Eaten several times with different dishes, all equally delicious and quality meat! Staff friendly and working hard.

We have never had to wait so long for our food. We asked several times. The staff just kept pacing back and forth. Absolute lack of insight and chaos. Tables next to us were not cleared. Two old men were standing behind the grill. We received our main course exactly two hours after our arrival. The salad was separate and warm. The meat was tasty, but not for that price!!! We had to ask for drinks ourselves. We didn't order dessert because it would take way too long. The staff were joking around, so that would have been another hour later. NEVER again for us!

We went out for dinner today with 4 people. The food was delicious and the service was good. Very polite and her advice was good. We would definitely come back if we are staying in Wassenaar.

Amazing food and quality, really reminded me of my time in Argentina. We had the mixed grill for 2 persons and it was so much. Quality was amazing and price was very good, especially considering the quantity and quality. Staff was friendly, nice temperature and happy atmosphere. Would go again.

When you first see the restaurant from a distance, you think, "Am I in the right place?" until you step into a totally different world that you don't see coming, but which is very atmospheric! Very nice people, good service, very tasty food, open kitchen/grill. And the bill is even more than normal! Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience we had here. The food was truly delicious, and everything on the table looked incredibly well-presented. The steak, in particular, was perfectly grilled and prepared exactly to our liking. The fresh salad, served in a beautiful bowl with fresh tomato and cucumber slices, was an excellent complement to the meat. We truly enjoyed every bite in a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back here soon.

Genuinely a lovely restaurant where you really feel seen. The meat is always deliciously seasoned and prepared to your liking. With attention and customer-friendly service. Whether for takeaway or home delivery, it offers the experience of freshly grilled meat. But the experience in the restaurant itself is also pleasant. Many families and regulars can be spotted.

We came to the restaurant and told them that we were 17 people they said ok. We then waited for 5 min till we got the drinks. Then we placed an order. We waited for 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES.That is INSANE. And then se forgot about half of all of the orders one of us didn’t even get his stake so he got a new one and it was bigger and it was rare ( he asked for a medium) so he got a new one. Now our last day in the Netherlands will be this place. Now I get that it is hard to keep track of all of the orders. But then tell us that you are UNDERSTAFF. Because they were THREE people working. Just say that you can’t handle us and then we can find a new place. If the food would have been bad then this would’ve been the worst restaurant I have ever went to. A REALLY angry and sad costumer. The food was good but the service and waiting time was terrible. We waited for two hours and when we complained we only got into an argument.

We had a delicious meal. We chose the Plato La Bamba Dos with beef tenderloin, sirloin, and Argentine beef (400g). The meat was cooked perfectly (rare and medium rare). We had informed them that we needed to be at the theater on time and were coming from far away, so unfortunately we didn't have much time. That was no problem at all, and indeed we were served quickly and could eat at our leisure.

We had another super delicious meal tonight at LA Bamba!!! Sandwiches with delicious sauces, Lady steak, 'n el gringo, delicious fries, fresh salad and a wonderful dessert of ice cream with chocolate profiteroles... we are as round as a barrel! 😋😋 Today we enjoyed it AGAIN at La Bamba dos! An entrecote and Beef de lomo for Geert's birthday!!! Super juicy and delicious!!! And the music that reminds me with some nostalgia of my Ibizan time... We remain fans!

We had a delicious meal and the staff were very friendly. The steak and the spareribs for my wife were excellent, and the side dishes were also prepared with flavour. We were also served bread rolls with delicious sauces beforehand. In short, should we ever be in the area again, we will definitely stop by.

A word to the wise is enough. After 3 years, I finally ordered food again, given the numerous good reviews. Now I’ll just listen to the bad reviews, because the food is still very, very bad. I am now convinced that the good reviews must come from staff, family, acquaintances, or friends. After eating something, I had a stomach ache within an hour. There are no worse (veal) spareribs. The only plus point was that the delivery person was at the door quite quickly.

We did make a reservation in advance, which was fortunate because it was busy. But it was definitely worth the effort. We had a truly delicious meal; everything we ordered tasted amazing. And despite the crowds, the service was good and friendly. All in all, we simply had a wonderful evening.

We ate here one evening. My food was delicious, my friend had spare ribs, but they weren't as tender as they should have been. The flavor was fine. It was nice to have tried it once.

We were in a saloon! Nice decor! The food was good, but the ribs were a bit tough. We had to wait a long time for the sauce that came with the meat. Delicious wine 🍷

One huge disappointment: waited hours for our food, served the wrong dishes, burnt prawns, over-fried frozen squid rings, filthy toilet, lots of noise from other customers. We didn't even get around to dessert. For €50 per person, you really expect better and would be much better off going elsewhere.

Another fantastic evening at La Bamba Dos! The meat was once again perfectly prepared and of top quality, truly delicious. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening, even though it was quite busy. We had to wait a bit, but it was easily made up for. We received delicious sandwiches on the house. What an incredibly warm and kind gesture! This was our second time at La Bamba Dos, and once again they completely won us over. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. In short: an absolute winner, and in our opinion, a place you'll be happy to return to!

My goodness, what an incredibly disappointing experience. What a terrible experience. I came here with my family for a nice dinner for my birthday. The welcome was good and polite, and the drinks arrived quickly. That's about as far as the positives go. After a very long wait (30 to 45 minutes), we ordered a starter and a main course per person. Then we received the starter fairly quickly (15 minutes...). This was fine, but how difficult can it be? Then it was time for the main course... An hour later we were thinking again: "...it's time for the main course..." etc. etc. So we quickly asked someone, "Where is the food?" The answer was that because we had just finished the starter, the kitchen was busy with the main course. That wasn't true either, because we had already finished the starter for 30 minutes, but oh well. I think the meat was thrown on the grill in a hurry. They were playing tricks with the meat: well done became rare. Medium became raw. I was the one who got it raw. And honestly, I'm not exaggerating, I have an upset stomach now. And yes, I understand it was busy and all, but this shouldn't be our problem. Normally, I'm incredibly positive, and I'm certainly not the most picky person; I can definitely wait/tolerate things. But this was just awful. Finally, I just mentioned that it happened to be my birthday, but a little something like that (a fireworks fountain), which is usually quite common, wasn't in the cards tonight either. And yes, we didn't have dessert, and yes, it's not mandatory, but my goodness, after an experience like that, it's the least you can expect. Terrible experience: I'll definitely never come back here again. I'll also advise against it to friends and acquaintances.

One of the best steaks I have ever had. I highly recommend ordering the rump steak with a baked potato and peppercorn sauce. And If you have a bigger appetite definitely try out the Argentinian mixed grill.

The atmosphere is great, but the cozy benches and tables aren't very comfortable if you're very heavyset (read: overweight). + Delicious food + Definitely not expensive for a steakhouse + Custom-sized portions + Wide selection of beef, veal, chicken, and some fish. + Ambient music + Friendly staff. - Quite dark inside. - Quite cramped inside. - Tables and benches aren't really suitable for overweight people. (They don't slide, so your stomach will be wedged between the table.)
