This was our first visit, but we left very satisfied. My wife ordered beyti kebab, and I ordered yogurt-based Adana kebab. Both were amazing; we didn't leave a single thing on our plates :) The atmosphere is also 10/10, and the restaurant is right across from a park, making it a perfect location surrounded by nature. We also enjoyed our meal. The prices are definitely worth this amazing experience ❤️‍🔥

We chose your location to host a baby shower and reserved the high tea package. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our experience. We had to wait about an hour before the food was served. Only after we had pointed this out twice did the food finally arrive. Moreover, the böreks were cold. At the end, we wanted to clean up our decorations ourselves so as not to create extra work for the staff. While cleaning up, two balloons accidentally burst. An employee came over to us immediately and responded in a very unfriendly and strict manner, stating that we had to do this outside. We were actually trying to clean everything up ourselves out of politeness, but unfortunately, we received no understanding for this. We also wanted to take the leftover sweets home so that the food would not be wasted. Here too, we received no helpful response whatsoever. We were told: “We don’t package anything; you have to do that yourself.” Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff during our experience was very unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all. We had expected a pleasant experience for this special occasion, but both the service and the way we were treated were a huge disappointment. At no point was there any attempt to find a solution. Hospitality, friendliness, and customer satisfaction were unfortunately nowhere to be found. It is a great pity that a special day like this is overshadowed in this way. Based on our experience, we are unfortunately unable to recommend this location.

We had lunch here a while ago and it was good. So we wanted to come back. It turns out they don't open until 3:00 PM. Their own website still says from 12:00 PM. Too bad. So we paid for parking for nothing too.

We came here from Belgium yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I had discovered this restaurant on social media and it was immediately on my list to visit. Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. The rice was cold and, to be honest, not tasty either. The meat was also no longer warm and consequently went cold quickly while I was only halfway through my plate. The çoban salata is a very simple dish in itself, but unfortunately, I didn't like even that. For the prices charged here, I find the quality absolutely disproportionate. It is a real shame, because I had really high expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We sat here for a while with our family and had something to eat and drink. It was delicious! Very friendly staff. We recommend everyone go here! And we will definitely be back more often.

I can truly recommend this place to anyone who values ​​food that rivals the quality of Turkish cuisine. The staff is friendly, and another big plus is the free parking, which sets this place apart from many others in Rotterdam. As a driver, you feel completely out of luck; you have to pay 3 to 6 euros per hour to park on the street everywhere else. Rotterdam should be grateful to have you, and so should the customers. Even the government doesn't seem to care about where we can park for free when we come here and spend money, but this restaurant does. Respect! 🇹🇷❤️

We saw Instagram ads and went for dinner on Saturday night. Unfortunately, it wasn't as advertised. We ordered two lamb skewers. They served stale, sour-tasting meat on a thin slice of flatbread. There was no extra bread or anything on the plate. The portion was extremely small, never filling. Because I had a Dutch guest and it was my birthday, I reluctantly ordered a dessert. The magnolia was, and I don't remember ever having such a simple magnolia before. They brought two teas, and both saucers were full of tea. Unfortunately, we regretted going there. I would never choose this place again, nor would I recommend it.

A cozy, atmospheric place where you can enjoy a nice meal, and they also have a beautiful, spacious prayer room for praying. If they also had separate toilets, which had been modernized, then it would be fantastic.

It says everywhere that breakfast is served until 14:00. Both on the website and on the menu. We arrive after a long drive; well, we don't have breakfast. Perhaps it would be a good idea to update this on your menu and website so that people don't unnecessarily waste their time coming here.

We visited this place with my family during our trip to the Netherlands. Everything was great the first time we arrived – the service, the food, everything. So we came back a second time before our flight, but we've been waiting for service for 40 minutes. Hopefully we'll make it to our flight.

He helped us with every request and did everything he could to ensure our event proceeded as we wanted. We would also like to thank the head waiter, Furkan, for his attention, helpfulness, and hard work throughout the event. He was incredibly helpful and showed great dedication to ensure everything ran smoothly. And of course, we extend our gratitude to Chef Ali Osman, one of Bolu's finest chefs and the backbone of this restaurant, for the delicious dishes he prepared. The food was truly wonderful, and our guests loved it. We thank the entire Nirvana by Hkiki team for their tireless efforts and dedication in making everything perfect on our special day. Beautiful restaurant in a lovely location right in a park. The terrace offers a nice view of the pond, which makes the whole setting very pleasant. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. In our opinion, the outdoor area could be made a little nicer, but it is still a beautiful location overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We decided to try the pide with cheese and minced meat, which arrived really warm. The pide was delicious, and the dough was nice and fluffy. We found some of the prices, for example for the Adana kebab, a little on the expensive side. Overall, a very nice place mainly because of its beautiful location and atmosphere.

Today we visited your restaurant with our family, and unfortunately it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Despite paying a very high bill, the quality of the food was far below our expectations. The food was bland, had an unpleasant smell, and was simply not enjoyable. When customers pay such a significant amount, they expect fresh, flavorful, and high-quality food. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your food quality, hygiene standards, and overall dining experience.

Meat adanna was not fresh made. It was cold. It was like a plate of rice with some saus and cold meat. Not worth it and too pricey.

Went for lunch today at 12:30. The restaurant was practically empty. Apart from us, there was only one other customer. It's the holiday season, so that's probably normal on a Sunday. Anyway. We ordered soup, Turkish pizza, pide cheese, one portion of tapas, and four cups of tea. The lentil soup was decent. The Turkish pizza was just standard. The pide cheese was super tasty though, nice and crispy and well-filled. Only the tapas were scandalous. A thin layer spread on a plate, at most two tablespoons, for which they charge €7.50. It cost a total of €51. The tapas were totally not worth that price.

The food was exquisitely delicious, the appetizers were equally tasty, and the view was peaceful.

We went out for dinner with a couple of 4 friends. Not recommended for dinner and most of the tapas. The meat dishes are not well marinated and are not tasty; the cold tapas were disappointing, especially the hummus, which was salty and watery. It was not how it is supposed to be. The dishes do not taste the way they are supposed to, and apart from that, the portions are minimal. When you order tapas per person, everything is combined and you get minimized portions. On their own initiative, they combine 2-person dishes, and you end up with portions for 1 person. You get a tiny, measly little bowl, yet they claim it is for 2 people. It is not worth the money. When you have finished eating, they are not used to wiping down the tables with a cloth; instead, you get your dessert, tea, and the like on the dirty table. You have to ask for it yourself, and if you are lucky, they have a moment to wipe down the tables. Large teacups have been replaced by half cups with a small handle that you cannot even hold properly. For a skinny person with thin fingers like mine, your finger fits up to about a third of your finger. You have to hold that cup with two hands, roll it down your finger, and you still end up burning your finger. This is impossible. For this medium-sized cup, you do pay the price of a large mug. And that is not cheap. The salt and pepper on the table is greasy and dirty, or has run out. It is probably not being replenished. Waiters are generally customer-friendly, except for the head waiter who is easily offended by criticism and engages in a whole argument instead of listening and accepting shortcomings. If a restaurant manager cannot accept criticism, it says a lot about how unprofessionally they perform their duties. I don't understand why they have people like that working there. That is how you drive customers away. Atmosphere is very noisy. We have been a few times hoping that this has changed for the better, but unfortunately, that is not the case.

Unfortunately, we are also disappointed. Upon entering, we were actually enthusiastic: the restaurant looks beautiful, the decor is atmospheric, and the menu looked promising. We ordered a pide for two and two children's menus. What struck us immediately was that no small starter or bread with dips was served, something we are used to at many other Turkish restaurants. Not a disaster, but it does contribute to the experience. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, none of the staff knew it, and no real effort was made to figure it out. Additionally, a birthday party was taking place, so all attention seemed to be focused on that. As a result, ordering something extra took a very long time. Fortunately, the pide was very tasty; we have no complaints about that. On the other hand, we found the children's menu very meager for €15: a plate of fries with only one piece of chicken felt disproportionate to us. All in all, the food was partly fine, but due to the service and the overall experience, this was unfortunately a disappointment for us. For us, this was the first, but also the last time.

So disappointed after reading these reviews. Meat was decent, I was served with two very small portion of wet rice literally two spoons, on top of that cold bread. No sauces were given apart from mushroom sauce. All of that for 75 euros. What a rip off. Don’t bother going there especially if you’re a tourist. At the end when I paid not even a thank you..

It's a shame that such a nice place is so bad. We went there for a bite to eat; there was no lahmacun (which they are so proud of on TikTok), no apple juice for the children, and the icli kofte we got was inedible.

I am giving 2 stars because the icli kofte and soslu patlican meze were tasty, but otherwise, 1 star would still be too much.

Dirty seats, loud music, and lots of screaming children, even though we visited around 20:30. It was difficult to have a conversation. We ordered the mixed grill, and the food was honestly very bad. We only ate because we were hungry, and still couldn’t finish our plates. The service, however, was pleasant. Never again.

Turkish cuisine is very good, the prices are quite high depending on the dish but the quality of the dishes is worth the price, the service (I am very pleasantly surprised because the lady working there is from Poland) so the conversation went smoothly in my native language, I recommend it.

We dined at Nirwana and were served politely and kindly escorted to our table right from the start. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal. We received clear and detailed explanations of the dishes, which was very nice. The food was delicious and everything tasted excellent. The only thing I would have liked to expect with the Turkish coffee was a piece of Turkish lokum. Otherwise, everything was perfectly taken care of. We are very satisfied and definitely give it a solid 10!☺️👍
