They make really delicious pizzas, especially their pizza dough, it's the best I've had lately. Plus, the prices are very reasonable during sales. The portions are huge :)

I called with a normal complaint about my order, but was treated as if I were lying. The employee on the phone — who called himself “manager” — was cynical, arrogant, and completely uncustomer-oriented. No apologies, no solution, no normal response. Just an attitude as if the customer is being difficult and the complaint is being made up. Truly scandalous. A mistake in an order can happen. But subsequently dismissing customers as if they are talking nonsense is simply disrespectful and unprofessional. If this was indeed the manager, that says enough about how this branch treats customers. For me, absolutely no more New York Pizza from this branch.

Please note, the pizza arrived in very poor condition! I won't pay for a pizza like this, so please contact me and refund me!

Edit: 5 years later, I tried again and it's really good now. I acted on the bad reviews, and now the delivery is faster than the app indicates. Excellent. It all takes way too long for the pizzas to arrive. I'm therefore quickly inclined to go back to Domino's Pizza because they do deliver within the agreed-upon time. This has happened several times, and if Domino's doesn't deliver on time, there's also a compensation (a discount or something similar). In short, a bit of a shame.

Always tasty pizza. Only 1 star less because they often forget the Garlic Sauce. Other than that, they are quick to deliver, food always arrives hot and it's tasty!

Teveel tomatensaus en de kaas is ver te zoeken. Bij een 4 kazen pizza verwacht je toch wel kaas zou je zo denken maar helaas.

Op zondag weet ik dat de wachttijd langer is, maar de pizza mag niet koud aankomen. de pizza die ik bestelde was teriyaki, maar de saus smaakte niet hetzelfde als altijd. Er werd ook een salade met balsamicosaus besteld en deze kwam met pesto.

Altijd goede pizza. Veel lekkerder dan zn concurrenten.

Het was best wrl droge pizza in aktie week besteld. Was erg druk, maar druk of niet moet schoon zijn! de werkvloer zag er vies uit! lege verpakkingen gewoon op grond gooien en men schaatste over de vloer letterlijk van kruimels op de grond

De pizza was lauw ....de kortingsbonnen geldig tot 31-12-19.......

Leuk dat je kan bijhouden hoe het met de bestelling staat, maar als je dan ziet dat de bezorger onderweg is en na 30 minuten hij er nog niet is, dan weet je dat je geen verse pizza meer hebt, lekker lauw was die😡 Verder kan je de pizza shoarma geen shoarma pizza meer noemen. Vroeger deden jullie de saus apart, de laatste tijd er jammer genoeg telkens op, en die laag word steeds dikker om te verbloemen dat er amper shaorma op zit. Dusja je kan het beter een knoflook pizza noemen, dat is meer aanwezig dan het aantal shoarma stukjes Jammer, de kwaliteit van vroeger is ver te zoeken

Pizza's zijn wel ok. Maar het is echt fastfood! Dat zie je aan de pizza en dat proef je. Verbeterpunt zou de rand van de pizza zijn!! Deze is zeer breed onbelegd en veel te dik. Service was bij ons prima.

Ik kom hier niet meer.... was ooit echt lekker. Maar na 4 x op 5 een halfgare pizza afgeleverd te krijgen ga ik tegenwoordig naar de concurrent. Jammer..

Ik bestel hier regelmatig pizza en de pizza’s zelf zijn prima. Er ontbreekt echter regelmatig iets als sla op de pizza en een keer kreeg ik een volledig andere pizza dan besteld. Problemen worden dan wel weer snel opgelost. Bezorging is meestal na 30m.

Lang moeten wachten (30 minuten) Maar het was het wachten waard!!!! Gesmuld!!!!!!!! :-) :-)

Altijd prima pizza. Bij bezorgen nooit te laat.
