Never visit this pizzeria! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The service is terrible, orders arrive way too late, and often you get something you didn't order at all. What you receive does not match your order. The organization is poor, and it seems like no one checks what is sent to the customers. I will never order here again and absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

The food wasn't good, you have to mention offers yourself otherwise you pay top dollar, and my phone number is used for advertising and other purposes.

The best pizza place ever! For us, it's even better than Papa Johns. Even the dough itself tastes great, which is a rare thing. The toppings are also delicious, I was absolutely blown away by a Pepperoni Hot Honey pizza, the slightly spicy hot honey on top is really an awesome idea. The pepperoni are perfectly crispy, the cheese is wonderfully melted. You can even see how your pizza is freshly prepared, while you're waiting to pick it up, which is incredibly fast, by the way, we never waited for more than 10 minutes. Our huge thanks to all the hard-working staff at this branch! We wish them lots of success! We want a New York Pizza branch in Munich too, we would be regulars for sure!:)

There's always something wrong at New York Pizza Buikslotermeerplein. I've often had problems with my order. I hope you go bankrupt so I can order from the well-known New York Pizza Dotterbloemstraat again via Thuisbezorgd. Because of you, it doesn't accept my address there anymore.

New York Pizza Buikslotermeerplein. Received a wrongly made pizza; they immediately said they would make a new one and apologized. In short, the mistake was neatly corrected and resolved well.

I have been a customer for years, never had any problems until tonight. I received a cold pizza, it seemed old too, and there was no adequate response to that. No compensation, no effort made to make amends for my bad experience. So unfortunately, a good reputation spanning years is going down the drain. I went to return the cold pizza in person, because sometimes I wish I could see the person who speaks to me so poorly in person. Disappointing!

The new employees are great, very nice, and work fast. I find these employees much better than the previous ones. I don't know exactly what has changed, but everything has simply improved: the pizzas, customer service, and waiting time.

Very bad experience. Placed an order via Thuisbezorgd, even though my location was only a few minutes away. The delivery took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Due to this extreme delay, we were forced to eat elsewhere. When the pizza finally arrived, we no longer felt like it. Unacceptable service and absolutely not recommended.

Disgusting, this place needs to be closed permanently; it is simply unbearable. They have their delivery drivers finish orders early so that their pace of work is on time, but no, that is definitely not the case! I waited an hour for my food; it was absolutely filthy.

Really embarrassing. After waiting 40 minutes, I called to ask if it would be faster to change delivery to pickup. "Yes, that's possible. You can pick it up in 5 minutes." Fourteen minutes later, the pizzas were ready...NOT! Three pizzas were ready, and one was forgotten. So after another fifteen minutes of waiting: three lukewarm pizzas and one warm...had to pick it up myself...after an hour and a half of waiting. Update: The complaint I had last time was resolved nicely, and the last order was perfect: on time and hot. From 1 to 3 stars!

One day we order, the pizza came immediately and was good. The other day we order the pizza never came, the shop closed and we lost 2h of vacation...if you plan to order from here you better take it from the shop, don't risk it with delivery.

After 45 minutes of waiting they told me I have to wait another 45 minutes. It's below any criticism. Hire more people. Invest in the people or do something to provide at least decent quality. Pity.

The order arrived quite quickly. It took 30 minutes. It was just too greasy! Too bad I can't post a picture, but the cardboard boxes were soaked in oil! I've never experienced this with pizzas before.

They have no respect for their customers. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 Coca-Cola, which was missing. I called them and they said the missing item was going to be delivered soon. I waited... I placed an order an hour ago, and as you can see from the attached screenshot taken a few minutes ago, there is no estimated arrival time for delivery, nor does it indicate that the order is being prepared. I contacted the food provider, Just Eat, and they advised me to reach out to the restaurant directly. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Dutch phone number, so making that call would incur high charges. When I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that they didn’t have the ingredients for the pizza and the sides. I asked them why they didn't just cancel my order, and they responded by asking if I wanted to order something else. I declined, stating that since they didn’t have what I needed, I just wanted a refund. They then told me that, unfortunately, they could not process a refund. I find it frustrating that canceling an order seems to be so difficult, especially when they can see the order details.

I was worried when I saw the negative reviews after ordering. But luckily, my pizzas arrived on time (45 minutes), they were delicious and prepared with care, and the employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful (I called to check on gluten-free).

Yesterday our vegetarian babysitter ordered 2 pizzas and something with cheese on the side. 2 hours later than planned 2 completely different pizzas arrived even with unsolicited jalapenos on top and with a box of fried chicken. The first time calling was disconnected. The second time calling they said it was the fault of the delivery person and later in the conversation it turned out that the mozzarella and tomato were gone hence a different pizza variant. Seriously? Not worth a star.

It has never happened before at New York Pizza that 3 out of 5 dishes could not be made due to missing ingredients. We drove to the branch in IJburg, where everything was perfect.

You should never order here. After ordering a pizza, I receive a call after half an hour that the spinach is gone and that they had already baked it. If they had to make it again with a different topping I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. In consultation I would receive an extra spa red. When my pizza arrived I had not received extra spa red. No garlic oil on the edge. The pizza was not tasty, while this is normally my favorite at the other branches. It would also have garlic on it. It was nowhere to be seen and hardly any red onion. After the call that my pizza was supposedly ready, I waited another 40 minutes for my pizza. Never this again.

I ordered a bitterbal pizza from newyork pizza Buikslotermeerplein. There were hardly any bitterballs on it. I made TikTok, head office told me they would do something with it, I received a code for a new one, the code doesn't work. Then a week later I order another bitterbal pizza which I pay for again, the delivery person arrives, another bad pizza, so I send it back, I get a big mouth, but I would get a new one, I call after 40 minutes because it doesn't come, I hear "yes ma'am, he is not coming anymore, you have to call our manager tomorrow" so I have now paid, no pizza, a hungry child... Really ridiculous!

I ordered a pizza today January 8, 2025 from New York pizza and there was a hair on my pizza. It was stated that they could not accommodate us or offer compensation. I'm pregnant and I could contract all kinds of things and become very ill, which of course I don't want! I will definitely file a complaint with the food safety authority as this establishment is run very amateurishly by unprofessional young people. There have already been several times when people have acted unprofessionally, I will spare the rest ;)

A few days ago I ordered the new pizza promotion “loaded pepperoni” and could then count on one hand how many pepperoni I had on my pizza. Now I call and am told it is the same as double pepperoni! I called the store and they said they had a shortage of employees, both pizza makers and delivery drivers. To be honest, I don't care. 6:56 PM marked as delivered, 7:01 PM called to ask where the pizza is because it has not yet been received, response that the delivery person has just left. The pizza is only delivered at 7:16 PM even though I live 1 minute away.

Badly topped pizzas, hardly any cheese. You are mainly eating bread. Ingredients missing from the pizza. Cinnamon bread seemed as hard as a plank. Not to eat. Stay far away from this bad establishment.

1. There was no table with the pizza even though it is a 40cm. 2. There was no parsley on the Buffalo chicken. 3. The pizza was very chewy. 4. The pizza is cut into 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces even though it is 40cm.

For a 50/50 pizza it was a pretty creative 50/50 with a slightly less 50/50 feel. Fortunately, the juice from the pineapple pieces had not seeped into the pineapple-less part and the stray pineapple pieces could still be flicked away with your finger. The 50/50 pizza that appeared on TV on Family Guy certainly looked tastier than this disillusionment. Fortunately, I have largely won the cheesebreading battle. All in all, it looked like pizza, so that deserves an extra star.

I was always sceptical about this pizza chain, but the Italian style pizza is consistently good! Also reliably gluten free options.

Vanavond besteld via Uber. Bezorging verliep goed netjes op tijd binnen gehad. Wel enorm teleurgesteld om de pizza’s. We hadden een 4 kazen pizza en een margertiha. Er zat nauwelijks kaas op veel tomaten saus super droog. Deeg was overigens wel lekker maar best dik. De twee sterren zijn dan ook voor de bezorging en het deeg.

Echt een top zaak met vriendelijk personeel (de eigenaar Nick is echt een gezellige gast), pizza smaakt lekker en goed belegd. Tot snel!
