Starter, main course, and dessert for a great price. Fresh ingredients, everything was delicious.

We had made a reservation in advance, and upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome. The table was beautifully set. Some, like me, had an appetizer, and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the main course, and several others also enjoyed dessert, which was also appreciated. The decor was quite nice and it's a fairly large restaurant. Everything went smoothly, from drinks to service. This isn't a culinary highlight, food-wise, but the price-quality ratio is definitely excellent 👍. So, recommended.

We ordered a hamburger from 't Bregje, after waiting an hour we got the burger, and it looked like a hamburger you can buy in a box from Aldi with a cheap slice of cheddar cheese and dessert was also disappointing, a cheesecake with no taste as if it had been in a display case all day and soggy fries and the service was confusing and rude.

Gereserveerd voor 3 personen. We werden aan een hoge tafel gezet. Bediende was erg onvriendelijk en draaide bij vragen met haar ogen. 1 van ons 3 heeft rugklachten waardoor we tijdens het hoofdgerecht gevraagd hebben of we een lagere tafel konden krijgen (hier zaten nog geen mensen aan). Het antwoord was meteen nee. Na doorvragen zou ze het gaan navragen. Alsnog was het antwoord nee. Gevraagd waarom niet aangezien de tafel vrij was en dat als er andere mensen kwamen deze ook aan een hoge tafel konden zitten. Na 2 min kwam ze terug en gaf aan jullie hebben geluk want er heeft net iemand afgezegd ga maar daar zitten. Maar jullie moeten wel zelf jullie spullen verplaatsen. Gevraagd of ze dan wel even de tafel schoon wilde maken zodat we de schone spullen van de lage tafel niet op onze vieze tafel hoefde te zetten voor eventuele volgende gasten. Bediende zei; ja als we tijd hebben. Erg onaardige en niet gastvrije bediende. Hierna werd er constant over ons gepraat, gekeken en gelachen.

Had a nice evening. Service was quick and friendly. The food was also fine. Compared to Bregje Oegstgeest I found it a bit less. For example, there was a lot of sauce on the carpaccio (you have to like it). Nice evening out and good for the wallet.

The staff was extremely rude and the service was terrible. Someone threw a candle in the middle of our table and I think they were in a hurry because they slammed it down and ran away. My girlfriend asked for water but they didn't even look at her. I had to ask if they heard her order and then they brought it. I speak Dutch but my girlfriend is French. I spoke to the waitresses in English and they only answered in Dutch. This was extremely rude to my girlfriend. Angry looks during the whole service. On top of that it was an extremely disorganized service. Our reservation was from 5pm to 6:45pm and when we came in they said we were too early and had to come at 6:45pm. After the confusion was gone we ate and at 7pm they asked us if we wanted another drink and also that we had to leave. Twice by different people. I don't get why they both want us to order another drink but also leave. This is the worst restaurant experience of my life and I have been to many more casual restaurants. There was one waitress who was nice and smiled but she was an exception. I was embarrassed to have brought my girlfriend here with such bad service. The food was decent and I liked that there were many options.

The food was a bit lacking. Especially the salad, that could have been a lot better. Our drinks always took a very long time.

It was quiet but the service and food were delicious.

Upon entering we were immediately met by the waitress who showed us to our table. The Asian trio is definitely a recommended starter. Unfortunately, the burger was a little too sparsely filled, the primary taste was the meat. This certainly made up for the large bucket of fries we got with it. The dessert lived up to its name, as it was a real chocolate dream. I would definitely go here again, simple dishes for an acceptable price.

Went for dinner this week, it was busy which is logical on a Friday evening. We were placed at a high table, not our preference with a child, but a first time for everything. Unfortunately, due to the crowds, it took a little longer for the food to arrive. Starter 6.45 pm. Main course 20.05 . Fortunately, the quality was excellent as always and so was the service! Next time at the beginning of the week 😅 nice and quiet

We learned about the restaurant thanks to the brochure left at home. Although we were not sure of its quality due to the prices, we decided to try it. Because they were serving 3 portions of food for the price of 1 portion. I'm glad we tried it. We were very pleased. Everything we ate was good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There are vegetarian options for both the main course and the starter. From the table we were sitting at, we could also see how the chef was working in the semi-open kitchen. We recommend.

How we can get a three course dinner for 22,5 euro per person in the Netherlands is beyond me. It was a super great experience! Strongly recommend

I had invited a cousin to eat in Leiden, and since I had previous experiences with Bregje in Dordrecht, I played it safe and booked a table online in Leiden. So I was already familiar with the friendly concept of three courses for 20 euros during the week. On weekends it is a bit more, I believe 22 euros. Since it is three courses, the portions are not large but enough. Also fries with the main course. The service was surprisingly smooth and more professional than in Dordt. The restaurant was quite busy early even though it was a Monday. The occasion is a bit less cozy, it was probably a shop because the glass facade and doors were still there. Was pulling on those doors but the entrance was next to it. Given the concept, they obviously have to make money on the drinks and extras. As a result, a total of more than 30 euros per person was lost.

Had een nicht uitgenodigd om in leiden te eten, en aangezien ik al eerdere ervaringen had met Bregje in Dordrecht op safe gespeeld en oline een tafel geboekt in Leiden . Ik was dus al bekend met het sympathieke concept van drie gangen voor 20 euro door de week. In het weekend is het wat meer ik geloof 22 euro. Aangezien het drie gangen zijn , zijn de porties niet groot maar genoeg. Ook frites bij het hoofdgerecht. De service verassend soepel meer meer professioneel dan in Dordt. Het restaurant was al vroeg redelijk druk ondanks het een maandag was . De gelegenheid is wel wat minder gezellig , waarschijnlijk een winkel geweest want de glazen pui met deuren zaten er nog in. Stond aan die deuren te trekken maar de ingang was ernaast . Gezien het concept moeten ze natuurlijk op de dranken verdienen en de extra's. Daardoor was in I. Totaal toch meer dan 30 euro pp kwijt .

The food is excellent, the service is very nice and fast. It's a shame how few vegan options there are. There is no vegan option among the 8 desserts on the menu. If you ask, you can get a piece of sorbet ice cream. Boring and not nicely laid out. Too bad in a student city like Leiden!

What a terrible tent. Staff clearly not trained. I asked for cheese fondue with extra bell pepper instead of mushrooms, carrot and cherry tomato. I get 5 stalks of pepper and a sandwich. And when I ask why it is so little, I get an owlish face that you say to yourself. Cheese fondue was also not warm enough. Then the table next to me also gets a cheese fondue with a whole glass full of peppers and glasses full of the other vegetables, which I thought was very special. The burger had virtually no sauce. And the bao bun with pulled pork from the platter was just salty. And the chocolate dream was a chocolate nightmare. In addition, we waited at least 35 minutes for our desert without drinking. Empty glasses, empty plates and empty wine bottles are not seen and therefore not removed from the table. Dry mouth for half an hour and horrible staff who don't even look at us. Who trains these staff? Because please give these young girls some training. I have always had a good and enjoyable meal here. But this was really the last time. There was also no more beef tataki. Biggest disappointment.

Wir waren am 18.10.24 mit Freunden zum Abendessen hier und sind heute noch total begeistert. Das 3-Gänge Menü war sehr lecker...wir hatten unterschiedliche Gerichte und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Als Beispiel: Ich hatte als Vorspeise Carpaccio vom Rind, als Hauptgang ein köstliches Lachsfilet...perfekt gegart, und zum Nachtisch Panna Cotta mit warmen Kirschen...mhhh!!! Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Qualität. Bitte unbedingt eine Platzreservierung vornehmen!

Well-known three-course restaurant for a fixed price. Quality and quantity are fine. Service could be better, after waiting 20 minutes and a hint further the order was finally taken. The (lukewarm) starter was served 50 minutes after arrival. The time between clearing and the hallways takes too long. After three hours and fifteen minutes we were finally able to leave the building. But luckily the food was tasty.

Went here for dinner as a couple and the first thing we noticed were the prices. The prices have remained normal compared to the prices of other restaurants. Here you can have a delicious 3-course menu for a reasonable price. The portions are a bit small, but for the price you really get your money's worth. Hier met zijn tweeen wezen eten en het eerste wat opvalt zijn de prijzen. De prijzen zijn nog normaal gebleven vergeleken met de prijzen van andere restaurants. Hier kan je nog voor een schappelijke prijs een heerlijk 3 gangen menu nemen. De porties zijn wat klein, maar voor de prijs krijg je echt waard voor je geld. De smaak is ook meer dan prima te noemen en de service en sfeer zijn ook dikke prima. Wij gaan hier nog wel vaker eten!

What a good concept! Makes eating out affordable and the extensive and changing menu means there is plenty of choice. Staff super friendly and attentive. Air conditioning was turned down in our part of the restaurant because we were getting cold.

We have lived less than a 5-minute walk away for years, but had never been there. Just no interest. But yesterday we thought, 'Oh well, who knows.' How incredibly stupid that we haven't been there before! Nice tent, friendly staff, excellent cuisine! We have a new favorite tent in the Breestraat.

Mmmm... There was relatively little food and my tenderloin looked like braised meat. No, not a top restaurant, but cozy.

They have a 3-course set menu for a reasonable price, and a good variety of alternatives for each course. Portion sizes are also good, considering you have three courses. The staff is very positive and energwtic, handles your questions nicely. The service is not the fastest but ok. And the inside is also beautiful and not noisy. It allows for a nice conversation.

Few vegetarian options, not clear what the origin of the meat is. Large and deep building. Alert operation in a pleasant, on-hand manner.

Helaas weer een aanfluiting bij Bregje vanavond 2-1-24, dit keer ook slecht in Leiden na andere slechte ervaring. Ons zie je niet meer bij deze keten terug. Zie het bezoek als vanavond meer als een tweede kans, maar die was helaas niet geslaagd. We waren er iets na 5 uur, lekker rustig, werden echter niet welkom geheten. Er hing een stressige sfeer. Toen ik vroeger in de bediening stond, wenste ik eerst iemand een goede avond, of zeg ik op zijn minst "hallo". Hier was het "even wachten hoor" en daarna de vraag "heeft u gereserveerd?". Ik wou er bijna iets van zeggen, maar ik dacht "laat maar, heeft geen zin, deze dame is echt gestresst". Het eten werd op tafel gekwakt, het tochtte en het was koud. Vies, ik plakte met mijn voeten aan de vloer. De mat bij de voordeur was vies met kauwgum vlekken. Er zaten drie tafeltjes aan mensen, in totaal wij met nog twee stelletjes. Desondanks was de dame in de bediening extreem gestresst. Ze gooide zo met haar servies dat ze geregeld dingen liet vallen , waaronder een wijnkoeler en een glas. Het klonk een beetje hol. Ze draaide zich steeds van onze tafel af, zelfs tijdens ons gesprek al. Ook was er een ander tafeltje met een wiebelende tafel. Die mensen vroegen haar om hulp, maar ze zei: "hier heb ik nu geen tijd voor, hoor". Ik weet niet wat de reden was voor deze stress, het zal beslist een reden hebben gehad, maar gezelliger werd het er helaas niet op. Die spanning ging echt in de lucht hangen. Later kwam er een ander meisje bij in de bediening, zij wist gelukkig wel hoe ze haar hoofd koel moest houden en was wel vriendelijk. Ineens kwamen er twee mensen dus, die elkaars werk over gingen doen (bijv. dubbel vragen of het had gesmaakt, dubbel vragen of we nog wat te drinken wilden, etc.). Communicatie liep niet soepel. Ook is dit het enige restaurant dat ik ken waar je alle keuzes tegelijkertijd moet doorgeven (voor, hoofd en na). Bijzonder. Eten was ok. Voorgerecht oosters trio lauw, maar kaneelijs met wentelteefjes heerlijk. We hebben voor de lage prijs geen hoge verwachtingen, maar willen ook niet zo behandeld worden zoals vanavond. Het gaat ook nu weer niet om het eten, maar om de service, de sfeer en de hygiëne. Dit keer was het echt de laatste keer Bregje na onze slechte ervaringen in Amersfoort en in Leiden. Helaas was de ervaring in Rotterdam de enige positieve ervaring voor ons met Bregje.

Voor 19,50 een lekker driegangenmenu met genoeg vegan opties! Plus een leuke aanbieding met een Peachtree cocktail en een kerstcadeautje. Fijn gegeten!

Bregje is altijd een leuke plek om terug te komen. Locatie eten en verzorging altijd goed.

Nieuwe kaart biedt een nog grotere variatie. Wij hebben heel goed gegeten.

De prijskwaliteit verhouding is echt goed. De bediening heel erg attent. Mijn zoon en ik hebben dit restaurant uitgeprobeerd omdat hij binnenkort in Leiden gaat wonen en studeren. Dit is ook voor mensen (studenten) die een kleinere beurs hebben echt een aanrader. Gezellige inrichting en een 3 - gangen menu voor € 19,50 door de weeks en € 21,50 euro in het weekend!

Brugje is een gezellig restaurant met een vriendelijke bediening. Een prima keuzemenu met een scherpe prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Diverse x geweest.

Heerlijk gegeten. We moesten naar diploma uitreiking dochter en zouden van te voren hier eten. Door verkeersdrukte kwamen we te laat aan. Er werd door de medewerkers van Bregje rekening mee gehouden, we kregen alle gerechten snel na elkaar zodat we toch op tijd bij de diploma uitreiking waren!!
