Terrible. Placing an order at 8:30 PM and not having received it by 10:30 PM is unacceptable. Calling the establishment and them refusing to even speak to us.

The organization really needs to take a serious look at/think about the Mariniersweg Rotterdam branch!!! Anti-social employees who stand outside loafing around whenever they can, causing noise pollution, and a lot of visitors from their 'friends' outside; cleaning up the mess in the area? Forget it. I am a direct neighbor, so I know what I'm talking about! Very frequent nuisance from this scum

Not a good place, just 16-year-olds who don't take their work seriously; order from another New York Pizza. I called and ordered, but after a long wait (40 min), I called again only to be told that the food hadn't been prepared because it had been forgotten. Honest, but not an appropriate response.

I ordered pizza for takeaway, specifically because of the pizza croissant. Only after paying was I told that it was no longer available. Subsequently, I was offered an alternative that was not at all equivalent to what I had originally ordered. If I had known that the pizza croissant was unavailable, I probably wouldn't have ordered here. Additionally, I have already emailed five times, but still have not received a suitable solution or a clear response. I find that very disappointing and poor service.

Nice New York Pizza location in Rotterdam. I live in Amsterdam myself. I was visiting my sister and was looking for a place to eat and ended up here. The staff were friendly and treated with respect and the pizza was tasty. I ate that pizza on the spot.

I ordered a pizza here, and it took ages for anything to happen. After a long time, I called myself and was told the delivery driver was on his way. 40 minutes later, there was still nothing, so I called again. Then I was told again that the pizza was "on its way." I live literally 5 minutes away, but it kept taking forever. I called several times, and each time, I got the same story. Ultimately, the pizza never arrived. After that, I called again for a refund. They said I would receive a call back, but unfortunately, that never happened. Very disappointing service and absolutely no communication or resolution.

A donkey doesn't bump into the same stone twice, etc. I've literally ordered from here a million times and never received a correct order, lol. Today, I'm missing my extra toppings (which I paid extra for), and my friend got the wrong pizza crust. It happens every time. Only order if you're not in a hurry and aren't picky, I guess.

A place where little toddlers work. I always order pizza, sometimes even every week. The quality has deteriorated dramatically! When you call them to ask how things are going, because they've already been working on two pizzas for an hour and a half, you're completely ignored. You hear all sorts of curse words in the background while they're "just checking," they just leave you hanging and completely ignore you. The pizza finally arrives, and guess what? It's completely dry. The meat was days old and reheated; you could tell right away. And then New York Pizza sends an automated email saying, "We were late, here's a €3 discount!" Haha, what a disgrace! Give me at least a free pizza!

Ordered a pizza for 4:00 PM at 4:20 PM. Called to ask where it was. By 4:45 PM, it still hadn't arrived. Called at 5:00 PM. Order was incorrect and incomplete, and they refused to accept it. This is absurd. Little children can't handle running a business. Time to just ignore these kinds of companies. Last time for us in New York.

A lukewarm, mediocre pizza arrived at 9:15 PM – definitely not worth €21.50. When I called, I was met by a young, inexperienced woman with a big mouth: no apology, no solution, just rudeness. Don't have a delivery driver? Close the place that day and don't lie to customers. It's absolutely unacceptable that New York Pizza allows you to carry that name.

Always happy with New York Pizza, but ordering at 7:52 PM and not receiving it until 9:17 PM is a long wait. Oh well, it happens. It was also lukewarm, which happens, so I quickly threw it in the oven for a bit. But I'd ordered ground beef on top (€2.50 extra) and it was forgotten. And the amount of pepperoni was ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER! Had to call 5 times to ask where the pizza was, they said, it's coming now, it'll take another hour. Then the pizzas are just ice cold and they delivered the wrong products. When we called about this, they literally said that this was not true, and that they were 'sorry' but weren't going to do anything about it. This turned out to be the manager, well I understand that it's not a restaurant, but it was absolutely unprofessional how he behaved. Really ridiculous. First and last time - we should have read the other reviews because it turns out we're not the only ones.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!! Had already ordered four pizzas 2 weeks ago on Friday. Pizzas would be delivered within 40-50 minutes. After 40 minutes it said that the pizzas had been delivered. Called the branch, they said that the delivery person had accidentally clicked through, but that the pizzas were still on their way. Then after waiting an hour I called again, they said that the delivery person's electric scooter was broken and that he would come to deliver the pizzas on foot, but he was around the corner so it would take 2 minutes. After waiting a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called again and said that we no longer wanted the pizzas. They said that the delivery person was almost there, but understood and would refund my money. I said on the phone that they had marked the order as completed, but the employees indicated that that was no problem. After 1 hour and 40 minutes the delivery person was at the door, we indicated that we had cancelled the order and he drove away on his WORKING scooter with the four pizzas. After 2 days I still hadn't received my money back, I called and said I would receive it within 2 days. After 4 days I still hadn't received my money back, I called again and spoke to the branch manager, who said she didn't know anything about a refund but she would inquire and contact me again. On the fifth day I had to call myself because she didn't contact me. She said bluntly that the pizzas had simply been delivered, because that's how it is in the system and the employees said that too, so I wouldn't get my money back. But she would still investigate it "internally" and contact me again. I didn't contact her back then either. I then called the head office, they said they would make sure I got my 60 euros back. Then I spoke to the branch manager again, she said the money would be deposited immediately and would be in my account within an hour. Another 4 days passed, the money was still not in my account, called again and finally after a thousand calls my money was back in my account after 12 days. Moral of the story: This New York pizza doesn't bake anything, let alone that they bake decent pizzas for you. Order somewhere else

This business is constantly canceling my Ubereats order for their own pleasure and showing it as if it was for another reason. If you are not going to serve people without any good reason, do not be on the Ubereats app.

I was told to speak to management, so I did, they referred me to Lieferando and they said the pizza couldn't be delivered and I wouldn't be able to answer the phone. Terrible business with disinterested employees who are not concerned with the customer at all. Wear our own clothes, wear earphones and just chat with each other while customers are waiting. For me a no-go for the future. In addition, Domino's pizza is often much more businesslike and much neater in accordance with the company's guidelines. This is almost one hour has passed from my delivery I don’t receive any movement of our order by this company. It’s so creepy that we can not also cancel our order as well, in the notification it says the delivery lead time would be between 20-45 minutes.

Ordered at 7:23 PM. Pizza had to be between 8:05 PM and 8:23 PM. Called the branch at 9 p.m. and politely asked if something had happened and if the pizza was on its way.
