Don't do it, save yourself the misery. mu 2x in a week. Wrong pizza delivered after 2.5 hours of waiting, wrong ice cream delivered and also 1 instead of 2. When you call, they can't do anything and hang up the phone.

Very tasty dishes. Ordered here several times and it was always fast. This time on Saturday won't happen It was fine the previous times But now it had already taken more than an hour and a half. Dishes were on their way, which was true because the delivery person eventually arrived with an apology. The dishes were warm, but the pizza was cold unfortunately, so it was still warmed up. It can happen once and we fully understand that. But it was such a shame for everyone and the further plans. We did promise some money back at the last call. Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. I have honestly never eaten such an absurdly greasy and absurdly salty pizza as this. We ordered two pizzas and threw them both away after 2 slices. Not to be done. We do not understand the high rating on Thuisbezorgd.

A delivery person named hamza got very angry with me and said inappropriate things which I didn't like very much the pizza was cold and arrived 2 hours late and the delivery person was not very friendly

Too much dough (looked like play-doh), way too much cheese, too late, lukewarm and not buffalo mozzarella but thick Dutch cheese. They looked like toasted sandwiches. But very expensive.

After waiting for 2 hours I finally contacted this restaurant by phone. It is busy and normal according to this restaurant to wait longer than 2 hours and that delivery takes place between 2.5 and 3 hours. I will share this message among my followers

Waiting 1.5 hours for your pizza. If you call, you will only be answered after 3 times and you will be told that your pizza is on its way, then you can wait another 40 minutes. Because they delivered it to the wrong person and you receive cold pizza. Do not order here!

Nice food here. Very friendly employees showed us the menu, which is extensive and offers enough choice for everyone. I ordered a small salami pizza (8 or 9.95?) and a spaghetti carbonara. We paid €16.50 and it was ready quickly. Packaging was good, we received napkins and a fork (thoughtful of the employee because we might want to eat the spaghetti in the car). Parking was right in front of the door and this is definitely worth repeating for us. See you soon!

Pizza took much longer than stated. Ordered 2 hours in advance and still arrived very late. Pizza was as dry as the Sahara, garlic sauce was needed to get rid of it. The garlic sauce tasted like some kind of watery yogurt sauce with chunks. Kapsalon didn't even resemble shawarma but more like balls of meat that had less flavor than Grolsch beer. And that too for that price, save intestinal problems? Then don't order here!

This was to indicate what had happened, perhaps he received several complaints about SHOARMA and could do something about it. Unfortunately, the manager did not call back, we had to report it to the food authorities, because the manager apparently thinks it is nonsense to call a customer back and trace the problem. We don't order here anymore. And I hope that many people who order here don't get sick.

Ordered chicken pizza and 15 hot wings. I couldn't eat pizza, I tried way too much salt in it, I was hungry but I still couldn't 🥲 And the wings were bit burnt and anyone at home can make it even better First and last time I order here, a shame for that money 😭

Delivery guy from Il Forno pissed in our elevator!

Delivery person peed in the elevator. When calling Il Forno to report this, the only solution was that they would 'pass it on to the manager', without a proposal to solve/clean it. Ridiculous. If this is how they handle service I wouldn't trust the food here either.

Do not order here!! They serve raw pizza dough and when you confront them with this they get aggressive. Also they upload fake reviews with fake pictures. After a bad review immediately a few fake accounts pop up with random pictures from google and giving this restaurant 5 stars. It's pathetic and has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant: no Italian cook en no Italian service. Shamefull.

Food great. Never experienced such a bad delivery person. The gentleman could not find the floor because he did not speak Dutch and was shouting on the phone in half Arabic. Unprecedented, it finally arrived and he wanted to take half of the order back with him because he didn't realize it was still in his bag. That you let this man go is unprecedented....

The worst pizza I ever ate... the dough was greasy. The cheese had a bad taste (I am used to mozarella on a pizza) they use some grated whatever cheese. They add some spice that taste like anis/lakritz that doesn't belong on a pizza. And finally the pizza even doesn't look tasty, it was kinda burned. I don't understand the good reviews

When the delivery person tried to call me, I did not receive his calls due to poor reception. Nevertheless, he had tried to deliver the pizzas to the counter of the agency where I work. We have ordered quite tasty pizzas here for a few years, but the last few times we always had bad luck with the late delivery (more than an hour late). After calling you will be fine and sometimes you will get some soft drinks as a compensation. Still, I don't order here anymore because of the chaotic hassle.

The pasta with chicken and broccoli contained hardly any chicken or broccoli. Salad with mozzarella is with some kind of cheese sprinkled on it. So just go for a pizza.

Fine to good pizza and very good service

Called 4 times To see if it was possible to have our pizzas delivered. They would be there within 20 minutes, as we were told twice, but the pizzas never came. When we called again to see where our pizzas were, they immediately disconnected. When someone else made another attempt, she consulted the chef and it took another half hour. It's scandalous that you take orders in such a way.

As soon as you place a large order, they no longer know what to do with it. Previous times the quality was okay, but as soon as you order for a group, they don't even answer your calls anymore.
