Seems this isn't the same as it used to be. Menu changed and just doesn't feel like brunch. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The menu on website doesn't reflect the menu on side for the bottomless brunch. As well as maybe a bit too munch pink themed things. The food looked beautiful but overall wasn't anything special. Which is a shame as it was special.

We visited the Pressroom restaurant because we were staying at the INK hotel Amsterdam - Mgallery (you can read more about the hotel in our next review). First time we came for dinner, we tried Ceasar salad with fried chicken, Dover sole with sweet potatoes (be careful-big bone and a lot of small bones inside), Chef’s risotto (with mushrooms), Tapioca Pudding and Miso Créme Brûlée. Unfortunately, the risotto and salad were completely oversalted and we waited more than an hour for our food, despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. They forgot about us. Of course, they apologized and we got a discount on the bill. Every Sunday, this restaurant offers a brunch that we wanted to try, so we came again. We ordered Avocado Toast and Benedict eggs. The food was brought to us directly from the kitchen by the incredibly nice chef Thasos, who shared his life story with us (many thanks for that). We would like to thank to the waiters Mr. Antoine, Ms. Nicol and Mr. Nicolo for the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The brunch food was perfect and we were very satisfied. More on @larmarluxury.

Waiter took tip without asking. No questions if we enjoyed the food or wanted to tip - he simply just clicked the tip-button on the bank transfer while we were paying. Rude.

La primera vez que vinimos a cenar, probamos ensalada César con pollo frito, lenguado con batatas (cuidado, hueso grande y muchos huesos pequeños dentro), risotto del chef (con champiñones), pudín de tapioca y crema brûlée de miso. Desafortunadamente, el risotto y la ensalada estaban demasiado salados y esperamos más de una hora por nuestra comida, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba casi vacío. Se olvidaron de nosotros. Por supuesto, se disculparon y nos dieron un descuento en la cuenta. Todos los domingos este restaurante ofrece un brunch que queríamos probar, así que volvimos. Pedimos tostadas de aguacate y huevos Benedict. La comida nos la trajo directamente desde la cocina el increíblemente amable chef Thasos, quien compartió su historia de vida con nosotros (muchas gracias por eso). Nos gustaría agradecer a los camareros Sr. Antoine, Sra. Nicol y Sr. Nicolo por el ambiente agradable y amigable. La comida del brunch estuvo perfecta y quedamos muy satisfechos.

Went for the bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Delicious food and amazing service! Really liked the concept of choosing two dishes from the menu plus a cocktail and unlimited bubbly. Great atmosphere as well, easy walk from the centraal station! Highly recommended…

Bottomless brunch is great. Both the avocado egg toast and the pancakes were delicious. One cocktail and bottomless cava included. The service was fantastic, so friendly and attentive. Have come here twice now and I already can't wait for my third visit.

¡Me encantó este restaurante! Nos alojamos en el hotel INK y decidimos ir allí para la cena y tan contento de que lo hicimos - me encantó todo al respecto! El espacio en sí (con una cocina abierta) es muy fresco; los platos (obtuvimos el risotto especial, pasta, pollo, berenjena y un montón de simios) eran todos muy buenos (¿quién sabía que las avellanas y el risotto de hongos van bien juntos? ¡Aparentemente este chef lo hizo! Pero la mejor palmadita fue el servicio! Nuestro camarero Shak fue uno de los mejores que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo - muy bien informado en términos de platos y vinos, muy atento y muy entretenido - sin duda sumado a la experiencia general. ¡10 de 10!

Very tasty food. Especially the service of Sjak was great. Because of his cheerfulness there was a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and he certainly made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. This made our experience very pleasant!

Hartelijke, goedlachse en snelle ontvangst. Onze reservering werd bevestigd,en we mochten zelf een tafel kiezen om plaats te nemen. Dicht bij de keuken : leuk. Vlotte 1e aandacht,wijn per glas is prima. Veel keuze en kwaliteit. De menukaart heeft hele kleine ,dun gedrukte lettertjes en bevat vooral veel vegetarische gerechten. Wij aten Caesarsalad( een iets uitgeklede versie alhier), steak en het kiphoofdgerecht. De kip was bijzonder lekker, mooi gepresenteerd met heerlijk garnituur . De ziltige creme brulee viel niet in de smaak en dat zag en begreep de fantastische serveerster Hareg. Heel goed opgelost door haar , verlieten we voldaan en tevreden het fijne restaurant .

The interior is stunning, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The service is impeccable, and the cocktails are delicious. The food is decent, but nothing extraordinary. This place is more about the atmosphere than a gastronomic experience.

Pressroom est le restaurant de l'Hôtel Ink, un MGallery raisonnable et très bien placé d'Amsterdam. Le service y est excellent et la cuisine de qualité et faite plus ou moins devant vous. Les portions gagneraient à être revues en plus larges mais, en dehors de ce point mineur, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre diner

Elegí la ubicación ya que tenía un extenso menú vegetariano en línea. En el restaurante me dijeron que estaban fuera de un plato totalmente y la segunda opción era diferente y hecho con un ingrediente al que soy alérgico. Como la tercera opción era una ensalada pregunté si la pasta que habían enumerado se podía hacer sin gambas lo que me dijeron que no había problema. Mi colega pidió el sándwich del club con un poco de papas fritas. Tardamos más de 30 minutos en recibir nuestra comida (solo había otras dos mesas, así que no ocupado). Mi pasta llegó fría como piedra, las papas fritas también frías y el sándwich del club se hizo con pollo frito rebozado en lugar de la pechuga publicada a la parrilla. Envié mi pasta de vuelta, volvió de ser calentada en un microondas y convirtió la pasta en papilla. La salsa era una salsa de tomate suave con demasiado azúcar y no el tomate / albahaca / chile solicitado solo sin gambas. Más de 60€ para esta comida abismal. No volveremos.

De ontvangst was prettig en vriendelijk. Areg is the best! Ze blijft behulpzaam en vriendelijk maar helaas gaat daaromheen bijna alles mis. De risotto bij de (2!) gamba’s ontbreekt en bij navraag staat er een invalkok in de keuken die de risotto niet kan maken. Dan wordt €21 voor twee gamba’s wel aan de prijs. Het vlees is taai en zuinig geproportioneerd en de zeebaars aan de droge kant maar de saus maakte veel goed. Er ging wat van de rekening af maar voor herhaling is de PRESSROOM niet vatbaar. Jammer want de website leek veelbelovend. Misschien als de chef terug is van vakantie en er een manager op de vloer loopt…

We had a lovely lunch at PRESSROOM. We felt like being in an elegant bubble in the heart of the center. We tried a langoustine soup which was delicious, an avocado toast, and a Caesar salad with egg and anchovies. Everything was nice and fresh. The persons who served us were very kind, smiley, and attentive.

Excellent welcome with very kind and helpful staff. We compliment the chef for the excellent Sea Bass dish. We recommend it for a lovely evening with lovely food.

You get two dishes included in the price of 50€ during the bottomless brunch but I do not think it is worth it. The meals are very small and you can see that not a lot of effort was put into it. I would not recommend the "deal"

Restaurant PRESSROOM is hidden away in the basement of the INK hotel. It’s a nice enough and comfortable place. Service is friendly, but inexperienced and not up the job. I had the burrata and fish of the day. Especially the fish was mediocre, to say the least. Main course was a small portion. Pricewise it was OK though. There are no doubt many better options than PRESSROOM in the centre of Amsterdam.

Cosy, sultry atmosphere, tranquility provided by the skilled staff. Fantastic cocktails to be absorbed into this atmosphere. Nice, inviting menu, very current: with white asparagus, which was included in both the soup of the day and the vegetable garnish. Very tasty and sufficient, well eaten. And also happy with the active, cheerful service.

First, I am an experienced European traveler used to the pace of European dining. Second, I visited Pressroom about 7 years ago and recommended it to my friends who might travel to Amsterdam. Today’s experience was horrible. My wife and I decided to split a Cheeseburger (25 euros) and a Club Sandwich for lunch. We were relaxed and had plenty of time. The restaurant was less than half full. It took an hour from the time we ordered to get our simple order. When we got it, the burger was seriously rare, and the chicken in the Club Sandwich had some pieces that weren’t fully cooked. At the end, I expressed disappointment to the server, and he admitted the problem, but no visit by anyone else like a manager. SKIP THIS PLACE…there are plenty of better alternatives in Amsterdam…

Unfortunately, we cannot understand the positive reviews. The service for us was an absolute disaster. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the food, drinks also took a long time. The food was very mixed. My fish was delicious, my partner's burger was raw inside and the salad was brown leaves with a little olive oil on top. This is not a side salad! Overall, I can only advise against this restaurant.

The friendly manager left me without a reservation and without dinner, an “I am sorry” is the most she offered me!!! Even in the first world, sorry, it is the solution of the staff who does not see further!

Very kind waiters. Pretty neat environment. I give three stars only for my personal taste on food. I have eaten both hamburgers and bitterballs in many places. I didn't like these because they were too different to seem like something else. Unfortunately I don't agree with the taste of the chef of this restaurant. The chicken burger had a breading made with I think a mixture of cornflakes but it was too hard and bland. And the bitterballen looked like potato croquettes. Such a pity.

Very good restaurant and great service! The menu seems a bit small but actually that probably makes the food good quality! I had the vegan steak and the caramel desert! They were great!

The hostess was very nice , food was very tasty and fresh. Always topping off all of the food so it never looks empty and most things tastes really good! Would do this again if I’m in Amsterdam again kinda expensive 28 euros but worth it

Had dinner here on Sunday evening, April 2, at 8 p.m. 3 dishes were not available, we were told in English, no salmon, no pepper steak and no fish of the day. After a choice of the remaining dishes, 2 starters and 2 main courses. My steak tartare was not raw but well done. My meat main course was sinewy and oily. The hamburger with cheese was decent. Only fries included. Pay extra for vegetables and lettuce, which is poor because the price is high. When ordering desserts we were again informed that there was no crème brûlée and no cheesecake. So choice is again very limited. Manager requested, not present, no one was willing to speak to us, eventually a chef came, who could only indicate that it had been very busy. So we were actually allowed to come and eat the leftovers. What a disappointment . Paid without dessert and no tip. What an unpleasant end to a day in Amsterdam.

I visited this restaurant to try their Christmas Festive Menu, and the food was absolutely stunning! I am highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to feel the effort in their dinner dishes. The jackfruit bitterballen made by the headchef in house, and it was really delicious! The special vibe of the restaurant comes from a young lady Chef Laura, who is literally the shine of this place! I will definitely going back to eat there!

I’ve had a lot of breakfasts and this is one of the best I’ve had. So good we went twice I highly recommend even if u are not staying at the ink hotel that you check out the breakfast as there are an many choices to eat you will be overwhelmed and the food is all good.

The brunch at Pressrom in Amsterdam was a culinary delight. The flavor combinations were both innovative and traditional, providing an unforgettable dining experience. It's undoubtedly one of the best brunches I've tasted in the city.

Came here for brunch, the service was excellent. The staffs kept topping up our glasses. We came with a 4 years old who was given balloons and a free pancake. Happy days.

We went there for the brunch and the food and drinks were good. The service was quite slow but friendly. Would have appreciated them being more attentive since it wasn’t super full. We had to keep remind them to refill our drinks after waiting for a long time already. Since it’s a bottom less brunch I expect them to refill the glass on their own.

We went here while we were staying at the INK and we had and amazing time. Their house special cocktail is to die for! We were lucky to be served by Irati who pampered us with awesome drinks and superb customer experience. Bless her!

Very impressed with the service here! They were attentive and professional. We ordered the steak tartare as entree. It was soft and flavourful with every bite. As mains we had steak and fish of the day (cod). We both smashed our food! It was delicious! Next time we're back in Amsterdam, will revisit this place! Will highly recommend anyone to try it ☺️

Degelijk restaurant, behorend bij een hotel. Het voorgerecht met zalm is erg goed. Uitsluitend Engels sprekend personeel. De gangen volgen elkaar in Amerikaanse stijl in razend tempo op. Iets aan de prijzigere kant.

Very nice surprise. We dined remarkably, without forgetting the professional welcome of Amelie.. I highly recommend. Très belle surprise pour ce lieu au décor soigné. Nous avons merveilleusement bien dîné avec le respect des cuissons, une cuisine de goût … le tout avec l’accueil remarquable d’Amelie.. Je recommande le détour.

Restaurant de l’hôtel INK, il faut donc rentrer dans l’hôtel afin de trouver le restaurant. Accueil chaleureux. Nous étions passés par l’application the fork afin de profiter d’une réduction de 50% sur la carte (hors boissons). Le service a été rapide. La nourriture était bonne mais un peu cher hors réduction. Je recommande.

So here it goes this time. What are find in a street that has long-standing rail renovations, the moment you enter these doors all the road renovation trauma is gone. Super perfect breathtaking ambience,great bar and kitchen view and staff that pay attention to details . The business coffee meeting went well here and will definitely bring more of my friends here . Rest rooms where spot on 8/10 Ambiance 8/10 Coffee 6/10 the blend can be better (advise) or the machine needs constant cleaning. Overall 7/10.

Breakfast buffet is the best! So many options as well as fresh juice. The spread includes a variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, and warm dishes. Staying at the hotel and having this below is perfect way to start the morning. I also came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised the with quality of food they had. I ordered the chicken which was a smaller portion than normal, but tastes phenomenal. Also if you order dessert the cheesecake is a must!

Wonderful. We went for a mid-week lunch and the service and atmosphere was excellent. The food too. My lemon mushroom pasta, one of their signature dishes, was great. Only minor criticisms, like a little grit in the mushrooms that could have been avoided with better washing, and the entrance isn't quite where Google maps says it is. Will be back, and hopefully they'll have some digestifs on their drinks menu then 😉

Went here for the bottomless brunch in October 2021. The interior decoration of the restaurant is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even customized the espresso martini for me (making it sweeter). The taste of the food was great, although the portion could've been bigger. Nice place for a nice brunch altogether.

In the PRESSROOM cosy decor the « Mushroom Pasta » one of their signature dishes was delicious ! I will also remember the kindness and welcome of the Staff, thank you 🙏🏻 I will for sure visit them again.

Lots of fun, space and very elegant. Feels like a trip outside of Amsterdam to a more modern space. Great service and menu. The steak was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked. Fries were delicious. The ink salad is their specialty. Good wine selection too.

This gorgeous restaurant tucked away inside the Ink hotel is a beautiful oasis! What a lovely chic decor to match the hippy vibe of the hotel. The staff are eager and attentive to please your every request. We came for their famous brunch with unlimited Cava. Wow we were not disappointed and left feeling flush in happiness. We all settled for the coffee martini as a welcome cocktail before digging into a delicious egg Benedict royale dish. Sure the cava was unlimited as promised. The chocolate brownie dessert did not disappoint. What a lovely soiree of an afternoon! Strongly recommended!

Gisteren genoten van "The Bottomless Brunch". Vriendelijke bediening (Marjan en de barman deden het hartstikke leuk) en het eten was top! Echt heerlijke french toast!! Dat we wat langer bleven zitten (omdat het zo gezellig was) dan volgens mij de bedoeling was vonden ze helemaal niet erg! Hier gaan we zeker terugkomen.

Das Pressroom war gegenüber unseres Hotels gelegen, darum sind wir abends dort hingegangen. Wir waren im Barbereich gesessen und haben aber auch dort Essen können. Ambiente ist schön, gute Drinks und auch das Essen war sehr gut - wir hatten das Steak, Suppen und ein paar Snacks. Auch der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ideal, um dort den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
