With a large order, things sometimes get forgotten. This happened two years ago, and now it's happening again.

We recently stopped by the drive-thru here. The order was completely wrong, and when we pointed it out, the staff reacted rudely. If you buy such a ridiculously expensive burger, you should expect the order to be correct. It might not be a fancy restaurant, but a little customer service would be nice!

It used to be very good, but recently it was terrible. Long wait times, everything goes wrong. We'll be driving past this one from now on.

It's great if you order takeout and come home and find all the sauce is missing. Just double-check that your order is complete.

I wouldn't even eat here, go to Happy Italy instead, because here you'll get cold fries and crooked hamburgers.

It's incredibly hard to find that you can't order ice cream, no milkshake, no iced coffee, no apple pie, and no MacFlurries! It's a slow process, and people wait too long for their orders! It's difficult to talk to the staff; they can't hear or understand them. Absolutely no service, but you still have to pay!!! You wait an awful long time, only to be told, after you order, "Sorry, we don't have it." What are you doing? 🤨 No customers for lunch now.

An employee scans a QR code for a discount, but only on the wrong order. Not mine. Because of this, the code can't be scanned a second time. They simply say, "Unfortunately, we can't scan the Ode." Yes, due to a mistake on your part. And they don't offer a solution. Typical, you should treat your customer decently. They offer absolutely no solution. Hopeless.

The floor was so dirty (coke and ketchup) that I couldn't reach the counter. When I mentioned it, I was snapped at, "Do you want to work here?" Unfriendly.

Hello, Today I had an unpleasant experience at the McDrive. The employee at the payment window said the payment was successful and asked me to proceed. However, at the next window, I was told the order hadn't been paid for and that I had to go back around and join the now longer line. I was in a hurry and unfortunately had to cancel my order. We went through the mc drive, employee said very unclearly that you could not pay by card. This was a misunderstanding. Then we had to go inside. Ordered again there and waited a very long time. I found this really bad and will never go to this Mac again. It is a hassle every time and it is still solved well.

Went through the drive thru after midnight on a Tuesday night. Had to wait some time, but the food was hot and fresh. That was definitely worth the wait.

Bad McDonald's!! After waiting more than 1 hour we received half of the order and we couldn't get the money back for the things we ordered and paid for, outrageous!!

Bad McDonald's I've ever been to, we thought we'd take the mac drive firstly, you don't understand the staff, it's like they're whispering, you tap products that we don't even order and when we ask to take it away the staff reacts quite angrily, we ask for a pop dot strawberry, the gentleman taps a strawberry milkshake, out of nowhere, suddenly a hamburger that we didn't ask for, a frappe caramel, the gentleman taps a frappe oreo and we have to do it 3 times. asking to take it out, eventually we were done with it and left the order and wanted to drive to the window to pay, it took 20/30 minutes, then we drove out of the mac drive across the sidewalk. We are sure we will never come here again, NEVER again Unfriendly staff bah bah go do something about the staff 😵‍💫👎🏻👎🏻

Well now now. After reading the reviews. I actually couldn't believe that a mac could be so bad. But when I arrived (it was raining) there were planks of waste outside on the terrace, completely wet with rain. And trash everywhere outside. And the sliding doors didn't work? It was 12:02 am and they were supposed to be open. But it was referenced to use the mcdrive. Foreign? Well, so ordered. I had weak fries😂. My cousin had his pickle on the wrapper instead of the burger. And the burgers were lukewarm at best. I think they were quickly reheated and the fries are probably from this morning. Man man, it's honestly a bit sad. I advise you NOT to go here. Please, if you are hungry, eat somewhere else or order something if necessary. This is a waste of your money!!!

I ordered a double, got a single and it still tasted like coffee, as if someone had soaked it in coffee and dried it.

Ordered via Mcdrive, again the fries were limp and almost cold, how difficult can it be?? This time I even ordered the twister fries, thinking “they still have to fry them”… the last time I ever come here. There is always something here….

Never thought a visit to McDonald's could be this bad. Truly the worst experience I've ever had. I actually never write bad reviews, but I have to get this off my chest. When we entered, you felt like you had ended up on a battlefield... trash all over the floor, stacks of trays with trash on the bars, overflowing trash bins. Simply bizarre. We ordered food anyway, because we were very hungry. The search for a table/bench that was clean enough to sit at was long and actually unsuccessful. Everything was dirty (sauce bags, lettuce, soda stains/puddles)...really unique. After sitting down and cleaning up a bit ourselves, we waited for our order. It took a bit longer normally, no problem, it had apparently been busy. When we received our order, 2 of the 6 items were missing. Counting is apparently difficult. The fries were so cold that it almost looked like they had been waiting for a buyer for a few days. Big Mac ditto...with all the warming tables etc. just great. Went to the counter to report this, got a new fresh big mac, fries were brought as they were being fried, fine...eventually had to go and get them myself because they had been forgotten. As well as the chicken nuggets that were not there at all. How can a manager have such a bad time?!? Congratulations! A new low in our McDonald's experience! Several people around us looked around in surprise at the state of the restaurant. Not to mention the complaining other customers who were standing next to me at the counter and were missing items from their orders. I hope for the employees that this will change soon, their work is not appreciated like this.

Then in the evening you go through the mac drive for a small chocolate milkshake and 2 oreo frappe. You would say well small order can't go wrong. When you come home you suddenly have a strawberry milkshake and 2 watery frappe. Really scandalous.

Bad thing. The staff can't even read an order and just throw something on your plate. Everything was missing: no sauce, wrong snacks, no fried potatoes, etc. The burgers looked dirty with black stuff in them. Really this location better close its doors with those staff. That's why it's much too quiet. No one wants to eat this at this M.D. Due to staff not being able to understand Dutch well. They don't quite understand it. They don't know what a milkshake is supposed to be. It was just a whipped cream cup with no flavor. Bah

You would think "it's a McDonald's, what could go wrong", well apparently that happens every day. Fries cold as standard. Chicken nughets daily chewy. It may be fast, but it is really inferior to the Mac in the center

I have now ordered twice via the order post, and neither time received a receipt. Fortunately, my order was correct, but it took quite a while before I received my food (fortunately it was hot)

What a rubbish affair, a shame for McDonald. Waited 20 minutes for 2 fries, chicken6 and 2 chili chicken and it was still cold You pay extra for a cup deposit. And still get a paper cup. This is where REAL action is needed!!! You should be ashamed of yourself as a branch manager. They will never be able to proudly say that you are the owner of this branch.

Ordered 2 coffees after 20 minutes. Still nothing. When we asked, it was made, but the employee walked away and waited again. Finally, after a total of half an hour, we had our lukewarm coffee.

Really not fattoe... We only got 8 chicken nuggets out of 9, and 2 barbeque sauce instead of mustard sauce. When we wanted to go back to ask, they were 'suddenly' closed 🙄! Not the first time I have experienced problems here, food is often incomplete, incorrect or COLD 🥶!

Previous visit it was so dirty inside, tables were not cleaned, floor was dirty and it just felt very dirty to actually sit down anywhere. It was busy, but still they should make sure they have someone available for cleaning. Today there was something weird in the sprite, lots of black particles. I requested for a new sprite, unfortunately in the new one there were still several.

Little atmosphere, rude teenagers who really don't want to do anything except chat with their colleagues or friends. After asking twice if something had gone wrong with the order (because there was no screen and I had been waiting for 30 minutes while they are normally much faster), I was told twice. Snubbed with a 'when it's ready the number will be announced'. No questions about which order or anything. Then after 40 minutes I saw a friendly employee in a white blouse walking by and I asked her. She indicated that something had indeed been given incorrectly to another guest earlier, but that they did not know which voucher number it had been, so it was nice that I asked about it 🤔😒 She solved the problem by arranging the order asap, but in the end we had to wait 1 hour.

Waited 10 minutes to order because the manager was continuously resolving complaints. There was confusion when picking up 2 orders, never mind the details, but it was clumsy. Then cold fries, forgotten cheeseburger and barbecue sauce. Almost everything gone, it's time for the chicken nuggets. 6 paid, 4 in the box. A number of coupons did not work in the app either. All in all not the best mac in my opinion. I feel sorry for the manager having to work like this.

Overcrowded, cold food and had to wait almost an hour for our food. The order was not complete and when we finally got our food it was cold, the burgers, mozzarella sticks and fries were gross and not cooked properly. If you want to eat at dirty tables, this is the place for you. If you want to eat your food quickly, this is also the place to be, because the food is lukewarm/cold. If you want good food, you're better off going somewhere else.

An average MacDonald's, but with less friendliness and more errors in the order

This Mac is faster and cleaner compared to the one in the center of Breda. Food is the same.

Neat McDonald's, friendly staff and waiting times are usually manageable. Come here regularly at McDrive and the quality is always stable.

Bro, unsalted fries and the new Swiss Cheese Maestro came without bacon and pickles. I just got a bun with burger, cheese and lettuce. Special place where the staff sits on your car when they go to smoke during their break... Why?! Smoking already looks special, you choose one of your customer's cars to sit/hang on...

The veggie burgers are cooked on the same grill as the meat burgers and have almost halved in size since their introduction. This branch cannot do much about that, but I am done with maccie

What struck me most was that it was extremely dirty. Tables dirty and rubbish on the floor. I looked for a reasonably “clean” table. It was also a real search. There was a father with a child who cleaned his table himself with a napkin. Someone else asked someone from the staff to clean a table. Okay that was done. He came with a rag and wiped off all the food scraps from the table, so that it ended up on the floor. And it was already dirty. I thought for a moment that that kid would come back to sweep everything up, but that wasn't the case. Bah.

Staff make you wait unnecessarily and are rude

How bad! Ordered a number of McFlurry's. After waiting 20 minutes, we went to see where the ice was. Turned out it had been ready for more than 5 minutes. The result is almost melted ice. After making a comment about it to the staff, they look at you to see if you speak Chinese… If you have to pay more than €4 for 1 McFlurry, we will drive to an ice cream shop next time.

As a Belgian, this is a real decline. Waiting ages for your food, sauce is no longer in jars, you have to pay extra for your drinks and you don't even get a top or straw.
