MultiVlaai in Vredenburg/Kronenburg

Received excellent service, good delicious pies, and had a nice chat with the lady; it's always pleasant.

I bought two cinnamon rolls here: one with caramel and walnuts and one with pistachios. I also took home two Italian cannoli. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cannoli tasted old. The cinnamon rolls were also very old; even after following the heating instructions exactly, they were still very hard and dry. They seemed like they hadn't been fresh for a long time. It's a shame, but after this experience, I won't be buying anything here again.

What nasty, arrogant little women are behind the counter. I've never experienced anything like this before: disrespectful reactions and sighing when you try to order something. It's about the woman with a mullet around her neck and the woman with the spicy red hairdo.

I had a really strange experience! My daughter was allowed to choose a pastry, and she chose a slice of cake for almost €5—and I'm not even saying that! There was a woman behind the counter who apparently thought we couldn't afford it and felt the need to remind me three times that the slice was almost €5. Because she kept repeating this in a vaguely annoying tone, I asked her if there was a 2-for-€ deal or something because she kept saying that was the price of one slice. "No!" she replied. I got really annoyed, and my 10-year-old daughter even asked me why she was repeating it so often, as if we couldn't afford it. I'll never, ever, ever go back there again!!! I have nothing to say about the pastry; it was really delicious. It was a chocolate brownie-like slice with some sort of chocolate pudding in between.

To choose and order your pie, I don't find this site accessible or customer-friendly to use, but it could be better

Ordered half rainbow cake on 24/2022. Staff collected an 'old' cake from behind the shop. They were already cut into pieces, she said. Fine! As it turned out at home, the cake was bone dry. Never before have I eaten such a dry cake and for the price of almost 20 euros. Bah!! I threw the rest away. Waste of money! What a bad thing! Multivlaai....NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!

No pie tastes like Limburg pies at MultiVlaai. Too bad they pretend to be Limburg pie. The pies are okay but NOT real Limburg pie.

Never experienced having to pay for a box if you take half a pie. It's getting crazier.
