We had kibbeling prepared in a unique way. It was delicious, with a wafer-thin yet crispy crust. The fish was also tasty, tender, and with a nice bite. The sauce was very flavorful. Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and hard-working.

Super friendly service and advice not to order too much, in the end it was still too much… We ordered a platter for three on advice despite being four of us, but he platter was ginormous so we couldn’t finish it. Everything was fresh, some was a bit overfried and a little to oily, would be better to grill more of it. But great value for money. Drinks selection a bit thin, especially as they don’t have a license to sell alcohol, a real beer would have been nice or a chilled white wine. Not sure if you can bring.

We wanted a change from the "usual" Dutch food, although excellent and always enjoyable, so while strolling through the streets of Amsterdam we came across "RASCASSE," a place where you can have fish galore: fried, grilled, sandwiched, pan-fried—in short, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, but this is a personal preference, I really like drinking wine, and they don't have a license to serve alcohol. Anyway, I highly recommend it, everything is truly excellent.

After waiting an hour and a half for the order, there was still no one there. So I called them. They said they'd just received the order and couldn't make it before. I'd paid for it, so I asked if they could refund it. They said they'd send me a WhatsApp message so I could send a Tikkie. After five minutes, no message, so I called back. He said he'd ask the owner, who would handle it. I told him you could refund it. He said no option. Sorry, but we're not made of money here, and I've been working almost continuously with a bit of sleep these past few days. It's now 9 p.m. and we haven't eaten anything. I really don't like this way of behaving. Don't order from these people, they're antisocial. And have fun with it. No stars because NO SERVICE.

Very tasty food, but not a restaurant atmosphere. If you want to eat a lot of delicious seafood at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The two of us barely managed to finish our fish platter. The only thing we missed were side dishes, which we had to order later.

What a disappointment! At first glance, this place might look like a restaurant, but it's actually a fish store with a dining area in the corner. They tried to design it nicely, but there is no music, no atmosphere, and unfortunately, a strong fish smell that seems to be the reason the front door is left open, making the interior uncomfortably cold. The staff was inattentive: they forgot basic things like bringing cutlery, confused parts of our order, and even added a drink to the bill that we never ordered. As for the food, while the fish and seafood were fresh, the preparation left a lot to be desired. Everything was bland, lacking in seasoning, and the execution was poor: some of my shrimps were undercooked, while others were burnt. It might seem like a good value for money at first, but in reality, it just doesn’t deliver. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Delicious meal. Pictured are the garlic butter prawns and the linguini vongole. Linguini vongole is my death row meal, and after eating this delightful meal I would be quite content if i died right now. The satisfaction of my final meal on earth would have been met. The sauce was full of flavour and umami and the linguini was well cooked. It would have been handy if some salt n pepper were on the tables. But the people spoke English which was nice.

Service was quick and friendly and the space is quite nice. However, I didn't love the food. Paella was overcooked and not seasoned enough, fried aubergine was soaked in oil and the patatas bravas are just fried potatoes with sauces. The fried squid was really good! Overall, it was ok but good value for money.

Oh my such amazing food. The seafood is so fresh. We had a fish plate each + fried shrimp with sauces. Portions are generous and taste is excellente! It was also very quick. Will defintely return.

The food was okay. However, we have ordered via Uber Eats 2 portions of cod croquettes, among other things, and we only received one portion (5 croquettes). Clearly they do nothing by keeping the other 5, it is clear that it is not that they want to "steal", but the lack of care in our order leads to a bad rating. Maybe next time we'll be lucky. If you wants a real seafood meal, thats the place to go. You can pick your fresh fish from the display and choose the method of cooking. The pallela is a good addition to your meal. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food

Overall food tastes okay. Fresh seafood, not fishy. Fried food is fried with a lot of oil. Hard to eat because it's greasy >_< Beside the Spanish stir-fry, served on small plates. I should have gotten here sooner! It's not a fancy restaurant, but a more casual atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and most of all, the seafood is so fresh. Please cook the seafood if it is available, even if it is not on the menu. I regret why I paid so much money for food of lower quality in the city center. It's worth coming and eating even if you take public transportation or a taxi.

I ordered the sea food platter. Quite generous in portion, fresh seafood nicely cooked served by kind staff. The only minus was that everything comes deep fried, at some point it was too much and I wasn't enjoying the diversity that much. So do remember to order smaller portion than you think you can handle, when ordering the platter

Both paella and fish soup did not taste great for us. Portions were good but ingredients were of below average quality. Plus paella was not fresh. Anyway I'd really like to see more places like this in the city with reasonably priced and healthy food.

Absolutely delicious and the best seafood experience I had in a long time!!! The cook picked it fresh from the display and fried it in a few minutes. The mint tea made with actual fresh mint leafs was a fitting delight. 6 stars bc price was also very fair!!
