The food was 15 minutes late; the delivery person couldn't find it. I paid 60 euros for 3 pizzas. I wasn't even full after 1 pizza; it was almost cold and tasteless. Never again #metoo

I always order their pizza, and they are delicious.

Last week, I ordered two pizzas and received two completely different ones. The delivery driver accidentally swapped orders with other people in the same neighborhood. No problem, that can happen, but the way this was resolved is really strange. I called and they said the driver was going to pick up the wrong pizzas and collect our own pizzas from the wrong address and bring them to us. Well, by then the pizzas were already cold when we received them! Not only that, we ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce, but there was hardly any sauce on it. We also ordered cinnamon bread, and on the website it looked like they put the icing on, but that wasn't the case. Paid 23 euros for cold pizzas! A real waste of my money. At Domino's, they would have baked new pizzas for you for free, and then you would even be allowed to keep the wrong ones. In short, this is definitely the first and last time I will order here.

I don’t like to do bad reviews but I order here every week the same thing (pepperoni hot honey with extra pepperoni) and it always comes with no extra since I don’t think 5 pieces in a pizza is extra and no honey… I called few times but they just say sorry. Just do your job right 🤷🏼‍♀️

I used to order pizza from you very often, but I just received my last order. The courier delivered a cold pizza that looked like a four-year-old girl had cut it. I have never seen anything like it. I thought Chicuaz would still be able to salvage the taste, but unfortunately, the pizza was cold and inedible.

Initially, a somewhat cold pizza and no spread on my dessert bread, but this was resolved more than perfectly. Within 30 minutes, a warm new pizza was at the door with a well-topped dessert bread!

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE!!!!!! Yesterday we wanted to get pizza from this location in Hoogvliet. We ordered two pizzas and chicken pieces. When we ordered, they said we'd get a 15% discount on two pizzas, according to their website. The lady we ordered from went to inquire. They said that wasn't the case. We paid for the order. We went to their website on our phone and showed them the information. Some guy behind the counter said, "What are you doing?" This behavior is unacceptable. We canceled the order and demanded a refund. Initially, the guy wouldn't give it back because, according to him, we had ordered it. When I threatened to call the police, we got our money back. Advice for the owner of this location: teach your staff manners and make sure they know the special offers. As for us, we'll never order from here again and will happily go to the competition.

I ordered a pizza around 8:30 PM (and paid). The Thuisbezorg app indicated they were preparing my order. After 10:00 PM, I received a notification in the app that my pizza would be delivered at 8:46 PM, but that wasn't the case at all! Disgusting! You order a pizza, pay for it, and two hours later you get a message saying it was delivered a long time ago (which it wasn't!). Don't order from these scammers!

Today I received a cold pizza and they wanted to fob me off with a discount on the next one. I'll get a new one now and I wonder if this one is even warm!!

This location doesn't seem to really understand the recipes. I tried the new bitterbal pizza, but instead of the mustard mayo sauce that's supposed to be on it, it had pure mustard on it, so much so that you couldn't taste anything else. I had to scrape it off, and even then it was still too much. If you don't have the right sauce, just don't sell it. I've experienced this before with new pizza flavors. And the side dishes often go wrong too.

Fast delivery. If there's anything, the driver will call. Honey pepperoni is delicious and crispy every time.

The pizza was supposed to arrive at 9:15 PM at the latest. It didn't arrive until 9:50 PM. I called twice to ask where it was. And then the staff said yes, it was on its way. You get cold pizzas, and the box is soaking wet with oil. How wonderful, isn't it, when you're pregnant and too tired to cook... never again.

The pizza might have been good if it hadn't been cold... over 2 hours of waiting, asking for it because the driver didn't know how to call a foreign number...

One word: disgusting Previously often ordered from Newyorkpizza, we were big fans but what happened? Ridiculous prices for the quality you get. Ordered two pizzas, both bases were wafer thin and the pizzas were dry and tasteless. Called back for 1 pizza because this had to be a New York style and therefore not a thin base. A new one was delivered but it was just as thin, dry and tasteless! Chicken pieces were also dry and fried for far too short a time…. Sorry but we will definitely not order from here again 👎🏼

Always get my pizza here at least once a week. They are usually perfectly baked and delivered on time. It's nice that you can still pay cash here in this digital world. If something were wrong with the order, I trust that they would fix it. The only downside is that they are sometimes so busy that they no longer accept orders. In the meantime, in December 2025, a few years later than the first review. I find them very customer-friendly here in Hoogvliet. We really like pizzas, so we take the regular ones with a slightly thicker base. The only thing is that for a while we often got pizzas that were baked too long and if you then take a basic cheese pizza, the sauce is dry, hard and burnt and then the pizza is really not tasty anymore. Fortunately, things have been going well again in recent months. So if that is not the case, then it is less. Unless you perhaps have a lot more on your pizza, then it may still be reasonably tasty, juicy. But all in all, still satisfied

The food and pizza were always good. But lately I have been getting unfinished raw food. The "mozzerella calzone mini bites" were burnt on top and the dough underneath was still raw. this has happened twice already. It is now standard. I am a Gold Member but I won't order there anymore...

I just think the pizzas are too tasty. I usually take the BBQ pizzas, and I never have the feeling that the pizza 'just tastes like the sauce' like I do with other typical places and McDonalds; that it just tastes like the sauce on it. I recently had a pizza with 1 slice without the BBQ sauce (the employee did it a bit hastily), and it still had so much flavor in it. These pizzas are truly magnificent. And then the perfect amount of salt and I can't even get enough of the dough crusts. After 4 years, I honestly don't understand those low reviews. My delivery is always at least warm and I have hardly had anything go wrong. La Strada Pizzaria here in Hoogvliet has very high reviews, 4.8 against 2.9, and I have eaten there a lot, but when it comes to the pizzas and service, I really think New York is just as good.

I order a pizza: I indicate delivery between 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM. They arrive at 6:00 PM. I see that small box, 4 pieces. Paid €13.50 for this. Scandalous

You should have a system in place to advise people when you are busy and it takes much longer than expected. ETA was 1 hour, I am now over a half hour waiting and they told me it will take probably another hour or more. 3 hours for 2 pizza is outrageous, especially when you don't tell people anything

Pizzas cold took longer than an hour. If you call them, you get a discount of 10 euros, while I could throw away pizzas for 32 euros! Never here again, just go to dominoes

Als ik een shoarma pizza ophaal is die zo perfect niet te beschrijven. Maar als ik hem bestel..... Bizar... Echt bizar... Er zat amper shoarma op. Die pizza was half aangebrand en aardig taai. Taai taai poppen zijn vroeg dit jaar :p Maargoed volgende keer haal ik hem wel gewoon op.

Fantastisch 👍👍 Om 18:35 pizza bestellen, om 20:35 zit je nog zonder enig excuus te wachten. “we hadden niet verwacht dat het zo druk zou worden 🤷🏼‍♂️“. TIP a/d manager: als je het niet aankan moet je stoppen met bestellingen opnemen, want links of rechtsom raak je klanten kwijt. Volgende keer maar zonder recept weer een van Dr. Utkerr via de Plus uit de vriezer …. zie scheel van de honger man 😵‍💫’

Sinds hier een aantal maanden een nieuwe franchise nemer zit, is de zaak veranderd in een topzaak. Super klantgericht en ze hebben hier zeker ook de drive om te presteren. Soms is het wel druk en ondanks dat zijn de pizza's altijd compleet en correct. Wat ook erg fijn is om te weten. Als je de bezorg(st)er via de app of thuisbezorgd een fooi geeft, dan komt dit ook echt bij de desbetreffende persoon aan. Ik raad iedereen aan om Domino's Hoogvliet lekker links te laten liggen en hier je pizza's te bestellen Groetjes, Een hongerige maar zeer tevreden vaste klant.

Let op dat de prijs online en zelf ophalen wel €20,- ( bij 5 pizza's ) kan schelen.

Pizza's zijn online duurder dan afhalen. Voor 5 pizza's was ik online €20,- meer kwijt.

Ruim op tijd besteld en er dan nog bijna 2 uur over doen om 2 kleine pizza's te bezorgen. Na een uur voor de eerste keer gebeld. "Het is druk maar we hebben besloten toch alle bestellingen aan te nemen en te bezorgen". Volgens mij maken ze hier een amateuristische denkfout. Heb liever dat jullie mij bellen of bestellingen gaan weigeren. Na half uur weer gebeld want de belofte om binnen en half uur te bestellen niet waargemaakt. "We zijn de pizza nu aan het maken". Voortaan maar weer Domino's of een van de andere alternatieven in Hoogvliet. (Dit was namelijk niet de eerste keer) De pizza zelf. Meeeeeh matig belegd dingetje.

Super lekkere pizza gegeten. Vroeger wel een keer geprobeerd, maar was niet echt geweldig. Zins kort een nieuwe eigenaar erin en een super pizza gekregen met veel ingrediënten erop. Vind het fijn dat als je een stuk eet dat je bij elke hap alle smaken proeft en dat het nog goed warm is. Zeker nog een keer bestellen.

Lekkere voor je neus klaargemaakte verse pizza's. De vele acties maken het geheel nog aantrekkelijker. Veelal jonge vriendelijke medewerkers die hard hun best doen om het goed te doen. Op sommige tijden lijkt de bezetting te krap voor de hoeveelheid werk. Voldoende gratis parkeerplekken in de buurt.

Eerste keer pizza besteld was het KOUD. Tweede keer komt het pas na een anderhalf uur aan. Derde keer kreeg ik een heel andere pizza dan besteld. Ik kan gerust zeggen dat het voortaan Domino’s word.

Gezellige dames die mijn pizza gemaakt hebben. Vond ook de teksten op hun rug leuk. "don't Touch my pizza" 😅😜

Een van de beste pizza bestellers die ik ken. Soms maken ze wel een foutje of is een ingrediënt niet beschikbaar maar dat wordt meteen rechtgezet.
