Staff were rude to their customers; you ask for WHITE bread when ordering and the lady in question claimed that brown is white these days??!!? A bit weird!! With new customers, I would expect that to get them excited about your business, but not here! In our opinion, the tomato soup was from a Unox or supermarket packet, we had to wait well over an hour for a STARTER to be served, and if your glass was empty, you had to hope the owner walked by. The atmosphere is somewhat Rotterdam-style with a large photo of the Erasmus Bridge, but otherwise cold and boring.

I can't belive we had to wait 15+ minutes to just get drinks and it was not even busy. The food took the same or longer, and was at best mediocre. They also forgot dishes we ordered so we had to check after waiting for 25 mins... Considering the service and prices, not going back again. What a disappointment.

We booked a table online and it was ready! The outdoor terrace was quite full and the two waiters were busy, but we were offered drinks quickly. My mother-in-law (97) was also able to use the toilet quickly because there was a disabled toilet downstairs. We ordered food and it was at the table within 30 minutes, and Mom's schnitzel was cut nicely as requested. My burger medium rare was nice and thick too, not the cheese-slicer McD type. My husband's chicken was also fine. A pleasant atmosphere, although the Asians at a table next to us were having somewhat loud conversations. Keep it up guys and ladies!

Dinner for my birthday. Three adults. When reserving, we asked for a quiet table if possible. Upon arrival, we were able to choose our own table. There are no quiet tables, but despite music, chatter, and a toddler at the next table, we were comfortable. Food and service were fine. The temperature was also good, despite the outside temperature and weather warning. Tip: the fish and chips are piled very high on a small round plate. My guest was jealous of my large square plate with salmon and vegetables on it. He was afraid his food would end up off the side of his plate. The bill was fine in our opinion.

We had lunch with a group of 10 people. Friendly and jovial service. Small menu, but we could also order from the main menu if we wished. Reasonable prices. Satisfied.

When i ask about menu, older guy said „we don’t have” after 20 min for another guests they have menu. When i ask about mojito, weiter (tall, 45-55 years old guy) said „maybe we have”. we felt unwanted, that was Valentine day (6 personen). unpleasant experience

Packed house. Great service and tasty dishes, including an excellent salmon platter with a good glass of wine. Worth the price and the (relatively short) wait!

We had a delicious meal. The lunch was fantastic. The coffee was nice and hot. The service was excellent. The waitress could take a joke and kept going cheerfully. All in all, we had a great experience. Compliments to the chef as well.

On Saturday, we sat there in the sun with a group of 8, which was lovely. The girls were fun. The bald gentleman who helped us wasn't very enthusiastic and was a bit rude, so he isn't the reason for the atmosphere.

The food was good, nothing to complain about. The waitstaff, however, has a lot to learn about service. There was no menu, and after 20 minutes, no one had asked what we wanted to drink or eat. They were mostly just chatting amongst themselves. A cabinet of curiosities of guests, a very strange crowd. A peculiar place...

I had ordered the mixed fish. Of the three pieces, one was too hard, and I doubt it was freshly fried. The behavior of the male employee who was also behind the counter was remarkably unwelcoming. When clearing the table, he didn't say a word and didn't make eye contact. Also, during the meal, no one came by to ask if we wanted anything to drink. It gave us the strong feeling that we were not welcome. I cannot say with certainty why that was the case.

Nice place in a nice location, the service is also top-notch. Even on a Thursday, it is very cozy.

We come here almost every week for a drink during our break. The terrace is sunny, and you can also sit comfortably inside. They also have an extensive menu. The quesidilla with pulled chicken is highly recommended. Very cozy and friendly staff. Kudos to Patrick!

The food was just so-so. The vegetables were raw and the meat was too cold. There were hardly any customers, but the chef couldn't cook within an acceptable timeframe. And we were given a limited menu because we were with a large group. That was also a disappointment, especially when the restaurant is otherwise empty. Standard choices. Wedges were delivered when we were almost finished. And seriously? Almost 40 minutes to make an ice cream and five identical desserts?

We ate here with a group of 10. Our first disappointment: instead of the regular menu, we were given a shortened one. It included a total of 4 starters, 4 main courses, and 3 desserts. Of those, 2 were carpaccio and 2 were satay. Despite this, the kitchen took ages to prepare the order, and the result was nothing more than average. Add to that the view of the Alexander metro station, and you have the makings of a disappointing evening. Nevertheless, 2 stars, because the steak was good.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were sat at the table, but not handed any kind of drinks menu. Then the waiter asked for drinks soon after. It took a very long time before we were handed any kind of menu for food. Because we were with a large group the menu was a special limited one. Which would have been understandable, if we weren’t the only people in the restaurant. And I have to add that over about the four hours that we were here, only two other people had entered. After finally ordering our starters and mains it took an hour for the starters to arrive. The portions were small, and the flavour minimal. Then after the starters it took about her hour for the main course, which was sub par to say the least. The steak was cold and unseasoned. Same for the vegetables. The pepper sauce was over salted. And then half of the meal only arrived once everyone was done eating. After that it took, again, another hour before dessert was served. The waiting times at this establishment are laughable. The service was alright, but occasionally the waiter would ignore us. In general it was a no good experience. Not to mention price to quality and quantity ratio was extremely skewed.

Just had a coffee. This is the perfect place to relax: lovely, attentive service, good music, and a delicious cookie with your coffee. I really enjoyed it.

There were six of us on a Monday evening. We had a delicious appetizer, main course, and dessert. Everything was exceptionally tasty and came with vegetables. The service was very pleasant, including the young man who served us. We'll definitely be back!

Cozy bar/restaurant. Close to the shopping center, metro, and train station. We had two steaks (medium-rare and medium-done) with peppercorn and mushroom sauce, wedges, and fries, and it was delicious. The desserts were also delicious. I was thrilled with my lava cake with a vanilla scoop, caramel sauce, and whipped cream.

Chicken satay €14, way too expensive. The chicken was buried in a mountain of peanut sauce...you have to dig for the chicken pieces...a real shame. Chicken satay should be seen...not grabbed.

I've seen a lot of things in cafes, but what I experienced today was bizarre. Here, they serve dead beer. So I asked for a new one. Well, they don't; instead of a new one, you get a napkin in your beer. Because, according to the waiter, this is how to bring your beer to life. And then you're ridiculed on the patio in front of other customers for saying it's the same for everyone. Last time I've been here! A waste of money and ridiculous service, which I'm not used to here, by the way. You have to order yourself, otherwise the staff will walk past you with a straight face. And you can't pay at the table; you have to go inside at the bar. Very disappointing!

The restaurant looks neat and everything is well organized. The service is fast, friendly and professional - definitely a plus. The service was smooth and we felt welcome. However, there was also a disappointment. The vegan croquette turned out to be fried in the same oil as beef croquettes. When we made a comment about this, it was dismissed with a blunt "I'm not going to get into a discussion here." That came across as unprofessional and detracts from the idea of ​​a hospitable, transparent service. Conclusion: well organized and nice service, but attention to dietary requirements and customer friendliness in the event of criticism could really be better.

Komt wat later een ingeschonken glas (van Wieckse Witte) 30 cl. (dus 10% minder) bier op tafel. Onbekend wat voor bier erin zat. Zal wel Heineken of iets uit die stal (Aflichem of zo) zijn geweest. En afrekenen: “binnen”. Beetje erg lui om nog een keer naar buiten te lopen. Arrogante stemming daar. Niet meer voor ons. We zijn niet alleen maar een melkkoe.

Great food, the people are friendly and contrary to many reviews, it is cheap. I have sat on plenty of terraces, including abroad, and I am really amazed that people find Wil's Kracht expensive. On the average terrace in the Bijlmer you have to pay double, let alone grab a terrace in a city like Paris. Really, I'll come here again.

The food we ordered was tomato soup and brood platter with different dips. The soup was really good . The bread platter was really appetising. Service was great. People are kind and helpful🤗 The only disappointment was the soup was served with bread and no croutons were there . And I felt The ambience was okay. Overall it was a good experience.

Gisteren personeelsetentje met pubquiz gehad bij Wilskracht met ruim 30 personen. Deze combi via Puur events geregeld. Super vriendelijk ontvangst! Een heerlijke soep (2 keuzes), overige 3 gangen in buffetvorm met ruime keuze en zeer smaakvol. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en snel. Hele positieve reacties gehad achteraf, bedankt voor deze topavond!!

Goed eten en drinken. Bediening is wat warrig en soms lang wachten. Op veel momenten erg druk.
