The working style, the staff, the flavors, and the service were all excellent. We're used to complimentary items at the table in Turkey, so a small portion of haydari (a type of yogurt dip) and ezme (a type of Turkish spread) would be a nice touch. The portions are filling. Having hingel (a type of Turkish dumpling) on ​​the menu is a plus, but it would be even better if it were served with just butter, staying true to the original recipe. Well done!

Had a very bad meal; I was here years ago and the quality was very good back then. The service was also very poor. Someone took my order, and while I was talking about what I wanted, he answered his phone. I continued talking, and he angrily said "just a moment," and then I had to wait 2 minutes before I could place my order again... Ordered the Keyf special, but the meat was very dry; in general, we didn't find the food tasty. Besides that, I also developed stomach issues and couldn't sleep that night. I will definitely not be coming back here.

This restaurant is amazing, good food, nice people, super clean and beautiful interior, and Nour was especially very friendly. I would come back here very soon!

Best food in the country! Everything about this restaurant is excellent. Both the food and the service. There is so much choice and they are open until late. If you order something, it arrives super fast. You even get tea on the house after your meal. AMAZING.

Definitely worth repeating. The meat was deliciously tender and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, we do have a few points of concern. While we were still finishing our starter (the soup), our mixed grill was already served. As a result, we couldn't eat the soup in peace, and the meat, rice, and fries had already cooled down before we even started eating them. Additionally, my bottle of cola was taken away while there was still some left in it. With dessert, we ordered a cup of coffee. Before the coffee was finished, the wait staff came to clear the table. We didn't think that was polite. It makes you feel rushed and gives you the feeling that you have to drink quickly and leave. All in all, we had a good meal and the atmosphere was good. We hope the service is better next time, because otherwise, unfortunately, it is not worth repeating for us.

I've been there 2 or 3 times now; every time the food is delicious and the plate is full. Friendly staff. Food is always served quickly and for everyone at the same time. Tip: We went during warm weather, so perhaps turn the air conditioning down a bit?

I ordered a dish, but the waitress said no, I advise you to take the ribeye. After I said three times that I wanted what I wanted, she finally brought the ribeye; I have never seen a ribeye so thin, and it was a third fat. The previous owner had much better food; I was very disappointed.

The food was tasty and I was generally satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere less pleasant due to the very loud music. It was difficult to have a normal conversation, and that made the experience less comfortable. If the volume were a bit lower, the stay would be much more pleasant. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The quality of the food is low compared to the prices, in terms of taste. The Imam Bayildi (stuffed eggplant dish) was completely different from the picture on the menu. It was served in a casserole dish and was excessively oily. The İçli Köfte (stuffed meatballs) were good. The Ördev Platter was legendary, 10 out of 10. The waiter said it was for two people, but we were six. We ordered two as a pre-meal snack, thinking it would be too little. But when it arrived, the two portions were easily enough for six people. With two portions, we couldn't finish them all, and we were already quite full before the main course.

Fantastic value for money! The grilled sea bream was prepared with incredible flavor, served with tasty rice and fries. The service and atmosphere are otherwise just standard, but given the high quality of the food, that doesn't matter at all. For a delicious meal at a reasonable price, we will definitely be back here again.

We went to eat at Keyf yesterday. We were really looking forward to it because we had enjoyed a delicious meal there before. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed because, regarding the mezze, I asked if they could heat up my sister's bread since she has celiac disease. She is not allowed to eat regular bread and therefore always brings her own non-perishable bread, which needs to be heated first. No restaurant has ever made a fuss about this. At first, they indicated that they would go and ask, but they quickly came back saying that the oven was full, and not only that, but also asking us to quickly put away the bag of her bread because, according to their rules, that is not allowed. Naturally, this is quite hurtful to someone who has no other choice, but anyway, the food itself was very tasty; however, you really need to work on your customer service and understanding for customers with allergies.

Everything was bad! Adana wasn't Adana; it was just a piece of seasoned rubber. You buy a mixed grill for €32.50, and when asked for lavash bread with the mixed grill, they say it isn't included. You pay 32.50 and no lavash? We had hummus for €8.50; it was literally a thin layer smeared on a plate. A waste of money!! I strongly advise against it!

I come here often, but my experience yesterday was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered a chicken cutlet dish and only received a few small pieces of chicken thigh fillet, which left me hungry afterward—especially for a dish costing over €20. One of the chicken pieces was also still raw. I mentioned this to the waitress, who said I should have mentioned it earlier so they could re-grill it. But raw chicken shouldn't be served on a plate at all. It's a real shame, because this detracts from my previous positive experiences with this restaurant.

Everything was great, including the quality of the meat and the appetizers. We tried most of the dishes, and everything was good except for the beyti. The dough in the beyti was excessively thick, and the kebab arrived cold; it would be nice if they could improve that.

The only downside was that the music was so loud that it was almost impossible to hear each other. This meant having to speak louder to hear each other, which made it less relaxing.

We ordered the Keys Special for two people, plus two cold dishes (Babaganus and another). The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. It's a very large restaurant, so I can understand someone saying "the service was slow," however, that wasn't our experience and it doesn't seem to be something that happens often (since they had a lot of servers for a normal day).
