Just like all the others .. should have read the reviews but my stomach after 7 hours of walking Just wanted to sit and eat. Major tourist trap. Red flags all around. Italian restaurant , not one person Italian who worked there. Secondly some of the dishes Italians themselves wouldn’t create let alone serve . I got the grilled chicken with Insalata and spaghetti $16,95 euro a cola light and cider . I wish I took a picture . Not an ounce of dressing and or oil and vinegar for the salad . The grilled chicken Was definitely pre cooked flavourless and tomatoe sauce was simple strained sauce from a can no flavour herbs . I ate what I could , as I was hungry and paid for it

I was served a margarita, when I send it back the waiter brought back the same pizza with cold salami on top of it, not even pepperoni. According to the waiter they ran out of pepperoni. At €15 a pizza, I can buy a better quality frozen pizza at the local supermarket for €5. This is a real tourist trap. Also, the menus were so dirty and sticky, we touched it with napkins. Quite nice outdoor seating where there were both heat lamps and blankets. Nice staff but unfortunately very boring food. We were three people who each took different types of pasta. This is the first restaurant we ventured in after coming to Amsterdam for a four day trip. We went in because it was one of the nearest ones to our hotel. We were late for lunch and were not also too hungry. We tried pasta (aglio e olio), onion soup and cheese cake and we must say we were not disappointed. It is not that we haven’t had better italian food of this kind, but it was reasonably good. The service was welcoming, however unlike most of the other European places they ask for tips, which you can deny if you like. We paid a 10 percent tips, as we were happy with the overall experience.

I won't go here again. Very nice location, on Rembrandtplein. We waited about 15 minutes for the worst Irish coffee and an excellent chocolate milk. Unfortunately I forgot the whipped cream. I give the service two stars, there is a very strange waiter walking around here who slams the door behind him and throws menus on the tables with a grave tin. The lady who brings the bill is nice and doesn't make a fuss when I indicate that I don't want to pay for a dollop of whipped cream that I haven't had.

No salt and pepper on table, nothing! The portion size are very very small ! For 25€ I get a tiny quart of an entrecote ! My spaghetti was serve with tomato but no tast at all no garlic, basil or any herbs that make Italian food so delicious. We got salad with the meat.... two slice of tomato, half leaf of lettuce and sauce tast like water ! Shame on those guys pretending being a "chef" Go far away!
