Excellent service and friendly staff, who even bring coffee to your table when it's not too busy! Highly recommended, and it's a pleasant atmosphere.

It was incredibly busy tonight, but we didn't feel like we had to wait long. The kitchen quickly churned out every order, even though the McDonald's drive-through was full until the parking lot and the restaurant were full. Service with a smile, and the food is McDonald's.

Sometimes when I go home I stop by here, the service after payment is fast, the food is good.

The staff is working hard and you can tell. It gets very busy at times and way too many people don't throw their own trais etc. But the manager was responsive when I let them know the bathroom was out of toiletpaper. Even came to the table and offered a free item when one of the promo codes we used didn't go through (he could see I was disappointed and came to ask why!). I'm giving it 4 stars for atmosphere because i do think they could use one more staff member during busy hours.

The atmosfere was amazing, i think the most clean mcdonalds i have been, staff always focus on the room, if has something to clean, bathroms the same smell amazing and very clean, the space for the kids inside is superr, i dont have kids and is smart one. Recomend stop here.

We ordered a soft serve ice cream without anything and the employees at the drivethru gave us a soft serve ice cream with a cone, so we said we ordered a soft serve ice cream with a cup, but the employee took a coffee cup and put a cone with soft serve ice cream in it.

Even though we ordered incorrectly, the ordered item was replaced free of charge! Neat!

Food, it's McDonald's, so don't go above 4 stars. This branch is very clean and spacious. A nice stopover on a trip from France, right along the A4.

Great restaurant. I don't understand why they don't have a star!

Mistakes are always made at the McDrive. I've received the wrong order, the wrong product, or missing items several times in a row. Then you have to get back in line and wait to get your food. When you complain and ask for compensation for the inconvenience, you're pushed aside and nothing gets resolved. The moral of the story: always check your order calmly at the window and don't let them rush you, otherwise you'll have to drive back and wait.

Instead of a regular quarter pounder we got a double 😅 we were there on a Sunday around 6pm and it was very busy

After the National Freerunning Championships, we had a quick bite to eat. It was great for us as a large group; the stools were removable so we could sit together.

I hadn't been to this relatively new McDonald's before. It was a pleasant surprise that breakfast here is also inexpensive, just like in Pernis and Vlaardingen, for example. (There are also locations where it's almost 50% more expensive!) The service was also good; I didn't have to buy extra sugar for my coffee. I'll be back here often.

We quickly ordered via the kiosk, and just as we were seated, our food arrived. The Big Arch burger was delicious.

Not my favorite, but you do it for the kids after a day at Efteling. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the ticket office three times for forgotten items.

This McDonald's is also deteriorating in service and quality. Tables aren't being cleaned. The floor is covered in food scraps even though it's not even that busy. I ordered a drink in a paper cup, which I paid 15 cents for, but received a plastic cup, which I find unsanitary. I took home nine nuggets and only saw eight in them. All in all, it was absolutely terrible. When this place opened, it was all fine, but now I'm skipping it.

Great Mac all around. Only the frappe is terrible. You get half a cup of ice cubes. This isn't the case with any other Mac. I did report it once. There was a problem with the machine, but it was fixed. Incidentally, I didn't get a new one or an alternative. But months later (I'd forgotten about it back from vacation), it's still the same.

Really great! I pulled up to McDrive at 11:25 PM on Saturday night and ordered two Quarter Pounders. The service was friendly and they were on their way within 5 minutes with two delicious, piping hot burgers. Kudos!

Clean and fast food! The typical McDonald's experience!

This used to be the best McDonald's in the area – always fast service, clean, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, something has drastically changed, and it's now the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Orders are constantly delivered incorrectly, the wait times are extremely long, and the food is often cold or not fresh. The staff seems confused and clearly doesn't know what to do. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired – dirty tables, fries on the floor, and overflowing trash cans. It's a shame, because this location used to be top-notch. Now I'd rather avoid it. Hopefully, someone will take action soon, because the decline is enormous – and unfortunately, for the worse.

McDonald's like McDonald's is for a quick bite or when traveling

Normally nothing to complain about, it took fifteen minutes for our food. The young man walked around looking for it three times. Then he suddenly showed up and gave me an orange juice, and he said, "Let's check, I think that's too much." Okay, but now the worst part: I had an apple juice that was good. When I tried to open it, he pulled it out of my hands and said, "Let's check if it's right." After this, it was the worst experience I've ever had there! I spoke to the manager, and yes, that was a really unpleasant experience. Not even an apology!

Food was fine but the milkshake tasted like nothing. Went back to the counter twice and got a new one but it still tasted like nothing. Too bad

When we want to go to McDonald's in The Hague, we always choose this location. Fast, friendly service and the food is nice and warm/hot. The location itself looks cozy, there is enough parking space and outside there is a nice playground for when the (grand)children are with you.

Open late, well frequented by young people

Cant tell the difference between meat and meatless

Today I forgot my big mac and went back from home by car again. Then you order something else. When we get home our chilichicken has changed into fish only the burger so fish chili yuck is going downhill. Especially when there are such motivating employees walking around like Sunday 18 May. Guys you train people in .....

I ordered a mc flurry for 4.25 which is already very expensive for a bit of ice cream and oreos. I get less than half of the container so I walk back to the counter and ask if they can help me because I got very little, the oh so good service woman tells me that there was too much in it. That's why 1 star.

This McDonald's has a small play area inside, and there is also a playground outside.

Bad MC Donalds. Ordered a frappuccino without sauce to take away. In the car we discovered that the employees had not read this, had removed the sauce from the whipped cream and had not even sprayed new whipped cream back. You may read over it, but then just create a new one.

Why is it so difficult to receive the ordered food at once? Order was wrong again, it turned out when I got home, and it's too far to go back. I don't know why I keep trying either. The review was adjusted downwards again, after another attempt to receive a correct destination, companies ended up again. First proofreader at the counter and when I got home fries were missing.

The food arrives cold, fries are soggy, unfriendly staff brings food WITHOUT a face mask.

There was a nice review here, but unfortunately no one is worth anything anymore. This branch also apparently thought it was enough to deliver real quality. Apparently that is only if there is KSK control.

There is a parking lot, there is enough space inside, the service is a little late, sometimes it is very busy, it is quieter on weekdays.

Bad service and unfriendly staff Yesterday I ordered three McFlurry's from McDonald's, but only received one. When I pointed this out, I got one for free, which seemed nice. To my surprise I had to pay for it later. When I raised this with the manager, the response was unfriendly and showed no understanding at all. Very disappointing! I expected better service. Definitely don't recommend this McDonalds!

Nice interior/seats inside, but also very nice outside near the water and playground. Food arrived very quickly!

Friendly staff. Available every Monday morning for coffee. I would give a 5th star if smoking was enforced in front of the door. (Really nasty smell) too bad.

It's a Mac, so the food is exactly like other Macs. Can therefore only judge on peripheral matters. Ample parking, but very busy around dinner time.

Wasn't busy but had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be placed, staff member only spoke poor English and didn't know how to enter everything on the computer.

Tasty, but the straws are severely substandard. Cardboard slips shut, making drinking difficult. Know that plastic is no longer allowed, but this is not a good solution.

A nice and neat restaurant, has all the amenities and is better than the other McDonalds restaurants in the area!! We often choose to drive a little longer to get food here, orders are complete, the food is hot and the service is excellent.

Ample parking and friendly staff

Salad for almost €3 had almost only lettuce, 4 skinny cucumber slices, only 1 piece of tomato, 3 pitiful grains of corn, a few pieces of carrot that you could hardly see between the salad leaves. Very sad

You can sit comfortably here 1 small minus point that I have noticed several times is that the signs with numbers are often at the cash register instead of at the ordering columns But I like coming here

Surprisingly beautiful McDonalds

I don't know if this restaurant has gotten better since then, but this is my opinion. I went here once with my father, mother and brother to eat something for dinner. We ordered something, sat down and waited. A definite plus was that there is a small playground outside for little ones. But yes, we were going to wait, and it took a LONG time. Vgm everything was almost unmanned and we ended up waiting 2 hours for food. There were very few staff. In my experience, certainly not recommended, but perhaps this MC has become better.

Very bad service! I order various menus and 2 McFlurrys from Mcdrive. I pay and drive to the second window where I get my order and which only contains 1 McFlurry. I indicate that I have ordered two McFlurrys and the employee says yes, it is not on the receipt, then you have to drive around in the drive and you can order a new one. I indicated that I wanted to pay for the McFlurry, but due to an error on your part I did not receive it. I'm not going to drive around and get back to the back of the line while the rest of my other food gets cold. Customer friendly from …….?!?!

Bought food from this branch for the second time. For the second time my order was incorrect. Next time I'll get it somewhere else.

Downright bad, you go for the offers, they are unmanned, cannot handle the crowds, give the wrong order and charge too much, if you call they answer the phone after 1 hour. Because they know that whatever mistakes they have done.

We don't come here that often. But every time we have been here the order has been wrong. Just like today, there is no sauce even though we ordered and paid for extra. It was via the drive-thru so you find out too late. Shame.

Neat McDonald's. Different layout than normal at these restaurants. Looks neat and has the same quality as comparable restaurants. Staff is friendly and the toilets are neat and clean.

Yet I always check the bag again to find out that 2 burgers are missing. Too bad but pretty standard

I often went to the Mac drive, but waiting times there are ridiculously long and the quality is very poor compared to other branches.

Food was fine, don't take lemonade here, lots of ice and a little bit of lemonade, if you complain it's the machine and they don't do anything about it. Last time Mac for me.

It's nice that people with aphasia can also work here. Or this boy has only recently moved to the Netherlands, which is why he couldn't say hello and enjoy your meal.

Ordered here for delivery... nothing except the fries was correct... I ordered two double McDonald's... both without bacon and tomato... I received one without tomato, bacon and lettuce... and the other I received with bacon, tomato , lettuce… and no sauce… top stuff!!

I had the misfortune to visit the branch at a very busy time. Despite the long wait, the staff was polite and the food was excellent.
