McDonald's in Breda oost

Personally, I found the staff the worst; they behaved as if they were working there as punishment. The man who brought our food walked around the entire dining area looking for our number, even though we were sitting right next to the serving counter. The man was rude, disdainful, and threw the food on the table. I have mixed feelings. The flies circling the food didn't make a good impression either. The sticky floor is a nightmare. They probably never clean it. You sit down at a table or order food, and you stick to the floor. That, along with the flies and the dirt, can completely ruin your appetite.

I don't know if all McDonald's restaurants in Holland are like that. We wanted to quickly grab some fast food on the way back and continue our journey. The place was almost empty, maybe four people. After almost 50 minutes, four burger meals and the fries arrived, practically cold. If we hadn't had to pay in advance, we would have just left. That's probably why they do it that way there. Crazy.

They call it fast food, but if you drive into the McDonald's drive-thru at 9:30 AM and your order is finally taken after waiting for 5 minutes, that isn't fast. Then I drive to the first window and have to wait literally 7 minutes there before I can pay; isn't that not fast? In the end, I didn't get my full order (a wrap and a milkshake) until 9:48 AM. That is super slow. Oh yeah, teach those guys some Dutch. They mumble under their breath and you can't understand a word they're saying! I do understand why so many orders go wrong!

My whole burger was wet. I asked if I could have a new one and she said that's how it's supposed to be. Whereas a friend of mine's were just normally dry. Never had such a gross McDonald's burger.

What a terrible McDonald's restaurant. The drive-thru always takes ages even though there is no one waiting; sometimes I even have to drive to the window because they just won't serve me at the plate. 9 out of 10 times the whole order is wrong, and all sorts of things are missing. I don't like tomatoes or pickles, so I always order them off my bun, though they are actually on it. Sauce is constantly on everything, on the entire packaging. The Ice Frappe isn't made properly, and the whipped cream and chocolate sauce is all over the cup too. After I went back, I did get the food I ordered and a new frappe, and if that happened once, okay, but this really happens weekly when I come here.

With the boys to McDonald's for the first time. Where is the atmosphere of the old days? In any case, the boys were super happy with their Happy Meal!

The food was delicious and ready quickly.

The food is really bad. The chicken nuggets tasted absolutely awful, the fries were soggy and tasteless. Four of us went home sick; the buns were disgusting, the grease was dripping out. Disgusting, they aren't doing anything about it. Normally I have no problems at any McDonald's. But with this one, I would definitely not recommend it.

A really neat and clean place. Sometimes there is some extra trash at the drop-off points. But it gets tidy again quickly, and the staff is very attentive and cleans tables often after use. The toilet there is very clean, truly an example for other McDonald's. Also nice high chairs, but above all, the best iced coffee in the region. Water-saving flushing is smart, and they ask staff for that too.

Sometimes I stand waiting for an eternity, only to be given the wrong thing. And on top of that, it's lukewarm or cold.

The ice cream was half melted when it was brought... coffee without nougat, even though you do get it at other branches. And no sugar, milk, spoons, or napkins were provided either.... bad service!!!! I won't be coming here again.

In a place where predominantly 50-somethings are eating at that moment, loud music is playing—rap and that kind of R&B shit. Maybe fun for the staff, but not customer-friendly. Wiping down tables and keeping the place clean is also necessary.

Large McDonald's with a spacious terrace. Close to the highway and easily accessible! It is a shame, though, that if you order a reusable cup, you still get disposable cups. Not very sustainable!

We got some fries and they tasted literally like cardboard, so we called them back afterwards and they didn't give us anything at all and hung up in our faces. 2 days later we went to McDonald's again and told them; the lady wouldn't admit it was true and they didn't refund us anything or give us an extra menu and just made up all kinds of excuses!!!

The food was good, just like McDonald's. However, it was a huge mess in and around McDonald's. It wasn't busy, but not a single staff member was cleaning. All the trash cans were full. Tables were not cleared. Hardly a clean table to be found. The children's playground was full of cigarette butts.

Waiting an hour for one Coke... very unusual, but hey, what do you expect from McDonald's?

What a filthy mess. Not busy at all, plenty of staff present, yet everything was dirty. I actually couldn't sit outside because everything was so filthy. Same inside.

The people were friendly, but the McFlurry I ordered was only about half-filled compared to other branches. It was gone after just 3 spoonfuls… I think that’s definitely worth a negative review, especially considering you pay almost €5 for it!

2 coffees take 30 minutes via drive-in. Never again.

This McDonald’s is truly scandalous; the nuggets were fried in old oil. This isn't even healthy!

Great service,fast and clean. The food is hot,tables are clean. Toilet is free for customers. They did not miss anything in our order. Very happy. For sure I'll be back here

Waited a long time at the McDrive, was the only one there!

I find McDonald’s very expensive these days, and the taste has changed here and there. But the people who work in the restaurants can’t do anything about that. And they always do their best. So for a McDonald’s, this is a very nice one!

Haha, finally had a super meal. This gets a 9 out of 10 because of the warm fries. Great!

👍 tasty food cheap friendly staff

Went last weekend, 2 adults and 2 kids. They won't be kissing us anymore; tables weren't clean, trash cans full. Fries cold, no straws or napkins were included with the order, and 1 Happy Meal toy was missing.

I bought two ice creams today for €0.95 each, paid with three euros, and received no change. We then went to report it, and the woman behind the counter became completely aggressive.

I didn't get a receipt, but I also couldn't see which number I was to pick it up. I went to ask at the counter, and she went to 'look' and then completely ignored me. So I just waited at the counter until something came by that looked like my order. When no one came, even though they were calling, I said that this might be my order, but it would be missing fries and the sauce. When we looked at the receipt, it was indeed my order, but it was missing half of it!! That's just not right. It wasn't even very busy or anything. I ordered a Chicken 9 menu (chicken nuggets, fries, sauce, and a drink) and then you're missing the sauce AND fries?! And that after I was already completely ignored once... Doesn't feel good, even for a fast food chain. The food was warm and tasted good, though, so I'm adding a star for that; otherwise, it would have been 1 star!!

I just called this company because I wanted to place an order, but they just hung up. I think this is bad; as a company, you are supposed to listen to what customers have to say, and they were not friendly.

I did not receive my cookie on order 208 and I am very angry about this.

The food was really expensive and not even tasty, we only received half of our order, the bottom of a burger was simply missing, and the milkshakes were all wrong. We didn't get straws and the fries were super cold. Normally I don't go to McDonald's, but this was the only one in the neighborhood. What a bad restaurant and company. 1 star everywhere because the food was bad and cold, the people there were grumpy, and the atmosphere was terrible. Not recommended.

Every Thursday I come all the way from Heerlen to eat a Chicken 6 here without sauce. There is a single table on the terrace. Thanks for the inclusion. If only this were in Heerlen, then I wouldn't have to drive so far with these petrol prices...

Tasty and good food, very expensive but that is McDonald's. The staff are good though, and you get your food reasonably quickly.

Awful Mac Donald’s near Kinepolis in Breda! No Soda at all. Tiny portions. Dirty everywhere. Large milkshake is 100 ml. Prices are similar with a good restaurant.

Nice establishment, easily accessible, and good parking. Ideal after a visit to Kabonk indoor playground. Friendly and efficient service.

Bad service and the ice creams are not mixed. At the McDonald's drive-thru, an unfriendly young man arrogantly says, "QR code, you can go to the next window."

McDonalds nearby a convention center and a cinema, very convenient. Despite it being quite busy, they were quick to serve you at a table. They also have this seating area that's like outdoors, but sheltered, so you get best of both worlds. Also, bonuspoints because they do have a playpen for kids, and the cashier was very friendly in giving me a lid for my drink to take it with me after eating at the location.

Very dirty, sticky floor, dirt in the toilet, as well as trash all over the place.

After mentioning it countless times, the food was indeed warm! Fries without salt remain a bit of an issue...

One of the worst McDonalds I was .. Cheeseburgers not fresh and not hot

I was at McDonald's today, February 27th, and received excellent service from an employee named Jason. He treated me respectfully and walked back and forth three times to get our order correct. He also cleaned our table. This experience will definitely make me come back to this McDonald's again. The rest of the staff could also learn a thing or two from Jason, because aside from making my ice cream, nothing went right.

We ate here today. We got our order after about 5-10 minutes. The chicken chili wrap (large version) was barely covered: the sauce was plentiful, but the lettuce, tomato, and other ingredients were almost nonexistent. There were also only two pieces of chicken, which were clearly refried. Such a shame. The fries were also cold.

I'm not a McDonald's fan. But I had a delicious salad and was able to get some work done, which was important at the time.

Angelica is a fantastic employee. Her service and politeness exceeded my expectations by miles. Truly a top performer.

Terrible service. My ice cream sat there for two minutes. My number wasn't there. I tried to call an employee but was completely ignored. I've seen better McDonald's than this one.

There were plenty of staff present, but the restaurant was very dirty. Tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowing. There was a lot of litter outside, and the signage was broken. Several letters on the light box were broken.

Too busy, order was also not complete

We had a delicious meal. Only the pickles were rather juicy. The fries were cold, but after we pointed this out, we promptly received new fries. It's very clean and the staff is friendly.

It was crowded, the floor was incredibly dirty. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food. And then some of the food wasn't even completely warm. Lots of trays weren't cleared.

The staff on duty this Friday, December 26, 2025, showed an extreme lack of respect. It was like being in a daycare; the whole team was giggling. They served us incredibly salty fries—you'd think it was intentional. We asked for a replacement, but they couldn't even give us any salt packets! They first made a fool of us by giving us pepper, and then, after more giggling and other nonsense, they finally produced the salt packet! The managers really need to review the team!

Friday, December 26, 2025 The staff was incredibly unpleasant, mocking, and disrespectful. They were not at all helpful or attentive! The fries were extremely salty. We asked for them to be remade without salt and for us to be given salt packets. We waited 20 minutes just for fries, even though the McDonald's was practically empty. We finally received our fries, but without the salt packet. So we asked for salt, and they gave us pepper instead… And the latte or milkshake? Don't even get me started… In short, avoid this place!

If you go to the drive-thru here, be prepared for errors in your order. Check everything! No fries sauce, wrong burgers, half-empty containers of fries...

I can barely speak Dutch. I waited an hour for my breakfast, and I finally got it. Everything was wrong. I was missing half my order. Never coming here again.

Ordered at the drive-thru. After 15 minutes, finally got my order. Unfortunately, the order wasn't complete, and the burger that was in the bag was cold. I'm also surprised that you pay a plastic tax, but everything is cardboard. A bit of a shame and strange.

The lighting was just like an operating room. Very bright. The service and food were great.

The mac and cheese burgers were absolutely awful—the cheese was caked on and completely unappetizing. I ordered medium fries, but the container was only half full. Thankfully, the wait was quick, but that didn't make up for the poor quality.

Had a lovely time with my son. Quiet music, so it was nice to catch up. It was around lunchtime. Plenty of space for parking, ordering, and eating. Highly recommended.

Despite the staff's best efforts, the kitchen was far too short. It's a matter of better planning when you know a party with thousands of people is on its way. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order.

With a large order, things sometimes get forgotten. This happened two years ago, and now it's happening again.

We recently stopped by the drive-thru here. The order was completely wrong, and when we pointed it out, the staff reacted rudely. If you buy such a ridiculously expensive burger, you should expect the order to be correct. It might not be a fancy restaurant, but a little customer service would be nice!

It used to be very good, but recently it was terrible. Long wait times, everything goes wrong. We'll be driving past this one from now on.

It's great if you order takeout and come home and find all the sauce is missing. Just double-check that your order is complete.

I wouldn't even eat here, go to Happy Italy instead, because here you'll get cold fries and crooked hamburgers.

The food was great, freshly prepared, and ready relatively quickly. However, it was also the first time I've seen a live mouse 🐁 running around in a McDonald's. Please fix this.

The food wasn’t very fresh and the service wasn’t very good since the order was wrong.

It's incredibly hard to find that you can't order ice cream, no milkshake, no iced coffee, no apple pie, and no MacFlurries! It's a slow process, and people wait too long for their orders! It's difficult to talk to the staff; they can't hear or understand them. Absolutely no service, but you still have to pay!!! You wait an awful long time, only to be told, after you order, "Sorry, we don't have it." What are you doing? 🤨 No customers for lunch now.

The food was already cold when it was brought out!!! You think, "I'll just go back and tell them," and they just leave you standing there! Well, I've been to many MCs, but never this one again!

An employee scans a QR code for a discount, but only on the wrong order. Not mine. Because of this, the code can't be scanned a second time. They simply say, "Unfortunately, we can't scan the Ode." Yes, due to a mistake on your part. And they don't offer a solution. Typical, you should treat your customer decently. They offer absolutely no solution. Hopeless.

The McDonald's was almost at most ten customers and they took a long time with my order. They delivered it cold and it seemed like they shook the hamburger boxes before giving it to me. Honestly, it's not worth the drive.

Hello, Today I had an unpleasant experience at the McDrive. The employee at the payment window said the payment was successful and asked me to proceed. However, at the next window, I was told the order hadn't been paid for and that I had to go back around and join the now longer line. I was in a hurry and unfortunately had to cancel my order. I would like to kindly ask you to pay more attention to the accuracy of the staff – such errors cause inconvenience and cost customers unnecessary time. Thank you!

We went through the mc drive, employee said very unclearly that you could not pay by card. This was a misunderstanding. Then we had to go inside. Ordered again there and waited a very long time. I found this really bad and will never go to this Mac again. It is a hassle every time and it is still solved well.

What a grave tent if you get a complete order there. please also buy a lottery ticket because then it really is your lucky day they always forget something. it takes a long time food is cold tables are dirty garbage can bomb full. the drive then forget it but staff not to understand of course forgotten something again and as always cold. time that working staff here really come together a bunch of runners
