We were blown away 🤩 If you're looking for a great place to eat during your stay, this is the place for you! The staff is welcoming, friendly, warm, motivated, and energetic. Ordering is quick and easy. The dishes are incredibly flavorful, a pure taste sensation!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the portions are generous, the food is tasty, and it's delicious. I highly recommend it—you absolutely won't be disappointed ❤️

Avoid this restaurant, everything is overpriced: sauces €1.50, a can of soda €4, and they don't even tell you the prices, they just add them on. The food wasn't great, everything was dry and loaded with tons of onions. You can't choose what goes in it. Absolutely terrible, avoid it at all costs. Plus, it took them 25 minutes to make four burritos.

Wonderful service! I could eat this food any day and Lila knocks it out of the park! The wraps are nice and soft, the inside is so perfectly cooked with plenty of unique flavors. Their seating is perfect especially if you’re just grabbing a quick bite.

We had kebab, it was missing some seasoning or sauce to make it tastier, and it was a bit empty; filling it up more would be ideal.

The kebab sandwich is absolutely delicious, the wrap bread is homemade, and the guys who cook are very friendly and helpful.

We love falafel and we've eaten them all over the city in various places over the years. On this visit we were staying close to Haarlemmerdijk and we discovered Lila on out first day. The place is cosy with a mezzanine at the back. The staff are friendly and the food is all freshly made in house. We saw them making flatbreads and it was all very cool and we had a good chat with the owner. The food was amazing! The falafel were perfect. No dryness but perfectly crispy. I had the meal and the salad and hummus were lovely. My wife had the falafel wrap and it was very tasty also. We were super happy to discover Lila and wish them all the best. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in the city.

The experience was disappointing. The dishes didn't taste good, and the potatoes were too salty and not fresh, which negatively impacted the overall impression. We won't be returning.

The meat on the kebab was very well seasoned. Unfortunately, the wait was very long even though it was barely busy, and the wrap could have been larger for the price.

I was there with some friends and we ordered a wrap with ham, sauce and other stuff like tomatos onions.. But sadly it was really Bad. It tasted very bad. The sauce was bitter and the ham lacked flavour. We couldn't eat more than 2 bites caused to this. We had to threw it away. Wouldnt recommend it.

This was a short walk from our Airbnb and I truly loved the food here. If you need a late night spot for Middle Eastern food I highly recommend visiting. It’s open late and the quality is absolutely amazing.

I had the shawarma meal and when I tell you that it’s one of the most tastiest thing I have ever eaten. The vegetables were so fresh, the meat was tender. I would recommend anyone to eat here. If I come to Amsterdam again, I will definitely eat here.

The kitchen staff prepare the food with great care and a good attitude. The falafel goes really well with the wrap, whose handmade tortilla has a nice floury aroma. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, and there are quite a lot of customers.

I normally order from Lila at least once a week so I know how good the food can be…however my last two orders have been disappointing. After many good runs my first disappointment came last week in the form of their chicken wrap..something about it tasted so off I couldn’t even eat half the wrap and had to throw it out. Yesterday I decided to give it another try, and got the chicken meal. Not sure if it being Sail Amsterdam weekend and there being a lot of tourist around had anything to do with how bad the food was because the fries were over salted, the chicken was dry and they didn’t even bother to give me a pita bread (my order was for a meal and it usually comes with a pita bread). I always order take away and usually trust that the order is right. So you can imagine my surprise when I get home and half the order is missing when I already paid full price. Lila, do better.

To be honest, I feel it’s overpriced. Wraps for 12€… any extra you get for 3€, a portion of fries for 6€, sauces for 1.5€! For a wrap and fries you end up paying 25€, it’s crazy. Just down the street you can find LeSud which sells tastier wraps for 6.5-8€… It’s not that Lila has bad food, it’s tasty enough, but the price just makes it a 2-star for me.

Got a “shawarma” but the chicken is amazing but the meat not so good it’s really wet. I am Jordanian and we have good shawarmas and I’ve never seen onions on shawarma. But anyways the lettuce was good and honestly I’d rate the shawarma a 8/10 not bad. But the falafel sandwich was amazing honestly best falafel sandwich in Amsterdam. The hummus was good but ask for bread they give one little slice. Service was amazing and kind. Honestly good but probably would come back for the falafel not shawarma.

Had the worst shawarma in my life. Although the service was nice unfortunately the shawarma was a wrap of plain meat and lettuce.

Delicious homemade wraps, wonderful hummus, and a great little shop. Great service, so much fun!

I've been here twice now and am in love with the wraps. Out of all of them the one with halloumi is the best. Thanks to the cheese, hummus and spices that they use. My friends also loved the falafel and chicken options. A great place with great food.
