Keyf Restaurant and it was really an amazing experience. We had about 60 guests including adults and kids and the restaurant gave us a separate hall that had a lovely and welcoming atmosphere perfect for a family event. Before booking this restaurant we visited more than five different restaurants but the way Burak explained everything with so much care and clarity made us feel confident right away that Keyf was the best choice and we are so glad we chose it. From start to finish the staff was incredibly helpful. There were always two to three people on standby to assist us with anything we needed. They even helped with decorations and added extra cake decorations free of charge which was such a nice surprise. All our guests were very happy and kept telling us how much they loved the hospitality the setting and especially the food. Honestly, it was some of the best Turkish food we have ever had in the Netherlands, and its rare that every single guest praises everything like this We are really thankful to the team at Keyf for making our little one’s day so special. We will definitely come back again next time just to enjoy the food and the warm, friendly vibe with our family.

Just like its name, Keyf is a wonderful place where you can dine in a family atmosphere and enjoy a delicious atmosphere. The service from the chef to the staff is all first-class and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend it. They deserve all the praise. It's a wonderful business. The staff's attention to customers is amazing. This is a family business. You never feel like a stranger here. They are very warm and welcoming.

We went to Kayf Restaurant with a group of 12 people and it was a really great experience! From the moment we entered we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The staff looked neat and tidy and the service was top notch — friendly, fast and professional. The food was delicious! The steak was perfectly prepared: juicy, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dish. To finish I had the red velvet oreo cake. It was a bit on the dry side, but that didn't spoil the fun at all. In short: a great evening with good company, delicious food and excellent service. I give it a big 5/5!

Upon entering we were kindly welcomed by the owner and were allowed to sit in a nice place. Food was cooked to perfection, we had mixed grill for two. The service throughout the evening was fast and attentive, which we certainly appreciated. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the ingredients fresh and the portions generous. Waiters are alert. Food is tasty. Begendi kebabi is highly recommended. Water can be cheaper. Oh yes, the portions are good!

It totally deserves its price, the portions are full and very delicious. I had trileçe for dessert and it was delicious too. This restaurant gets a solid pass from me.

Sincerely Keyf is my favorite Turkish restaurant in Amsterdam. Price and quality ratio is correct and the portions are also in line with what you pay for them. Nowadays you no longer get standard bread with dips at Turkish restaurants, but at Keyf this is the case and I hope they continue to do this.

Busy restaurant. Food was tasty, but for €26 the meat was not much. Smaller plates would look better with such a small portion of meat. Fries were dry. Service was good, maybe they were a little later but that was due to the crowds. That didn't matter much.

I received a shawarma sandwich, the meat was dark, it did not taste fresh, and I received no onion sauce, only garlic, which is a shame because the quality is normally good.

Cosy, but busy restaurant. On a Friday evening it is always packed and can be quite noisy. Especially if there are many kids playing in the children's area. It's nice that you can indicate by means of the table lamps whether you want to order/service is required. Despite the crowds, the food came to the table quickly. The salmon had a lot of bones, but everything else was perfect. Hardly any choice for vegetarians, but you know that in advance so that is something you can take into account. Service was good, the restaurant itself looked clean and we had a great evening.

It was not nice to turn off the adhan and turn on the music before the adhan ended at iftar time. I don't care if someone who does not respect the adhan respects me.

Restaurant Keyf in Amsterdam is a prime location. Food was delicious. The portions are big enough to fill your stomach. The service was also very nice. Still only gave 3 stars, because normally the Turkish tea after dinner is free (Ikram from the owner). This has been the case everywhere I have eaten to date. The tea was also placed on the receipt here. We were with a group, so the tea costs easily exceeded €35.00. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars

Today was my second visit to Keyf restaurant. During my first visit I ordered a medium rare steak, which unfortunately was not prepared properly. This was then neatly resolved by the manager, which I really appreciated. On my second visit I was hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately the service was once again disappointing. The team seemed to consist mainly of young and inexperienced employees. Our order was initially entered incorrectly, which in itself was not a problem as mistakes can happen. However, when the correct order arrived, the meat turned out to be fully done ("well done"), while we had specifically asked for medium rare. We had not finished our drinks and an employee took them away and then put them back on the table because she saw that it was not yet empty. As compensation we received a portion of fries, but in the end we had to wait more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for two portions of steak. This experience was disappointing.
