I had a high beer and a high cocktail here. Unfortunately, not everything was available, but the bartender was great and the atmosphere was cozy.

Good spot for evening drinking with friends or colleagues.

We were double charged. My friend paid for the drinks when we ordered and I paid again when we were leaving. We emailed the place with proof but we were ghosted. Such a shame, as the place has a nice vibe.

Weirdly themed place that’s poorly executed. Never had a great experience here. Last time there we ordered a Gaia IPA but they clearly served us a tripel (likely Thai Thai). No big deal but definitely not what we wanted. When asked about it, instead of correcting the mistake, the server explained that Gaia IS in fact a tripel... Gaslighting at its finest.

Love this place - great pintxos and even better terrace. Would recommend for anyone wanting a canal side quick bite and a drink.

I celebrated my birthday here! It was such a special day and all the staff made it unforgettable! They provided a DJ booth, the food is always on point and the access to the beautiful terraces made everything so smooth! The best spot for a beer on a hot day ❤️❤️❤️

I came to eat with a friend but felt very unwell. I ordered the Gambas tapas but before I even started eating I felt very ill. My friend paid and I asked for a container and the waitress dryly said no. I didn’t even get a chance to eat my dish at home when I feel better. What a waste of money. No empathy at all considering she saw my food was all there and I was feeling bad.

Had an uncomfortable experience with a homophobic guest. When I raised it, the waiter dismissed it as ‘just a joke’ this customer makes regularly. That’s not acceptable. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising my queer friends to avoid this place too.

Food was delicious, lots of choice (also vegetarian options!) and service was very pleasant!

The appetizers were so much better than the main course. Vibes were a bit weird tbh, but maybe it was because it was night. Bartender/waitress was cool and attentive.

We arrived and were told they would only serve pinxtos, not a full menu, as almost the entire crew was at the Horecava. It can happen, but it's a pity that this was not on the website, because then we would of course have chosen another place where we could have had a full meal. The pinxtos were fine. Didn't look much like real pinxtos, they were more like just baguettes with toppings. In terms of service, it was a pity that there was poor communication about the absence of the crew, but the boy who was working there was very nice. All in all it didn't meet our expectations. We might give it another try for the full menu when we're in the area, but I wouldn't go here specifically for pinxtos in Amsterdam.

Super cozy. We were with a large group. My advice would be to serve tapas all evening. I think that is better for the kitchen and everyone has good food to eat all evening!! The food we got was good, especially the tapas we had as a starter.

French fries are really delicious! I went after seeing the open toast image and came back captivated by the chewy potatoes. I visited in winter, but the tropical atmosphere was a perfect fit for summer. I have to go eat potatoes and beer again when the weather is nice 😋

Been here several times for drinks, it was always very pleasant and good. Went here to eat now and it was a bit disappointing. They didn't have a number of things on the menu that we wanted (including the empanadas, paella and more, I believe). The pinxtos were tasty, but the meat was a bit tough. The other tapas were fine, but no more than that. Service was nice. So I wouldn't come back to eat anytime soon, but drinks are always possible :)

The food is some of the best food I have ever had this type of place. You normally just expect something simple as a snack to have with your drink. But this was great food. Got multiple dishes and couldn't decide which I liked more. Great soft flavors that go with the nice variety of wine that they have. The service was also very nice, helpful and friendly.

Cute little place to have drinks, lunch or dinner. However, my first (and my last visit) left a bad taste in my mouth. My main issue is the physical menu and service. As someone with many allergies the menu is not helpful. Even when mentioned to the waitress, we still got served food containing the allergen. After pointing this out and getting served something we didn't even order, the waitress came across annoyed. The atmosphere and looks are very nice but it isn't enough to compensate for the lack of details on the menu and sub optimal service. Not recommended.

Very nice terrace on the water. I would just go for the drinks rather than the food. The beef pintxos were overdone and the other pintxos had little flavor. Shrimp were also cooked too long. Patatas bravas were tasty

Mi-ami is a tent that looks nice and cozy at first glance (bright colors), but is very disappointing in terms of service, atmosphere and price. We arrived first at an empty (and far too cramped) terrace and waited 20 minutes for two beers. In between we also had the other, less grumpy, colleague ask us if we wanted something to drink. It seems that Mi-ami is more concerned with a hip image than with authentic quality and good service, which means that this is not an asset for the neighborhood.

Too bad there was no service on the new terrace during the terrace festival. It wasn't that busy either.

Food was ok, service was very poor. We waited for one cocktail and soda drinks for 40 min after ordering, food arrived 1:40 min later. Waiters looked uninterested and didn’t know most of the menu. Its been a while since I had this bad experience. Good location, terrace is also nice, service must be improved.

My friend and I had tapas here. The pintxos were delicious and varied. We ordered the chef's platter twice. Due to a misunderstanding, only one of these came through. The friendly waitresses handled this nicely and gave us the second one, but on the house! Misunderstandings can of course occur and it is always nice when this is handled so well! Thank you very much for this wonderful evening, we will definitely come back here.

The tapas was great. And the waiter was helpful but shy. The menus were old VHS tapes but they looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 80's. Outside seating was broken or wobbly. Come for the food. But sit inside

Coziest terrace and staff in West. One of the few tents where you still receive personal and friendly help. Various specialty beers on tap and delicious pinxtos. You will always be helped with a smile. The new terrace on the deck is a huge addition to the neighborhood!

Very nice place! Decor is pop and very 80s Miami Vice vibe. Love it. Food is great and yummy and customer service is really friendly! I was there for lunch and will definitely go again to try the cocktails.

Nice small place with good food and an nice atmosphere. The staff was all alone so they had to cook, tend the bar and serve which made the process a little slow. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there either.

I had a good experience the first time I visited this place, but: Went back last time and unfortunately their drinks program isn't up to par, unbalanced cocktails, poor backbar, it's overall messy and overpriced for what it is. (Would highly recommend trying to keep the latin concept together with the drinks as well, 90's style margaritas glasses aren't hip anymore.) Unfortunately when I wanted to give some productive and professional advices today the owner didn't seem to be interested at all, she just looked around and stated everything is running fine(and that's fine)but that makes me think improvement won't be happening regarding better conceptional connections or fair pricing on higher quality spirits in general. The place is relatively successful in the weekends but borderline dead weekdays, could be tweaked a bit so it's not 10 things at the same time. Conceptional integrity is key.
