Waiting 2 hours for a pizza. I live less than a kilometer from this place.

I wanted to redeem a discount voucher for a free second pizza; I was immediately told that the voucher was no longer valid, but when I said that there was no date on it, he reluctantly accepted the voucher. When paying, no amount was mentioned, but he assumed the discount applied. But it didn't!!! I immediately pointed this out, had the bill thrown at me, and heard in a despicable tone, "Here is your voucher." It stated 50% off a second pizza. "That's not the same," I said angrily, but according to that man, it is. I could kiss my money goodbye, despite canceling an order that hadn't even been started yet.

Ordered at 5:30 PM and indicated I wanted the pizza delivered an hour later. It was eventually delivered at 7:15 PM; the excuse was that we were with the courier on the second order, but the pizzas had cooled down considerably. Pay better attention when bundling orders!

I was so nervous ordering here based on all the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the result! The pizza was done so fast that I had barely put on my shoes after ordering that it was ready to be picked up. It was nice and hot too when we arrived and still looked fresh, so it wasn't premade hours beforehand. The man who gave us our order was quite rude which was a little off-putting, but nonetheless he gave us the correct pizza we ordered. When we got home to eat, it was still nice and hot, and it tasted pretty great for my American pizza palette. We will certainly be ordering from this place when we are in the mood for pizza take-away. Bonus: we ordered online and got free garlic bread, so I recommend checking out the deals there!

I did not receive my order because there were no delivery drivers. When I called to cancel the order, they said I had to do it myself or come to the restaurant to pick it up. The employee was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful.

The manager is not customer-friendly or customer-oriented. I asked him how long it would take for my order, and he immediately got angry and said, "You just ordered and you're asking me too many things right away." He started arguing with me and tried to kick me out of the store.

Ordered again after 10 months to give it a chance and I'll be honest, I take my words back! The pizza is good, I set the delivery time myself, much better than ASAP, so I'll be honest, I understand that it's sometimes bad, but yeah, the person never knows what happens in the kitchen, so - APPROVAL

The pizzas are very sparsely topped (you are looking at the bare base)!

Super bad, had to wait 1.5 hours. The gentleman was very rude on the phone when I asked where the food was, saying I should cancel it or... Finally, the food arrived an hour later, and all my pizzas were cold for €36. I think it's outrageous.

We order from here about three times a year. I try to avoid it because there's always hassle with the order. When I ordered, it said the pizza would be delivered in about 50 minutes. After 70 minutes, and after the app had notified me that the order had been completed (after it had said it was on its way), I called to check if everything was okay. They're impatient on the phone and always say the same thing: "It's on its way." Almost half an hour later, we finally received our lukewarm pizzas.

They always 'forget' the garlic oil. The pizza is inedible because of that. Better to order from somewhere else.

We order here 2-3 times a year. Today we ordered pizzas with the buy-one-get-one-free offer, so we paid €18.50 for two 30cm pizzas. The pizza was good, but they're really frugal with the meat. If I'd paid €18.50 for one pizza (no special offer), they would have gotten a maximum of 2 stars. The taste was good, but sorry, this isn't worth €18.50 for one pizza with so little meat.

If you order from here, you risk getting scammed. I ordered food online, and five minutes after placing my order, they called to say they couldn't deliver it that day. I ordered a simple small BBQ mixed grill pizza, but it didn't have any sauce on it, so I called right away. We happened upon a meal here, and we got two pizzas and some garlic bread. They were actually quite good, made to order, and the staff was friendly. The pizzas weren't anything special, but they weren't bad either.

I haven't ordered from here in a long time because there were always problems with on-time delivery. I tried again today, but it was a disaster again. I ordered three pizzas that were supposed to be delivered at 5:00 PM. It was after 6:30 before they arrived, over an hour and a half late. And on top of that, they made the pizzas wrong. They'll never see me again.

Twice I have had issues with this franchise. They always deliver missing items or items that have been eaten. Terrible experience. Not worth it.

It's the dough? No, it's the service! Because there isn't one. Unbelievable, how does NYP manage to deliver the wrong pizza quattro formaggi ordered around 9:00 PM only after almost 1.5 hours of waiting? So well after peak hours, you get a sparsely topped teriyaki chicken pizza (!!!), and it's still lukewarm even though I live ± 400 meters away as the crow flies. What to do? Due to the absurdly long waiting time, they are now closed. And because of the sickly sweet teriyaki, this pizza cannot be saved with black olives, artichoke, coppa di parma, etc. that were intended to decorate the quatro fromagi. I decide to do something that no sensible Italian would do under penalty of a coup de grâce: I take up the challenge and take a few bites... Downright nasty sweet! Nothing, absolutely nothing reminds you of an Italian pizza... I should have known better: of the 32 pizzas, only 4 are Italian. The rest contains pineapple, shawarma, döner, garlic sauce, BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar, you name it. Everything that doesn't belong on a pizza. And yes, just like at McDonalds, the product photos here are also misleadingly much more beautiful than the delivered product. This case does not deserve to exist here in Weesp. You can sell these kinds of frills and fake pizzas on Leidseplein to unsuspecting tourists. That doesn't work here in the long term. I? I am a warned person...

I just ordered a pizza at 19:05 and it arrived at 20:53...Workers are unprofessional and lacking intelligence.Drivers are unable to find a simple adress on gps nor they know how to speak english...And manager on phone with me was shouting and insulting when i told him that im waiting 2hours and that he has my adress on receipt that how is it possible to not find it?In small village where restourant is located??? Pizza was cold and terrible this is shizza not pizza.I strongly advise anyone with taste in their mouth to NEVER order from this place!I would rather starve for days than eat this even if it was free...

Ideal pizzeria for people who want to lose weight. Unfortunately less suitable for people who want to eat. One of my children wanted to eat pizza with a visiting friend. Ordered via home delivery, but the order was canceled after an hour. If it is too busy, turn off the ordering option.

In general, we really like pizza from NYP pizza, but we will not order from the Weesp location again. Rude behavior by employees on the phone when they made a mistake for the umpteenth time, or at the door when delivering, left such a bad taste several times that we were done with it.

Ordered a pizza, lava cake, cookie and bread at 5:55 PM. It took 2 hours! I called at 7:00 PM and the gentleman said it would arrive shortly. Well, not yet at 7:46 PM! Called and Mr. was not happy the day we called again... Final score 7:55 PM delivered, frozen cookie. Lava cake broken and pizza as thin as paper!!

Ordered tonight from New York Pizza in Weesp: 3 pizzas in total, delivered quickly. However, my pizza, a Double Tasty, (Two flavors, one pizza: half Brooklyn Style, half Chicken Parmesan) had 1 wrong type. Just called, no discussion or fuss, just a friendly, understanding gentleman on the line, and the new Chicken Parmesan pizza was delivered before I had finished the first half. Perfect, especially fast and friendly service! Thank you, keep it that way!

Tonight I ordered a double pepperoni pizza with extra salami, which I also paid extra for. Then you get a pizza with five slices of sausage...

I ordered 2 pizzas... Delivery time was 6:35 PM. The delivery only arrives after calling 3 times at 8:10 PM. I also gave a tip. First but certainly the last that I order from this ''restaurant''... Definitely not recommended.

When the food is delivered it is great. However, it has happened a few times now that they deliver much later (read two hours) than agreed. My UberEATS order was also rudely canceled for no reason. I find that very bizarre, so call me for example.

Desserts not included, pizzas were ice cold, when I contacted them by telephone I was told that they came out of the oven warm but that it was cold outside🙄

It's that you can't give 0 stars.. Placed an order for 3 pizzas at 5:00 PM. It would take an hour. It's almost 7:00 PM and still no pizza 🍕... Kids are whining and have already finished watching the movie we rented for fun while having pizza... They'll just eat a sandwich later because they have to go to bed... thanks New York pizza. Nice pizza in front of the cinema, missed a movie, waited a long time for lukewarm pizzas. Order placed via Weesp branch. We also placed an order the week before, the system quickly indicates that the pizzas are in the oven. Then the status of the delivery person is on his way, the branch is 5-6 minutes from our house. The system then indicates that the pizzas have already been delivered, so you start to doubt whether they have been delivered incorrectly. The actual delivery the week before was 1/2 hour later than the system indicated. After ordering, the last order was also given the normal status in the oven, then the delivery person was on his way and the Pizzas would be here at 7:30 PM, the system now also indicates that the delivery had already taken place. At 8:10 PM, no Pizzas yet, so we call and are told that the delivery person will be there within 5 minutes. The Pizzas are only here at 8:22 PM (almost 1 hour later than the system says the Pizzas have been delivered and 1 3/4 hours from ordering to eating!), these Pizzas are lukewarm, so a complete disappointment. In addition, of the 6 pizzas ordered, 2 of which are the same Pulled chicken pizza, these are completely different, one is normally topped with a brown BBQ sauce and one with little topping and no brown sauce or garlic edge. Isn't it strange that the 2 people who order the same Pulled Chicken Pizza get completely different pizzas. No response from Weesp to the complaint, head office says the Franchise will contact you, but then it remains silent. Now ordered from someone else, Pizzeria Pronto Kortenhoef. They arrive on time and the pizzas are much better. Entrepreneur Weesp take a customer service course! The other reviews clearly indicate that there is some room for improvement here.

Pizzas are often delivered late and therefore lukewarm/cold. No sympathetic complaints handling if you complain about it.

(Veganistische) pizza was prima maar de medewerker die de bestelling opnam - en ook de baas leek gezien zijn geroep naar collega's tijdens voornoemd proces - was niet al te vriendelijk. Misschien een zware dag maar het hing toch enigszins als een schaduw over het nuttigen op het verder zonnige bankje. Ook een beetje medelijden met de medewerkers.

De pizza's waren 20 minuten eerder dan verwachte bezorgtijd. En waren super heet bij aankomst. Dit vind ik echt een dikke 10 waard. Ga zo door! Aanrader.

Ik had een pizza gekocht voor € 5.50 en ik gaf de BAAS AMIR € 7.00. Die meneer gaf mij € 1.30 terug. Dit is maar € 0.20 euro als je erover denkt. Maar dit gebeurd ook bij de werkers. Ze pakken hun geld af. Een paar onbekende mensen zeggen dat de BAAS AMIR vaker mensen oplicht alleen dat ze te bang zijn om er over te praten. Ook zien ze dat de BAAS AMIR vaak denkt dat niemand het door heeft terwijl ze het juist daardoor beter zien. De pizza is wel heel erg lekker.

Pizza war sehr lecker, aber auch sehr fettig und die Wartezeit vor Ort war leider ziemlich lang.

The pizza is kind of greasy, besides that very tasteful.

De pizza's zijn top, vooral custom pizza's zijn echt nice. Alleen met afhalen zijn ze standaard te laat klaar, zit je alsnog te wachten voor minstens 15 min, terwijl ik dan wel die tijd had gekozen om af te halen. Verder zijn de poffertjes overheerlijk, maar de kippenpootjes zijn meestal niet echt geweldig op een enkel stuk na, die smaken dan ook echt fantastisch.

Pizzas besteld om 18:15, en de bezorger stond om 18:30 al aan de deur. De pizzas waren lekker vers, en de prijs was prima dankzij een aanbieding. Misschien moeten die klagers niet allemaal op precies hetzelfde moment bestellen. Zo'n Pizza tent kan niet 20 ovens en 20 bezorgjongens neerzetten omdat jullie sukkels allemaal tegelijk om 20:00 gaan bestellen.

Lekkere pizzas! En had 1x te late bezorging, maar keurig opgelost. Dus aanrader!

Niet wat ik ervan verwacht heb in vergelijking met de smaak van New York pizza's. Eerste keer veel te lang moeten wachten op bezorgen. Tweede keer nog langer moeten wachten op 2 pizza's, omdat bestellingen die na mij telefonisch binnen kwamen, voorrang leken te krijgen. Niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar.

40 minuten wachten op je pizza. Het lijkt erop dat de bezorging voorrang krijgt.
