We always go here for a delicious dinner. It's an absolute favorite when it comes to quality, service, and flavor. I love sushi, and I'm always amazed by it. The staff is super friendly, and the service is usually very fast. I think it deserves more than five stars.

Don’t usually write bad reviews but the food unfortunately was not good here, best thing we ordered was the sparkling water. Had a couple bites of the beef noodle soup bowl, ordered Peking duck soup, some sushi rolls a few appetizers, portions are small, everything tastes very cheap, preferred to stay hungry.

I wish I didn’t eat the food. Sparkling water ended up being the most expensive thing we ordered, which was fitting because it was also the only really satisfying part of the meal. Very underwhelming flavours, portions and just didn’t seems like the greatest quality. Ordered the Peking Duck soup which was deep fried duck, spicy tuna roll reminded me of grocery store sushi. The spare ribs were ok. You’re not allowed to split the bill also.

All-you-can-eat menu for €42 on weekends, which doesn't include drinks. The atmosphere is calm and dark in a large, beautifully decorated room. We order in turns using tablets, and everything works very well. All the dishes ordered were excellent.

Restaurant Miu has been the go-to for delicious, fresh sushi in Amsterdam's city center for years. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. Thanks to the attentive and dedicated hostess (Victoria), the evening felt extra personal and well-cared for. Miu proves that "all you can eat" can also be refined and top-quality.

I think this is the best Ayce sushi restaurant I know!! It's definitely worth it. It has a great atmosphere; you really feel like you're out of the city, yet you're right in the heart of it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is explained clearly and thoroughly. But above all, the food is truly excellent! Everything is fresh and flavorful. The best sushi and the side dishes are amazing! We sometimes try other restaurants, but nothing beats this one so far!!

This place is a real gem for all-you-can-eat sushi. Everything we ordered tasted super fresh, and the sushi was not only delicious but also really nicely presented. Simple, cute, and clean. What also really stood out, was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and very attentive. They made the whole evening feel comfortable. Food came out fast, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to hang out and enjoy a good meal. Definitely one of the better all you can eat sushi spots I’ve been to! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Miu Amsterdam is and remains an Amsterdam gem with so many delicious options, and you simply can't get enough. The service and staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely an all-you-can-eat recommendation if you're in Amsterdam.

Today I ate at MIU for the first time. I had already heard positive stories from people on social media and was really surprised. Delicious food, good atmosphere and a reasonable price-quality ratio. The fish tasted super fresh, a real plus. In addition, I have very specific dietary requirements due to allergies, and this was taken into account very well. They even called in advance to discuss any risk of cross-contamination. Definitely recommended and worth repeating! 😊

This is the first place i ate when i moved to Amsterdam 3 years ago so it holds a special place in my heart just for this, but guys, the food is amazing!!! Simple and not heavy at all! what i love mostly is how they season their sushi rice to be honest, and the fish melts in your mouth. I’ve tried in this years so many all you can eat but they all seemed cheap and too greasy. I’ve been last week again in Miu and the quality is was higher compared to any all you can eat in Amsterdam. 10/10! Menu is big enough, fresh fish and price is fair. Simply amazing! you are my safe point Miu, never change anything ❤️

Beyond words. It is one of the most beautiful, scenic, cozy restaurants you could visit. The food makes you miss the restaurant while you’re still there, it’s just the best I’ve ever eaten. It’s located just beside Dam Square, and once you walk in you’re enthralled with the good music, the moody lighting, and the exquisite decor. Now, about the costs: They are beyond reasonable for the quality you get. It is more costly than usual All You Can Eat restaurants, but once you’ve visited, you’ll understand why. For every sushi lover out there; this is a must-visit location for you. My review: 5 out of 5 stars for sure! ❣️

Last Thursday we had a delicious meal at Miu in the heart of Amsterdam. An atmospheric all-you-can-eat restaurant with warm wooden accents and a cozy interior. You can choose 4 dishes per person per round, which ensures a lot of variety without it becoming too much. The menu is extensive, with fresh sushi, crispy snacks and tasty noodles - everything was served quickly and beautifully. We opted for the all-in arrangement: for an extra €14 per person you can drink unlimited soft drinks, beer, house wine, coffee and tea. Highly recommended! An extra compliment for Fleur, our hostess for the evening. She was incredibly friendly and created a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for a cozy and tasty evening out!

I often eat sushi, but I have never had it as fresh and delicious as in miu. Really the tastiest sushi and also the friendliest staff!

I've come to MIU for dinner several times over the past year. The service is fast and the waiters are friendly, especially Rai. However, I've noticed that the quality of the food has decreased. Plus, for some reason, they put a squirt of sauce on top of almost everything (shrimps, gyozas, breaded chicken salad, etc.). For me, this spoils the flavor. It would have been nice if there was sauce on the side so you could still enjoy the food if you don't like it.

I was with colleagues from different backgrounds and we already knew that the gyoza was not halal. A few colleagues ordered this and when it was placed on the table by one of the employees, she briefly stated that this dish was not halal. Thought this was sooo sweet.

I have been coming to MIU for over 10 years now and have eaten sushi elsewhere on occasion. The difference in quality, taste and freshness is nowhere as good as at MIU. I can be very brief, MIU is the best in Amsterdam.

We had a great experience at MIU in January 2025. We went there on the recommendation of a customer and didn't expect so much. The food is to die for. Good service (it only takes 2-4 minutes from ordering the food via the tablet to it being delivered to the table...) We were lucky to get a table, but I definitely recommend making a reservation.

Perfect environment to go with your companion. The boy who served us was always attentive at all times and was always friendly. The delicious food and the drinks buffet option is a great option too. We will surely return ;)

We visited today with a group of six people. Overall, our experience was okay—the food was good, and all the other staff members were friendly. However, the waitress who served us at Table 2 completely ruined the experience. Right from the start, her rude attitude was noticeable. There were six of us, and on one plate, there was only half a skewer, a lettuce leaf as decoration, and shrimp tails. Despite this, we were immediately and quite harshly told that she would take the plate “this one time,” but from now on, we were not allowed to leave anything behind. Instead of checking whether there was actually uneaten food left or just inedible scraps, she simply scolded us. When we asked her what exactly she thought was still edible, she ignored the question and just repeated her statement. Even though we had reserved the table for two hours, she constantly reminded us how much time we had left. Fifteen minutes before our time was up, she asked if we wanted to pay—at that point, we had already lost interest and just went along with it. When she realized we weren’t leaving a tip due to her poor service, her behavior became even more unpleasant. She silently took the plates, placed the tip jar on our table in an obvious manner, and pointed it out to us again. When she noticed she wouldn’t be getting anything, she slowly removed the jar from the table—an ironic move, considering she had been rushing us the entire time. At nearly €50 for an "All You Can Eat" experience, there should be some tolerance—especially for first-time guests who want to try different things. The portions are deliberately small to minimize waste, so this kind of strictness felt entirely inappropriate. Since the restaurant was quite busy, we decided against making a complaint on the spot. However, we feel it’s important to highlight that this waitress significantly impacted our experience in a negative way. The food was good, and the rest of the staff was friendly—but this particular server either needs serious training or should not be working in customer service at all.

Had dinner here with a friend and we were very surprised! Cozy atmosphere, there were a lot of people, but there was still a nice peace. Service was nice and the food and drinks came quickly. I especially loved the salmon sushi, the salmon was really soft.

Great place for a la carte or all you can eat option. It’s more expensive than other all you can eat but the quality is much better. The rolls and sushi have huge amount of fish. The meat is supreme and also very good quality. For 40 euros you can get all you can eat without drinks and for 55 including soft drinks and wine. The ambience is great. The service was very good. Rai was extremely helpful and friendly.

Food was not a big surprise for an all you can eat sushi. Bit on the bad side since a couple of dishes were pre cooked and reheated. Service was terrible with rude waiters. Also we were left waiting to pay for the check for about 25 minutes. Overall not something horrible but not a must visit.
