Restaurant Campanile Amsterdam Zuidoost in Nellestein

We received a menu and wanted steak, but she came to tell us it wasn't available😪

We relied on the reviews here on Google and were unfortunately disappointed. The hamburger on the menu for €19.50 is appetizing on the plate, but is of no quality, nor are the cold fries. Furthermore, there was an above-average bone fragment in the meat patty, which unfortunately wasn't noticed until it was in the mouth. The patty is too thick and has no taste whatsoever! The selection and quality of sauces and drinks are okay. The management is not really friendly and unfortunately only took care of the matter after being asked. The supply chain is checked and a complaint is made to the supplier. We paid for our water and beer and received an apology that was not customer friendly. The service staff and management should be better trained in complaint management so that the guest can feel comfortable. We won't be coming back and I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I didn’t have high expectations but the restaurant was very nice and stylish. The waitress was gave great service and the food was the best we’ve eaten in days. The price was also good. Exceeded all of my expectations 👍 Since we are just travelling through I will probably not have the opportunity to come back but I hope that people in the area go there.
