Starbucks at Shell in Wijk 00 Schipluiden

If Google says they close at 8 PM, if you arrive at 7:30 PM, they're already closed. It's a shame they just close the shop if no one's there at that time. I understand not staying open for someone who might want to come while you could also be celebrating the weekend, but then change the general opening hours... Generally, the service there is always good, but unfortunately not today.

Only one girl doing everything here. Everything takes ages. You can't do that to your staff or your customers when you're charging premium prices.

Expensive and not even special.

My granddaughter always wants to get coffee at Starbucks on the go.

Always something tasty for on the go! I had never been to this Starbucks before but it was great, friendly staff Delicious coffee!

Quickly helped! Blueberry cake is not recommended, a bit of a soap taste... otherwise the coffee was delicious as always.

Also good coffee. Venti White was allowed, with 5 shots of espresso and 6 pompies WM.

The male Asian employee working in the afternoon charged more for the iced Americano than the female employee in the morning. I was shocked, but since I go to the store every day, I just kept an eye on it. I also used my hand to put ice in the tumbler. It's very unpleasant because it always gives the feeling that the employee is being kept aside for a long time and I can't shake the impression that they discriminate against race. I will no longer visit during the employee's working hours.

Romanians live in the parking lot, they are very noisy, the police don’t touch them. It’s terrible, I don’t recommend standing there on weekends or overnight.

Just read through the predecessors, but come on! If it is so difficult to have to wait or the products are not good. Nice to complain about this place, but don't come back or ask if your product can be replaced. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Always friendly and yes, I too have had something that was not quite great, said and received something new. Ladies/gentlemen, well done 👍🏻

Starbucks Peulwijk is a super nice and cozy Starbucks. The employees are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I come here 3 to 4 times a week. The employees now know what I order as standard. All great ones

Very nice staff, some more than others for interesting conversations. You don't have to pass on some orders yourself. Just the question same or different haha. But hey, those 2 nice warm/hot venti white mocha 6 pumps and blond roast do the trick.

Not normally bad staff, one is worse than the other. I come here every day because it is no different. And I am irritated every day. A13 and Zoetermeer 100x better service and friendly staff

Today, Wednesday 27-11-24, I got a Chai tea latte. At first you just wait 10 minutes while there is no one else there, not even the staff. Then suddenly staff walks in as if nothing is wrong. This can of course happen and someone may need to eat or go to the toilet, but an excuse for the wait would have been appropriate. The chai tea is not even warm/hot, rather lukewarm. Next time I'll try to see if it's the same again and if not try another branch.

I always like to get a nice drink and sometimes something tasty at Starbucks. But this location is truly the worst I have experienced. We got carrot cake that was clearly no longer fresh and very dried out. And the drinks were so full of ice that it was really only a few sips. The tables, benches and floor were also not clean and were full of crumbs and stains.

Starbucks at this gas station is our regular stop when we are in the area. Starbucks as you are used to. Sometimes a bit understaffed in terms of staff, but you have to take that into account. Staff does their best.

Customer-friendly staff. Like all other starbucks, this one is the same as we as customers would expect. The only disadvantage is that it is a shame that they make money from a so-called surcharge for plastic.

Koffie was prima, maar personeel…. Zeer onvriendelijk. Een jongedame die niet kan luisteren naar wat je hebt besteld en vervolgens jou de schuld geeft, als je de verkeerde bestelling krijgt 😏. 👎👎

Prima en vriendelijk personeel. We komen er wekelijks en het bevalt ons goed. De koffie is altijd lekker en het personeel is heel snel.

Op zich is de koffie prima. Helaas is een deel van het personeel wat minder. Het begon toen de vrouw voor mij een platte deksel wilde, in plaats van een ronde. Het meisje dat het drankje maakte verwisselde hem met rollende ogen. Vervolgens wilden wij bij onze latte macchiato er 1 met een extra shot en 1 gewone. In beide werden evenveel shots gedaan. Toen we daar iets over zeiden, werd verteld dat de glaasjes altijd per 2 gingen. Ook met 3 shots. Dit vonden we vreemd, want normaal heb ik altijd 3 glaasjes. Ik ben bij deze locatie echter nog nooit geweest, dus voordeel van de twijfel. Toen hij uiteindelijk drinkbaar was, bleek dat beide lattes hetzelfde smaakten. Ik baal hier enorm van, want ik mag met mijn medicatie niet teveel koffie en ik kon ook niet terug. We hebben hem weg kunnen gooien. Niet alleen zonde van het geld, maar ik had ook nog steeds geen koffie.

Lekker vroeg open! Om half 7 al, top! Zouden meer Starbucks vestigingen moeten doen.

Bediening is zeer langzaam, en praat heel veel: met elkaar. Klanten worden minimaal opgemerkt. Ijskoffie stond 5 min in de blender tijdens het bespreken van de afwezige collega's.

Ik kom hier vaker maar voor het eerst wat fout, kon helaas niet terug i.v.m. tijdsdruk. Nieuwe mensen inwerken is natuurlijk prima, maar als degene die het maakt de persoon bij de kassa corrigeert omdat ze niet de juiste letters noteerde en vervolgens maakt hij dus niet het juiste product na 3x navragen wat ik had besteld is toch wel slordig. Ik bestelde een chai TEA latte. En na proeven blijkt t iets van koffie te zijn. Bah, erg jammer.

Vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel! Zie je niet veel in een Starbucks.

De Frappuccino caramel voor mijn vrouw was erg lekker. Americano caffeinevrij niet te drinken. Ben teruggegaan en heb een nieuwe gehad met extra shot en zag dat de beker aangelengd werd met heet water? Hij was iets beter maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De zaak is erg stoffig en het personeel kijkt je niet aan en is onpersoonlijk. Ook staan er nog 2 half dode planten die ik persoonlijk weg zou halen.

Altijd voor mij de lekkerste koffie. Niet goedkoop dus niet standaard koffie bij de Starbucks
