RamenRamen in Zuidas

I tried the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen ~€17 for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Everything worked well together to create the perfect dish. The meat was tender, the soup savory, nice noodles and vegetables. It was a perfect hot dish for a chilly evening. It was also done quite quickly in max 10min. Sadly they didn't have sides that evening, which I really wanted to try. 11.2025

I liked most things about this ramen but they gave me a very fatty part of chashu, which was a shame. I like pork fat but it really felt like I was given the fatty end bits or something. Apart from that good flavours.

The soup is thick and tasty. The noodles are alive. The price is just okay. Anyway, it's tasty. The kimchi lowers the soup's taste. Oh, it's better than tteokbokki.

I took the miso veggie ramen and it was really very tasty. The portion is large and the waiting time is not long. A nice place to come and eat something quick.

I had the miso veggie ramen at a rather non busy time. While the physical arrangement was visually nice and service perfect, I was a tad disappointed by the composition taste-wise. Mainly due to the different temperatures of ingredients. The bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms for instance were completely cold and cooled down the otherwise hot broth, making it lukewarm at best. Other than that the ingredients are nothing special, not bad, not crazy good :). Miso broth itself was the same.

The perfect spot for a quick authentic ramen bowl. Came here on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy but nevertheless the service was very quick. As it was quite late, the restaurant had ran out of chicken but they were kind enough to add braised pork to the miso ramen which was originally supposed to come with chicken thighs, so a nice gesture from the staff! Ingredients are very fresh, broth is delicious and the portions are reasonably large. Make sure to check this spot out when near!

I found this place by chance and I’m so glad I did! The bone marrow chicken ramen has an explosion of taste, just incredible.

The best place to eat ramen in Zuid district

I come here at least once a week for their ramen. The broth is amazing, legit ramen, super soft braised pork and very reasonably priced for Zuidas! (Please don’t increase price) 💛

I’ve been eating here for a while and can say that the quality has improved in a very consisting way. Friendly service and good atmosphere.

In the last couple of years, Amsterdam has seen an explosion of Ramen restaurants, most of them pretty good. RamenRamen is below the Amsterdam average, though. The broth is alright and noodles OK. The meat not great. For some reason you get a small plastic spoon which you can't really drink the broth with. I would prefer a chinese soup spoon, which you normally get. I had a tonkotsu ramen (12 euro), which is reasonably value for money. Actually, around WTC this place is one the better options and I think I will be back. In any case, it's lightyears better than the noodle nightmare called Wagamama.

Great value to price. The broth was creamy and full of flavours, fresh ramen noodles out of Japan were used. The tonkotsu soup was a diverse dish with meat, vegetables and noodles. Possible to take away, but it is recommended in general to eat ramen directly when served.
