La Place located on the Westerheide. Lovely terrace, lots of sun, fantastic to settle down after a walk on the heath for a cup of coffee with a cake or another refreshment. The food is as usual from the other La Place restaurants. Ample free parking.

La place does not do gluten free dishes. The only option you have if you can't have gluten are cookies. So skip it if you can't have gluten.

I love the food and snack options at La Place. This place is very cozy and spacious. Plus, the service is always excellent, which keeps me coming back.

The food was fine but the people who work there are as angry and grumpy as can be really unbearable it ruins the atmosphere meat of good fish a bit dry Also I was not allowed to order a dish at first because then they had to make it all over again really ridiculous you also pay way too much for what you get not the La Place standard that I am used to from them!

Sunday morning I tried again: coffee with something nice after a walk on the heath. This time I managed to get a whole piece of banana cake from a dish with only bits of it. The teaspoons were gone, but when I reported that I was told where I had to pick them up myself. Conclusion: The location is nicely situated, but you don't have to go here for the service and the food. It gets a little worse every time.

Unfortunately, the sauce roll was lukewarm the last time and the herbal cream cheese on the rolls is not what it used to be... When I make the same recipe from La Place at home, it is even tastier!! By the way, moderate layer….

Enjoy coming to La Place, always good coffee and the pastries are also delicious. My favorites are of course the apple-nut cake and the fruit sablées😋.

I “liked” it a nice place bad staff super arrogant not once not 3 times but every time I am there they have an unpleasant attitude and statements about me and my family. I was a regular customer now never again do anything to your staff!! It's not just a Google review

Today at 10:00 am helped by a very attentive, friendly, helpful young man behind the coffee bar. There was a small problem with the extra card, but he resolved it very well and made the drinks with a smile. Rarely received such good help in Laren with a lot of positivity, others can learn something from it! This way the coffee tastes a little better.

Delicious, healthy smoothie with banana. Sausage roll was fine.

The interior is rather cold, but when the sun shines there is a lovely terrace. And the food is delicious, great choice!

Great place to have something to eat and drink after walking on the heath. I always find La Place quite pricey and the choice is not enormous, but for every now and then it is doable.

It was packed with only 2 cash registers So long lines with impatient customers. It would be better if there was a separate cash register for coffee only.

This afternoon we had a lovely walk on the heath with the aim of having lunch at La Place afterwards. We walked in, but oh how very dirty and dingy! Put the tray back and left again, this is really not possible!

Such a nice place, this could be such a nice restaurant, but we were here today and it was very disappointing. Buffet was very cramped and clumsily set up, it was really dirty inside, and the staff didn't feel like it (which was perhaps understandable, because one of the employees was yelled at next to us, very unprofessional). Little to no help with allergies... there was hardly any choice and no understanding. The food was reasonable... as you would expect from La Place. Not great, but fine. In short, not recommended.

La Place Top BUTRRRR for a while now the COFFEE has really become undrinkable BITTER GROSS and expensive… very unfortunate, I thought it was just me a few times, but I met up with business associates again and they started complaining about it one by one...(((the best description was that of Student coffee (coffee that was left on a warming plate for hours) Shame !!! La Place you guys mother JUMBO has much better coffee on offer...okay then just have TEA first which is excellent!!

Food was reasonable, little pulled chicken and lots of oyster mushrooms. Also incredibly expensive. For 2 people incl. Drinks and apple-nut cake + sausage roll, and 2 small salads € 49.50. main course 9.95, drink 4.50, sausage roll 4.95, small salad 4.50.

Why that coffee combined with the cash register? Food excellent again, but you have to wait at least 8 minutes when it is not busy at all to pay and your food gets cold. Not smart!

What an unattractive location and I don't know why. Attempts are made with Christmas decorations but it is not worthy of la place. Good customer service and nice lunch.

What a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a simple dinner that tastes good! There are many options for seating, including upstairs. It is of course self-service, but the pizza is freshly prepared based on your order, and your burger is also freshly made for you. Delicious soups, salads you can put together yourself and you can always find something for the children. You sit here informally, pleasantly and without time pressure or hassle. Parking available all around, so easily accessible.

Nice to refuel. Worked in the morning, good internet connection. They were still cleaning and vacuuming at the time. I was not taken into account and simply ignored me during a conversation. Always had good service!

The chocolate milk and apple bun were very tasty, but I'm so tired of the fact that you have to have a loyalty card everywhere and therefore pay with your details, but I don't know what is done with them before you can get a discount. In the past, you could also get a discount without leaving all your details everywhere.

Just the door at hilversum la place have a problem when entering or going out to the terras. It needs your attention. I love La place.

It's nice that it's there, but the parking lot is often full because many walkers and cyclists leave from there. And that is why people often come there, beautiful heathland area. Inside it is typical la place, reasonable but slightly on the expensive side.

We sat outside and noticed that there were not enough servers, clearing the tables. Many tables were still full of cutlery, plates, etc.

After walking a bit on the heath, we had dinner here. Sandwiches are fine, nothing to complain about. It's a bit dingy outside. But all in all a great and affordable place.

Not worth a visit. No to poor appearance. Staff friendly when you speak to them. Until then, keep busy with each other. All in all, it doesn't look appetizing, enticing. Keep warm section of sausage rolls and Borek soggy, limp and insufficiently warm and too greasy and therefore on the plate for too long. It's not about whether one could do it, but that's not how it works. Everything shows that the customer is not central. My previous experience with La Place dates back to BEFORE the births of our great-grandchildren - so a very long time ago. We will not give this branch another chance.

Easily accessible. But often full parking lot. The takeaway counters are definitely not feng shui. Lots of dogs inside and outside. Smoking is also normal here. So civilization has nothing to do with house prices

It is unprecedented that the toilets at such a popular La Place are of such a poor standard. A little more hand soap and a little less mold seems essential to me.

The standard recipe, located in a very nice location for good walks through the forest and over heathland. Long opening hours, so also suitable for the morning person. Do expect that the "kitchen" cannot handle a full room/terrace. Is relatively small for the number of seats!! The layout of the cash register and coffee corner is also downright clumsy. The one employee at the coffee counter can never handle the flow of 2 cash registers. So a long line of customers waiting for coffee/tea.

As always the best place for a quick but healthy bite.

Too expensive for the food you get, the later in the day, my own experience, the freshness of the sandwiches leaves much to be desired. Dehydrated. Much better in the morning. Coffee is fine.

€7.80 for sandwiches with almost nothing on them. We spent 30 euros for a meager sandwich and a glass of drink for the three of us. For the price you expect a reasonably maintained building, but the toilet had feces on the walls, smelled like weeks-old urine and was choking with black mold. Too dirty for words.

This place can be called "Heather Field Oasis". I was surprised by the large selection of all kinds of food - from several types of soups, salads for every taste or a juicy hamburger. Free water is a nice bonus. It is cozy and delicious here.

Food from la place as you are used to, everything wonderfully fresh and lots of choice. You can sit here to relax for a while, but it is also a very suitable place to work. It is especially nice upstairs. The focaccia in particular is always very good! It is indeed a bit more pricey, but not necessarily more expensive than a lunch somewhere else, which is not too bad.
