On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, I went here with a friend to get fries and mayo. Firstly, there was a miscommunication because the orders weren't clear. Secondly, the women working there were very rude, and it took a very long time for us to get our order. When we finally got our order and sat down to eat it, the fries were very soggy, and we had a terrible stomachache afterwards, and my friend even vomited. We think it was due to the frying fat, which looked very old, or perhaps the fries weren't fresh. We find this a real shame and will definitely not be back. PS: We didn't find the restaurant very hygienic. We noticed that the floor was very dirty, both in the kitchen and the lounge area, and the tables and chairs hadn't even been wiped down. It hasn't been as good as it used to be for a while. I used to love coming here for a sandwich, but now the women working there are really unfriendly. The service has really deteriorated, and the quality of the sandwiches has also deteriorated. It's a shame, because I used to drive out of my way for it, but it's definitely not worth it with these grumpy staff.

Normally delicious, but now there was only one guy in the entire chain who had to take care of everything. The sandwich was still half frozen. The washing stations are also not great anymore.

I ordered from there today: fries WITHOUT SALT, mayonnaise, and a special fricandel. During preparation, the cook repeatedly prioritized her phone over my order. The fries were generously sprinkled with salt because she was on her phone. After sending several messages on her phone, she took my fricandel out of the basket with her bare hands and, also with her bare hands, sprinkled the onion on it. A cell phone is one of the dirtiest objects people carry these days. I'll drive past it from now on.

3:00 PM no more sandwiches available. Ordered food via the online order screen, then they had nothing left because the ovens were already turned off..

Nice, good food, but loud inside. It is quieter outside.

Great choices, good food. It's just a shame that the taco sandwich is no longer available, it was delicious.
