Passing through Amsterdam, good experience with family. Original and fun concept. Attentive and available staff. Despite these good points it is a bit high for a family.

Hello, I wanted to share my opinion. We arrived with our seats reserved in advance. The line was looooong, the lockers didn't all work, we had to take our clothes (jackets and bags) into the activity (not very pleasant). We didn't really enjoy each room because people weren't waiting for their turn to take photos. I don't recommend too much if you come to Amsterdam. The pieces are pretty, there is a photo system that we receive by email which is quite cool and easy to understand. Too bad, I really wanted to enjoy it more. Instagrammable place but not very pleasant if you are looking for a calm and relaxing activity.

I had a magical time in this place! The concept is just incredible and the decorations offered are worth stopping by! I really had fun with my friends! In addition, the staff is attentive, warm and available, which is very pleasant. As for food, there isn't much choice and it may be a little expensive but really very good! I recommend that you go there, especially as soon as it opens to calmly enjoy the experience.

The wait was endless, half of the lockers were out of service. We quickly toured it, and I don't really understand the craze for this place. We spent more time waiting than enjoying.

I highly recommend it, I loved it!! A super fun and beautiful place. Mainly to take the little ones. Ideal for those who like taking photographs, very original settings for a good photograph.

Not worth the money . Constantly waiting to get into one room. Not much too it. Not suitable for people with smaller height . Need to organise people by the hour. Unfortunately Wont be going back

Amazing !! Best staffs, best interactive museum

An incredible experience! We also visited the WONDR, but the Upside Down definitely outdid it in terms of art on display. The organization of small groups to avoid overcrowding during the visit is very well managed. The staff is not only friendly but also participative. I highly recommend this museum! For 24€ or 25€, I don't know anymore, it's well worth the price for everything that is presented. Regarding the catering, unfortunately it was closed during our visit, so I cannot give an opinion on this.

My friend sat down, we ordered, we wait half an hour and still nothing, we went and asked and they said the kitchen was closed, what a shameful place, if there is such a thing we should be informed in advance, we waited for hours, if we didn't ask we would wait more, seriously, i would never choose it again.

A really cool experience we absolutely loved it. A great place to take fun photos definitely recommend wearing something like shorts or leggings, I wore a maxi dress and life would have been easier on something more sporty! Great service a really fun day!

Great place for family hangout. It is good, but don’t expect much. Just enjoy with your family, good for all ages. This place built from local artists. Very clean, security guy very helpful, staffs and excellent. Plus a snack and coffee right there.

I arrived at 8:55 pm; 5 minutes before the close time. The owner was so kind and offered to make several options for me. The food is amazing. I got the chicken bowl. The chicken was tender and the flavor was right. Would go back and try more dishes there.

Very good and unique food from the Jordanian cuisine! Was there with my friend who lives in Amsterdam for a year: best food she ate in the Netherlands. :)

Now that... I did not expect! What a hidden gem and a pleasant surprise. The food is very tasty and the prices are fair, and I appreciate the fact that it respects the authentic taste while elevating the experience. Kudos. (Note: the restaurant offers take away only, so beware... however, the area is very nice and plenty of spots which could be nice to sit and eat, but it's not designed for a dine-in experience)

Pensez à prendre vos billets à l'avance sur le site internet. J'ai fais cette expérience en couple et nous avons passé un très bon moment ici. Nous avons pris nos places pour le matin car il y a moins de monde en attente. Vous pouvez être pris en photo pendant la visite grâce à vos billets et lorsque la visite est terminée vous recevez vos photos par mail et vous pouvez aussi les faire tirer. Chaque salle est unique et ludique à sa manière. Il n'est pas nécessaire de faire un tour dans un coffee avant de venir, dans tous les cas le moment passé est divertissant.

Está guay la verdad. Ves todo al revés y te echas un rato agradable. Eso sí, es caro, y cuando digo caro es bastante como 25€ aprox por persona. Te echas ahí tus buenas fotitos y te ríes. Si te pilla bien y cerca del hotel pues ve pero si no la verdad que tampoco te pierdes mucho porque es como si coges una foto y te editas tu al revés 🙃.

The cauliflower was AMAZING in my dish. Definitely would recommend a bowl over a wrap depending on how hungry you are. The bowl was way more filling than my wrap!

Great place to have fun and take plentyyyy of pictures for my friends the “instagramers”. Great for a visit with friends or even with kids! Every set has its own camera so you won’t miss a thing and they send you your personal gallery scanning your ticket on each booth! Definitely worth the visit!

Habe schon lange mit dem upsidedown geliebäugelt und dieses Mal war es soweit. Es hat schon Spaß gemacht und es sind viele tolle Fotomotive dabei. Mir waren einfach zu viele Menschen auf einmal da drin, sodass ich mich wie Vieh fühlte, das grad durch nen Gehege getrieben wird. Fotos machen mit etlichen wartenden Zuschauern ist nicht schön. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Einrichtungen dieser Art fand ich das upsidedown eher nicht so cool wie die anderen. Wer zum ersten Mal so etwas sieht wird es anders sehen. Die Spinte sind sehr klein, also nur wenig gepäck oder Minitasche dabei haben. Personal ist sehr nett. Liegt direkt am Europaplatz und somit mit Metro oder Bahn erreichbar

I’ve ordered from this place 4 times and every time was absolutely exceptional. Their Kafta sandwich is phenomenal and probably the closest thing I have had to the real deal in Lebanon. However, it is a little bit on the pricey side for the amount you get. I’ve tried both their Kafta and Chicken bowls, and the chicken is by far the winner (its supreme). Highly recommend this place!
