Very poor. They arrived 20 minutes late, and you pay over €5 for a portion of fries that are cold, dry, and limp. Even the frikandels were cold and dry. NOT recommended!

Everything else is okay in that place... But the fries they sell there are truly inedible... ugh, how disgusting can you make fries... Grrrrrrrrrr

Extremely bad, ordering every week, often far too late. Last time, I waited two hours. They were supposed to make up for it with ice cream for my son and a hamburger. But nothing came. The owner is incredibly rude, completely clueless. That's no way to treat a regular customer. And on top of that, they charge way too much for what you get...

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a delicious midlife special. It's a shame that handsome guy with the glasses doesn't work there anymore...

You placed an order for €42.75 at exactly 6:00 PM. After an hour, we called to ask where our food was. It was finally delivered at 7:15 PM. You opened everything and put it on a plate. Hamburger menu with fries and lettuce. The lettuce was warm, the fries cold, and they had the texture of cardboard! The milkshake was cold but tasteless, and all that for so much money. The best for 35 years, but this is definitely not what they deliver. Very disappointed!!

After a long time, I ordered food again, and it was delivered lukewarm. Same story now, the food was delivered lukewarm. It's a shame, because the food itself isn't bad. Solution? Order by phone and say you want it hot? Not for now.

Had a very bad experience at Kwalitaria De Mare. Employee Kilian was downright rude and seemed to have no desire to help customers. I did not feel welcome and got the idea that I should better go eat somewhere else. This is not how you treat customers. Not a second time for me.

I've never eaten anything so disgusting. It felt like I got someone else's leftover food. The frikadellen speciaal (fried special fries) were practically sauceless and thrown upside down in the container, and the fries looked like they'd been fried four times already. It was like chewing on a piece of cardboard. On top of that, I had to wait over an hour for delivery, so everything was cold, even though I live just around the corner. I threw everything in the trash. It's a shame I can't give it a minus 5 stars, because it absolutely doesn't deserve more than that. I'll be skipping this place from now on.

We ordered from you and wanted it to arrive at our house at 6:00, but it arrived at 6:30, which wasn't so bad. The food arrived then and was very cold, and we ordered curry but didn't get it. I just wanted to say this is the first and last time.

Food delivered – warm and delivered in 30 minutes (50 minutes as planned). The burger was very good by Dutch standards. The fries were great. The caramel iced coffee was fantastic! In my opinion, it's worth it :)

Fries belonging to 2 menus not received. After I communicate this by telephone, only 1 portion of fries is delivered instead of 2. Very unfortunate and disappointing because it was paid for.

I called to place an order and was immediately told that it had to be done online. So I like to do that. You can post comments on each product and I had 2. 1 for a pikanto to cut into (I have been in the snack world for 10+ years and know that this is very possible) and for a frikandel specially cut and less sauce. Both had been done, but the frikandel had been cut so minimally that almost all the sauce had already disappeared. I called to inquire about this and the young man in question immediately contradicted me. I understand that you want to defend yourself if you think you have done your job well, but it is better to say to a paying guest: apologies that it happened as hoped. I hope to do better next time. After all, it is the catering industry and that means working in a customer-oriented manner. Pikanto can certainly be cut, unless they are frozen solid. It is also customer friendly to mark milkshakes for what is what. We had a white chocolate shake and a vanilla shake. I am not used to this from Su-Hong and her team because I know that Su-Hong instructs her staff better. I also worked for her and it really wasn't like that for me.

I ordered fries, I came in really late... never again

Another delicious meal, delicious fries and delicious teriyaki chicken. Delivered on time, and fries deliciously crispy. Salad also very nice in a separate container. Highly recommended.

We ordered food at 5:15 PM. Food would be there in 45 minutes. That was 90 minutes. We no longer wanted the order due to the extremely long waiting time. Getting money back was absolutely not an option for the owner. I could take the same food home with me. The lady called the police because she thought I was being unreasonable. Police advised me to make it a civil procedure. And all because of a difference of opinion. So in the end I paid 40 euros for 2 burgers that were baked twice, with the lettuce still on them, she baked the burgers the second time. The lady didn't let me watch her make burgers. The same fries were fried again. The same snacks are fried again for the second time. Which meant they were soaked in frying fat. Milkshakes had become watershakes. 1 word for this place Lousy! Customer friendliness is hard to find here. 40 euros wasted. We will never go there again. There is another snack bar in the mare. And that is a top tent, the only disadvantage is that they do not deliver. So from now on you can pick it up at the real Snack Bar in the Mare! AND NEVER AGAIN QUALITY!!!!!!

3 patat besteld, met nog wat snacks erbij. De patat was veel te lang doorgebakken, en de bezorgtijd was zeer lang. De snacks waren wel prima. Ik bestel niet meer bij kwalitaria.

Ordered fries with peanut sauce. The fries were all smaller than 1cm. They just put the leftovers in the frying pan and sold it to me. I will never go back there.

Besteld; Een patatje zonder, berenhap saté, kaassouflé en een hamburger. Nog nooit eerder ergens zo ongelooflijk weing patat gekregen voor de hoge prijs die ze er voor rekenen. Het was zeker de helft minder dan ik normaal in een kindermenu zou verwachten. Bovendien was de patat lauw, tegen koud aan. Zelfs de kaassouflé was niet heel warm meer. De berenhap had uienringen die tegen het rauwe aan zaten en ook deze was niet warm. De hamburger was wel prima maar ruim onvoldoende voor de dikke 10 euro die ze er voor rekenen. We hadden hier besteld omdat het op slechts 15 min fietsen hiervandaan zit en op Zondagavond 21.15 u het er niet druk meer is. Ondanks dat hebben we bijna anderhalf uur op ons eten gewacht. Pas om 22.35 u stond de bezorger voor de deur, ruim een half uur na hun sluitingstijd. Voor ons nooit meer dus. Kwalitaria levert géén kwaliteit!!

Satay menu chicken was not wrapped properly and therefore arrived cold Gyros menu, sparse in terms of meat. We missed the mayo. For repeatability no. Nothing special about it, unfortunately.

Picked up at this ball joint, so I drive home around the corner, snacks were warm, only the fries were lukewarm, so I call and new fries arrive, half an hour later it is still not there, I call and it says 5 minutes, fifteen minutes later it finally arrives, lukewarm again. And then some hopeless and mentally challenged guy who wants to bring it up a third time over the telephone. I don't need that junk anymore!

Limp fries, croquette was hollow, hogweed without satay sauce. Very unprofessional to deliver your products to guests like this. Paid a lot for products that could easily go back in the trash. From now on, the fries can arrive cooked, so we don't have to fry them ourselves.

I always ordered my food here. Now I got exploded croquettes for the second time. The pikantos were black and the fries cold. I'm calling to pass this on, last time I was helped nicely, this time I got a big mouth. Staff runs a trial. Justifiably. It is then not accepted that the would-be delivery person wants to think for a day, they are pushed via mobile phone to simply sign. Ordered 2 ham sandwiches. We had to wait outside due to... corona. We didn't expect that we had to wait more than fifteen minutes for 2 sandwiches, which we wanted to eat immediately. Delicious burgers at this Kwalitaria, order online and in my case pick up within 20 minutes on average. Nice people working, friendly and think along with you when placing an order. Been here several times now and it remains very tasty. The Red Rebel burger is highly recommended, provided you like it spicy of course.
