Poor communication and the pizza bases were tough as rubber. I was always super satisfied with the quality of NY Pizza, but this time it was a bad experience. Never again there.

Placed an online order for a double pepperoni pizza; I assumed the pepperoni I had to tick was extra, but nothing could be further from the truth. I paid 16.48 for a veggie pizza, a double pepperoni pizza. Afterward, I called and was told by Anwar that he couldn't do anything about it—understandable—after which he said he would inquire if I could get my money back or the correct pizza, and that I would be called. I even called the next day, and unfortunately, the supervisor indicated that it wasn't possible. This was very disappointing, customer service 👎 I just ordered from Domino's instead, not too much cleaning pass👌

Ordered a pizza last night and had it delivered to Hotel Amrath. It was delivered quickly, warm, and very tasty. Thanks for the quick service.

I placed an order at 21:20. But I kept waiting. I received an email saying the order was confirmed, but my order never arrived. Now I am trying to call them, but they are closed. Just now, at 23:40, I checked the page where my order is displayed. And now it suddenly says delivered at 21:29. Even though I placed my order at 21:20. It is now 23:42! I paid €19.20 and I will claim that back tomorrow.

Really good service! The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind and the pizza was really fresh. Will definitely be back.

Here is a clear complaint that you can submit directly via the New York Pizza website: Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent order. Upon delivery, it turned out that the ordered drink was missing. This can happen, of course, but the way in which it was subsequently resolved was not satisfactory. The delivery person who came to deliver the drink later gave an uninterested impression. Additionally, the doorbell was pressed loudly multiple times, whereas ringing once is sufficient. This came across as unnecessarily disruptive. I do not consider this a pleasant service experience and hope that you will discuss this internally to prevent a recurrence.

Placed multiple orders that never arrived. You think you're going to pick up your order so you'll definitely get it, and then things are missing from your pizza. If it goes well once, the pizza is good, but too often it goes wrong.

What a disaster plan. I don't mind the delivery driver asking me to come downstairs. But when the food is cold, the cheesecake is burnt, the lava cake wasn't included, and the store has an automated answering machine that hangs up, I find that truly bizarre.

Google said it was still open, but it was closed. No one was inside. I drove all the way there for nothing.

Cold, dry. I live 5 minutes away and had to wait 40 minutes. Never again for me.

I've never had any problems in the past, and the food quality is always good. However, I placed an order that was never delivered. The delivery time was repeatedly delayed and eventually changed to "delivered." I then made several attempts to call the branch, but kept getting voicemail. Afterward, they ignored my multiple attempts to get a refund. I'm incredibly surprised at how actively they seem to be trying to avoid/ignore my complaint. It's now been two months of back-and-forths with the head office's customer service department, who have made several unsuccessful attempts to get this franchisee to address the complaint. To date, nothing has happened; they're just crooked practices under the guise of a franchise. This is an unreliable and inaccessible branch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Ordered on the webshop and added a note to not add cheese on the pizza since the option of editing ingredients wasn’t available after clicking through a promo code screen. Pizza got delivered late and with cheese that aren’t edible since lactose intolerance as mentioned on the note by check out. After calling directly after order received I wasn’t allowed to be heard and got hung up. Calling a second time led to been told is was my mistake and that there was no effort going to be made to make it right because it’s ’rush hour’. By asking how long it would take to have the pizza here then after rush hour I was told to wait up to 4hours?? Or I could just order a new pizza. Which makes no sense since that would take the same time? So if I’d order a pizza at New York pizza at rush hour I should expect at least a 2 hour wait for food to be delivered (Hoping it’s what I order?) to say I’m furious is the least. Last time ever ordering from these teenagers with no customer service or respect.

The pizzas were delivered after an hour and a half, with no apology or anything, except when I called. My tip is for the delivery driver, but I wouldn't give them a reason to wait so long. The pizzas were ordered with a crusty base, but they were soft. The garlic crust was also missing. This is definitely not recommended.

Terrible service. Rude on the phone, and then they won't answer unless I call anonymously. I'll pick up my €10 later (I ordered wine, but they don't do that here).

I ordered and paid for two pizzas at the checkout. Almost immediately, I wanted to change my order, which was still possible. I then placed a new order and paid again. My first order was supposed to be canceled and I would get my money back. Three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received anything. Fati is supposedly in charge of this, but he almost never responds. The customer service desk on their website also does nothing but forward my messages.

Pizza was in a wet box and cold,took also a very long time and also delivery guy didn't had with him to pay with pin. So just he went back.

Probably the worst customer service ever.

This place is weird but surprising good food. Most places around were closed, and this was the only option. The kitchen is just out in the open and can't be sanitary. The workers were definitely a little high and were not very diligent. But with this kind of place, it just matters if the food tastes fine and it does the job.

I didn't receive it, I ordered two. It's not normal to lie that you called and I didn't want it! You make good pizzas, but the delivery guy leaves a lot to be desired. Now we just have to wait and see if we get our money back...

Food: I always liked this pizza. The dough is tasty and the cheese pizza is good. Service: There was something wrong with my UberEats so I had to pick up my order. The lady working at the counter was helpful and apologetic. She even offered me a free drink to compensate. It was a good service.

Got pizza with only tomato sauce

I always order here with satisfaction and the service is top notch. Today something was accidentally forgotten with my order. When I indicated by telephone that it could be delivered next time, they immediately sent a delivery person to deliver it. Really nice and attentive service! Nice employee on the phone and sweet delivery person.

Rude staff, shouts on the phone, is rude and also lies. Waited two hours, called several times with the guy lying that it’s on the way. Then I said I want to cancel and refund because it was late already, but I never got a refund. This has happened TWICE, these people are stealing money. Don’t waste your time here. I also have had raw dough and stomach issues from them, they claim the dough can’t be raw, yet it happened several times.

Food is mediocre, service is sub par and so is the atmosphere. Prices are normal, but abnormal for the quality.

Very bad service. For the 3rd time when I walked in I was told that the business is closed, while opening hours are until 00:00. While they do help other people in the meantime. Very arrogant staff who don't even bother to keep the business running. I'm surprised they haven't closed yet. I'll never come here again.

Delivery said they came 1 time in the house but cannot reach me, so they called me and told me to wait in front door as they will soon coming back. Waited about an hour and no one came. I called them and they said they have made the delivery to my place 3 times, while I have been standing and waiting all the time. The address I put in is correct as I have been ordering from this place for years. After asking for cancelling the order they still does not allow me for refund. This is how they treat a long time customer :)

A couple of months ago I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd to New York pizza, I was staying at the holiday inn express hotel in Rotterdam, and I placed the order which came to me without the drink I ordered and the pizza I ordered a caprese and they brought me a margarita, they did the whole order wrong and the delivery man who came I told him to tell his boss who did nothing and the delivery man just flirt with me via WhatsApp (he spoke to me on WhatsApp because he said he had been lost) horrible service, the delivery man was harassing me for days, I even had to block it, it was called Aziz (or at least that's the name that puts WhatsApp to me as default for that number)

Disappointed. They get confused about pizza; I ordered a caprese, I get a margarita (6 euros cheaper)...; and they don't bring me the Heineken 0.0... They don't speak English and it's difficult to communicate, we're on WhatsApp trying to get the problem solved. When they do we will change the score, we want the money back. A month later, they never gave us our money back and on top of that we had to block the delivery man because he was heavy...

Altijd ontzettend goed belegde pizza's bezorgd binnen het half uur! Lekkerste die er zijn en ook nog zeer betaalbaar. Als er van het Garlic Bread een grote pizza was, zou ik die bestellen. De verschillende chicken bites zijn overigens ook erg lekker.

Vanavond een VEGAN tuna melt besteld. Bij aankomst bleek dit een tuna melt met normale kaas te zijn. Ik met het filiaal gebeld, de zogenaamde 'manager' gesproken. Ik werd kortaf verteld dat op de VEGAN tuna melt normale kaas hoort. Toen aangegeven dat ik op de site heb gevonden dat er VEGAN kaas op moet. De filiaalmanager zei dat in het systeem stond dat er normale kaas op moest en het mijn probleem was. Ik uitgelegd dat er 1 iemand niet kon eten omdat diegene vegan eet. Toen gevraagd of er geen nieuwe pizza opgestuurd kon worden omdat er een fout is gemaakt door NYP zelf. Er werd mij simpelweg gezegd: als je betaalt krijg je een nieuwe, of je hebt pech. Enorm onbeschoft, 1 iemand heeft geen eten gehad. Ik zou iedereen afraden hier te bestellen. Na het klachtenformulier ingevuld te hebben de bedrijfsmanager gesproken, die heeft excuses aangeboden, en ik mag 2 nieuwe gratis pizza's bestellen.

Als je in een pizzeria gaat zitten eten ben je nog goedkoper uit. De bezorging was weliswaar netjes en de pizza's waren nog warm.

I've ordered from here several times. On the occasions that I have collected, the lads in the store have been fantastic, always helpful. I think people should remember that this is a very busy pizzeria and they are not waiters. Times that I have asked for delivery, it's always been fast, and the delivery driver has been very kind. Pizza is always spot on, not too greesy, and a better price than dominos or papa johns. I used to work at dominos and I can tell you that this is a good pizza place.

Afgelopen keer bij New York Pizza besteld. Helaas was er iets verkeerd gegaan, maar dit kan uiteraard gebeuren. De manier hoe je omgaat met een foutieve bestelling zegt wat over de service van de vestiging. Ze hebben meegedacht in de oplossing en mij een nieuwe pizza aangeboden. Jammer dat ze niet overal in Rotterdam kunnen bezorgen, maar anders zou ik altijd bij de Schieweg bestellen. Beste New York Pizza vestiging van Rotterdam!

Personeel is erg klantgericht. Door een fout van mij stond mijn bestelling bij een verkeerde vestiging. Ondanks dat dit door mezelf kwam werd mij gratis drinken aangeboden en zelfs een Ben&Jerry's voor tijdens het wachten. De pizza was lekker.

Aardige, vriendelijke heren, leuke service. In het filiaal gegeten, dat is wat klein. Je zit aan een soort brede vensterbank met drie barkrukken. De pizza, het knoflookbrood en de kip smaakte erg goed.
