Nice cafe, but certainly not the tastiest pancakes I have ever eaten. The taste wasn't very good. There was really too much sauce on the BBQ chicken pancakes. Moreover, the menu online (via where you order) stated that it comes with cheddar cheese, this was also clearly visible in the photo. However, the paper menu apparently said young cheese (we ended up getting the pancakes with young cheese). The paper and online menu do not match, and you have to order online. I wouldn't come back here for the food, maybe for a drink.

After good experiences in Rotterdam, I wanted to surprise my mother for Mother's Day with a high tea at Mr NonNo in The Hague. I had made a reservation for a high tea well in advance, including the deluxe option. When we arrived they didn't know anything and asked how many people we were with, even though this had been confirmed in their system. After 15 minutes no one had come and we spoke to an employee. He would ask but never came back. After 25 minutes I walked back inside to ask how or what. The girl behind the counter said that I had to order myself via the QR code. I indicated that I had made a reservation for a high tea and again the response was surprised. Then I was asked if there were any allergies (this was also indicated online) and whether I had reserved the normal or deluxe version. This already proves that nothing was prepared. I indicated for the third time that it was the deluxe version. This also includes a welcome drink. I asked if I should order it myself or if someone would come by. They indicated that someone would come. Meanwhile, we sat there for 40 minutes and still no one had come. Contacted an employee for the fourth (!!!) time. This indicated “yes it is busy”. If you make a reservation for a high tea weeks in advance, you assume that this has been arranged. We then waited another 5 minutes and finally decided to leave after waiting 45 minutes. Just then the boy arrived with two pots of tea. The welcome drink for which you pay €8pp extra was also conveniently forgotten. I asked him if the food itself was coming yet. To this he said “no and I don't know when”. Then we decided to leave. What should have been a nice surprise for Mother's Day has been completely ruined. Do not accept reservations for a high tea if you have not prepared it and cannot deliver it. It is scandalous that you have to go after it four times in 45 minutes and that you cannot even estimate when something will happen. Never again for us!

The savory toasts are not very tasty and covered by mayonnaise. Probably the sweet options are better.

A paradise for pancake lovers! I visited this cozy coffee and pancake shop and was sold from the first bite! The pancakes were fluffy, soft and full of flavor – just as they should be. I opted for a sweet option, but also saw many interesting savory options on the menu. Delicious coffee and a cozy atmosphere where you just want to stay longer. Perfect place for a relaxed breakfast, quick lunch or a sweet break. I will definitely come back here – with great pleasure (and appetite)!

I ate here today. And as soon I as I was done with the chicken bbq pancake my stomach began to ran. When I finally reach home. I instantly began to throw up and my stomach is hurting me zo bad. 😅. I don’t know where it went wrong. But I’m terrified

First time eating here at Mr NoNo and had a really great experience. We had the Deluxe Toast which was layered with a combination of meat, mushroom, spinach and some nice additional toppings and an egg. It’s such a blast of different flavours in each bite but totally delicious. This is not yet on the menu but something to be ordered, highly recommend. Also, we had a serving of the bacon and cheese muffins. These were very soft and I loved that they were stuffed with the ingredients, made it all melt together nicely. Overall good food and nice service. Loved the interior as well, such a cozy spot. This is a place I’d have another visit and try more things on the menu, so definitely somewhere you need to go and try out if you’re around!!

I had composed gluten-free pancakes myself with Nutella, banana, strawberry and baked apples. Really delicious! Staff was also friendly when picking up. Definitely recommended!

Coffee is great and the food is okay. As far as I'm concerned, bread can be better replaced with sourdough bread and then that's great! The atmosphere and games you can play make it a great place for me to sit down with someone for a cup of coffee or lunch and play a game. Vibe is 10/10

Lovely interior!🦩🌴 Tasty pancakes! I so loved the BBQ Chicken toast (without cheese), so so delicious with the tomatoes with the Italian herbs. The caramel dripped banana pancake was my fave, such a rich caramel taste. The Aloë Vera in the glow-juice is also nice! They have nice board games to play when you’re waiting for the food, even though it doesn’t take a long time. You order through QR-code. I expected more from the washroom tho with a place decorated this pretty, but overall good! It’s also for available for birthday parties

Came here for lunch with my friends on New Year's Day. We had to wait a little longer than normal. The gentleman came to us to apologize. It was worth the wait. Music was also to enjoy. Thank you for the delicious Crispy toast & nutella pancakes 😍

The food at Mr Nonno is delicious, especially the sandwiches and pancakes. The atmosphere is cozy and the interior is nicely decorated! The staff are friendly and attentive, which made the experience complete. Definitely recommended! I will definitely come back here! ;)

The ambience is quite nice however all the tables were full of dirty dishes and were not cleared. We waited over half an hour for our coffee. The staff are completely overwhelmed and stressed. The food arrived after over an hour. At least here there was little to complain about, like just a tiny little egg on the avocado egg toast.

The staff was really kind and while paying they asked if it was good and had a little conversation :) The vibe here is immaculate. The decoration is incredibly nice with some palm trees and even some family games in case you want to play here! The toilet was also very clean 👌 We were very pleased! 👍

I can’t remember when I had such a good breakfast. We ate there today and the man who got us our food was really friendly! Great location with really cute interior! It’s a 100% recommendation!

I am a regular at Mr Nonno. It’s a cozy, quiet and cute café. The pancakes are delicious, I love the nutella strawberry pancake, and I usually order the good stuff pancake without bacon (I’m vegetarian). There are sweet and savoury options. My girlfriend and I go there often for the cozy atmosphere and the pancakes.

Delicious breakfast at Mr Nonno in dh! 🫶 I took the NonNo club myself and my girlfriend the Nutella Loco. Super delicious! Moreover, the gentleman who served us was super friendly and gave us good advice. It was super busy but we still received our food on time. Super hygienic place and they have an open kitchen. We could see how the food is prepared and how clean the work is, we love that!

Today I had lunch at MrNonno, at least that was the intention... After my girlfriend and I both ordered via the QR code, only I got my food. Luckily we both got our drinks. When we asked where my girlfriend's food was, we were given a lame excuse that it was because we had ordered separately, which seems special to me because we had both received our drinks. I asked for a new portion of food because it had completely cooled down. The waiter agreed and brought a battered portion of pancakes for my girlfriend. But it didn't stop there as I discovered that my portion, which I had previously received, had simply been put in the oven to be heated up. Bah! Who puts smoked salmon, avocado and sriracha mayo in the oven? Really disgusting! The waiter offered to cancel the order. Like we would pay for it? Of course not! We left immediately. I expected more from this eating place, I have never experienced this before, really too dirty! You are lucky that I did not report this to the NVWA.

I often come back to have brunch here and I never get disappointed! It's super cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful :) The food is so diverse and really worth it! Their coffee is of quality and the home made juices are refreshing! I also always have the sucuk toast or the Nutella loco pancakes. I really recommend! The restaurant also has all kinds of board games, so that's a bonus, and it's also super chill to do my work there as a student.

These pancakes 🥞 were yummy and not too expensive. Hidden gem nearby HS train station. Sugar overload I must say but the smoothie wasn’t sweet at all so it balanced out perfectly. It did take A LONG TIME to arrive. It wasn’t busy. Only 3 tables (including ours) were occupied. Not to be ordered if you are in a rush. 2 pancakes + 2 drinks = about €30 total

Outstanding service! We decided to have a babyshower high tea here. Almas was very kind and friendly, giving ideas and helping with the set-up. They created a little space, just for our group, so we could have our own area. Food was also fantastic, a great deal. There was a selection of savory sandwiches, stacks of pancakes, and desserts as well! This was a lot of food, which we luckily got to take home and enjoy some more. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to!

Super tasty food and nice vibe. It's cool you can order from your phone however If you need to make special adjustments on your food, it's better to mention it verbally otherwise the remarks about your order won't be transferred.

I love the service, might be one of the reasons why I keep coming back. They are super nice, polite and kind. I do find the place a bit uncomfortable sometimes tho. The music tends to be quite loud, and it gets too dark, there's not enough lights and it definitely doesn't create a cozy atmosphere. This is something in the side since Im a graphic designer: The decoration and ambient has a lot of potential and it could be so much better, including the branding of the place. Still, I 100% recommend the place. I love the coffee and the service is super good, many games and quite a enjoyable place

Schönes Café und mehr in Den Haag. Der Service und die Bedienung könnte etwas besser sein. Bestellungen werden nicht am Tisch aufgenommen, man muss dafür zur Theke gegen. Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Den anderen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Preise welche schon meiner Meinung nach, sehr hochpreisig sind. Der Kaffee war geschmacklich aber sehr gut.

Je besteld warme donkere chocoladesaus en krijgt smaakloze chocoladesiroop die koud is heeft heel mijn ontbijt verpest!

Het eten was erg lekker en de juiste porties. Je moest via een QR code bestellen wat aan het begin werd uitgelegd door de medewerker. Ze waren erg vriendelijk.

Op ontdekkingsreis nabij HS afgelopen week MrNonNo binnengevallen. Geen verkeerde bestemming, integendeel. De kaart is precies uitgebreid genoeg om even te wikken en wegen en de inrichting is kitchterieus. Het bestellen vrij ongemakkelijk: een jongedame was in de weer met opschuimmelk en koffiekopjes terwijl ze m'n bestelling opnam. Een volgende keer wellicht de QR-optie gebruiken. Dan de reden om te gaan zitten: stevige trek! Die werd in een mum van tijd verzadigd, echt prima voedsel met een air van gezelligheid en het karakter van liefde.

Ik heb bij dit restaurant geluncht. Het menu is klein maar er is genoeg keuze. Het bestellen moest blijkbaar via qr code dat stond niet duidelijk geschreven. Ik heb de pancakes besteld en die waren erg lekker. Er zat veel fruit op met botercrème en maple syrup. Verder had ik de iced caramel latte, niet heel zoet maar de balans tussen bitter en zoet zat er niet in. Het personeel was opzich prima. De sfeer in het restaurant was niet aanwezig. Het zou beter kunnen door een beetje muziek of op z'n minst een beetje kleur. Ik zou hier wel bestellen om mee te nemen maar anders niet.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and colourful. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have vegan options for drinks/coffee, pancakes, toast etc. The hearty ones are all with jackfruit though. The yoghurt in the breakfast bowl was almost frozen still, so too cold to eat. The fruit was fresh and tasty. Pancakes were nice because of the different toppings. However, nothing you couldn't make yourself at home. A good option though, if you want don't want to.

Went to this cafe near the HS station. They serve toast and pancakes! Their pancakes are very filling and also a bit chewy! Would recommended their BBQ chicken toast! The flavour was really good and the toast is less filling that the pancakes. The cafe also got a variety of games for customers and they’re also laptop friendly for students.

We had pancakes, 1 sweet, 1 savory. They were nice, and the amount of food was manageable. Smoothies and juice were also good. Ordering system is via a QR and website, it worked well. You do still have to pay at the bar.

Ik zag deze zaak voorbij komen op Instagram. Toevallig waren mijn nichtje en neefje een weekendje bij mij dus even langs gegaan. Wat een prachtige en nette zaak. Ik was eerst best wel sceptisch omdat het eten op Instagram altijd zo mooi gepresenteerd word maar vaker tegenvalt dan niet wanneer je het proeft. Mijn nichtje en neefje hadden beide American pancakes met Nutella en aardbeien. Mooi geserveerd en het was ook nog eens echt lekker. Ik had de mr NonNo club toast (weet even niet meer hoe het precies heet). Het was heerlijk gekruid het vlees was goed en de toast ook. Ik raad ook echt hun strawberry/lemon juice aan, echt een heerlijke smaak wat je niet kan linken aan een andere juice. Ik zal hier vaker komen eten, i like it. Ik vergat het bijna, mijn dochter kon niet mee maar zij had in de ochtend online besteld en alles kwam ook heel mooi aan thuis. Mooie doos waar in de pancakes zaten en de sausjes goed apart verpakt. Pas geopend in Den Haag en nu al mijn favourite spot. Met het openbaar vervoer is beter dan met de auto. Ze zitten precies tegenover het Hollands Spoor, 2 min lopen. Alle trams behalve tram 15 stoppen daar.

Prachtig café met palmbomen en flamingo behang, superleuk! Bestellen doe je met een QR code. Het eten ziet er mooi uit en smaakt goed! Aardig personeel, snelle service, top!

I had an amazing brunch here! It was an instant add to places to stop by again in The Hague. The packages were delicious and fluffy and the vibe in the restaurant is really great. I also recommend giving the smoothies a try.

We had breakfast here today. We were waiting for a waitress to take our order, but no one came. Later on, we were told we had to order using an app after scanning a qr code. I do not know how they expect someone to order without a local sim card?? The coffee they serve is quite good. As to the food items, some of the party ordered their signature american pancakes, but they were not impressed by the ingredients , lack of cheese, and they neither liked the taste. The berry bowl on the photo had a nice presentation and comprised of fresh fruits and granola. The berry yogurt, however, did not taste like yoghurt and further was very cold, like it had come from a freezer.

Delicious pancakes. Great location, only 2 minutes walking from Den Haag HS Station. Prices are welcoming. Even if you take extra 2 pancakes with 3 extra toppings it will be the same cost as 1 pancake in all other pancake-houses. It's pretty hot inside 🫤

Super lekker ontbeten hier. De pancakes zijn echt heerlijk, het duurt wel even voor het komt en je moet vrij onpersoonlijk via QR code bestellen. Het eten is echt heeeeerlijk en je kan ook leuke spelletjes spelen terwijl je wacht

The food is so good, I ate here again the next day! My favorite is the Club toast and you can top it with another egg. The pancakes are so tasty with the butter cream, it makes me hungry again typing this!
