Order placed. After 1.5 hours I started calling. “Delivery person is going out now.” Half an hour later still no delivery person at the door. Do they come crawling? Finally received pizza. It was inedible and looked just as bad as most reviews describe. Fancy pizza? I recommend the frozen pizza from the AH.

I ordered a pizza today January 8, 2025 from New York pizza and there was a hair on my pizza. It was stated that they could not accommodate us or offer compensation. I'm pregnant and I could contract all kinds of things and become very ill, which of course I don't want! I will definitely file a complaint with the food safety authority as this establishment is run very amateurishly by unprofessional young people. There have already been several times when people have acted unprofessionally, I will spare the rest ;)

I ordered 2 pizzas, but after 1.5 hours I had not heard anything. So I decided to call the store. I was told that the delivery person was already on his way. An hour later I called again because still nothing had been delivered. Then I was told that the delivery person could not find my address. Ultimately I was offered to deliver the pizza, but it would arrive cold. I don't know who runs this branch, but I would definitely recommend New York Pizza to think about a reorganization.

My order was delivered very quickly and the delivery person was also very friendly. I will definitely order here more often!

I ordered pizza caprese/buffalo chicken and another pizza. I didn't get what I want. Caprese actually still includes tomato and pesto. They didn't call me to say they didn't have any ingredients. And other pizza doesn't look good. Ridiculous! I went back to the branch, 1 boy there was so disrespectful (which I don't understand because it was their fault). Such unfriendly people there! Bunch of boys who stop that boy from acting tough against a girl as if he wanted to fight. And most boys shout loudly “hoopla” “hoopla”. Really didn't look like working in a store and what it looks like to a customer. And still dare to ask “what do you want now?” VERY UGLY HOW YOU DELIVER PIZZA'S LIKE THIS AND HOW YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE!

order 70 minutes late. Called 5 times, lied to me 5 times. is a 10-minute walk from my house. Wrong order delivered again. cold. I don't have to. I was then harassed by an aggressive employee who came to pick up an order because I had supposedly received too much. do bold bold walking. couldn't be worse

After 2 hours waiting and three phone calls, we decided to cancel the order. The manager is so incapable and kept on giving false information. After 1.5 hours, they marked the pizza as delivered. Well, I did find the pizza outside of our building.

Order arrived 90 minutes late. And then a completely wrong order. On the phone someone said the manager was speaking. Asked his name. Refused to do that. Wasn't true. Am I then bothered by an aggressive guest who shouts 'open the door' who was coming to pick up pizzas??? Not that nasty cold pizza of mine that's in the trash. When I ask him his name, the operator refuses to say it. A lawsuit. You don't intimidate a girl while delivering the wrong order 90 minutes late. What a collection of uneducated, incompetent, brutal pre-vocational secondary education boys.

Takes a very long time, my order took 2 hours in total. Only after 1.5 hours was my pizza made. They can't cut pizza either, I give pizza itself a 4 out of 10. Next time I'll spend my money on the competitor.

Cada vez que pides en Buikslotermeerplein. Pasa mucho tiempo después de la hora que dicen y dicen que se entrega, pero 10 minutos después que todavía no hay pizza. O la mitad de los ingredientes no están en la pizza. Deberían cerrar este porque casi siempre es terrible.

Waited 2,5 hours for pizza, called them after 1,5 hours. When they picked up? The guys were joking around and none of them wanted to answer the phone. When the one guy finally answered me they told me the driver was on his way. Which took over an hour which is BS. When finally arrived the order was mixed up. Didn’t have the energy to call again. Never ordering here again. I recommend the location on Dotterbloemstraat. Much better!

A few days ago I ordered the new pizza promotion “loaded pepperoni” and could then count on one hand how many pepperoni I had on my pizza. Now I call and am told it is the same as double pepperoni! That's not it at all! When you, as a pizza baker, have made a mistake and then try to justify it! They only do shit there!

What is this dude? Only bad reviews... I've been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours!! Called but didn't help. The whole pizza doesn't really interest me anymore. Never again. Be warned.

I recently ordered a pizza here with my girlfriend at the location itself... you were not even greeted or looked at, what are you doing... then you see the staff going outside with Jonko... with your blow hands are you going to make pizza again? Waited almost an hour for my pizza... while I constantly saw pizzas almost flickering off the conveyor belt... staff turned it into a Bijlmer New York pizza place... blowing swear words... making pizzas with your dirty jonko hands again? This place is a big joke.

Do not order here! I've been waiting for an hour and a half now and the status of my pizza is still that nothing has happened to it. I called the store and they said they had a shortage of employees, both pizza makers and delivery drivers. To be honest, I don't care. If you indicate that my pizza should arrive within 45 minutes, then you have to deliver on that. Fix your problems. This store used to be very good, but over time it is getting worse and worse. Maybe go to a competitor next time.

What a thing. I ordered at half past 10, called at a quarter to 11, the place is closed from half past 11. No message, order is not being processed, nothing. If you read the reviews, this is not news. How does a franchise employee get paid for not running a business?

They are always 45 minutes late. Even if you order in the morning before the evening, they will still arrive too late. Been through it 3 times now. No more New York pizza for me.

6:56 PM marked as delivered, 7:01 PM called to ask where the pizza is because it has not yet been received, response that the delivery person has just left. The pizza is only delivered at 7:16 PM even though I live 1 minute away.

Enough, I'm fed up! This time it's too much, they delivered me a pepperoni pizza but without the mozzarella!!! It's the third time they've gotten my pizza wrong: they made it smaller in diameter, they got the wrong flavor and now this! There is no care for the customer and there is no attention in anything, I will not order from them again.

Ordered food. After almost 45 minutes, later than promised, a delivery person arrives with an incomplete order. Goes back to get the forgotten order. After another long wait, the delivery person comes to the door with the announcement that the item ordered was no longer in stock, gives the money back for that part of the order and two cans of soft drinks. Enjoy your meal... so don't! They could have called to say that something was no longer in stock and let you order an alternative, but no, that was apparently too much effort. That was the last time I ordered something here, because the pizzas that were delivered were filling the boxes with grease.

2.5 hours after ordering, no order in sight. Not available by phone. Every time the phone is hung up. No app, text message or anything like that. We will never order from you again. Very bad service.

Badly topped pizzas, hardly any cheese. You are mainly eating bread. Ingredients missing from the pizza. Cinnamon bread seemed as hard as a plank. Not to eat. Stay far away from this bad establishment.

1. There was no table with the pizza even though it is a 40cm. 2. There was no parsley on the Buffalo chicken. 3. The pizza was very chewy. 4. The pizza is cut into 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces even though it is 40cm.

For a 50/50 pizza it was a pretty creative 50/50 with a slightly less 50/50 feel. Fortunately, the juice from the pineapple pieces had not seeped into the pineapple-less part and the stray pineapple pieces could still be flicked away with your finger. The 50/50 pizza that appeared on TV on Family Guy certainly looked tastier than this disillusionment. Fortunately, I have largely won the cheesebreading battle. All in all, it looked like pizza, so that deserves an extra star.

Liked the pizzas (with the thin crispy base). And the employees are customer friendly.

The pizza is ok but deliveries are awful specially in weekends and public holidays (takes more than one hour, one time 1:20 mins!!). The customer service is not very helpful too and keep saying that it's a busy day!

Waited 2.5 hours for dinner, cold too! The delivery person said they don't have enough couriers. Planning in the water all Friday evening. Never again!

The pizza was pretty bad. You couldn’t even hold the slices. However, 13 euros for 2 medium pizza. Can’t expect much :)

I was always sceptical about this pizza chain, but the Italian style pizza is consistently good! Also reliably gluten free options.

Vanavond besteld via Uber. Bezorging verliep goed netjes op tijd binnen gehad. Wel enorm teleurgesteld om de pizza’s. We hadden een 4 kazen pizza en een margertiha. Er zat nauwelijks kaas op veel tomaten saus super droog. Deeg was overigens wel lekker maar best dik. De twee sterren zijn dan ook voor de bezorging en het deeg.

Echt een top zaak met vriendelijk personeel (de eigenaar Nick is echt een gezellige gast), pizza smaakt lekker en goed belegd. Tot snel!

Bestelling geplaatst via thuisbezorgd, kreeg toen de melding dat ik c.a. 55 minuten op mijn pizza moest wachten. Ik had enige haast en besloot te bellen. Aan de telefoon sprak ik Nick, hij zei tot mijn tevredenheid dat hij hem binnen een half uur zou kunnen bezorgen. Echter viel mijn mond open toen mijn pizza er al binnen een kleine 12 minuten was! Top geregeld Nick, bedankt!
