Have been here occasionally, generally good vibes. But last week Sunday I was there with some friends. Normal 'lunch' food was great, but afterwards, the service declined. The drinks took very long to come (and some never came) and part of the menu wasn't available. Wanted to have cake, but this wasn't available so I went for the vegan brownie. Was very mushy from the inside and seemed not done, also didn't taste good, so we send it back after me and my 2 friends tried a bite. Was a bit disappointed that we still had to pay for it, but it was understandable. Service ladies didn't seem interested in any of our feedback though, and almost seemed careless.

Spuistraat 294The man managing the seating was shockingly rude to the woman sitting next to us. He wanted the table cleared for the next couple and aggressively told her she needed to leave immediately. The woman calmly explained that they had already paid and finished their meal, and she was simply waiting for her husband to return from the restroom. There was absolutely no reason for him to speak to her in such a disrespectful and humiliating manner. His behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic human decency. Watching the interaction was uncomfortable and upsetting, and I genuinely felt sorry for the woman. Extremely disappointing.
