New York Pizza in Feijenoord

Weekday An hour later, I called the branch and was told they were on their way. Finally, they hung up immediately. September 29th, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. The delivery driver banged on the door unnecessarily. The pizza was cold, very strange, a 5-minute bike ride. I called again. I did get a new pizza, but was hung up on again. It was so convenient. I'd throw the pizza that was on its way in the trash, and I'd rather eat this cold one.

I ordered from New York Pizza, but it was a huge disappointment. The food arrived cold, the pizza was barely filled, tasteless, and simply inedible. The dough was brick-like and poorly prepared. I also received three containers of tzatziki instead of the three with garlic sauce I ordered. All in all, it was absolutely terrible—it's a shame, guys. They want to make it a pizza night, but you ruin it.

The pizzas are always delicious. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the service was subsequently 0. Disappointing...

After our last order, we decided this would be the last time we'd order from here. We paid €14 per pizza (with a deal). And then you order a loaded pepperoni pizza, and it comes with 10 slices of pepperoni. If you believe the website, it has EVEN more pepperoni than ever. Well, not at this branch. The chicken pizza also had small cubes of what was supposed to be chicken. It had a full load of sauce, so you can't see the ingredients. It didn't look like the pizza it was supposed to be at all. The crust was fine, but paying €14 for a crust... a bit of a shame... you're being misled, or they're incredibly stingy with toppings... Not recommended in any case. It was a real disappointment.

Very bad, it says that your pizza is ready but you are waiting for shipping, only to receive a cold, tough pizza.

The pizza was really bad. Hard and dry. I think it was leftovers from yesterday and they brought it back for me.

Tuna pizza received with rotten tuna. Very poor service, manager not open to compensation. He would rather have you get sick from eating a rotten pizza than protect his reputation.

If I could give it zero I would. I’ve been to so many New York pizzas and honestly this is the worst. The pizza is just salty and has no flavour. When in the restaurant, there was pepperoni on the floor, honestly just avoid at all costs.

Really enjoyed the pizzas. They arrived quickly and nice and warm. The pizzas are richly topped, which shows the difference with others. That deserves a review, see you again soon!

Terrible! Ordered something a few years ago but recently ordered again. There was something left for the delivery person in the Uber app, so I called politely. What a horrible and unkind person who answered the phone! Even filed a complaint with head office afterwards, but nothing was done about it. Heard nothing more. Just rude, he didn't let me finish and promptly canceled the entire order while I was still on the phone with him! I had to figure out how to get my money back from Uber Eats. I will NEVER order from here again!! Go find another job, you idiot, because you're really out of line, dude. That's just not how you treat your customers.

This is very sad, how can a person treat food like this and when you call you also get an arrogant person on the line. Just because they're 10:40 p.m. he doesn't have time to make a new pizza for me. I was promised if I called the next day I would get a new pizza with 2 drinks. Okay, I'll call and tell you how it went. Don't drink pizza, but I would be honest if a person talked so brutally/macholy to you. Don't trust me with food anymore. I didn't eat, I also called the head office and didn't hear anything as I had to walk further to put it in its place, so I did the delivery. I also gave 4 euros in tips and I get this as a THANK YOU!. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN

We visited the branch to place an order for a group of 20 people. We then waited for more than 15 minutes without any response from the staff, despite greeting us several times. After asking three times if we could order, an employee simply pointed to a colleague without any explanation or further help. We ultimately decided to leave due to the lack of customer service and communication. Fortunately, Angelos was nearby, where we received good help. Unfortunately, the employees at New York were disappointing: they wore earphones, were not approachable and did not show any form of hospitality.

Bad experience here. I ordered four things through Uber Eats and only got three. I called to ask where my chicken pops were and had to wait 15 minutes for the manager. He didn't seem bothered and simply said, "Sorry, we're too busy, we can't help you. We'll send them tomorrow." I told him that wasn't helpful and wanted a refund, but that wasn't possible—I had to deal with Uber Eats myself. When I called about it, the manager just hung up and said, "Okay, bye, I'm not in the mood." Really antisocial. On top of that, the pizza was burnt and the €2.50 cookie was dry and tough. Definitely not recommended.

I picked up a to good to go here and I found out afterwards that I received 2 cookies for €2.50 each. The to good to go cost €4.99 for €11.99, the intention is that you get €11.99 worth of food and not €4.99. I won't go here the staff is also very rude.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered multiple times in the past few days and never got what I paid for.. every single order was different, either not cooked or something not added, payed for a cheesecake 4 times, never got it!

I've order pizza on my birthday (23 Jan), after a few minutes I received a call that this place could not deliver in my address so the order would be cancelled. Note that the website directed the order to this store, not me. The person said that I would receive my money back on at least 4 days. It is been over one month and no solution. Customer service does not solve, store does not solve, so I just got stolen and played like a fool.

Bestilte pizza double pepperoni, crispy chicken, garlic bread, cinnamon bread. Maten var helt middels, kyllingen var ikke crispy.

Ordered pizza and one packet of garlic sauce. We live not too far away from this restaurant yet by the time we got our order it was already cold. Garlic sauce was missing. Pizza was disgusting. I have never seen such greasy pizza yet it tasted like nothing. I could only taste cherry tomatoes. Dough was crunchy and soggy at the same time. This is literally the worst pizza I have ever tried. Would recommend avoiding this place.

The worst service ever, ordered at 10:30 PM, finally received at 12:05 AM after calling three times. I'm never going to order NY pizza anything.

Ordered pizza, garlic bread, cinnamon bread and caprese salad (mozzarella, pesto) an hour before closing time. Delivered almost an hour later, cinnamon bread forgotten. This was brought later. However, it was already cold, hard and left in the oven too long during preparation. Was NOT edible. The salad meal that I paid €7.99 for was a real disappointment. See photo. Everything was warm, brown, no pesto and some small measly bits of mozzarella in it. This really isn't possible. Terrible. Paid €36 for this pile of disappointment. The only thing to eat was the garlic bread. Pizza was still okay compared to the salad, but certainly not so tasty that I would order there again. You can compare it with the frozen pizzas that you made at home but accidentally left in the oven for too long. The biggest disappointment was the salad and the cinnamon bread. This will never happen again for us at New York Pizza Groene Hilledijk.

Order pizza at 22:50. Delivered 00;05 and forget sauce that I spent 3 euro on it. Pizza is nice and would love to eat again but expierence delivery like this is awkward.

Cold pizza floating in sauce! With other New York pizzas, the terayaki chicken pizza was very tasty but it was really dirty. Not all ingredients were on the pizza but mainly sauce. 🤮🤮

If you order there, do it via home delivery. They always forget something and with home delivery they at least arrange for you to get your money back. I'm even going to cancel my NYP account. Well, I forgot two lava cakes again and it was already closing time and the delivery person was anything but helpful. He didn't want to call the business because his phone was no longer working properly. He didn't offer to get it after all. Now I can call again. I want my money back!

I have been there for the third time now, never again, the staff is just arguing in front of you, the pizzas are cold before I got home and guess what, a BBQ chicken without BBQ sauce. Honestly, don't eat here!! Something is wrong with their food. In August, I got a bacterial stomach infection after eating there, but wasn't sure if it was from their food. A couple of days ago, I ordered that same salami pizza that I ordered in August from there, and I've been ill and having exactly the same symptoms as I had in August ever since. Since the symptoms are exactly the same and appeared both times after eating a salami pizza from there, Im now convinced that their food is the cause for my infection. My partner is complaining about stomach aches after eating that pizza as well. Seriously, don't go there, their food is contaminated. Edit: Do not dare to remove the review and hide this information from your customers. This review does not include hate speech or bullying of any kind. Furthermore, this review directly addresses the restraunt and the food in it. Therefore, it is not an off-topic post! Be glad I wrote a review instead of pursuing legal action.

De vriendelijke bezorger vroeg of ik een positieve review wou achterlaten. Hier komtie dan; Dit x kreeg ik de juiste fles frisdrank, zag mijn pizza er prima uit en had ik geen lava cake waarvan de verpakking open was gebarsten tijdens het fietsen. Dit x een positieve ervaring (Blijf toch wel bestellen).

Het eten is hier echt veel beter dan bij domino’s! De pizza was snel bezorgd en heerlijk warm. Dus voldoet aan mijn verwachting.

Ik had pizza’s besteld en voor de zekerheid telefonisch om sausjes gevraagd, garlic sauce. Pizza werd optijd bezorgd en het was nog warm! Alleen de garlic sauce was de collega aan de telefoon vergeten. De collega die het kwam brengen beter bekend als ‘Hollander’ zei ik kom zo wel langs met de sausjes. Ik dacht we zien wel of mijn pizza dan al op is of niet. Het leek echt alsof hij binnen paar minuten terug kwam met jawel de sausjes!

Ben dik tevreden met New York. Kan een heel verhaal typen maar...... Bezorging bij mij altijd prima, op tijd en vriendelijk. Pizza altijd heet!! Pizza is altijd goed, ik bestel er altijd voor mij en mn vrouw en zij klaagt ook nooit (dat zeg ook wat he!! 😉) Super zaak en een heerlijke korst!!!!

Pizza,s zijn inderdaad afwisselend van wie ze maakt..de ene keer top de andere keer wat minder. Vandaag zeiknatte pizza dat het bijna door het karton heen kwam. Maar de 4 sterren gebaseerd op afgelopen bestelling van die keren ervoor en die waren goed...

Wisselende ervaringen gehad met deze locatie. Ene keer is het voortreffelijk en de ander keer meh. De pizza's zijn bijna altijd heet als ze bezorgd worden, helaas vaak wel langer moeten wachten (1-1.5u). De pizza's zijn echter wel erg vet, waardoor de bodem helemaal nat ervan is, soms komt het zelfs door de bodem van de doos. Het is en blijft ook pizza en ongezond natuurlijk.

Aardige personeel snelle bezorging

Echt aardige mensen! Ik had een vegan pizza besteld omdat ik sinds kort geen melk en kaas meer mag, maar ik vond die vegan kaas echt vies. Toen vroeg ik of ik hem in kon ruilen voor een normale pizza maar dan zonder kaas. Toen kwamen ze het gewoon gratis brengen. Ze vinden het belangrijk dat je als klant tevreden bent. Echt super lief!

De Hot Thai chicken is echt zo heerlijk dit is mijn nieuwe pizza. Lekker een beetje pit echt heerlijk.
