La Dilettante Amsterdam - Natural Wine Bar in Oude Pijp

We ended up here by chance on a Saturday afternoon, looking for a spot in the sun. We enjoyed it immensely. The orange wine was delicious, the snacks were very tasty and the staff was super nice. What a nice spot in the Pijp this is! And a shout out to the (Swedish) lady whose first day it was, she did great.

Fun local wine bar with fantastic food, drink, and service. We had a great time and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Massive fan of this wine bar. The wine was exceptional and the service was even better. They found space for 4 of us and when our selected wine wasn’t chilled enough they gave us a complementary glass of an already opened bottle. Go if you can!

Been coming here for several years now. Chill, non-pretentious with natural wines and a variety of snacks. In the summer it is lovely to sit outside and in the winter the bar or inside tables are cosy. I love the off menu offerings; there are sometimes bottles open that you can sample. Love this place!

The service was great, thank you very much for letting us try the wines according to our taste. I definitely recommend the whipped feta, chili oil and bread.

Dries is fantastic. The most knowledgable natural wine sommelier I’ve ever met. A cosy, intimate environment and a friendly vibe meant this was the best spot of our trip.

A most charming place. It is a small venue. The staff was very cool and offered great selections to sample. The atmosphere was off the hook ; music in the background really helps make this an intimate place to just eat cheese and drink wine. No expensive wines, so worth a look!

Nice wine bar in nice surroundings. Wine sortiment was quite good even they had short of italian red wines.Service was very friendly. Only minus goes for menu being only in dutch. Too patriotic, even a bit funny.

Really tasty wines and amazing attention to the customer. The orange wine was really good and fresh. The waiter explained the wines to us letting us try them before and had the nicest vibes. It almost feels natural to pay 8 euros for a glass of 🍷

Really gorgeous place, understatedly romantic vibe, chill but attentive service, delicate but well curated wine list, even better food, and the neighborhood was intimate but welcoming. Loved it, if I could recommend one wine bar in town it would be this one. Don’t even hesitate. And the best part, all natural wine.

These guys know their wines and select very good ones. I tried 3 and they were all so fresh and flavorful. I love the casual atmosphere and the outdoor seating area. I ordered the cheese platter and the almonds, both top notch. Keep it up!

Splendid selection of natural wines, great outdoor seating and good food. The staff loves their wines and helps you explore and discover new ones. I loved the Pinot Gris orange wine. It’s casual and the staff is warm. Great place to relax while exploring or stop and have a meal.

Little French wine bar located in a quiet but cute part, perfect when you want to escape from people. Lots of character, it has around 10 little tables so it’s perfect for a catch up with friends or a date spot. Wine menu changes every week so it’s always nice to explore new wines. It has some nibbles, super tasty!

We arrived early in the night and had such exceptional service, with our server bringing over several bottles based on our flavor preferences and helping us decide which wine was for us (the answer: every one, in the exact order we first tasted them). The space is super cozy, the wine selection is divine (so many regions I’ve never sampled are represented), and I’m already planning my next visit.

Great wine and snacks. Stella & Lille were absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and spot on. They knew exactly what we were craving. I would recommend 100%

Great atmosphere! Beautiful cafe, nice staff. Too bad they don't have real wine (only natural wine), then it would be totally perfect. If you promote natural wine, use 60% natural wine and for the real connoisseurs 40% real wine. 😉

What a find! A place with refined food for very friendly prices. The service is lovely. We got to attend the Montreal food & wine event, and for a second, the flavors transported me to the Grand North 🇨🇦 Make sure to come early or book a table. The place is very small and can get quite busy.

Hele leuke wijnbar, met een leuk terras. Heel vriendelijk personeel wat je veel over de wijnen kan vertellen en die je die ook graag laat proeven. Persoonlijk vond ik de wijnen uiteindelijk niet heel lekker, maar dat mocht de pret zeker niet drukken. De snackjes waren erg lekker :).

Brilliant place to eat and drink. feels so local, you could be anywhere in the world. This place has a great feel about it

Stopped by here after eating out. It was pretty busy, but got served ok. Have to say this place is what I would call shabby chic, ie a little tired around the edges. It is very much a wine bar first and foremost, with a reasonable but not large selection of wines. Ok place but personally would say there are plenty more that are better in Amsterdam

Great atmosphere, great service, great appetizer, but very low quality wine. If wine is the main item they offer, then they need to improve. I'm not going to go there again just for the appetizer and the good service.

Amazing wine selection and recommendations and all the quality food you'd want with it (cheese, duck confit and even gougères!). Staff (owners?) are always nice and there's a good atmosphere inside and outside.
