New York Pizza in Buikslotermeer

After 45 minutes of waiting they told me I have to wait another 45 minutes. It's below any criticism. Hire more people. Invest in the people or do something to provide at least decent quality. Pity.

The order arrived quite quickly. It took 30 minutes. It was just too greasy! Too bad I can't post a picture, but the cardboard boxes were soaked in oil! I've never experienced this with pizzas before.

They have no respect for their customers. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 Coca-Cola, which was missing. I called them and they said the missing item was going to be delivered soon. I waited... But they were already closing and that's it. No call, no nothing. Just another frustrated customer and they don't care. I had to open a case directly with Uber Eats but it wasn't solved yet. Please avoid this place.

Waited 1.5 hours for delivery, I tried calling twice for an update and no one picked up. Then they called me and asked if I can come pick up the order because delivery was way too busy. The pizzas were with the wrong ingredients and the chicken we got as a side was RAW.

I placed an order an hour ago, and as you can see from the attached screenshot taken a few minutes ago, there is no estimated arrival time for delivery, nor does it indicate that the order is being prepared. I contacted the food provider, Just Eat, and they advised me to reach out to the restaurant directly. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Dutch phone number, so making that call would incur high charges. When I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that they didn’t have the ingredients for the pizza and the sides. I asked them why they didn't just cancel my order, and they responded by asking if I wanted to order something else. I declined, stating that since they didn’t have what I needed, I just wanted a refund. They then told me that, unfortunately, they could not process a refund. I find it frustrating that canceling an order seems to be so difficult, especially when they can see the order details.

The pizzas arrived 30 minutes late, were cold, and incredibly hard—inedible! I was really disappointed and will never order from them again.

We tried ordering 2 pizzas after we had a terrible experience last time(waited for 2 hours or so and got burnt pizzas). This time they were cold and dry and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, sigh.

I was worried when I saw the negative reviews after ordering. But luckily, my pizzas arrived on time (45 minutes), they were delicious and prepared with care, and the employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful (I called to check on gluten-free).

Yesterday our vegetarian babysitter ordered 2 pizzas and something with cheese on the side. 2 hours later than planned 2 completely different pizzas arrived even with unsolicited jalapenos on top and with a box of fried chicken. The first time calling was disconnected. The second time calling they said it was the fault of the delivery person and later in the conversation it turned out that the mozzarella and tomato were gone hence a different pizza variant. Seriously? Not worth a star.

We waited for almost 2 hours for junk. They answer the phone when it is almost closing time with a reassuring response to still deliver junk. Super hard, burnt and full of oil. With a delivery person who walks around as if this is his company. Late and nonchalant. It has never happened before at New York Pizza that 3 out of 5 dishes could not be made due to missing ingredients. We drove to the branch in IJburg, where everything was perfect.

You should never order here. After ordering a pizza, I receive a call after half an hour that the spinach is gone and that they had already baked it. If they had to make it again with a different topping I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. In consultation I would receive an extra spa red. When my pizza arrived I had not received extra spa red. No garlic oil on the edge. The pizza was not tasty, while this is normally my favorite at the other branches. It would also have garlic on it. It was nowhere to be seen and hardly any red onion. After the call that my pizza was supposedly ready, I waited another 40 minutes for my pizza. Never this again.

I ordered a bitterbal pizza from newyork pizza Buikslotermeerplein. There were hardly any bitterballs on it. I made TikTok, head office told me they would do something with it, I received a code for a new one, the code doesn't work. Then a week later I order another bitterbal pizza which I pay for again, the delivery person arrives, another bad pizza, so I send it back, I get a big mouth, but I would get a new one, I call after 40 minutes because it doesn't come, I hear "yes ma'am, he is not coming anymore, you have to call our manager tomorrow" so I have now paid, no pizza, a hungry child... Really ridiculous!

Terrible service, shop run by kids, always late, always forgetting things and rude. And if they don't have something you ordered, they won't even make it right.

I ordered a pizza today January 8, 2025 from New York pizza and there was a hair on my pizza. It was stated that they could not accommodate us or offer compensation. I'm pregnant and I could contract all kinds of things and become very ill, which of course I don't want! I will definitely file a complaint with the food safety authority as this establishment is run very amateurishly by unprofessional young people. There have already been several times when people have acted unprofessionally, I will spare the rest ;)

I ordered 2 pizzas, but after 1.5 hours I had not heard anything. So I decided to call the store. I was told that the delivery person was already on his way. An hour later I called again because still nothing had been delivered. Then I was told that the delivery person could not find my address. Ultimately I was offered to deliver the pizza, but it would arrive cold. I don't know who runs this branch, but I would definitely recommend New York Pizza to think about a reorganization.

Order arrived 90 minutes late. And then a completely wrong order. On the phone someone said the manager was speaking. Asked his name. Refused to do that. Wasn't true. Am I then bothered by an aggressive guest who shouts 'open the door' who was coming to pick up pizzas??? Not that nasty cold pizza of mine that's in the trash. When I ask him his name, the operator refuses to say it. A lawsuit. You don't intimidate a girl while delivering the wrong order 90 minutes late. What a collection of uneducated, incompetent, brutal pre-vocational secondary education boys.

A few days ago I ordered the new pizza promotion “loaded pepperoni” and could then count on one hand how many pepperoni I had on my pizza. Now I call and am told it is the same as double pepperoni! That's not it at all! When you, as a pizza baker, have made a mistake and then try to justify it! They only do shit there!

I recently ordered a pizza here with my girlfriend at the location itself... you were not even greeted or looked at, what are you doing... then you see the staff going outside with Jonko... with your blow hands are you going to make pizza again? Waited almost an hour for my pizza... while I constantly saw pizzas almost flickering off the conveyor belt... staff turned it into a Bijlmer New York pizza place... blowing swear words... making pizzas with your dirty jonko hands again? This place is a big joke.

Do not order here! I've been waiting for an hour and a half now and the status of my pizza is still that nothing has happened to it. I called the store and they said they had a shortage of employees, both pizza makers and delivery drivers. To be honest, I don't care. If you indicate that my pizza should arrive within 45 minutes, then you have to deliver on that. Fix your problems. This store used to be very good, but over time it is getting worse and worse. They are always 45 minutes late. Even if you order in the morning before the evening, they will still arrive too late. Been through it 3 times now. No more New York pizza for me.

6:56 PM marked as delivered, 7:01 PM called to ask where the pizza is because it has not yet been received, response that the delivery person has just left. The pizza is only delivered at 7:16 PM even though I live 1 minute away.

Enough, I'm fed up! This time it's too much, they delivered me a pepperoni pizza but without the mozzarella!!! It's the third time they've gotten my pizza wrong: they made it smaller in diameter, they got the wrong flavor and now this! There is no care for the customer and there is no attention in anything, I will not order from them again.

Badly topped pizzas, hardly any cheese. You are mainly eating bread. Ingredients missing from the pizza. Cinnamon bread seemed as hard as a plank. Not to eat. Stay far away from this bad establishment.

1. There was no table with the pizza even though it is a 40cm. 2. There was no parsley on the Buffalo chicken. 3. The pizza was very chewy. 4. The pizza is cut into 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces even though it is 40cm.

For a 50/50 pizza it was a pretty creative 50/50 with a slightly less 50/50 feel. Fortunately, the juice from the pineapple pieces had not seeped into the pineapple-less part and the stray pineapple pieces could still be flicked away with your finger. The 50/50 pizza that appeared on TV on Family Guy certainly looked tastier than this disillusionment. Fortunately, I have largely won the cheesebreading battle. All in all, it looked like pizza, so that deserves an extra star.

The pizza is ok but deliveries are awful specially in weekends and public holidays (takes more than one hour, one time 1:20 mins!!). The customer service is not very helpful too and keep saying that it's a busy day!

I was always sceptical about this pizza chain, but the Italian style pizza is consistently good! Also reliably gluten free options.

Vanavond besteld via Uber. Bezorging verliep goed netjes op tijd binnen gehad. Wel enorm teleurgesteld om de pizza’s. We hadden een 4 kazen pizza en een margertiha. Er zat nauwelijks kaas op veel tomaten saus super droog. Deeg was overigens wel lekker maar best dik. De twee sterren zijn dan ook voor de bezorging en het deeg.

Echt een top zaak met vriendelijk personeel (de eigenaar Nick is echt een gezellige gast), pizza smaakt lekker en goed belegd. Tot snel!

Bestelling geplaatst via thuisbezorgd, kreeg toen de melding dat ik c.a. 55 minuten op mijn pizza moest wachten. Ik had enige haast en besloot te bellen. Aan de telefoon sprak ik Nick, hij zei tot mijn tevredenheid dat hij hem binnen een half uur zou kunnen bezorgen. Echter viel mijn mond open toen mijn pizza er al binnen een kleine 12 minuten was! Top geregeld Nick, bedankt!
