KFC in Wijk 00 Schipluiden

This is the place to go for a banana republic experience. After ordering, you wait an hour, ask multiple times without getting an understandable answer, and ultimately don't receive a complete order... It's great if you order as a group and only realize later that you're missing chicken, and dream about missing chicken. I'll keep an eye on the opening hours to know when to avoid this place.

I ordered online and picked up my order. At the location we waited more than an hour. When we checked our order we saw many items missing: 6 hotwings, fries and 2 drinks. The fries were dry, hard and not fresh at all. Worst KFC experience ever.

This is ridiculous! Two cars are in front of me. And it takes 30 minutes! What a pathetic mentality.

Don't go here, the service is terrible. You wait a long time at the drive-through, the staff doesn't look at you, they don't give you your order. I just got ripped off by them, they didn't add half of it, and I had to wait a long time for so-called fast food. Please don't go there, there's another KFC around the corner.

First we had to wait a long time to order food, the girl at the cash register was unclear and very slow, after that we didn't get any fries.

Employees are genuinely incapable

Incredibly slow staff waiting 15 minutes for my order even though there were hardly any people there. Orders placed later were suddenly placed earlier. It seems like the staff just don't feel like doing anything. Even in the barely-stocked store. I saw the uncleaned Coke on the floor. Definitely not recommended.

A friendly Polish young lady helped me politely and spoke politely. The food was good. But as is the case everywhere, a bit more expensive, €1 more than last time. So it tastes all the better 😉 I do have to drive half an hour each way. Because unfortunately, there's no KFC in my holiday village. It's so busy with holidaymakers, you'd expect a KFC in Hoek van Holland too. But alas. That's why I don't go to KFC often, maybe once a month. Otherwise, as a KFC chicken fan, I would have been at KFC every day if they had a restaurant in Hoek van Holland. So now I go once a month, half an hour there and half an hour back.

Good food. Didn't have to wait too long. I think KFC doesn't motivate their employees enough as they seem to go outside for breaks all the time. Also when I was ordering at the till an employee asked for some food for himself, the person serving me then told me to wait while she put the employees order in first...what?? Every time I've been here they've forgotten something on my order and then seem surprised when I ask for it... seems like the staff just can't be bothered. They also dont clean tables/floor here. You have to do this yourself. What makes it cringe is the manager going round asking people to give a good review. I even saw her helping someone make a review. Seriously. Just focus on giving the staff clear KPI's and the reviews will come themselves. I like the food just service and attitude sucks...

We were the only car in the drive through, yet waited for 5 minutes for someone to take the order. The food took so long to be prepared, and it was not even good. Stale unsalted fries, missing ingredients in the order itself.

I had a very pleasant experience at this KFC. It was my first time at this KFC, and the service was good and it was clean. The staff were friendly.

Disgusting place, wait 10 minutes to order, then another 10 minutes for soft serve ice cream. The staff is unprofessional, screaming like children and swearing. The staff also don't seem very bright, as they struggle to wear a hair mask correctly.

Disorganized, bloody mess. Forgot a simple order of fries... I've finished eating by now and have already asked twice. The last time, the rude answer is simply not my problem anymore. Well, that's fine, but that's crazy... 20 minutes later for a single order of fries... Worst KFC we've ever been to... The entire restaurant has incredibly dirty tables. Overflowing garbage bags. I think everyone is equal there. No one is in charge. Free tip: Look at how McDonald's keeps the kitchens tidy and everyone does their own thing.

I was there around 8:50 PM. We waited about 15 minutes for them to take our order, and then I wanted to sit down and warn the staff that all the tables were dirty and sticky. Someone approached me with foul language. "I'm busy, you see," I said. "That's no way to treat a customer." I then addressed him with foul language, and he then said he was going to call the police on a customer who's been coming to KFC for years. We live in the Netherlands, which means all the tables are clean and tidy. We're not in India or Bangladesh, where everything is dirty and sticky.

We went for the food, despite it not being busy at the time we were there, we noticed that it was messy and downright dirty, tables had food scraps and paper stuck on the floor, very unfortunate 😪, tried again after not having been there for years, really no one in the business (as far as I understand) it is still terrible, fries are cold, you have to look for a slightly clean table and not to mention the floor and chairs

Manager Osman was really friendly. We got our food quickly. Everything was delicious.

Had asked for boneless bucket and repeated that a few times amd also got that verbally confirmed by the lady who took the order at the drive through but I was still given a mixed bucket and these seemed like not fresh. To top it, they did not include the bill in the package to verify the order and call back. Perhaps this order was not an "official" one for their books. I called the number from the Google listing and no one picked up the call. Just another KFC location going down the drain. Good riddance.

I haven't been to a fast-food restaurant in a long time. I assumed the food at KFC would be better than McDonald's. Now that I've read the other reviews, I can agree. At 5 p.m., the staff at the KFC in Den Hoorn were still cleaning up the mess from Saturday night. The floor was sticky and the tables dirty, but a nice lady was cleaning. It wasn't busy, but we had to wait a long time. The bucket of boneless chicken was tasteless, and the outside of the chicken was soft, probably microwaved. Really not good. The fries were even worse, unbelievable, undercooked, soft, and cold... The next time I go with my little one, DO NOT eat at (THIS) KFC.

It all started on a rainy Tuesday evening. One of those nights when you think, "I'm going to treat myself to something delicious, something warm, something greasy." My stomach rumbled and my mind said: KFC. What could possibly go wrong? Well, everything. The moment I stepped inside, I wasn't greeted. No smile, no hello, just a blank stare as if my existence were an inconvenience. The floor was so sticky that every step made a sucking sound, like I was walking into a pot of syrup. I ordered something simple, but the guy behind the counter typed so slowly I thought he was learning to read the menu live. The wait began. Minutes turned into fifteen minutes. I had the feeling my chicken hadn't even been born yet. A clatter came from the kitchen, as if pots were being thrown in sheer desperation. When my food arrived, it looked like it had already survived a war. Dry, colorless chicken, fries that hung like tired soldiers, and a box half-opened as if it wanted to escape on its own. The first bite was an insult. No crispness, no flavor, just tough meat that felt like chewing gum on leather. The fries were cold, really cold, like they'd come straight from the fridge. The Coke, normally a lifesaver, tasted like lukewarm sugar water without bubbles, with a hint of regret. Around me, it was a battlefield. Tables strewn with bones, napkins on the floor, a trash can so full it overflowed like a sad art installation. A group of teenagers carelessly threw more trash on the floor; the staff didn't bat an eye. The sauce wasn't much better: watery mayo, burnt BBQ flavor, and a curry whose contents I'd rather not know. The staff spent more time on their phones than behind the counter. One woman complained about a wrong order and was only told, "Well, that happens." Halfway through, I felt my stomach rumbling. My jaw ached from chewing the chicken. A child ran around screaming while his mother scrolled apathetically. I had to balance my tray by the trash can to avoid causing an avalanche of bones. When I saw a gloveless employee grabbing fries, I knew enough. I left the store on the same sticky floor, relieved to breathe fresh air. Outside, I felt like I'd just escaped a bad dream. At home, I decided to write this down, partly to process, partly as a warning. KFC, you even managed to kill my hunger, and that might be the biggest achievement of the evening.

First and last time at KFC: filthy "restaurant" with sticky floors and tables, kidneys, flies, and unfriendly staff focused only on themselves. The food is very basic and tasteless. In short, I won't be returning.

I only get take-out here because the restaurant has no atmosphere and is always messy and dirty, it probably isn't tidied up or cleaned, I also had to pay double for extra cheese and bacon 2 x 0.60 instead of 1 x 1.00

Excellent service. I was at KFC recently and was immediately struck by how clean and tidy everything was. Tables were cleared immediately, the counter looked immaculately presented, and you felt truly welcome. The food was also delicious and fresh!

Since when do they use slang at the drive-thru? Totally disinterested staff. The burger was cold, the ice melted. Oh yeah, I asked for fries… I got a bowl of salt with a few fries here and there! This branch in Den Hoorn should close down!

The restaurant was really dirty, the chairs are just black.. you stick to the floor with your shoes. The employees are very unfriendly, swear loudly through the restaurant and are too bad to bring something to your table. The food was warm despite the long wait.

All three times I visited this place most items on the menu were out of stock. They then give you one option, the only option they have. Don't like it? Too bad.. I get it if it happens once, even twice. But looking at other reviews it's the usual for them...👎

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. First few times we went here, the chicken was always very soggy like it’s been staying there for the whole day. Today we went for the last time to give them a chance, and we received a cardboard bucket with a cardboard in it, I mean “chicken”. It felt like they refried it 4x; very dry and oily. The customer service was also not great and even the atmosphere, where one crew was audibly arguing with a customer. Ps. I also fixed your sign. Dankuwel👍

Food is dry, more lettuce than chicken on the dry buns and if something is forgotten and you ask for it they look at their lifeless colleague behind the drive thru who then says dead nice that I didn't order it at all, then looks at you dead and almost chases you away. Nice people there 🥹..

All the tables here are always dirty. I say something about it every time. Nothing is ever done about it
