The food is very good—everything is fresh—and the place is really cool.

Waited 30 minutes for a kebab, which is simply unacceptable. On top of that, it cost €16 and the portion was extremely small. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. Very disappointing.

This used to be one of my favourite places to get a nice wrap when i did not want to cook, however they recently started only filling the wraps halfway whilst keeping the price the same. At this pricepoint it is not worth it and the wraps look quite sad 💔

Food was great, good sized portion qnd not too expensive. My only complaint would be that there wasnt a lot of meat for what i paid, but i quickly forgot about that cause it tasted great anyways. Service was quick and simple. Ordered, waited a bit with a buzzer, picked up our food. The staff was very nice and we felt very welcome. There's a tv playing sports in the upstairs seating area, and it wasnt loud, and the athmosphere was relaxed and pretty nice, though nothing special. Can recommend!

Absolute masterpiece. This place was incredible and strongly recomend eating here. There is alot of variety and the atmosphere was calm and really comftarble. The food was amazing and i really enjoyed it and the service was amazing as the chef was very nice and had a genuine smile. Really recomend going here and i am very satisfied.

Delicious fresh food and friendly staff. They also didn't make a fuss about special requests that weren't on the menu.

It took about 30 minutes to receive a single chicken wrap, even though the restaurant was very quiet. The staff were not particularly friendly. The dining area was also not very clean. As for the food, the fries were decent, and the chicken wrap was actually very tasty and flavorful. It’s a shame that the service didn’t match the quality of the food. With better service and cleanliness, this place could offer a much better experience.

Good portions of food for the price, but the service is truly what’s unmatched. Arrived 15mins before closing (like terrible guests) and they still accommodated us. They stayed open after closing so we could finish our meal. Very kind

I recently ate at Lila restaurant and had a wonderful time. The dishes were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was also very pleasant; the staff was welcoming and attentive. A special mention goes to Sarah, who was particularly professional and kind throughout the entire meal, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

The “plate” (full meal) is a scam — they fill the plate with cabbage and tomatoes and charge you premium price. Very little meat.

I have been a regular customer of Lila for a long time. I live nearby, often stop by in the evenings for a wrap, and regularly bring visiting friends here for a quick meal. Today, however, I was passing by and urgently needed to use the restroom. I came in and politely explained that I am a frequent customer and that it was really important. Despite this, I was refused and asked to leave. This happened on June 13, 2026, at approximately 16:50. I found the experience humiliating and deeply disappointing. After being treated this way as a loyal customer, I will never come back. Very disappointing customer service.

I had been a regular customer of this place for quite some time. The food was decent, and I often stopped by when passing through the area. Today, however, I experienced the most disappointing and inhumane customer service I have encountered in a long time. I urgently needed to use the restroom and stopped in because I knew the place and had spent money there many times before. Despite explaining the situation, I was flatly refused and shown the door. I understand that businesses may have policies, but basic human decency should come before rigid rules. Refusing someone in obvious need costs nothing, yet says everything about how you treat people. Good food cannot compensate for a complete lack of empathy. This experience was humiliating and has permanently changed my opinion of this establishment. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend supporting a business that treats people this way.

Uninviting and the food wasn't what you'd expect. No greetings, and the meat was a sort of bone-dry fried köfte. But if I want köfte, I'll go to Greece. The man who worked there was nice, quick, and friendly; it wasn't his fault.

Today I made a group order for my team. The staff in the store were very polite and super friendly. Handed out their Whatsapp number to handle the order from there. The food was crispy and ready on time....and very delicious! I highly recommend you this place to have proper tasteful food. The wraps are amazing. Thank you guys

We found the food mediocre; the falafel, the kebab, and the hummus were okay, but the fries were tough, the diced tomatoes were old, and there was a huge pile of raw, tasteless white cabbage. A small container of mayonnaise is charged at €1.50, and a bottle of Grolsch beer costs €6. Poor value for money. This could really be much better.

After a long exhausting and fun day in Amsterdam, we found this genuine Middle Eastern café with fresh and delicious hot food made on the spot. The staff worked around my food allergies and I enjoyed a delicious meal of chicken thighs and hummus with plain cabbage. Portions are large for the price you pay food was quick, hot and delicious! We sat upstairs next to the opened window with a cool breeze, trees, and birds chirping outside. Nice place for moderate price!

The food was delicious! What I dislike about eating in Amsterdam is the exorbitant prices. For the price of a main course (around €15-€18), I think everything should be included. Then you add €3 for drinks, €1.50 for sauces... it seems excessive. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the waiter who served me was a bit rude, telling me to sit down in an imperative tone when I asked him a question (he didn't seem very friendly). However, the cooks were smiling and charming. I recommend it.

Tourist trap. Check the price before pqying by card. Apparently ”it isn’t possible to make a return.” Wanted and needed just wrap but got lot more and paid even more. Food was okay at best. Staff was really rude. Really bad experience wouldn’ recommend. Also had to wait quite a while for the service and then also for the food.

Lunch in this little corner of the Middle East in the heart of Amsterdam A little slice of Lebanon The dining room is classic, without any glitz, but the tables are spacious and the seating is comfortable. The manager took our order; he was professional and friendly. The kitchen was quick to serve. The food was good, especially the hummus and shawarma. The Italian wine was decent. The bill was very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. A place worth frequenting.
