Don't order from here!!! Only children with rude mouths work here and they yell down the phone when you ask where your order is after waiting an hour.

Dear Sir/Madam, I also submitted this complaint by email on September 3rd under ticket number 142223. I received a text message from Anas from the Keizerswaard branch on October 9th, and I answered all his questions politely. To date, I have not received a response to my complaint. I would like to have my complaint forwarded to the regional manager. See my complaint below. I would like to submit an official complaint about an incident that occurred on September 2nd at approximately 7:35 PM on Brittenoord in Rotterdam. At that point, I was already three-quarters of the way down the street when one of your delivery drivers in a black moped drove into the street from the other side. According to the traffic situation at the location, I clearly had the right of way. Despite this, the delivery driver refused to yield to me. In fact, he completely blocked my way, preventing me from continuing. I politely asked the delivery driver to move back or make room so I could leave the street normally. To my surprise, the situation escalated quickly. The delivery driver behaved in an intimidating manner and refused to cooperate. This made me feel so unsafe that I was forced to call the police. After the incident, I repeatedly tried to contact the relevant branch, Rotterdam Keizerswaard, where the delivery driver works, by phone. To my disappointment, they hung up on me repeatedly without any reason. This reinforced the feeling that my complaint was not being taken seriously. I find this situation very unpleasant, especially because your employee's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Moreover, it contributed to a feeling of insecurity and frustration, even though I was simply using the public road normally. Given the seriousness of the situation and the way my report was subsequently handled, I urgently request: - An official response to my complaint. - Insight into the measures being taken for the delivery driver involved. - Improvements in accessibility and customer service at the Rotterdam Keizerswaard branch. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. How do I wait 4 hours for my food and it still arrives cold??? Excuse me? Additional information: I live a 10-minute walk from New York Pizza. Plus, I still haven't gotten my money back. Only kids work there.

Ordered one pizza at 8:50 PM. Called at 9:50 PM to ask where it was: "The delivery driver hasn't arrived yet." 10:30 PM: The pizza hasn't arrived and the location is closed. Great!

As cozy as it is in the store, please just make sure the food is hot. Even when we picked it up, two of our pizzas were already cold. That's really not right. I hope this improves soon, because it's a waste of your work and a waste of my money. 🥲

This is going to be a long review. The pizza was cold and tough. The thin crust pizza had become a regular pizza, and both pizzas were inedible. I also ordered finger food, only the chicken pieces, which were supposed to be 12, but only 8. I called, and they said they would deliver the chicken pieces again with a can of soda. But even that didn't go well. I couldn't even get a can of soda. So, they don't keep their promises over the phone either. All in all, it was completely inedible and cold, and 55 euros wasted. They can't even deliver on their promises regarding solutions. I think I'll contact New York City tomorrow, because there are now people there who don't know anything and can't even offer compensation. I want my money back!!! And I hope New York City reads this, because the reviews for this restaurant are already quite low.

It’s not what nyp was. Ordered 4 pizzas. When I arrived for pickup there was a girl in front of me who was asked to help. First she got behind the register, then a person asked her to work with the dough and make pizza. She did not take off her coat and did not wash her hands. The hygiëne is 0 it’s really bad. Its looks like a chill spot/ communitycentre for young people instead of a fastfood restaurant

They can't make pizzas, they weren't baked properly. And the order took a long time.

First of all: the young delivery guy is A-MA-Z! This pizza place is absolutely terrible! Ordered two pizzas at 7:30 PM. After an hour, still nothing. Called. The guy said the delivery guy had just left. Which wasn't true. At 9:25 PM, after calling three times, the pizzas arrived. Cold. The pizzas were cold. They just do whatever they want and say whatever they want. Slackers! The delivery guys are great, but still very young (14/15) and are constantly being shuffled around. We accepted the pizzas and gave the guy his tip, because he can't help it. But no, never again will I visit New York Pizza Keizerswaard. Definitely not recommended!! And that's taken note.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The team leader (lady Z***) from Keizerswaard promised us a new FREE order as compensation after receiving 2 cold pizzas and 12 chicken pops (NICE). Today we wanted to take advantage of this offer... UNTIL the conclusion, after waiting 2.5 hours and calling 4 times—twice the store and twice the team leader (private), the delivery driver MOST LIKELY stole the order and has never shown up!!! The team leader offered to refund it out of her own pocket (sweet), but only after I showed her the €40.70 receipt, which is understandable; you don't just cough up that much for a customer. In short, the compensation never even reached us. Very sad!! I was very satisfied until the last order. Unfortunately, NEVER again. It's a shame for a business that has significantly deteriorated in terms of service and preparation.

Very disappointing. Orders come after 1.5 hours as standard, without any prior warning. You wait endlessly and nowhere is this clearly communicated. Bad service and not at all customer friendly. So you better not choose a time, because it is not right anyway. And if you say something about it on the phone, you are laughed at. I will never order here again…

I ordered a pizza with extras and received it without the extras. I filed a complaint on their website but have not heard anything from them. It's not a big deal, these extras, but I expected better service and quality. Luckily there is a good alternative like Dominos.

The pizzas were really greasy, there was too much oil on and underneath. Also, they didn't taste very good. Then I called the store to see if they could do anything... the answer was clearly no and no compensation was possible.

Pepperoni pizza was okay, not the best but still good enough Delivery took around 40 mins which was as expected

Ordered a bitterbal pizza. Pepperoni pizza delivered. The delivery driver flew out immediately. Drove to the restaurant; they were already closed and no longer available.

First of all, New York Pizza is literally 500m away. How can a pizza take almost an hour and a half to be delivered? After an hour, I had to call myself to find out how far away it was. Service 1⭐️ (didn't even let them know) Some takeaways simply let you know on the machine that it will take a little longer. They don't accept orders then, so we know we don't need to order. Atmosphere 1⭐️ I've walked past this place several times and don't think the atmosphere is good either. I'm a Pizza New Yorker fan. This is such a shame😪 Food 1⭐️ The food is lukewarm, not even warm. Not sure if I received the correct pizza. I ordered the Thin & Crispy, but I may have received the Italian(?) Regardless of whether it was the Thin & Crispy or Italian, the pizza was tasty. I ordered the Pepperoni with Hot Honey. I enjoyed it, but it was incredibly greasy - leaking oil everywhere.

No friendly workers, very bad service. We asked many times on delivery service to be respectful and to not ring the doors bell for the building but they keep ignoring that’s Notes. Food many times arrives cold.

Definitely recommended! We eat here regularly with my wife and daughter and we always enjoy the delicious, super fresh pizzas. It's nice that you can eat at a standing table, and the service is always top notch. A little tip: provide some more napkins. We will definitely come back!

The attitude of the workers was really bad.

Wow they don't inform customers about offers and thus give you a free pizza. If you ask about it, they say they don't know what the offers are. I should have said the code myself!!!! They still refused to give a free pizza according to the offer!!!!' This was Mohamed the manager. Asan the branch manager didn't answer either!!! Very bad!!!! There was also a lady from the staff at the counter where food was also prepared. The pizza makers wear pants that reach halfway down their butts where their underpants come out, which they regularly hoist up while they prepare food!!!! Really unhygienic!!!!!!! Unbelievable that I have now experienced the same dramatic service three times: Paid garlic sauce not received; Paid extra ingredient not put on the pizzas; No garlic oil on the pizzas. After ordering once I understand that something can go wrong, twice is suspicious, but after three times it is clear what the company stands for. The worst part is that the delivery person told that he is not receiving the tip that I paid as an extra. Quite logical if you look at the 3rd point on my receipt, it simply says 'other option 1' on the receipt. New York Pizza collects all tips itself. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

A young man came with a boxer helmet, he was cancerous, really the sickest delivery man ever. Amang looked like Rida Benjamin and pulled up that electric scooter and drifted away through those poles, real chaffer! But that pizza was really mediocre man could be better for that pricca ff jozo. According to the order status, the pizzas sat for fifteen minutes before they were delivered. And that was true, they had completely cooled down when they were delivered. And the pizzas also had very meager toppings. Ordered for the 2nd time and this was the last time. Next time we'll go to Domino's again.

The place for gluten-free pizza. Freshly prepared, lots of choice, fast delivery. We will continue to order here.

After a short visit to the store I return to my bike, and there was a beautiful cart full of cardboard from NYP parked next to my bike. I pointed this out to an employee when they arrived, but he could only tell me in an annoyed manner that the cardboard was not from their bowl, as they had already taken it away in the morning. Just double checked and it was indeed their waste. The bastards at NYP can't even throw away cardboard properly, I wonder if this is an ingredient in their great pizzas.

Yesterday i ordered pizza. I send the note to make it without olives coz im allergic. Pizza arrived with olives so i gave it to my neighbours. Today I ordered the same pizza, i also make a note and called them to make sure they make it without olives. Today again pizza came with olives. I wasted money and they dont respect people. Very bad experience. Just ordered from the Maasstad hospital. After an hour the driver called to say he was at the parking garage and whether we could pick it up there. Of course not accepted. Pizza and other food was cold, ice was melted (probably transported together with food). Dough was not good and the cheese also very special 😓. I don't understand why something as simple as warming food is still too much for some people. No chance!

Heerlijke pizza's met regelmatig goede aanbiedingen/ acties. Je moet alleen wel goed de voorwaarden lezen. Ze sluiten bijvoorbeeld heel vaak acties pizza's uit wat ik persoonlijk heel erg jammer vind. Bezorging is goed en je kan alles via de site volgen van je bestelling.
